20 Best Samsung Tab S2 Case (2023 Updated)

I would highly recommend this Fintie shell gold coloured case. It fits snugly and looks absolutely fab covering my gold Samsung Galaxy tablet. I had been looking around at much more expensive brands and many just about held the tablet until you decided to move the case following which the tablet tended to fall out.

As I plan to video I needed a compact neat and protective case and the Fintie was the only one I was very happy with. I have just ordered another one as a present! Mandy.

Purchased for my new tablet and so far so good. Quality is not as the Samsung cover I bought for my previous tablet however it was a fraction of the cost. It feels more plasticy and less premium but that’s not a major issue.

It holds the device securely adding a little more bulk and weight which for me is good as without the case it felt very dedicate. All the cut outs give unrestricted access to the controls.

Lovely, quality case. Fits perfectly and easily, with all switches and sockets accessible with case in place. Soft inside keeps screen protected from scratches. Tablet still light with case on and easier to handle.

Gold case is a nice colour and goes well with the gold tablet. Well worth paying a little more for a quality item. Highly recommended.

I’ve had the Unicorn Beetle a number of weeks now and have been pleased. The price was reasonable. I got it for my S2 9. 7. It provides a good grip and good handling of the tablet. It adds a little weight but not too much.

It’s not bulky and thick. Hopefully it would provide good protection in the event of a drop but I’m not sure. fortunately that has not happened. I saw a YouTube video where a lady with the same tablet and case had dropped hers and the screen broke.

The Unicorn comes with a screen protector which some people remove. My tablet already had a screen protector and I kept the one with the Unicorn so the tablet has two screen protectors. This has not significantly affected the capacitive screen.

And, the Unicorn screen is not adhering to the other screen protector causing unsightly bubble-like spots. Also, I like the idea of two screen protectors hoping that would help if the tablet did drop.

Overall, I am pleased with the purchase.

A week after I received the case my dog pulled my Galaxy tabs2 by the charging cord off the table it was charging on and it crashed to the floor. I about had a heart attack I envisioned my 3 week old nearly $500 investment going in the trash.

I was totally shocked when I picked it up that there wasn’t as much as a scratch on the tablet at all. The screen did not even crack, I am sure how it must have landed played a part in it also. I am positive this case saved me $500 and the headache of trying to recover everything I have on my tablet, in my opinion if you don’t protect your investment with this case your just one accidental fall away from disaster.

Absolutely love this case! I looked everywhere for a case to fit my 9. 7 tablet and couldn’t find one. I wanted a case to protect my new Tab S2. On Ebay I found the SUPCASE Unicorn Beetle Property Hybrid.

I had tried another brand and there were bubbles on the screen and wasn’t happy and I was a little leary when I ordered this one. But when the SUPCASE came in and I put it on my Tab S2, what a difference! It’s perfect and I would recommend it to everyone and love it.

And not to mention, the case came in within a couple days. You can’t beat that! Very happy.

I love this case!! The design on it is beautiful! It feels very sturdy without being clunky. I like the way it makes my tablet stand up. I just LOVE everything about it! Its my favorite case to date!!!!.

I wish it had more options for standing up. either very low or very high. Also, had to air it out for a few days before placing tablet in case. It arrived with a plastic odor. It is fine now.

I absolutely love these cases and this was the fourth I purchased. For some strange reason this one is slowly falling apart, not sure why but very disappointed.

Extremely good protections against falls and screen scratch free. Good for teens. Dislikes: 1. A little bit heavy 2. Dismantling of the case required for changing MicroSD cards or SIM cards 3. Required quite a bit of effort to dismantle this case.

Tools may be required.

Loving the case. Went to a Verizon store to see if they had one, they didn’t. Finding this case on ebay was a lucky pick. The buttons on the case are easy to press and the port covers provide easy access.

I recommend to others. If you don’t want to use the built-in screen protector, you can remove it and use your own.

This is a great cover that I really liked. It’s a great value all around- different than an OtterBox because the hard shell is on the outside with some exposed silicone on the edges and where the hand naturally would be.

since this Tyler has been out a few years it’s an excellent value much better than the Chinese copycats.

I must say, I really love the quility of the build of this Tab S2 Keyboard Cover by Samsung. The look and feel of the keyboard is high quility. The trackpad can be used just like one uses a trackpad on a full size notebook PC.

The but, the track pad, I fould that when I type, I sometimes toutch the trackpad accidentally while typing and the curser disapers off the screen. But, the trackpad and be very easly shut off with a simple press of the “F10” key, to turn it on again just press the “F10” again.

The keyboard as all the functions as if one were just using the toutch screen. F2 key brings up all the running and opened apps, F1 key is your home button it will bring the user to it’s main home screen, F5 and 6 dims and brightens the display, F7 mutes sound, F8 and 9 volume down and up.

F12 is for Blluetooth, theres a button for S Finder, Tab, Caps lock/unlock, shift, Ctrl, Alt buttos, page up/down, left/right buttons, Fn and Lang buttons. A button to bring up the screen’s keyboard.

The only thing I have to say about this keyboard cover, I just really wish Samsung would have put a backlight for the keyboard, so if one is typing in the dark, the user can see the keys easier. I really don’t need a backlight because I know how to type, I know how to find the homerow keys if I find my fingers getting lost on the keyboard and I know the placement of all letters, numbers and puncuation buttons are.

But, just as an added convience it would have been helpful feature. But maybe, next time Samsung will add a backlight so the keys would have a glow to them with a way to turn the glow or backlight on and off and a light sensor, so the glow or light will be on auto.

At this price-point I expected much better. The material does not feel like leather as advertised, but rather just a cheap plastic. Furthermore, when in the “standing” configurations it easily collapses (unintentionally) during normal use.

This is because the supporting section of the case is held in place only with a very weak magnet, and touching the tablet even very gently causes it to flatten and fall. This may be acceptable for just watching movies, but you certainly can’t type on it in this configuration.

At first I thought I was somehow using it wrong, but after researching it a bit, I’ve realized that it’s just a very poor design.

This is well made, elegant looking, magnets work well. A little tricky to mount and dismount, but for good reason; it stays in place. I love this thing, but everything wears out eventually, so I even bought some spares!.

If you are interested in a portfolio case I highly recommend Samsung. It feels very well made and looks great. It protect the device and allows you to use it as a stand. Plus the auto screen off/on feature is pretty neat.

It is a bit pricey but I guess that is what you pay for the best.

I’m glad I found one at Visions. They are sold out everywhere. Can’t even get them from Samsung. It’s great quality and the best, slimmest fit you can get for this tablet.

I purchased the gold version of this cover. I love it. It was a little tricky to attach it to the tablet. I called Samsung’s tech support and the sent me a link to a YouTube video that demonstrates how to attach the case.

Pros: Tablet looks protected, especially in the corners. The grip feels ok, but not awesome. Cons: Not slim, the volume controls and power button are covered when it is close, not good if you are using the tablet for music, or wants to turn it off for emergencies.

It is not obvious how to use the unfold or fold the the stand.

Beautiful light case. 100% fit and all round protection. This case is built to last. Its not padded so may not give full protection if dropped. Very good value. Seller is lovely. No issues so far.

I am an uberklutz and MUST have protection against. ME!!!! Even Otterbox couldn’t keep the edge of my Samsung s8 from being cracked after a tip over only several inches from the ground! So far, so good!! I think this is what I need! If I had purchased this for my s8, I wouldn’t be paying off the $300 left on my cracked phone.

In January when I have paid off my non working Samsung s8 and get a new phone, I am RUNNING, not walking to the nearest computer and ordering a phone protector! My Tab 2 is safe and sound! Thank you!!!.

Instructions I was directed to were on the internet, not even my model of notebook, very hard to install, hope you have strong fingernails. Had to take it off and install a second time to finally get it to cover the notebook like it should.

I didn’t think it was going to cover it properly. When I finally got it installed I noticed there was a hair under the screen. And it had plastic on it, no mention of plastic in the instructions. It was just a frustrating experience.

I like the border around the edge as it gives you something to hold onto as the s2 is very slim and slippery, its so easy to drop without this case on ,the built in screen protector is a good idea but seems to get dirty very quick compared to the adhesive ones I have on my other devices, the flaps that cover the charge port and headphone port are not easy to use as it takes two hands one to hold the flap open the other to plug cord into the device and I believe that maybe with prolonged use these may snap off , The rubberised feel to the back is nice to stop device sliding on tables or laptop while using, a kick out stand built in would be a very good addition or have it as an add on.

all buttons and camera are functioning fine in this case, to score out of 10 I would give it a 6.

Works ok holding the tablet firmly and turning it off and on when opened. Its a little slippery and cheap feeling, but good for the price. I like it and recommend it.

This product has good quality. Couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Would buy again if I needed to.

A sturdy cover at a great price

Very well made tablet case that fits and protects my Samsung S2 tablet perfectly. All operating controls are easily accessed and closing/opening the case turns tablet on/off which is a bonus. I highly recommend this case and it is good value.

Bought it in anticipation of purchasing the Samsung Galaxy tab S2 so that when it arrived it would go straight into this case. Very pleased with it. In fact using it this very moment. It turns tablet off when closed and reverse when opened.

Cannot fault it. Includes stylus cum pen which is very handy.

I have bought a few different tablet cases over the years but I must admit this is the best one iv bought so far, quality good, fits perfectly and looks really smart. Would definitely recommend

This has a great cover image, but has a thin cover over a cardboard base that wears quickly. I am going to looking for something else.

Tablet cover was exactly as described and does the job perfectly.

I had just put this case on my new tablet and I ended up dropping it right onto the airports tile floors. Needless to say I was happy that it protects it very well from drops, it fell screen first and the tablet made it through completely unscathed! I appreciate the fact that it’s also not overly bulky so it fits nicely into my carry-on.

The stand is also very good for when I don’t have my adjustable stand on hand.

Excellent tablet case I love UAGs shock protection. With this tablet the small props molded in are great for holding on to the tablet. Great case for running my video streams!

Great case, very sturdy and well-made, but doesn’t fit the center-camera 2018 model.

Came early. Fits tablet well. Color true to website and looks great. Have had a month. It feels like it will hold up well. Only two things I don’t like. If I fold cover back after a while my tablet goes to sleep even while using it.

The most annoying is that the plastic that holds the tablet in partially covers where the charger goes in. I have to lift it up while putting the cable in. If I don’t the plastic pushes the charger out!.

Decent cover, but there is something wrong with the auto-sleep. It works fine when you open or close the cover but the tablet also goes to sleep when you have the cover open and folded all the way back.

It’s quite annoying. Also, no stylus included.

Nice , made well. only complaint is that is was very hard to get the tablet into it and a part looks like its not fitting to well due to that. They enclosed a protective cover for the tablet face but it did not fit that well so I took it off.

It came with a styli that works great. For the price its ok.

I am sorry but I can’t give you a good review I bought one 8″ and my tablet 8″ and it didn’t want to fid. I couldn’t use it so I wasted my money. On it so iam not satisfied. Maybe if I would get one that would satisfy me I would give a 5 star good value Iam disabled and I can’t afford to lost money Thank You.

It was just what I had ordered. Fit perfectly and the quality of the case seem very durable.

It slipped over the samsung kid tablet, which helped protect it from falls. When my 2 year old would drop it, but the case doesn’t protect it from. Being standing on or drover over with a riding toy.

Other then that it did what it was suppose to do.

We actually bought 2 of these for our little ones’ new tablets. They were a perfect fit for our Galaxy Tab A 8” tablets (apparently model year makes a difference). They’re well padded, and the girls love how they the panda’s legs serve as a built-in stand.

Only thing I could ask for is that they would come in more color options.

Decent low impact case. It is a snug fit for the Galaxy Tab A, though without a glass cover I’m not how well hard falls will be protected. The feet are a nice option and hold up well. Only complaint is the slot for the power/volume is a little awkward, and I’ve missed the buttons a few times without looking.

Does the job, albeit the stand on ours doesnt work like we hoped. Will likely try a similar brand (same concept) next time. Best used flat. Con: On first use, we realised the stand wasnt quite right.

I think the angle of the handle/stand perhaps needs to be greater. The iPad just wont stay standing up on it without repeatedly falling over. Only works if it’s balanced carefully first on a table and not touched (not practical if your child wants to actually actively use it though) Maybe ours is defective, so might not be the same for everyone.

I bought the product to protect my new tab a7 tablet in the first instance, however since the product came with a keyboard which I was sceptical about how it worked and battery life etc, the product worked very well indeed, it is a dream to use, its speed is amazing with the keys just needing a little touch to operate.

it is a shame it is not backlit as this would help a lot as if the area is badly lit then it is a little hard to see the keys. The tablet is held securely in the case and a gap is ensured between the screen and keyboard through design of the retaining clips, which are protected with rubber.

The keyboard comes with a selection of layouts and is most suited to the US layout then all symbols like @,#,$,%, can be used with ease, with a UK keyboard layout then it can be tiresum to find the symbols you need.

In general the unit is comfortable and stylish to use ans am sure with other OS like windows it would perform just as well.

I bought this cover in black for my 10. 1 inch tablet as I was looking for a good shockproof cover. I find the thickness of it makes it easier to lift the tablet and also the silicon quality gives good grip to prop it up against things when using it.

I really like this cover, even though it is not an exact fit. The cover is too large for the tablet with it being universal in size so it needs to be handled carefully! A great pity that a smaller size is not available.

I found that the hand strap gives more stability when using the tablet and both it and the longer strap are of good quality. I didn’t really use the small stand but it would be useful if you were keeping the tablet in one place for a while.

This is the case we bought to protect the Samsung Galaxy tablet we gave our granddaughter for Christmas. It is cute and she likes it, but more importantly it provides all around protection in the event the tablet is dropped.

I would recommend this item to anyone considering an expensive electronic device for a younger child.
