I purchased one bottle and didn’t really see any results, so I purchased another bottle and it’s the same. It’s great at suppressing your appetite with no jitters, however, didn’t really get any incredible results.

I was under the impression that it would also ramp up your metabolism as well, I worked out throughout the whole time as well. I’m just going to stick to taking nothing right now and just workout!.

I picked up the NLA Shred-Her from the NLA booth at a local fitness expo, because they gave me a smoking deal. I had recently cycled off of another fat burner, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I gave one of the bottles to a friend who wanted to lose some weight but needed some motivation.

I have tried the Abs of Steel, Buns of Steel and Guns of Steel and have always loved the results. After running into them at the Olympia Expo and trying some of their other samples I thought maybe I should try something new.

Quite honestly I am not sure if this has done anything noticeable for me. I have stacked it with 7-Keto Musclean and also with Quadracarn and Density. Beverly provides very good description on their products and in a clever way connects them with stacking suggestions that at least on surface sound logical.

However in all my experiments with Beverly products for over a year I have not had any noticeable changes or feelings one way or another and now more convinced the nutrition is what drives results in most cases.

I am 55 year old male in very good shape with below 13% body fat and training 4 times a week keeping flexible but smart diet. Not sure if these supplements can be more effective for someone outside these perimiters or someone that pays closer attention to his/her blood work that can defenately provide many answers.

Nice. I enjoy it. I do feel that if there is truly any benefit that FDA should regulate it because I do truly feel enabled by these Beverly International Brand supplements. These supplements increase what I believe to be my nutrient intake thereby increasing gains.

I’ve been taking lean out for 9 months. The first 3 months of taking showed no results. 6 months ago I added 7-Keto Musclean and now take Slin Trol Max. These 3 supplements along with low carb diet together have been game changers in my quick results.

After having used VolcaNO by Force Factor over the past weeks, I can say it is a solid product that has resulted in improved and longer workout sessions. I take the suggested 4 capsules pre-workout and really do notice the increase in energy.

I work out 5-6 days a week and have been supplementing my fitness and nutrition for years. this is seriously the 1st fat burner that has worked for me. I stack it with a “nootropic” in the morning that has caffeine (hence why I chose LeanXT – no caffeine).

I take 1 in the morning with my other supplements, and then 2 before lunch, since that’s usually when my appetite is highest. I am still hungry, but don’t have that super hunger I usually have on workout days feeling very hungry, and I have to say, I don’t feel that “craving” feeling for food – haha, hard to explain.

Everyone is different, but for me this was the perfect addition to my routine. I will say that if you have anxiety or sensitivities to B-vitamins, this WILL WORK for you. I often can’t use other fat burners because of the B-vitamins that tend to make me irritable.

Also, if this helps anyone: My other supplements throughout day contain a total of 300mg of caffeine, and taking 3 LeanXT pills a day does not cause any problems for me. Start with one a day first though, and see how you feel since everyone is different.

Lean XT is very effective. I was on a different fat burner with the same diet and exercise program for 2 months and didn’t notice any change. I switched to Lean XT stacked with Lean PM and within a week and a half I was able to lose about 5 pounds.

The ab muscles are clearly more pronounced with minimum overall skeletal muscle loss. The only downside is if you take it twice a day per the directions you’ll run out of the full bottle in just 2 weeks.

I have been using the LeanFire Thermo gummies for several weeks and was very excited to incorporate them into my daily routine. I typically workout 3-5 times a week, but have found that i have reached a plateau and wanted a little extra boost.

The pros to taking this would be that it does not come with any negative side effects as other fat burning gummies/pills might. I would still watch your caffeine intake, however, I was able to enjoy the benefits without having to worry about negative effects.

I wanted to test a few things with this before I wrote a review. In total in a about 20 days I lost 8 pounds. I think thats pretty great and more than average for me. I started in a strict calorie deficit which included a low carb lifestyle and working out 5 days a week this is my normal diet and I usually lose about 2lbs a week on average.

Sticking to this I lost 5 pounds in a week. The following week I opened up my carb limitations and brought my work out days down to 3 days a week since I know not everyone sticks to the diet/lifestyle I mentioned earlier.

I lost 3lbs total that week my last test was no limitations and no work out days, the most activity I did was walking my dog at least 20 minutes 3-4 times a day. Thats regular activity for me and a constant I can’t change.

This final week I maintained by weight which is still pretty solid. I think with diet and exercise this product works very well but please don’t expect miracles without any real lifestyle changes. Next is sleep, I have an extremely hard time falling asleep it usually takes about 1.

5-3 hours for me to fall asleep. I took this at the beginning of my night routine and when I got in bed I was groggy in about 20-30 minutes. I didn’t wake up drowsy at all. A few nights I decided to see if I could push past the grogginess and you can but I don’t suggest it.

I was excited to try Force Factor LeanFire Thermo Gummies. Admittedly, I was a little unsure at the same time. I was looking for a gummy that not only tasted great, but would also burn fat, burn calories, provide energy and suppress my appetite.

These did a great job at doing just that. First, they really do taste great. I definitely feel as though I have more energy after taking. My appetite is also suppressed. I don’t feel nearly as hungry.

You have to really fundamentally solidify your diet before seeing the results that you are hoping with the supplementation.

I’m fairly new to Blackstone Labs’ supplements. So far, I’ve been ok with the results RECOMP Rx has helped provide. After taking the recommended doses, I definitely feel something going on mostly in my arms & my pectorals.

I’ve also been getting comments that I’m looking slimmer, although, my overall diet change & exercise change has probably worked with RECOMP Rx to bring that about. I do plan on getting another bottle, along with one of the other stacks & going hard, just to see how far I can go.

Ive tried alot of anabolic agents, most of which either failed to be true to their claims, were ineffective in preventing a catabolic state, or effected my natural hormone balance via androgenic properties.

I trust this supplement more than any other when Im going into a deficit for a cut or competition. Its not even the ingredients because ive used isolated forms of corsolic and ursolic acid, then used them together via other brands; results didnt come close.

Ive used Glycolog for about 2 weeks now at my heaviest carb meal. I can honestly say I am disappointed in this product. I watched the reviews of it before I purchased it,and although they were not stellar reviews,I thought i would try it anyway.

Pums and vascularity are non existant and no noticeable size difference in my muscle bellies at all. The only good thing I will give it is that it does seem to help me digest the higher carb meals better in my guts.

It decreases gas and bloat to much lower for heavier carbs. My heavy carb meals may not be as big as some people,but they are big enough. I also am a hardgainer due to substance abuse earlier in life.

I turned myself around and its extremely difficult to put on any muscle and tried everything. and I mean EVERYTHING! Ill continue to take it to finish the bottle,****,i paid for it!!. but I will have to give it only 1 star.

I normally take three with a scoop of formula 19 before my workout and after. It produces high energy through out my workout with a great pump! Anytime I have high carbs like a cheat new with Kodiak waffles “strawberry and chocolate chip” I take three Glycolog! I’ve noticed a significant difference in my performance since using Glycolog and must attest to its benefits especially paired with a carb powder like Formula 19!
