20 Best Protein Powder For Female Weight Gain (2023 Updated)

Today I tried this whey protein powder for the first time. I’ve been using another brand for the past 8 years so I was a bit hesitant. But I have to say: -it taste good. -Easy to blend. -No aftertaste.

-No bloating. So far I can’t complain. The only thing is the inclusion of Cholesterol on the ingredients list. Sorry my ignorance but I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. #wheyprotein #fitness #goals #lifting #workingout #supplements.

I have been using this for a while now and love it. Take this 30-60 minutes before a workout and it will do wonders for your energy during and after your workout. It helps build and repair muscle to get you to peak performance.

Tastes great, definitely not a strong coconut flavor. Great ingredients.

I use this in protein shakes, typically with unsweetened or chocolate hemp milk (which works a little better than some other non-dairies I’ve tried, in terms of stirring in powders), and it works and tastes great.

With the SFH Recovery (more $$), I’d use it after a workout; with this (regular SFH), I use it a couple of hours ahead of a workout, and continue to enjoy much-improved recovery over long ago before I started using this.

(My workout consistency and intensity has varied, unfortunately, over the years; so it’s not just a matter of getting used to intense workouts. ) I also use this to make delicious protein bars, along with dark-chocolate powder, coconut oil, cashew butter, and (nowadays, being more Keto-focused) a low-carb Stevia sweetener, among one or two other ingredients.

Great stuff. For really intense workouts (which I’m not doing these days), I’d use SFH Recovery afterwards. And static stretching (which seems to really help as well).

Serious Mass has helped me to go from 159 lbs. to 167 lbs. in about 2 months, and that is with half a serving a day. I went from 153 lbs. to 159 lbs. by eating more and strength training and then hit a wall.

At 55 years and 5’9″ I simply couldn’t eat the amount of food required to gain more weight and strength. And as long as I still see gains while working out I will continue to go with half a serving a day.

I blend a handful of frozen strawberries and frozen sliced banana with 12 oz of cold water until smooth, add half a serving of Serious Mass, blend it and then add 12 oz of whole milk for another short burst.

This results in a good tasting drink that is not frothy. I take it to work in a thermos bottle and usually finish it within 5 hours. Blending it with just water left an aftertaste that I didn’t like too much.

I have been using ON Whey Protein since I started working out, one serving with 12 oz of whole milk in the morning with breakfast, and then one serving with 8 oz of cold water 30 minutes after my workout in the evening.

Serious Mass is a great addition that has been helping me meet my daily protein goals, gain weight and strength at the same time.

I’ve been trying to gain weight for about 4 years, being 6ft and weighting 9st (57kg) and I was very skinny for my form, I had decided to go hard this time and my gym friend recommended this particular powder over other ones I had been previously trying as he said it had helped people with similar issues to gain weight.

So I started Gym again with this shake (two scoops on a morning on rest days and 2×2 scoops morning and after gym sessions) and within a week started to notice results. Now results wont just come from gym and this shake if you’re like me, I’ve had to stick between 3500 – 5000 calories daily, with high carb high protein foods (as lean as possible meat) and a healthy side of multivitamins.

The result is I gained 11 pounds (5kg) in 4 weeks, which for me was mind boggling. So if you feel it’s extremely hard to gain weight and are looking around, contemplate giving this a try, eat healthy and work out, I can almost promise this will work.

It is hard work though, and it will cost a bit more monthly, but I feel better right now mentally and physically than I ever have in my life.

Not sure why people don’t like the vanilla I love it!!! Just now as excited to try the other flavours of vanilla is said to be the worst ha! I absolutely love this shake and how much calories I can get from just one drink!! I struggle to gain weight (appetite and fast metabolism issues) and this is THE best I have ever tried.

I love how it does not have all of that nonsense thickening agents (guar gum, xanthan gum, etc) that makes protein shakes taste terrible! I hate the slippery and heavy texture it gives so I am absolutely thrilled that I found this one that has none of those nasty ingredients! Please don’t ever change the formulation it’s perfect!!.

Being a ectomorph I struggle ridiculously to gain weight even with a good surplus calorie diet, however with serious mass those extra 1,000+ calories it really makes the difference. Can’t wait for my bulk to be over.

Would have been 5 stars however when I’ve purchased this same flavour before I’ve noticed that the ‘chocolate chips’ are much smaller than previously & find that they end up usually forming a weird bitty chocolate-y residue at the end of the shake.

Was nice to be able to crunch the odd few. Maybe sound weird, but that’s just me.

The last time I used this product was in 2014. I see they’ve changed the label since then. But it looks like they’re still making disingenuous claims. Like, 5000 calories? Sure, if you mix one third of the jug with 1 gallon of whole milk.

Who is going to drink all that in one day? And then they say it contains “anabolics” like Deer Antler and Yohimbe. LOL, you call those real anabolics? And even if that stuff is beneficial, do you really think they’d add enough of it to make a difference? It reminds me of bottled ice teas saying they contain ginkgo biloba or pomegranate, but the amount they give you is so miniscule it ain’t gonna accomplish anything.

My other complaint about this product is the cheap carbs. They act like glucose is high-tech, LOL. And then they say it contains “milk solids” for protein. OK, but is it whey or casein? And if it’s whey, what KIND of whey? Isolate, concentrate, or what? Why can’t they tell us? Frankly, I think the main reason people buy this stuff is the whole “Russian” allure, like as if it contains some super-secret Russian steroids or something, LOL.

I mean come on, there are MUCH better products out there. For approximately the same price per pound, you could get Ultimate Nutrition Iso Mass Xtreme Gainer, which has MUCH better ingredients. Or MHP Up Your Mass, which contains complex carbs from oats and barley.

Do not waste your money on this product. This product is now absolutely horrible. It was good before they changed the formula. They took out & lowered some vitamins and minerals. They also lowered the protein & calorie content.

It was called Russian Bear 5000 because when mixed as directed you got 5000 calories per gallon of whole milk when mixed with 5 scoops. I usually got 4 to 5 gallons from one container. You got 184 or so grams of protein mostly from egg whites & healthy fats from coconut mcts.

There was no added sugar & no fat – it even contained molybdenum. When used as directed you’d have a gallon of the stuff ready made so it was easy to just drink a cup of it or make a shake or even pancakes or bread with it.

It was even good with fat free milk, coconut, or almond milk. It was a great product. Now you don’t get 5000 calories, you don’t get 184 gms of protein, you don’t get molybdenum & other stuff. They almost completely changed the formula of something that worked for over 20 years.

Now its just powder. that makes you pee for some reason. I actually just threw 2 sealed canisters in the trash along with a half full one. They [email protected]!%ed up. I recommended it before, but not anymore. I told them this on their website too.

This stuff is the best. I use it as a meal replacement when I don’t have time to cook or am running around. It has calories, MCT’s simple carbs and it taste great. It’s been around forever. If you follow directions and train hard with a lot of compounds you’ll reap awards.

Old school, I love it. Oh, and combine it with the Russian Bear tablets and Russian Bear Nitro, it’s a trifecta of gains.

I’ve been using this weight gainer product for about 2 years now. I use one scoop & add other protein foods to substitute another scoop. I blend everything in a blender & has gained 15 pounds. I take breaks from it, then stat back using it.

It has helped me to gain & sustain my healthy weight.

I have taken protein powder in the past and fell off taking it. Now i am back, after doing extensive research for a good weight gainer protein and i found it in the GNC vanilla flavor protein. I definitely enjoy the flavor with the milk and other liquids i mix it with.

Not sure if it helping with my weight gain goal so far but will try and do an update post. ButI will definitely be purchasing in the future another container of this product. Thank You.

When I started getting into weight lifting and working out, I loved Using Body Fortress for it’s great value. However, now that I’ve studied nutrition I realize half the stuff I’ve been taking, and eating, were not very healthy for me.

You want calories? Of course you do, you’re bulking! Well this Mass gainer has 630 calories, 62% of which are from the Carbohydrates and 85% of that is Sugar! Guys, more than half of the calories from this gainer are directly from nothing more than simple sugar.

The good: 47G protein per FOUR scoops, which is a decent amount of protein, however the four scoops aren’t always easy to get down. As with most protein supplements it has plenty of BCAA’s and plenty of your daily vitamins in it, if you’re not already getting them from food or a daily vitamin.

It has a decent amount of calories. 630 per FOUR scoops, albeit most are simple sugar. The bad: 50% of the calories are from nothing more than sugar, 47G of protein per the big FOUR scoops is not that great meaning getting your 60-120G of protein per day may be hard with this.

Because of the massive amount of sugar, I have trouble finishing my second tub now (I bought two at once) and I’m regretting buying it. It suggests to mix with milk, but that much sugar mixed in with milk, being of high consistency is just unbearably hard to swallow.

It tastes decent with water, being four scoops it’s hard to mix with a mixer bottle, I use a blender and it gets mixed pretty fine that way. Overall: I don’t suggest this product to anyone, seriously.

If you’re bulking or just need protein, I suggest their 60G protein Whey, it actually tastes great, mixes great and it’s a great value. I started on the 50-60G protein whey that Body Fortress sells and even though I’ve moved on to other protein brands, I still love the taste of Body Fortress 60G protein whey.

Just tried this for the first time tonight so I can’t comment on its effectiveness but I can on the taste. It’s gonna be a struggle getting through this. I’m not used to artificial sweeteners since I avoid them and this has 2 different kinds.

The initial taste isn’t bad but then comes the aftertaste which is gross. That weird slightly bitter artificial taste which comes with sugar substitutes. I used three scoops which is considered one serving in some rice milk.

I will probably do two scoops tomorrow in hopes it will cut down on the aftertaste but it probably won’t. I doubt I will buy this again.

Probably shouldn’t be much help for this product but I’ll review it anyway. I started using this product to try and help me gain weight/bulk up while I was lifting weights. But I started a new job waiting tables at a restaurant at the same time I started using this product.

So therefore I wasn’t able to eat as much as I wanted to while consuming this product on top of it. So for the past two weeks of using this product I haven’t gained any weight, but that’s probably due to interfering factors.

But here is my review of the product from my standpoint: The taste is absolutely incredible as compared to other chocolate protein supplements I’ve taken in the past. Tastes just like a thick chocolate milk.

I try to mix 2 scoops with 16 ounces of water. It can clump pretty badly so make sure you mix it up pretty well. I just use a water bottle, but I’m sure a blender would work much better. I like the high calorie to fat ratio as well because it makes it a little healthier, but I’d like for it to have more protein per scoop.

Since I’m only taking a half serving, I only get about 24g of protein for every shake. But other than that the product is very good. Plus it’s relatively cheap (actually probably incredibly cheap) as compared to other mass gainers.

I couldn’t find it at my local WalMart so I had to end up buying it online but it was still pretty cheap. Overall very good product!.

I used to this product for about four months on a deployment and if you stay consistant it work wonders. I weighed 165 pounds and after about three tubs I weighed 198. All these reviews on here saying it made me more lean and I packed on 50 pounds of muscle in 2 months are jokes.

This product works great but you have to put in the work to really be the person you want to be. This does help you put on the muscle and size that you want though. I imagine all the flavors are great but I have only done Straberry and Vanilla.

Strawberry is my favorite. It is a lot to take down, as it should be because you are trying to take in more calories than you are used to. It doesn’t clump up though, it mixes really well. I have only tried a couple of different mass gainers, but out of all of them this one is my favorite.

I would recommend this Mass gainer over any for the taste alone. Be consistent, put in the work, and see results.

Prior to trying the Super Mass Gainer Rich Chocolate powder, I hadn’t yet had the pleasure of experiencing any Dymatize products. I was far from disappointed with the Rich Chocolate mix. I tried Dymatize for the same reason I have tried several other shake powders: to make up for the protein I lack with a meatless diet.

While I used marginally less in my daily mixtures than the serving suggestion (I cut the measurements down to 1/4), the desired effect was reached. Even at 1/4 of the serving size, I was ingesting 13g of protein a day from the Dymatize powder alone! That’s more than I usually get in a single serving of typical vegetarian meat substitutes.

It also gave me the perfect amount of B12 and iron, which can also be difficult to find in a supplement. It surpassed my expectations by combining all of my most important nutritional needs into one shake! Here’s where it really shined.

This powder is unusual in that it mixed EXTREMELY well. It took me only a minute or two of shaking for most of the powder to dissolve. Let it be noted that while I did add the higher amount of water recommended (in my conversion, I used the higher ratio of 32:8 fluid ounces as opposed to the lower ratio 24:8; in other words, Dymatize suggests using 24-32 fl oz of water with your mixture, and I used a full 32 to convert down to 8), it still mixed much better than I expected.

The flavor was also great. It reminds me of hot chocolate, minus the heat. Final thoughts: I can be picky with my protein shakes. I know I need them, and for cost efficacy have toughed it out with more than a few less-than-liked brands, but Dymatize was no issue at all.

I looked forward to my morning cup of Rich Chocolate, and look forward to new flavors by Dymatize in the future. I think I finally found a new favorite!.

I have the Gourmet Vanilla and it tastes AMAZING. It’s not chalky like most others I’ve tried in the past. It also makes me energetic and I love that. I only gave it 4 stars because I find that it’s not the easiest to mix (I mix with milk).

There’s usually little clumps in it no matter how many times I shake and stir. Other than that, I love this product!! Highly recommend the vanilla flavor.

I’ll be the first to admit that when it comes to eating regularly scheduled meals I fall short most days. This product is a lifesaver when I’m lifting to ensure I’m getting enough calories a day. Most meal replacements that are this high in calories and protein tend to be thicker than pudding but I mix mine with milk (for added calories and protein) and it is an easy drink.

Love the quality BSN always brings to the table.

I purchased the fruity cereal vegan protein and although I love the taste it does have slight chalky after taste. I don’t mind it because I think when you buy protein you have to expect to it to taste a little chalky.

Overall I love the product and I love the entire line of Alani Nu. I would also recommend if you can, mixing it with almond milk. Gives it the flavor more depth l and definitely tastes like a bowl of fruity cereal.

The shipping is fast and their products work! I recommend the product if you don’t mind a little chalky (but not ridiculously crazy) after taste and that’s the only reason I didn’t give it five stars.

Also, everyone’s pallet is different so try it out. I will definitely order it again.

This is a great gainer!! BUT. You must take it at least two times a day for it to really work. Unless you are able to take in hundreds of calories from other food. I gained 5-10 pounds once I started taking this 2-3 times a day CONSISTENTLY!! Great stuff, Great Taste, Great Pounds Gained!! First of all, the taste totally surprised me.

It actually tasted good. Not like “yeah, it’s drinkable”, I mean, it was actually enjoyable. This is by far the first gainer I’ve used that legitimately tastes good. Even the better tasting gainers I’ve used (like True-Mass) gets to a point where it’s a chore to drink, choking it down at times.

This one mixes up super smooth (shocking considering how much powder is in 4 scoops) and the taste of the Chocolat Malt was actually rather good. It’s certainly the first weight-gain shake I looked forward to drinking.

So next, how it reacts with my body. This is probably even more important than the taste. This product has never left me feeling bloated or have any ill-effects with my digestive track. Sometimes other products would run right through me or give me terrible gas and make me feel sick.

I do not like talking about that kind of thing, so I won’t go into details, but let’s just say it was unpleasant. I just finished one 6 pound tub of this gainer, and I’ve got nothing but good experience.

So to finish off. I’m seeing results too. I’ve just finished the first tub of this, but I’ve put on about 7 pounds. For somebody like me who has an incredibly difficult time putting on weight, that’s pretty damn good.

I can visually see that I’m shaping better than before too. I think part of it is due to the fact that it actually stays in my body every time I drink it, which wasn’t always the case with other products.

So, here I am. ordering more Cyto-Gainer.

I’m glad it’s just as delicious as the Collegiate type, with a bit more protein. For either, I would have one scoop instead of more, with just 1 cup of liquid; unsweetened almond milk for me. (Collegiate = 175 together, Gainer is 193.

) The surprise is collegiate saying a full size is 2 scoops, and Gainer is 4. I’d get more protein with Gainer but at twice the speed of emptying the container.

I think this stuff is over-priced for the amount of protein it contains. Tastes kinda weird, too. I used to be a staunch believer in Cytosport products until I got a bad batch of Muscle Milk. Went to something else.

This particular item was purchased only because my mainstay protein powder was unavailable at the time. Since the purchase, my old standby shipped, and I threw this junk in the trash. I doubt I’ll ever purchase another Cytosport product again.

I decided that I wanted some protein powder and came across Orgain. It instantly piqued my interest since it wasn’t too expensive, and I’ve never tried a plant-based protein powder before. Some reviewers noted that they didn’t have a scoop included and that their container was only about 1/2 filled.

I bought the Vanilla Bean flavor. Fortunately, mine came with a scoop and was about 2/3 filled. However, I still expected something like this to be closer to full. I didn’t carefully read the mixing instructions that recommended water or almond milk.

I weighed out the recommended 46 g of powder and mixed it with 400 mL of 1% milk. The 400 mL is a little bit more than the recommended 12 oz, but I did this because my shaker bottle didn’t have a clear marking for 12 oz.

The flavor is fine. I read a few reviewers mentioning that it was too sweet for their liking, but I didn’t have any problems with the base flavor. However the texture is the main thing I didn’t like.

Even after some extended and vigorous shaking and verifying that all the powder had completely dissolved, it still had a little bit of an off-putting “muddy” texture. I had to take small and spaced out swigs to power through it.

Overall, it’s not that bad and can see myself getting this again. But I’ll probably try a different flavor and try mixing with almond milk per instructions to see if that makes any difference.

I am a vegan and purchase the Orgain chocolate product regularly. I was really excited to see a “hot chocolate“ product. The flavor is great, perfect for the Christmas season. It’s got the protein I want.

The problem is that it doesn’t work as hot cocoa. I noticed right away that the package gives no instructions for heating it. I contacted the company and they gave me directions, but at best this produces a warm drink.

Unfortunately, I concluded that if it’s heated the products thickens. Since I was really expecting a mix for HOT chocolate (as its title indicates) this was a real disappointment to me. On the other hand, I repeat that it’s a delicious cold drink.

I think they should take the word “hot“ out of their name for this product. I recommend this product only for those who do not care that it’s not really hot chocolate.

My husband and I both tried this product we received on promotion and have drank it multiple times per week post workout. We both do very different things- He’s more of a wing it at the gym and I do Orange Theory Classes.

We both really like the drink and have seen different benefits so I’ll share both our feedback. From his perspective (39, Relatively Fit, Gym 3-4x per week) Product Form feedback- Tastes great, really like a milkshake, but a little chunky despite how much you stir.

Benefits- He looks forward to it as a recovery drink, and then follows this with a balanced meal shortly after. He’s noticed that he eats less when we drinks this, versus when he doesn’t. My Feedback: (35, OTF 4x Per Week) I’ve stopped taking a pre-workout and now drink this exclusively post workout.

I don’t think it’s been long enough to see the benefits of leaner muscle but it does fill me up and curb my appetite but I think with another month’s use I’ll see more noticeable results. I drink it really fast, more for the benefits than the taste so I prefer it mixed and not within a shake.

Overall, we both agree that we will buy it going forward!.

I just got my first jug of Syntha-6, I wanted to try something new. This has many different proteins and I thought that was good. I am just starting out, and I will follow back with results and digestion later, but I just had my first serving and it was AMAZING!! I like to switch up when taking different supplements, I believe that you need to constantly challenge your body and trick your body (everything in moderation).

That being said, I was blown away by the flavor of Vanilla Ice Cream. Personally, this was the smoothest tasting, and no chalky protein flavor like some have. I believe some aspects of the drink may not be good for you, and certainly are better options out there but this is a must try.

I will be buying this and other flavors, but I wont use every time, because thats my preference. But. I will definitely buy again.

Omg 🥰🥰 ok so I have two other flavors but lately I’ve been getting bored of them. So I stopped by a new store noticed they had Syntha 6 and just had to look to see what flavors they had. so happy that I noticed this cold stone flavor 🙃 the smell is VERY berry!! I actually was a little worried I wouldn’t like it bc it smells VERY FRUITY not like a fruit loops smell but like real berries.

I tried it with reg milk and I love it!! The smell is more fruity then the flavor. it doesn’t taste overly sweet, it doesn’t taste artificial at all it’s a very smooth taste, and has like a berry mix flavor.

it’s not strawberry but also not really blueberry. the right amount of sweet I think. It’s less sweet then their cold stone birthday cake. Or less sweet then Bodytech Fruity Cereal. It didn’t clump up at all once I mixed it and became like a nice thick shake.

Also the fruity sprinkle bits were cute but didn’t notice much flavor in them. Syntha 6 is such a fav! 💕💕.

Great product with amazing results. I heal faster, build strength faster and put on muscle faster. I only recommend you use this if exercising regularly and pushing yourself everytime, otherwise you’ll be consuming a lot of unnecessary stuff.

I went from 2 chinups to 30 chinups. I’m doing one handed push-ups now too. My wife has given up her previous supplements and now only uses my Mutant Mass because of the obvious benefits and great flavours.

I like the cookies and cream personally.

Vanilla mixes well with other things to create diversity in each shake. I packed on 4lbs with just one bag in a caloric surplus with training. Taste great! Could definitely tell a difference in my strength gains after the first week.

I would have one serving before my workout to help increase my carb intake before my lifts for increased energy. This stuff is also loaded with amino acids to help with recovery. Great product I plan to purchase again.

I eat really clean and burn a lot of calories in the gym so I was getting pretty lean but I was getting hungry I’m my workouts and didn’t want to use the glucose in my muscles so I started taking mass halfway through my workouts and it’s done the trick.

No more hunger or lack of energy during workouts and I’m keeping my mass on. Great flavor, a little hard on the mixing but it’s to be expected with the carbs. Overall very pleased and will continue use.

The product is excellent. I almost completed few scoops are left. Taste is delightful. I drank 2 times a day. I gained 2 kg. It is not much but still I tried some other products It didn’t do much. I love this product.

I am going to order again. With this product I ate 20eggs per day. 100gm of oats and normal foods. And I darank 2. 5 liters water every day. Thank you.

First of all, the gainer was extremely delicious and smooth. The gainer did not clump up at all with 3, 4, 5, or even 6 scoops in my shaker bottle. I mixed that with water and milk ranging from 8-16 oz, each time mixing very easily with minimal shaking.

This was a huge surprise for me because of the amount of shaking I’ve needed when using other gainers. The gainer was also very effective when adding to my cereal. Great way to add quick calories when in a crunch.

Taste: 10/10. I wasn’t a big fan of vanilla before trying this out. It quickly changed my mind. I know prefer vanilla over chocolate. Mixability: 10/10. Again, it mixed very easily and effortlessly. I was very surprised at the lack of shaking it required to mix properly.

After shaking, it didn’t create a foamy layer that can make it uncomfortable to drink initially. The lack of foam was also a plus. Lastly, there was very little residue left at the bottom of the shaker after drinking.

I didn’t have to add more water or milk to wash down any leftover powder. Thanks again to everyone at Labrada for allowing me to log this awesome gainer. I will continue to suggest this to all my friends who need help packing on some weight with some quick quality calories.

And before I forget, I was able to add 5 pounds of solid mass during the 3 weeks it took me to finish the massive bag.

I used labarada product 3kg mass weight gainer. It totaly comes on my stomach and less effective in gaining .So i would like to try another comapny supplement for weight gain.

(long review) during a 45 day period of training I didn’t have supplements and the town I was in was very small and secluded. Because of my job I couldn’t just leave to go get some either. So I browsed in a store that sold a few.

This was on their shelf, before this one I had used ON’s serious mass and some other brands. I don’t really know if it was my body’s way of reacting to it but it worked pretty great. in combination with eating large healthy meals (decently healthy at least) often, I went from 153 to 171 in that month and a half.

I know this because the company I work for made me weigh in for physical fitness reasons not 2 days before Only about 6-8 pounds of that was lost within 2 weeks (because I did not sustain that eating schedule).

Now im no pro at this but at 5’9″ I felt that was pretty good. Funny enough I didn’t even consider this at any point before. At $30 dollars who could take this seriously? I didn’t but at half the amount of calories that serious mass boasts who would’ve? Either way do recommend for a good and cheap way for gaining mass, with a good eating schedule of course.

It did cause some intestinal discomfort but if you’re trying to gain weight if you’re comfortable after you just ate. you didn’t eat enough.

I was looking to add a gainer to my daily supplement regimen and found this product’s nutritional values to align with my needs. I have been using BSN Syntha 6 for a couple years with excellent results and no negative side affects.

Upon receiving this product and trying it for the first 2-3 times, it caused me severe GI discomfort, and I was only doing the lighter recommended serving size of 2 scoops 1-2 times daily. Temporary digestive discomfort is of course typical of adding a new protein product to your diet, especially with a mass gainer like this, and I expected the discomfort to go away after the first few days of use.

However, after about 10 uses, my discomfort did not subside. In fact it worsened and I have since stopped using the product and am actively researching another one. Everyone’s body is different and I wouldn’t say that I have a weak or sensitive stomach, but this product is definitely not for me.

I love that this gainer has no Creatine. Unfortunately I am one of the few who is sensitive to Creatine and it is hard to find a gainer without it. I take 1 and a half scoops of this for what I need.

I am doing a 4 day split with about 12 exercises per day and 3 supersets with in the work out of 3 sets 9 reps and about 20 minutes of aerobics. I like that this will replenish the carbs and give instant BCAA’s for recovery so I am not so blasted and flat the rest of the day.

It is also hard to find a complete list of extra minerals as well including iron in a protien powder, I bought it for all these reasons. I use it for post workout only and I really like the results.

I’ve used this stuff for years now and swear by it. This is probably the absolute cleanest, best tasting, and result producing mass gainer on the market. It only contains what you need and is a true to description supplement (unlike many hyped up other ones).

For years I struggled with gaining weight even with a solid routine with strenuous lifting 5x a week. I previously tried a TON of other ‘weight gainer’ shakes and couldn’t stomach them or stick with them as they were thicker than syrup and recommended around 3,000 cals in one serving with 3 total in a day.

Drop the other nonsense weight gainers that suggest drinking like half a gallon of their product in one sitting. Get this, stick with it and you’ll see the difference in quality.

I used this whilst doing Jim Stoppani’s 12 weeks shortcut to size program and went from a skinny 164lb to a more muscular 180lb. I hadn’t trained seriously for over a year so that probably explained some of the muscle gain but this protein powder is good if you’re like me and struggle to gain weight and muscle.

I had 3 scoops per serving, one mid-morning, one post-workout and another in the evening. I like the ingredient list, it is pretty clean and doesn’t have any nasty additives. I like the taste. I’ve tried both the cookies and cream and chocolate ice cream.

It mixes pretty well. It leaves a few small lumps in the shaker if you go for the full 3 scoops at a time, but 2 scoops there are no issues. No bloating either. I now use it mostly to maintain weight as either a mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack.

I’d recommend you give this product a go if you’re looking to bulk up.

Got the Cookies & Cream a few months ago. I use three scoops daily with whole milk and drink half in the morning and half in the early afternoon. About a month and a half in, with consistent lifting/exercise 4-6 days a week, I put on about 16lbs and very little fat.

If I was a bit more strict with my diet and hit more of my sprint workouts, I don’t think that fat addition would have happened. Most importantly, I felt great. I really needed the extra calories which can be tough to squeeze in with my job.

The shake itself is the best tasting supplement I’ve ever had. In fact, I found it hard not to have a second one later at night for a snack. Once I hit my weight goals, I throttled back, drinking one on my heavy workout/work days.

The 10lb bag has lasted me forever. At least 2. 5+ months by doing it this way. Look and feel great and I’m buying a second 10lb bag. Cookies and Cream all the way.

It’s pretty good for a low carb, low sugar protein shake. I’m prediabetic so I like to mix it with a bit of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and add more or less depending on how much protein I’m feeling.

You have to tinker with the ratio of powder to liquid if you want to maximize the flavor. This tastes like garbage if you use just a scoop in water. The artificial sweeteners are indiscernible which is great.

It has a slight protein taste but nothing overpowering. The cream flavor is definitely the star of the show, I can’t actually taste any “cookie” except for the literal chunks that are present in the powder.

I guess that’s what they mean by cookies and cream? Haha.

There are a lot of “pluses” with this protein powder. * Good quality ingredients * Low sugar and calories compared to the protein * Superior texture (in my opinion) for a milkshake consistency. I mix it with a small “bullet” sized blender with ice and water.

(Tip – I found that putting the ice in first, then powder, then water reduces the amount that doesn’t get blended) and it comes out with a milk shake consistency. Seems to blend more air in than other powders that I’ve used.

The only “negative” is that if you’re in a hurry it’s harder to drink quickly. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Eating healthy, maintaining my weight and fitness is important to me. I’ve been using Quest products for several years now. Truthfully have not been disappointed with any products I’ve tried by Quest.

The Salted Caramel Protein Powder is a staple in our home. I generally have a shake mid to late afternoon, adding in my supplements along with Almond Milk, a handful of ice cubes and blend. When finished the consistency reminds me of a milkshake.

Tastes great and feels like I’m cheating, all the while knowing I’ve done something great for my body and got all my supplements in for the day.
