20 Best Running Shoes For Narrow Feet And High Arches (2023 Updated)

Bought these for After a foot surgery to get back to walking. I had a previous styled pair and liked them. Of the several shoes Brooks offers, I like these because they cushion your heel while walking or running.

I’ve tried a bit of jogging and my feet feel fine. I purchased a 1/2 size larger only because of my intermittent swelling foot. It should get me through the next 6 months of healing, as I’ve had the last pair for over a year.

It’s a good long lasting shoe, for someone who is Not a major runner. But I believe they would last at least six months for an avid jogger/runner. Well worth the price tag.

This is my first pair of Brooks, and I’m pleased. I wear size 10 and the fit is perfect. I ordered the Animal Print and I love the look. My young adult son says, “Those are dope”. I just walked three miles and my normally angry feet don’t even realize I’ve moved from the couch.

The only issue I have is that the shoelaces, which are a key feature of the look, don’t stay tied. You could’ve done better Brooks! Now, I have to double knot them. EVEN WHEN I DOUBLE KNOT THEM THEY SOMETIMES COME UNTIED! I’m thinking of getting some kind of sliding holder to keep the laces, but if this was going to be a problem, Brooks should’ve put them on the shoe or chosen a different fabric for the laces.

I’m not sure how it happened but these shoes have grown on me. I’ve heard plenty of rave reviews about Brooks shoes but I’ve never worn them before…honestly wasn’t sure they were worth the price if you weren’t a serious runner.

However I had deal and thought I’d finally take the plunge since I was becoming a serious hardcore walker due to a medical condition. I thought the shoes were comfortable in the store and while not my first choice the color was acceptable (it was only one that had my size in the store and my deal ran out that day).

It has only been a few weeks but I swear they get more comfortable every time I use them and the colors look great! Pleasantly surprised and overall very happy with my purchase.

Honestly, my review might be a bit colored, but I think it’s safe to say these shoes have only helped in what I would call a complete transformation in my running experience. Recently felt obligated to start running for several reasons, but I’ve always been borderline resentful of the practice because of pretty severe shin splints that always develop over time.

This time however it was suggested to me that I consciously pull my feet out every time I take a step (I’ve got a pretty sever pigeon toe to my gate when I jog or run naturally. ) So I did that and it was definitely better on my legs the next day, and since I was willing to keep running, I got new shoes.

Specifically, these new shoes. I’m a 33 year old man, and almost overnight my running obligation has transformed into something I might even go so far to say is now a release. I’ve been running every other day without fail for over a month now.

Minimum distance is 4 miles and most days I’ve been 5 or more. Heck, I’ve even run a few 10Ks! I think the best compliment I can give a pair of shoes is that I’ve not noticed any issues – no blisters, no sore spots on my feet, etc.

Sorry for the rambling review, but I hope this helps someone else making a choice who is having similar issues trying to figure out what to do!.

I’ve worn the 13th and 15th updates of these shoes, and loved them both. I decided to go ahead and order a pair of the 16s. This update doesn’t have nearly the amount of arch support that the previous models had.

My arches haven’t been a problem for me in 13 years of running and I’ve never noticed my arches before running in this shoe. At the end of 5 miles in these shoes, my arches actually ache. I don’t know what you did to the mid-foot of this shoe, but it doesn’t work for me.

This version also feels clunky, less cushioned, heavy, and un-responsive compared to the previous model, especially in the heel area. I bought half a size up, as I’ve had to do with the last few Inspire updates, and the sizing is consistent with the previous model.

I run roughly 42 miles a week, and I’ve been using the previous versions of the Inspire for my long runs, but I won’t run any further than 6 in these, and I can’t use them for speed workouts the way I could the previous versions.

Generally, this is an inferior and uncomfortable update. Please undo the changes you’ve made, they’ve made this a very undesirable product.

I use this shoe for daily workouts and three miles runs. Initially I was underwhelmed with the feel of the shoe. They were stiff, the cushioning felt unsupportive, and the upper kept rubbing against my ankle which seemed odd.

However, after a day or two of normal wear they fell much better, no more stiffness, the cushion feels much more supportive, and no more rubbing my ankle. Pros: I purchased these because of reviews promoting heel support while running.

Having had issues in the past of heel strain this shoe has not given me any trouble. These are very light weight, and breath well, making runs less burdensome. The wider sole at the forefoot provides excellent stability during weight training.

Cons: The initial fit and feel is underwhelming, and can take a few days before they feel normal/broken in. The materials used for the upper and the midsole look cheap.

Bought these for the style, returned them for the horrible fit. Let me preface this review by saying I’ve been a Brooks fan for ~4 years and have cycled through the Dyad 10s, the Ghost 12s, and two (2) pairs of Launch 5s.

This is the first time I’ve ever had anythng negative to say about a pair of Brooks shoes, and it really comes down to the horrid lacing system (or lack thereof). Buyer beware, you CANNOT tighten this shoe.

The lacing structure is deisgned such that the sock-like upper and elastic laces are meant to secure your foot, and I found it didn’t even come close. I trialed them Day 1 on a 2-miler and noticed an overall slop as compared to my other shoes with traditional lacing systems and a heel-lock setup.

3 days later I took them on a 3-mile club run, and that was enough to bench them for almost 2 months. In late Sept I gave them one last chance on an 8-mile club run and had severe tightness in both calves for weeks afterward.

Given the inability to immobilize the foot inside the shoe, I felt there was way too much work being done by the foot itself to stabilize, which inevitably transferred up the leg creating just an overall discomfort.

Add to that a general lack of energy return (despite the website description) and these quickly fell out of rotation in favor of Hokas and Nikes with literally hundreds of miles on them. Overall disappointed with the shoe itself, but Brooks obliged me with a full return.

Win some lose some, but I will always have a pair of their shoes somewhere in my training cycle.

These are the PERFECT running shoe. Don’t let the other reviews put you off, I read them and nearly didn’t make a purchase, but I’m so glad that I did. I was worried these wouldn’t be as good as my original Bedlams.

but my worry was misplaced as these are far superior!! Firstly, when I buy new running trainers it usually takes a few runs to break them in, I get a few blisters etc. But with these beauties I didn’t get any of that; from first run they were ultra comfortable and gave me no grief whatsoever.

they immediately felt spot on. Now I know some reviewers have said that these trainers are too narrow and I will admit, if you have a very wide foot these may not be the trainer for you. However I’ve found them to be just right for my standard feet; plenty of room for my feet to expand after a few miles, not so tight they numb my feet, don’t cause any pressure etc.

Also the sown in tongue is something I don’t mind but I can see why some people wouldn’t like it, it makes the shoes tight to get on. But once on, these shoes fit like a glove! What I also love about these trainers is that I’ve always struggled with knee issues when I run, but since wearing these I’ve noticed this problem becoming less and less.

They really do provide the support and stability that I need need running as I don’t have a standard gait and tend to run on the outside of my foot. Thesw trainers are springy without being overly springy, they provide the right amount of ‘bounce’ when running to make them feel comfortable but so I can also ‘feel’ the road too.

Also the sizing is spot on. I’m a UK 5 and decided to opt for a 5. 5 to allow for expansion. This was a good call as they’re very comfy when worn. The only thing thing would say is that these are very much road running trainers or for use on a treadmill.

They’re in no way ideal for trail running or even on slippy/muddy/wet surfaces. The grip is pretty shocking, but as long as you’re aware then you’ll be fine!.

Much tighter fit overall than any other Brooks shoes I’ve worn previously, including the Ravenna 7s and the Adrenaline GTS 17s. I usually wear a size 10 in Brooks, which was the same for these shoes, but the fit is really snug.

I ran after it rained and there’s no grip on the road — felt like I could slip at any moment so I had to be really, really careful (side note: I’d spray a waterproof solution on these before wearing them because they get soaked easily with their very thin material).

This was upsetting because they’re advertised as road-running shoes. The ankle GuideRails take time to break in and were not comfortable at all until my fourth or fifth wear. Even then, the ankle supports don’t really help with my overpronation, which is why I bought these shoes in the first place since I had prior success with Brooks’ support shoes.

The thin material continues right on the inner ankle, which is exactly where previous models of Brooks’ overpronation shoes had a thick material for targeted support. The cushion does feel pretty comfortable when my foot lands, but that’s about the only positive.

I’m not crazy about these at all, even though they are much better looking than all previous models and are definitely the lightest Brooks I’ve worn. Unfortunately I bought these at a DSW so I can’t return them, but I might opt for a different brand in the future, as it seems Brooks changed a LOT with its newest shoe models.

After a couple of years using some nice non descript Adidas running shoes I decided to try something new. OK, that and the fact that the soles had already got all the miles they could have on them. The Brooks came out nicely reviewed as a every day runner with a nice neutral stride.

Have to agree with that assessment! After 3 weeks of running in them, mostly warm to hot weather and short runs between 5K and 10K, I am nothing but happy. There was no breaking in period at all. They also don’t run hot even in this blistering weather and they are true to size.

Another big improvement has been on how my joints feel after running. Huge difference there! I will definitely check what Brooks has going on next time I need to buy new trainers.

I bought the Tempos for speed days and races but I could easily get away with these being my only pair of shoes. Unlike other shoes, they don’t need a break in period and feel great from the moment you put them on.

They’re so light they make you want to run fast in them all of the time, however, they feel comfortable and stable at any pace including walking. I’ve clocked over 300 km in these and they’re showing no sign of wear so they’re better value than the price tag suggests.

The only criticism I would make is that the grip is not the best on wet surfaces (far from the worst, though). Any trails with loose or muddy surfaces are also probably best avoided. Having said that, I’ve done park runs on well groomed trails and they’ve been perfectly fine.

I can’t wait to run in these during this year’s Melbourne Marathon Festival half marathon.

I got these shoes because they are SO cute! They have the beautiful leopard pattern bottom with green and turquoise colors. I also bought them for my new running shoes but am not really satisfied with that aspect.

They are very very light weight and feel like you aren’t’ wearing anything on your feet. The bottoms are very squishy and good for walking but not supportive enough for running. My ankle kept wanting to twist when running because the base isn’t hard enough when coming down during a run.

I would consider these walking shoes, not running. I’m glad I got them because they are stylish and have gotten many compliments but I am disappointed that now I need to buy another shoe for running.

This is marketed as a neutral shoe for underpronators who are prone to plantar fasciitis. That’s me. I underpronate because I have high arches. I bought this shoe for all those reasons. When I got them, the fit was good, but the sockliner is a completely flat piece of memory foam; not a hint of arch to it.

I tried the shoes and it actually made the top of the arch in my left foot hurt–which is a whole new kind of ache in addition to my usual plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, the usual arch support inserts I use aren’t a good fit in this shoe because the heel cup of the insert raises my heel height, so the ankle of the shoe rides lower around my ankle, which feels unstable.

I contacted customer support to ask them if they have any suggestions on an arch support insert that would fit this shoe, and rather than answer my question, they responded with a very unhelpful email with a link on how to return them–they didn’t answer my question at all.

The info on returns states: “Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 90 days of purchase. Returns received after 90 days will not be accepted. Original condition is defined as: All tags still attached to product.

Material must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Merchandise must be in its original packaging. Return shipment must include the packing slip. ” Well, I can’t return them: they’ve been worn; I did remove the tags, though I saved them in case I needed to return; and my order didn’t come with a packing slip.

So these shoes were a very poor choice for me because they lack any arch support, and the brand, well, it’s apparently a poor choice for me as well since customer service ignored my actual question in favor of a useless form email on how to return.

This was my first ASICS purchase in several years, and I thought I’d try them again, and I’m very sorry I did. A bad experience all around, and now I’m stuck with a shoe I basically can’t wear.

Pros: – Plenty of room for all my toes and a bit of a bunion – Normal, non-flashy colors. Don’t feel like clown shoes. – I like the laces actually. A bit of texture to them so they stay tied. – Nice grippy soles – Light-weight Cons: – An usual amount of padding (imo) at the back of the shoe/ankle area.

I walked 3 mostly paved miles in these the first day and was starting to get a blister at the back of my ankle. – Zero arch support. I mean z-e-r-0. – Soles aren’t as cushioned as my last pair of Asics Overall these shoes are fine.

I know they’re running shoes, but I’m going to mostly walk around my neighborhood or aerobicise at home in them. Once I get some inserts to raise my heel to avoid blisters and provide some arch support I think they will be great.

I can’t blame Asics too much for the ankle blisters since it’s a problem I have with most shoes. My big concerns were color and having enough room for all my toes.

I waited several weeks before posting this review to see how the shoes felt on my feet and I’m here to say these shoes are great. I bought these to walk around my 1. 7M sq ft warehouse for work. Concrete floors, climate controlled and I walk about 6 miles a day.

These shoes have stood up to the challenge. I have BIG FAT feet like Sasquatch/Fred Flintstone and ordered these in a 13 4E and have zero regrets. Plenty of room in the toe box and the gel heel feels great all day.

The typical swelling of the feet through the day doesn’t seem to be an issue with these shoes as with other shoes and boots I have. They are light and feel cool on the feet with excellent breathability.

Overall I am extremely pleased and only time will tell about the longevity.

I bought these “Run Lucky” edition of the Ghost 14 running shoe. The look of these were what sold them to me. I’ve just switched over from another popular manufacturer and so far, have nothing but positive feedback for these.

My wife runs (a lot more than I do!) and has only used Brooks for the past number of years, covering well in excess of 1000km/year. All her Brooks shoes last a long time, so I have similar high expectations of the Ghost.

Purchasing from Start Fitness was quick and easy. I missed out on a 10% discount by a number of hours (tried to buy them in the early hours of the morning on 1st September and the code ran out at midnight, at the end of August!).

That aside, the postage was quick and stress-free. I would purchase from Start Fitness again, and I will purchase Brooks again.

I always purchase Brooks Addiction because I need foot stabilization. At times, I’ve ordered “regular” other times “wide”. I opted for “wide” on the GTS 15 and believe that I could have ordered the “regular” on this model.

Over the years, from model to model, some have been wider than others; regardless, this shoe is great, and I will continue to purchase the Brooks Addiction.

I like these shoes and the fit is good because I have a narrow foot. I also like the weight, but with the longer mesh tongue and the pull tab on it which wraps from front to back, they are scratchy on your ankle and a bit above your leg.

I think the tongue is too long for the shoe and I lace them all the way to the top. I have many pairs of Asics and the 24s are lighter and more comfortable than the 23s which are difficult to lace with the thick tongue.

I will see how they perform in the gym and write more.

After wearing gel Nimbus for 20+ years, these are my fave. In recent years, Asics shifted to a fairly narrow shoe but this version is snug without being tight. The material stretches well. The mesh tongue doesn’t bother me at all.

Very cool visually, but more importantly runs like a dream. The laces stay put, they don’t loosen as you run.

Major change since the last model, but not bad. They remind me a lot of Nike Free, which I used to love to run in prior to breaking up with Nike completely. New, exciting, and a great color. I feel like it’s different enough that Asics should have considered changing the style and name; however, that’s only my opinion.

Much lower profile that they used Ro be interns of support.

These are my 5th pair of Brooks Adrenaline and have loved every pair until this pair. (GTS 22) I was so excited to get a new pair and what a disappointment. They do not fit near as nicely as every other pair I’ve had.

They are narrower, the tongue is weird , the laces are too short and they would definitely need to be broken in for me. (I’ve never had to do that before with Brooks) Sadly I am going to return them and look for something else.

Ahhh Brooks how you’ve disappointed me.

I bought the Brooks for my journey to healthy living due to aching feet when working out in the gym on the treadmill, elliptical, dance and weights. It has given my feet relief due to the comfortable fit and support on my flat feet.

Less pain and more endurance.

I average 13000 steps a day so was looking for a shoe that was super comfortable. I love wearing these because it has a firm feel all around without the weight. And I wasn’t going for looks but who doesn’t love a bit of pink n burgundy.

I got my first pair of ‘serious’ running shoes at 55, fitted at a reliable, trustworthy outfitters with a salesperson who knew how to fit feet. My custom footbeds slipped in perfectly, and gave my feet the little extra bit of support I needed for a proper gait, while keeping lots of cushioning from the shoe.

Did my 5 miles a day for three years on a variety of surfaces, climates and terrain. Lots of room in the toes, snug but not tight over the arch, and never any slip in the sturdily padded heel. Cushioned but very stable.

A bit sophisticated in style, which was a plus. But, I wore then out. And the store didn’t make it through the pandemic. So I found the latest model at Altitude sports. Each point that was worn on my old pair has been improved.

Sleek and elegant styling, perfect fit, Quick delivery, no hassle, perfect condition, fair price. All the best features were updated, but not so they didn’t feel familiar. Very pleased, feet happy and got compliments.

Very comfortable with just the right amount of support for me. After a few pairs of Adrenaline I was recommended the additional support of the Addiction but they were just not right and caused more problems than trying to solve.

Back to the Adrenaline and my feet/knees/hips are so much happier. I’m also happy that my first on-line shopping experience with shoes was hassle free; the sizing from year to year and model to model is very consistent.

The fabric these shoes are made from, the slight stretch, is what makes them so comfortable without loosing any support around the heel and arch. Reason for only 4 stars – I’m getting mighty peeved Brooks for some reason decide not to make the wide fitting shoes in the bright and pretty colours.

At least this time round I had a choice of Navy instead of just black/grey/white. Wide fittings in nice colours like the Violet and the Teal of years past!! Please.

I have been a Brooks Adrenaline GTS lover for going on 12 years. 3 years ago, I noticed changes in the shoe but not too bad so I purchased again last year. Last year, again, I had issues. But, because I have absolutely loved this shoe for so long, I tried again this year.

Sadly, this may very well be the last year I purchase for running. I’ve been lightly running in the shoe for a little over 2 months now, maybe at most 100 miles on them, and the treads are separating from the outsole of the shoe.

same thing happened last year. Two other issues I have had last year and this year are (1) the heel counter causing skin abrasion (until the skin toughens in the area) and (2) small sections of the upper mesh detaching.

I will say the midsole and the toe box are great which is probably why I tried one last time on this model. Overall, I will be trying another runner soon.

As someone who, while in my pre-fatherhood days of logging 75+ mile weeks at paces typically between 6:00 and 6:30 per mile, is just getting back into running, the Clifton 7 was my default place to start after taking over a year off.

My last experience with the Clifton line was the 5 (I have worn every edition other than the 6), the improvements to the upper and weight reduction were a strong positive. Unlike many other reviews, I actually preferred the responsive foam reformulation in the 4 and onwards as opposed to the overly soft 2 and 3, as it was more durable and gave more bounce through the lifecycle of the shoe.

The 7 picked up right when I had left off but has a more open upper with a gussetted tongue, something sorely needed in every version sans the OG. My only concern with 75 miles in is the longevity as the sole is showing a decent amount of wear.

I have heard the 8 outsole was reconfigured to increase durability so I am looking forward to my next pair for comparison. However at this point the wear seems to be mostly cosmetic and has not effected the traction or midsole cushioning.

I use the Clifton 7 for my daily runs, longs (I alternate the 7 and the Mach 4 for long runs) and recovery runs. Other than speedwork, as there are much better options for that case use purpose IMO, the Clifton 7 remains what the Clifton has always been about, a supremely cushioned and comfortable ride for logging a ton of miles at an incredibly light weight and a variety of paces.

The questions over durability are the only reason I am not giving 5 stars, but RR Sports was, as they always are, wonderful to deal with!!.

I absolutely LOVE my Clifton 7s – best athletic shoe I’ve ever worn. I have problem feet/ankles/knees/hips due to rheumatoid arthritis and my 7s made walking for exercise SO much better. I loved them so much that I wore the soles down and the treads off, so I began looking for a replacement.

My local running store did not have the Clifton 8s in stock in my size, so I tried the Bondi, but they didn’t work for me. The store clerk suggested I order the Clifton 8s in my size directly from the Hoka website.

I was super excited to get my new shoes, but SO disappointed when I tried wearing them. The 8s are SO different from the 7s! THE GOOD: The only positive change is that the laces of the 8s are shorter (I always had to double or triple tie the laces of my 7s so as not to trip on them).

The outer sole still seems to offer good cushion. THE BAD: There’s something about the heel that feels stiff, thick and irritating, and just doesn’t fit comfortably for me like the old one. Also, the lining fabric is slick and sweaty/not breathable.

The worst changes, though, are in the toe box. The toe box is too narrow – and I do not have a wide foot. When I stepped forward, I could feel the edges of the insole irritating the edges of my feet where the insole and shoe meet at the sides of my feet.

Adding to this discomfort is the fact that the laces of the 8s start further toward the front end of the shoe than in the 7s, which caused the first lace to cut off my circulation at the base of my toes making the top of my foot tingle.

I tried loosening the laces, but then my foot was too loose in the shoe. I’ve sent them back for a replacement and am going to try the same shoe in a wide, just to see if it’s any better though the toe box, but I don’t have my hopes up too high.

I really hope the next version is improved!.

Read this if you’re a runner and don’t know if you need to size up! After a 10 year hiatus from distance running, I decided to pick up running again and needed new running shoes. Honestly, there are so many options out there I didn’t really know where to begin.

I just want to run a few miles a week so I didn’t want to spend a lot, but wanted something that offered good support because I’m not getting younger. I checked major sport sites and these shoes seem like they’re the most popular for a mid-price range.

As I’ve had zero experiences with Hoka before, I wasn’t familiar with their sizing. I read reviews on multiple sites and it was a mixed bag – some said they ran big, some said small, some said wide, and some said narrow.

I checked all the size charts and they weren’t particularly helpful, either. For reference, I am a solid US women 8 in most shoes – sneakers, heels, boots, sandals. Width wise, I am average – not narrow, not wide.

I’ve never gotten wide shoes in my life, but certain shoes like Converse do feel tight after walking for a while. For running shoes, I always sized 1/2 size up. I used to wear 8. 5 in Asics with thick running socks.

Anyway, I filtered down the reviews to those who mentioned running and it seemed like most runners suggest to get your regular size instead of sizing 1/2 size up as you would with most running shoes.

So I decided to get a size 8 in regular/medium width. With modern technology, I was able to pick up the shoes from a local sporting goods store 20 minutes after ordering. I tried them on in the car and knew I made the right decision – there was some wiggle room from my big toe and the width felt perfect.

Even if I wore thick running socks, it should still be a comfortable fit. Once I got home, I went for a 1 mile run and they felt fine on asphalt/concrete. Obviously, it’s too early to tell if they’re actually right for me, but I’ve had running shoes that immediately hurt, and these didn’t do that.

I am excited to see how these will hold up!.

I was so pleased to discover New Balance as a new option for a running shoe for me. I was previously loyal to another brand for many years, however, over the past year or so, either my foot changed size and/or shape, and/or they changed the structure and design of their shoes to where I can no longer find a size that works for me.

Much to my surprise, a shoe salesman in an orthopedic shoe store recommended New Balance (it’s the only brand they sell), and he specifically recommended the X860v12 to correct for my overpronation. I was thrilled that this shoe fit me so well and felt great from the get-go without any orthotic inserts, as my previous custom orthotics needed to be replaced, and my health insurance no longer covers them.

I have bought 3 pair and would probably buy a 4th if more preferred color combos were still available in my size. My only complaint about this shoe is the shoelaces, which repeatedly came undone during my work-outs.

It was really annoying to have to keep stopping and re-tying them. I ended up having to switch out the laces for laces from my previous running shoes by a different manufacturer. Not an ideal situation, since I’m very much into color coordination, and the replacement laces don’t match.

I’m hoping that New Balance will take my review into consideration, and make future versions of this fantastic shoe with better laces that stay in place. Other than that, I’m a totally happy camper, and plan on sticking with this brand.

I am an er nurse and way back when (2005) use to buy “nurse” shoes. Danskos didn’t work for me ( I have wide feet and used to have bunyons that were removed when I was 14) so I went to Adidas. after my 6th kid (yes you read it right) my feet grew and Adidas didn’t work out.

I tried Brooks and would find an amazing shoe for one year and then buy the next year’s shoe (same style) and they would hurt. So I started with New Balance. I am a very busy mom of 6, frontline er nurse that works and walks tons of hours, especially these last 2-3 years, so my feet are my job! I bought my first pair of New Balances from Famous Footwear.

loved them. Have been buying them online and instore since then and have had only had a few shoes I didn’t love. New Balance makes my feet feel amazing and during a busy 12 hour shift my feet are fine! No pain! They hardly require any breaking in and I have tons of them (because I also walk outside of work to attempt to be healthy) and they have been a blessing.

I know most of your ads and catalog pictures are mostly of fitness type of stuff, but I really want to give a huge shout out to New Balance for this Frontline healthcare worker from the bottom of my busy heart.

However, the material change on the upper shell, specifically by the outer edge of each foot by the Fifth toe “little toe”. Tends to press against the foot. The majority of the upper material is flexible while this small detail is not flexible at all.

This piece does press against the toe even after being sized for the right shoe at REI. This condition exists even with socks on. After some time, she has noticed bruising on both baby toes nails. Resulting to change in color and pain due to pressure from the hard material.

Remember the shoe fits correctly but due to the variation of material flexibility on the upper shell this condition persists. In essence the shoe wearer will develop cones even if the shoe fits. (upper and outer left and right parts of the shoes, the hard-shell material with the NB logo).

Why put such an issolated hard material on an otherwise flexible web by the toe area? Design and comfort on the rest of the shoe is great. In my opinion I would do away with that hard plastic and preserve customer comfort.

Does not work for the function of the shoe and not worth continued damage and issues with the toes. Will be returning for a refund.

I work in healthcare, and at times am on my feet walking or standing all day. Some days I barely sit down. I have been suffering from PF for many years now, and have tried MULTIPLE styles of shoes from clogs to minimal to cushy.

The best shoes I had ever found were the hoka Bondi 6s. They are very expensive, and no matter how good the shoe is I generally still have to replace my work shoes every 6 months. It was worth it to me though to have little to no pain.

I went to replace them and they had made the Bondi 7s. They did what so many shoe companies do and changed them, and of course the changes were not good. I sent them back and managed to find a pair of men’s Bondi 6 on clearance.

When it was time to replace those, I was on the hunt again. I found these and they have been the closest I have found to those amazing Bondi 6s at half the price! (Well when shoemall runs a sale, which is pretty often) The other plus for me is they have an all black version.

I have giant feet (size 11) and I also need them to match all my scrubs. I just like the look of black on black anyway, plus they minimize the appearance of my shoe size. I sincerely hope Skechers doesn’t stop making these or change them! The ones in the picture are my “worn out” pair that I’m replacing.

As you can see they still look practically brand new. I do donate them, as should everyone! Please try to donate them to a charity that will give them away. P. s. to all my fellow HCWs, my socks are sockwells compression.

They are amazing and the combination of the socks and shoes have helped immensely in enduring long shifts on my feet.

I will definitely keep this pair and style on my mind when buying new shoes again. My heel cushioned with gel comfort control. A lovely feature this pair of shoes include. Definitely recommend. Wished they had all black design.

I walk more comfortably. My feet are happy again. I do city sidewalk walking, not trailblazing yet.

I love the looks of these! The sizing is accurate, too. However, I personally would like a little bit wider toe box because of surgeries I have had. a little more rounded. but that’s just me! Nevertheless, they are comfortable, light weight and look great.

A good value for the money!.

I experience knee pain thanks to the knee meniscus wearing down. After my daily walks, wearing my old worn down sneakers, I was experiencing more knee pain than usual. I went into the Penrith store and got professionally fitted and these shoes were recommended, together with the Ergonx innersoles.

Since purchasing the shoes I’ve gone for two long walks and the knee pain is greatly reduced and almost non existent.

I’ve been wearing Brooks shoes for over ten years. I’m a fitness instructor and avid walker and buy shoes about every six months. The Brooks Adrenaline is the best shoe ever. I order a half size larger than my normal shoe size.

I run a modest 10-20 miles a week. Depending on my schedule. I’m 5’9″ 175 and I love trying new sneakers. I started having ankle and foot problems with my On Clouds a couple years ago. I turned to Brooks Ghost 13.

They were nice and comfortable. My pains started going away. I was considering buy the 13’s again then I read the reviews for the 14’s so I gave them a shot. I have 200 miles and they still feel like brand new.

They are light and strong and I have over 100 miles this month alone in them. Great job Brooks!.

I really wanted to like this shoe. It is well made and look attractive. However, I have a plantar fasciitis issue in my right foot that I hoped this shoe would help manage during my physical activities.

Unfortunately, it aggravates it and I end up with pain during and after use.
