I started with two capsules as recommended. However, it caused severe thirst throughout the day and during the night. It was as if I had consumed salt tabs. The third day of taking this product, the thirst persisted, and I endured sharp, twisting cramps in both legs (from my hips down to my toes) that night.

I really wanted to love these probiotics and I thought they were finally the right fit for me. I decided to take them along with the Good Girl Probiotics and the Perfect Condition Vitamin since my yeast issues had slightly improved after using them for months but had not completely gone away.

So, when I started taking Gut Feelings, I took the nausea that I felt as a good sign that they were working and my yeast symptoms lessened even more the first two days. I was so excited and I figured that I’d give myself a week to get used to them.

It’s usually pretty normal for me to have a bubbly stomach for a couple of days while my body gets used to a new probiotic but this got worse every day. After the intense nausea, I started burping a lot which is normal for me, but then I started feeling the taste of stomach acid in my throat which then turned into full blown acid reflux symptoms that made my throat really sore and I started coughing non-stop for two days.

I had a hard time sleeping after that and had a stuffy nose and a headache from congestion from all of the coughing for a couple more days. I’ve been using Gut Restore each morning since it came out. It’s a great start to my morning. The flavor is great and it blends well. I love that it’s vegan. I’ve repeatedly encouraged them to change their packaging and shipping.

It’s too narrow of container, which makes for a difficult time getting the product out when it gets lower. If it was a bit wider and about 3 inches shorter (all their packaging) it would make so much more sense.

Also, I get sad and frustrated each month when it comes in a too big box with far too much paper. I hope that one day they listen to my suggestions, which would so reduce waste and the space it takes to ship.

Just think how many more boxes could go on a truck, which would lead to reducing their global footprint.

We got these Culturelle Kids Multivitamin with probiotic. They came in a dot shaped gummy in 2 colors, a dark red-purple color and an orange color. Both my girls ages 7 and 11 lived the dark-red purple ones.

My 7 year old said the orange ones are ok but the 11 year old said the orange ones taste like carrots. They have great nutritional content and are soft and easy to chew. I gave them each 2 gummies a day as directed on the bottle for their age.

It is hard to get them to eat all of the nutritious foods so they definitely need Multivitamins and I’m glad this has a probiotic for their digestive system as well. No issues and they keep taking them.
