I WAS LOOKING FOR A CLARK’S BRAND SLIDE JUST LIKE THIS AND WAS THRILLED TO SEE THIS ONE IN THEIR CATALOG. THE METALIC FINISH TO THE LEATHER IS VERY ELEGANT AND WILL BE QUITE VERSATLE TO WEAR FOR MANY DIFFERENT OCCASIONS: BOTH CASUAL AND DRESSY.

THE HEEL IS JUST RIGHT; NOT TOO HIGH. i’M SURE I WILL ENJOY WEARING THEM FOR MANY YEARS TO COME. SO GLAD I FOUND THEM IN THE MASON CATALOG!.

Thank you, Clarks, for offering sandals in a narrow width. I ordered a 7N, my normal size, and they fit perfectly. The two adjustable straps help to make an already good fit absolutely perfect. I will never purchase sandals without these straps.

If my feet swell a bit, I can adjust to accommodate. They are extremely lightweight and so comfortable. I love the 2” heel height (and would love a slightly higher one!), as I have so many Clarks sandals with the lower height.

Clarks are my “go to” for comfortable, affordable sandals.

These are THE MOST COMFORTABLE SHOES ! There’s no “ breaking in time”, in fact before I wore these I had to use those bunion protector pads daily& are expensive for daily use… no need with these shoes!, I have NO BUNION IRRITATION at all.

I bought 2 pairs last year , one I use for inside my home only… I’ll be getting a 3rd pair as well!!! Love the pewter color BUT PLEASE MAKE VERONA ❤️IN OTHER COLORS … besides black … beige would be great, navy or red! No more spending $200 or more for WW shoes from that national brand SA… since I discovered Orthofeet.

I bought the pewter-colored sandals in a 7N for a trip to Egypt. These shoes were perfect for going through security – easy to remove and easy to put back on. They were also perfect for walking about in the desert environment.

They were so comfortable. And I got a number of compliments on them. They are wonderful shoes. I liked them so well, I bought a pair for my husband in the gray, who has Parkinson’s, and he finds them much easier to put on than his other shoes, and finds them very comfortable as well.

I enjoy the shoes, they are comfortable with especially sturdy and secure soles for walking. I have back problems and use a cane, but with these shoes my feet feel secure as I walk. I like the wider with of the toe area.

my toes have wiggle room. I also like that I can adjust the width with the center cord, sometimes my feet swell and I can adjust the width with that cord to make them more comfortable at that time. Like others I wish the heel strap was a little longer in the Velcro area, but I am still enjoying them very much.

I have collapsing arches and now refuse to buy shoes that don’t have proper arch support. I had two weddings to go to, as well as other wedding-related events and got this one pair of shoes for all of them.

They not only match everything I could think to wear but are extremely comfortable and have arch support?!?? something I never thought I’d find in a heel. They are expensive – I had originally gotten a cheaper version from Naturalizer but they didn’t come in in time so had to rush order these- wouldn’t have been my first choice due to the price but I’m happy none the less.

I wore them to all the events in a row without breaking them in and found them to be perfectly comfortable. Everyone else was taking off their heels after a few hours and I was able to keep mine on to keep dancing into the early morning.

Will be wearing again. PS: I have narrow feet and these fit well.

I purchased this shoe in nude for a Spring bridal shower. I have to say this shoe is very comfortable. It runs true to size though the front strap runs narrow. It’s a little tight for your first few wears.

The leather strap breaks in well and loosens up. I recommend ordering a wide if the are of your foot (where the strap sits) is wide. The shoe has great arch support and the foot bed is very cushiony.

The heel is a great height making it very easy to walk table without feeling wobbly. I received many compliments on this shoe. It’s both sexy & comfortable. I was able to stand the entire shower without wanting to kick my shoes off.

I could not recommend these enough! At first I was skeptical, because I am very prone to pain along the ball of my foot. I decided to trust the reviews and I am glad I purchased these. I originally bought a medium width, but returned for the wide width.

I was able to wear these shoes for a wedding (about 7 hours total of walking and dancing). My toes had some very mild pain at the end, but that was from general foot swelling at the end of the day – nothing the shoes would be at fault for.

Overall, these were very comfortable and I did not feel pain at the end of the night. Once I took them off and was standing, the bottom of my feet didn’t feel like they were wearing heels the entire night.

I wear Alegria Seville ONLY due to heel Spurs in my past (surgery removed) and more recently a broken left leg and severe left knee damage due to being hit by a car as a pedestrian. I work 12 hr nights at our local hospital and the Seville is the only shoe I can wear in total comfort, I wanted another shoe to wear around my home and these are perfect! Comfortable, well fitting and loose enough to accommodate swelling in the left foot.

The only thing I can say is I wish they had a little more padding on the bottom and a tad more arch support but I can wear them with no problems and that is a great thing for me! I do recommend! I wear my normal size in these shoes and I’ll definitely buy another pair!.

This shoe is so comfortable! It’s my around-the-house shoe, and being retired and providing eldercare for my mother, I’m at home most of the time. I’m also very heavy, and that’s where my problem with this shoe comes in.

The sole is not very sturdy, and within about six months I have broken it down. Initially, they had adequate arch support, but that is gone and I have developed pain in my right foot arch. To be fair, I also purchased a pair of slippers with no arch support at all at the same time, and those have also contributed to the onset of this problem.

Ultimately, given the very reasonable price of these shoes and the amount of time I wore them, I feel that I got my money’s worth from them. Because they are so very comfortable, I’m purchasing another pair, along with another sturdier (and much more expensive) pair of slide sandals, and I will alternate them.

I bought the Traciee 2 in my regular size 7 medium. The size 7 medium in this open toe sandal was a half size too large for me. I returned it and reordered in size 6. 5 medium and the fit is much better.

I bought the Aqua color and love it. I liked it so much that I ordered another pair in the Black/White option to match with everything. Love the comfort and the nice color selection. I am very happy with this purchase.

I have literally 5 pairs of these sandals in almost every color they make. I bought my first pair as a teen have never looked back. I’m 33 now and its usually the only sandal I wear. The biggest questions I hear about the sandals are “if you can get them wet” and “are they wroth the price.

” To answer the first question, I would say yes, you can get them wet. But try not to. They just won’t last as long. I have a black pair that’s on it’s way out and I have gotten them wet I can’t count how many times and put them through the runner.

They’re probably about 5 years old and just now needing replacement so to answer the second question, yes they are worth the money. They will last you forever and tend to be the most comfortable. So while at REI looking to replace my black pair I saw this dark brown supple leather shade and I had honestly not seen them before so of course I had to break down and get a pair.

Black is on the back burner for now and brown is the new favorite.

I’ve had reefs, tevas, sanuks and decided to try these. I’m an exact 7. 5M and wanted to try them in store since on the sizing chart it says I could be either M or L. Unfortunately, my store did not have L in stock and my foot *just* fits M.

I suspect that L would’ve been too big then. I don’t expect the brand to change their sizing scale but I wish there was more precise sizing for my OCD self. The support is great, I usually get black but was deterred by comments of feet staining.

I got tan and in the summer time, matches my tan and elongates my legs from afar. They are pricier than the other brands, hopefully keeps up. I like sanuks for the spongey cushion but these def seem more supportive and therefore stiff.

These were super high quality made in San Diego sandals for decades. The secret to their success was a method of bonding the rubber soles to the leather uppers which produced a super comfortable yet durable flip flop.

They’ve always required a break-in period to mold to your feet. Back in 2014 they started shifting production overseas and the quality immediately took a hit. You can read about it by doing some quick Googling, but essentially it was local environmental regulations that limited the production of these sandals in the states.

Too bad, because the quality just isn’t the same.

First off, I love how comfortable the footbed is on these. Unlike the cork bed of regular Birks I didn’t find I needed to break these in – they’re comfortable from the start. The extra large material over the toes is a little annoying.

I actually thought I would return these when I first put them on because of this piece; however, I didn’t notice it much as the day went on. The main downfall with these shoes is their incredibly loud squeaking.

They didn’t make any noise when I first put them on but as the day wore on they got loud. Embarrassingly so, in fact. And just for reference, they never got wet…this was just typical walking throughout my day.

While this isn’t a deal breaker for me it does mean I will likely only be using them as pool slides from here on out. As with most Birks I would suggest sizing down. I’m usually between a 9-9. 5; however, I always size down with this brand for best positioning/support.

OUTSTANDING!!!! Bought these a month ago and have worn every day! So Comfortable and waterproof! won’t need thongs anymore. I’m usually a size 41 womens, I ordered the 41, true to size (my Birkenstock papillio are size 40 – both fit like a glove with a bit of room at the toes) The material feels like a cross between a croc and thong without any break in period.

Definitely going to get some more colours. I read a review that mentioned a suspicious fart sound happened for a wearer but I haven’t had this happen at all yet, I fastened the buckle to the tightest fitting so it created a fitted sealed between my foot and the show so this may have helped.

If your thinking about it take the plunge! Great investment.

This is my third pair of the Gizeh and I am just as happy as always. They are durable, comfortable and versatile. I am a pretty consistent size 41 (10-10. 5) in Birks and other European brands with a narrow and slightly flat foot and these are just as comfy as my other pairs.

My toes and heel go right to the very edge so depending on your idea of a proper fit, I could see someone thinking they run a little small. I have bought both the Birko-Flor and leather versions and I actually prefer the Birko-Flor since the leather relaxed a little with wear and I like a more snug fit.

I had my last pair for over a decade with regular wear, so these are an excellent investment!.

I bought a pair that was almost identical to this a few years ago from Maryland Square and LOVED them. I have wide feet and have a hard time finding a good fit. These fit then and do now. The only thing I’m disappointed in this time is the inside foot bed.

My previous pair had a soft, almost suede texture to it. This pair is plastic. I specifically bought these for the inner softness. I hate the feel of my bare feet on plastic. I will suffer through it though since they do fit.

If the foot bed was still the same, I would give this shoe an “excellent” rating.

Fit is true to size, but I found the toe strap to be a bit tight. I stuffed some socks under the strap for a few days and they stretched out to the perfect fit. I never have that issue, if anything, shoes tend to be a bit too big on my feet.

The creme brulee was a perfect nude shade for my skin tone and style preferences. I have plantar fasciitis and I generally just prefer comfortable shoes, but I needed a pair for a wedding and figured I might as well invest in a nice pair.

These are definitely much more comfortable than most heels I’ve worn, very supportive but with a bit of cushion too. My feet were still sore after two hours, but I really don’t think that will ever change for me!.

I love these sandals! I have trouble with my joints, particularly my ankles and hips. For the past few years, I have been wearing sneakers with insoles any time I will be on my feet for more than a few minutes.

I tried a couple more affordable wedges (Sketchers, Dr Scholl’s) that claim to be supporive but my hips bothered me after using them for awhile. I had heard that Birkenstocks in general are very supportive and high quality.

I saved up and got these wedges and am so happy with my purchase! They make me feel feminine again and go with so many outfits. The Birkenstock footbed is so comfortable and keeps my feet/ankles stable.

I was even able to go dancing with them!! These wedges have made a big impact on my self confidence and I would highly recommend them!.

I’m a long time buyer of Birkenstock sandals (been wearing my arizonas since 2009) and have owned many variations including the clogs, arizonas, and gizeh sandals. The Mayaris are a perfect cross of the comfort of the arizonas and style for the gizeh.

I typically wear my Arizonas as they are the most comfortable style of Birkenstock I’ve tried and the gizeh to go with summer dresses but I prefer straps over the top of the foot rather than the thong/flip flop like sandals as those are harder on the feet after a long day.

The Mayaris may be uncomfortable at first or may take some getting used to if you’re not used to wearing straps around your big toe but once they’re worn in they’re a great fit. I find that during the break in period they can dig into the top of your big toe joint depending on your gait/foot biomechanics.

Overall would recommend to everyone who is looking for a comfortable sandal that looks great with cuter summer outfits!.

Like all Birks, life with these sandals started off dreamy. They’re comfortable right out of the box. I went with a size 38 and I typically wear 8-1/2 in most shoes. Perfect fit! Over time though, the cork starts to crack on sides where the short strap over your big toe runs across the cork.

This is true for the mocha and black pairs I have. But today, the strap over the big toe completely broke while in the grocery store. Purchased in October of 2020 and I live in the PNW so they only get summer use (June-Aug)—these shoes should last longer.

If I were you, I’d buy the Arizonas instead. Sadly, the Mayari’s will break your heart!.

I have been on the hunt in purchasing two Birkenstock sandals. A light color and a dark color. I have ordered and tried on many styles, including Arizona, Florida, Sienna, Madrid and Gizeh. along with the Mayari.

All were purchased in genuine leather variations and hands down the Mayari in tobacco oiled leather was the best option for my “light” color. It is even more beautiful in person and will match any outfit.

The sandal itself was the most comfortable from all that I had tried on. I personally found it even more comfortable than the Arizona (not to mention stylish). There’s always a break-in period with new shoes and I would highly recommend anyone interested in this style to try it, especially in genuine leather.

I will say I tried this shoe on in the store in the vegan leather options (why the store carried no leather options is beyond me) and I didn’t like the look and feel of the upper at all in those. Glad I took the chance to see it in genuine leather.

Can’t explain how comfortable I find it and the toe loop isn’t bothersome at all. Posted lots of pics for reference and so you can really get a clear idea of what the color is in person. Oh, and regarding sizing, I’m a size 7-7.

5 and in Birkenstock I am always a 6-6. 5 (37). No different here, even though the footbed is the wider size and not narrow.

I had read the reviews about the foot bed not being comfortable and about these not being TTS. I tried to cancel my order to get a smaller size since some reviews said they ran large but it was too late.

I received them and they are perfect. True to size for me. I wear a 9-9. 5 and got the 40B in Black and they fit perfectly. I have a narrow foot so didn’t want the D width. Also, they are so comfortable that I never want to take them off.

I ordered a pair in a different color in a 39 so we will see how that goes but now I am worried they will be too small. At any rate I love these sandals and the look is an elevated look for a Birkenstock.

I purchased these since I’ve always wanted to try them. I’ve been working from home for over two years and I am looking for more comfortable shoes and clothing. I was excited to see it on sale, huge bonus.

But when I get them they appeared to be used. The tag was cut off and had a slight foot print. They are now sold out so cannot swap. The size fits correctly, though they say narrow it’s actually wide or narrow.

I am not sure what is going on with Bloomingdale’s but I’ve had issues with my order, which have led me to stop buying as much as I used to.

I ordered these in the Habana Oiled Leather to try Birkenstock shoes for the first time and they are absolutely lovely. I ordered two more pairs for family members, one in the same color and another in the Black Oiled Leather, who also enjoy them as their first pair of Birkenstocks.

They took about 3 days of constant wear to break in, which was slightly painful for the first day, then after they feel very comfortable and molded to my foot shape. I am always between a US 5. 5-6 for shoes, usually going to size 6 for running shoes, sneakers, and going to size 5.

5 for flats. For these, I ordered the EU size 36, which is recommended for US size 5-5. 5 and they fit much better than the size EU 37 I bought for a relative, which was a bit too large and clunky for my feet.

These style of sandals are unisex, so when Nordstrom sells it as Women’s version, that refers to Birkenstock’s narrow width. The narrow width in the unisex styles are considered to be closer to the average width of women shoes, so it is recommended to order in the narrow width of these shoes on the Birkenstock website.

Nordstrom takes that into account in calling Birkenstock’s narrow width as women’s medium.

I have very narrow feet and these sandals fit perfectly, top is adjustable for the perfect fit, sole is nicely cushioned. Only regret is that I didn’t order more colors, now none are available! Hopefully they will restock soon.

I had high hopes for these, but I’ll be returning. The footbed is soft, but the sole of the shoe is so heavy and hard and clunky! It feels like you’re walking on padded cinder blocks. Too bad because they are very cute.

So many shoes advertise as being comfortable but these truly are! They look great and I could wear them all day with no pain. Highly recommend them and I’ll be looking at other shoes by Softwalk!

I have hoped for a long time that Birkenstock styles could be for me, but I simply can’t adjust to the “comfort”. Everyone raves about the soft footbed or the Arizona/Eva collections, but none work for my tired feet.

As suggested, I can’t wait for the break in period, since the shoe simply isn’t comfortable. Birkenstocks are stylish and I wish I could participate in all the hype.

These sandals are listed as D Wide. I was sent my size in Narrow. Of course they were too narrow and uncomfortable so I had to send them back. The orchid color is pretty, looks like the photo. But the width shouldn’t be listed as Wide if they only have the Narrow in stock.

Had planned to order this style and color from Birkenstock website but my size was no longer available. Was happy to find the style and color. Satisfied with service and product.

I like to buy sandals with adjustable straps for a good fit. This sandal has two. The ankle strap is thin and flimsy, and should have been longer. The angled strap had no “holes” that worked for me, and I couldn’t pull it tighter because the strap widens and won’t fit any farther through the buckle.

The only things I liked were the cushioning and the Sand color looks even better in person. Had to sent them back.

These sandals are super soft and cushiony, and fit perfectly right out of the box. The side buckles are stylish and I like the adjustable heel strap. I can wear these to work and then run errands without my feet hurting.

I will be getting more in other colors.

I love the shoe’s design: simplistic and versatile. However, even though the heel strap appears to be adjustable, it is not; unless you do not mind an excessive amount of the strap hanging off the shoe.

Unfortunately, the shoes had to go back.

For a shiny shoe finish, it looks nice not cheap. The color is very pretty medium golden brown. Goes well with a vintage patent leather purse. It fits! I am 7 or 7. 5 M and the sizing guide advised me correctly with the 7M.

It arrived quickly to S. FL and well packaged in a strong outer box. Bought on sale and not returnable, so please with the chance I took. Whew! Engineering is great, because the foot bed wraps up over sides of foot for better stability and support.

These are the most comfortable sandals I have ever had! I wanted a small heel so I could feel I was dressing up my sundresses and not have issues with my knees. I can wear these all day long without pain! I have the gold ones and I can pair them up with anything.

The slight complaint I have is the way the leather was put on the right sandal. The leather at the tip of the toe area isn’t smooth. It had a buckled look to it compared to the smooth look of the left sandal.

I got this sandals on sale which I’m very happy with as well as the comfort of these heels.
