Applied product as described – actually maybe a little more than what was recommended. After four weeks this insect killer did nothing. We still have just as many bugs crawling around the yard, driveway and porch.

I was told full strength Bifenthrin is not sold to the general public and this product is proof of that. Cannot recommend.

The pest control company that does my house and lawn uses this. I’ve used this for about a year and it works great. Put some on ant hills. I was told by my the pest company that you don’t have to water it in.

Save’s a lot of work. Very good at killing ants and saved a lot of time and work by not having to put water on it for it to work. The bag says to water it in but I don’t and it still works good.

use this routinely, every few months or so (florida) to keep the pests under control… works good, been using bifen granules for years

Started using this Feb 2021. Found it on Amazon. I bought the Kit. Sprayer comesFulled and you get four bags in the box, so 5 applications. I used it all on my Bermuda Glass front and back yards. It is very hard to find this in stores and online.

I paid $14. 98 on Amazon and reordered just the Lawn Food. I am new to growing Grass and this works well I guess. Bought this House 1 1/2 years ago and the lawn was not good. I give myself 2 years to have a Golf Course Lawn and this is year one.

Looks like it helps. I also use other Natural Fritalizers as well.

I live in Utah, where water evaporates quickly in the heat and the soil is Sandy/loam. Because of this product, and several others from gardeners dot com, I’m able to have a traditional English garden with a 76′ row of rose bushes, lined with boxwood hedges.

The green sand was recommended to me by my grandmother who owns and refurbished a National historical estate in North Carolina. And, I agree with her recommendation, green sand worth every penny and it’s such a gardeners secret.

The thought of adding “sand” to already sandy soil brought hesitation, but this soil amendment really works, the plants love it, water goes a lot further, and drainage is exactly as it should be. I have other areas of my yard that didn’t get green sand added to the soil, and I saw the difference in the health and happiness of those plants almost immediately.

I inherited an allotment in a community garden: it was neglected and overgrown, but I managed to rescue two sad looking miniature rose bushes from it. After I cleared out the weeds and cleaned up the bed, I added Greensand to the soil around the roses.

They exploded in new growth, and even put out several little buds, which all bloomed successfully. Other flowers, violas, daffodils, salvia and daisies, also burst into bloom after just a little taste of the stuff.

I’m now adding Greensand to my new tomato and pepper plants to see what will happen. Great stuff.

I used this as an amendment to the potting soil that I purchased locally for my plants. I did a little research about greensand and found it is good for water retention, soil texture and trace elements.

So far so good. My dahlias, potted roses and herbs are all happy on the back deck. I also added a bit to the planting holes in my veg garden and I think this may be my most beautiful & productive garden yet.

I have moss in my flower beds where there’s no sun. I actually had no idea that anything like Moss Out existed until now! In order to test the Moss Out lawn and flower bed granules I decided to only do a very small area, kind of like a patch test.

I sprinkled the granules and then watered them as directed in just the small test area. I’m happy with this product and recommend it if you have moss that you want gone. One thing I want to mention. When you are using this be sure to not only read the directions but also the warnings very thoroughly.

I will now use it everywhere that I have moss growing in my lawn and flower beds!.

I had no idea that a product like this actually exists, WOW! I received it free on Influenster and i really like this product as it does help clearing out that ugly moss on my lawn and side walk. There is a funny smell when you open the bottle but i think its more than enough to use if a couple of times in my lawn.

Also, you should read the instructions carefully there are certain places you shouldn’t use it to avoid stains.

I used this for my “flower bed” which is really rocks and a few low water plants since I live in California and need a drought tolerant landscape. I never water the area but during this time of year when we get fog and a little rain we get moss growing.

This product took care of the problem and I will be purchasing again when I need more. A little goes a long way!.

I love EZ straw brand. It’s cut the right length to achieve a happy medium between staying put and being easily worked. I’ve never had problems with washout or blowing away. It’s kept my seeds safe and sound through germination, seedlings, & adult stages.

I also use it liberally as a mulch in new beds. I’ve found it breaks down well, adding valuable organic material to the soil, while holding moisture and keeping roots cool. I also like the initial color, though that fades into a natural soil tone after a couple of months.

Compare the few pictures to see the difference. The “established” beds are this-season new also. The ground cover will intentionally spread over the next few seasons, so the remaining straw won’t be visible.

I’m very pleased with this brand and will most definitely be using it again next season. I have no complaints at all.

This is my first time using EZ Straw. I bought it for covering my newly planted asparagus to help retain moisture. I had quite a bit left over, so I used it to mulch other areas of my large garden. We had a light rain the next that probably helped activate the tack.

Two days later we had terrible storms move thru, with high winds and torrential rains (even a tornado 2. 5 miles away). As you can see, my EZ Straw is still in place! I’m really surprised at previous negative reviews related to the EZ Straw staying put in wind!.

i ordered 4 bags all 2. 5cf. 1 1st came in smaller size bundle. that was great! i could handle it and store it very well. But the other 3 that were shipped a few days later were a big disappointment! They are packaged in very large bundles also 2.

5cf. so i didn’t like that. on top of that, I should have known that the straw would come with thousands of seeds, but i didn’t think about that until i saw it all sprouting in my seed beds and containers and planting areas.

The seed part was my own naivete. I had seen many you tube videos where the gardener used straw or woodchips everywhere. one guy mentioned ez straw. no mention of the sprouting straw seeds. so my bad for not anticipating that.

the biggest issue for me is the very large packaging compared to the 1st very compact package all with the same 2. 5 cubic feet volume. i do want to say that tractor supply had a much better price than every other retailer i checked online.

Have covered several landscape projects with this over the past several years and I love it! Doesn’t break down like bark mulch and keeps gardens looking nice and neat. Have it on a path as well. Easy to walk on other than our path is angled so it does get moved around in a strong rainstorm but easy to move back into place.

Plan to buy more this year to finish one more garden area. I thought it was a clever use of old rubber tires. Beats going g to the landfill.

I have bought many bags of this black rubber mulch for my very large gardens. The colour does not fade over the years I have not had to top up with anymore mulch as I would have to do with natural mulch.

This mulch works great to keep the weeds out and to keep the moisture in the ground for all my plants to thrive. I bought more of this mulch recently as I made my gardens bigger and needed more. The bags are lightweight and the mulch is so easy to spread and covers a good amount of area.

My husband purchased these and my small dog ate one and it got lodged in her digestive tract and almost killed her. $6000 later my dog had surgery and is recovering and I am now hiring someone to remove every last trace of it from my property.

Not to mention environmental aspects of purchasing this product. Terrible product !!!!.

This was a perfect solution at 4 inch depth to drag our outdoor horse paddock base built on sand and pea gravel. Even pulled the weeds while straightening and softening the base. Love the wheels to move the product around where you need it.

I’ve purchased a few bags of these and spread it into the gaps between my slabs which worked great to keep the unwanted vegetation away. I also used it on my lawn which was at least 85% moss. I had to apply it twice due to how much moss I had but it did the job and napalmed the entire lawn.

In future I will use a spreader as I did it by hand and sometimes put too much in one area which scared the soil and burned the grass. Will be using again.

This is good, apply with a drop or rotary spreader. Apply thinly, as not to scorch the grass. Always use when the ground is moist and prior to rain. Two or three applications made be required. When the moss goes black, rake out with a tined rake.

Then aerate the lawn.

Excellent. My lawn was heavily covered in moss. Followed the instructions and moss turned black within days of using leaving the rest of my lawn greener than before.

Good product. No surprises. It does what it says on the tin!

I am using this product for taking certain cuttings which prefer to be started in sand and also I am using it to help break down heavy soil together with farmyard manure and grit. It has several uses and I am very pleased with this item.
