Had a Colman one burner stove before this one. I like this one better. Used it three times used both propane and butane worked good with Both fuels I like the aluminum burner it wont rust out. The case it comes in is a bonus to me easy storage.

I wish the propane hose was more flexible.

This is an awesome camp stove! It comes in a carrying case and is light as a feather. I like the way it can use two different fuels. There is even a hose for propane so I don’t have to buy one.

I have not found anything bad about this product. Works great with propane or butane. Love the settings .

Bought this for a Death Valley trip. Stove is so small I didn’t know what to expect. But in a short time it proved itself worthy. Compact, light, easy to use, and it produces fast, efficient heating.

Butane canister snapped into place almost by itself. It’s so quick, you shouldn’t leave it unattended. Boiled water and cooked food faster than the more expensive double burner stoves I own. Used exclusively for car camping – way too big for backpacking.

I like the portability of this product. I have not yet used it. However, I have had purchased a similar product and was not impressed with the other product because I had to replace it three times. I look forward to using this especially if there is an emergency.

I’m not sure what all of the good ratings are about on this product. I received this item yesterday and tested it last night. The so-called “Automatic piezo electronic ignition system” is a joke. There is no automatic about it.

You must ignite it with a hand held lighter, which can be a bit dangerous with short lighters. This didn’t even self-fire once. The flame is pretty intense, which makes it worse when you are trying to use a little cigarette style lighter like what I used.

This item is going back immediately!.

There are cheaper burners out there. And I would highly recommend this one over the cheaper models. I was extremely satisfied when I found these. They allow you to have better control over the amount of heat that you use for multiple applications.

From slow simmering to boiling water and wok frying, are use these burners in a classroom setting where my students have to adjust the heat and they are far better than the less expensive models and very worth the money.

This is a great portable burner. Powerful enough for use with a wok and was also the most affordable 15,000 BTU stove I was able to find. Only downside was we didn’t receive a manual for some reason and when we searched for butane cartridge compatibility, Chef Master indicated only their brand should be used.

Fortunately we had no issue using standard 8oz canisters easily accesible in stores.

This thing is awesome. We are new to camping and still building up our skills and gear. This addition was definitely well worth it. You are able to connect both propane and butane to it which is awesome since it gives you the option to use multiple different sources depending on what is available.

The unit itself is shiny crome so on top of it looking good, is easy to clean. I cooks bacon, eggs, rice all with no problem on this bad boy. It boiled 2 cups of water in no time. We will most likely get a second.

Cons: With the knob turned a little below half way the unit would not stay lite with the propane can. It could have been just the propane can thing, the outside wind, or the unit no way for me to tell but it really didn’t matter as when I need the low setting the halfway point seemed to do the trick.

Also, other reviews about the case is not kidding. It is just a plastic “husk” that it just kinda sits in and will defintiely move around in. You can not put the butane hose in there with it which sucks.

Seems built very well. The molded plastic case it comes with is complete garbage. I love the size but on extremely hot days I’d be weary of using the butane can inside the stove on top of it being so close to the flame and the natural heat from the sunlight.

There have been cases where these kinds of stoves explode. that’s why I love the propane adapter. Propane tanks are MUCH more sturdy and takes a roomful of propane for it ignite. On cool to cold winter days for camping or outdoors cooking I would use the butane.

But in places like FL or SOCAL no way, at least not during the day time.

Got this for my daughter. Other reviews were varied on how adjustable the flame was. We tried it out & found it to be sufficiently adjustable to use with her new “ceramic” pan. Camped & cooked last weekend and had no complaints about the stoves operation.

Would really like to see the side wind panels as big as the fold-in space permits. So far, so good.

I have used this a couple times so far. Each time, it has worked amazingly! First time, only needed to use it for a couple minutes, preformed awesomely! Second time, power went out at home for hours, Dinner time, boiled a pot of water with noodles, and fried a bunch of vegetables and meat to make a sketti! Looking forward to do more with this!.

The stove is solid , well built and works great. As with any stove of this type, the regulator can be a weak link. I wanted to purchase a spare regulator to have on hand, but they don’t sell any parts.

Canadian Tire has the parts, but wont ship to USA. I was very disappointed with this. As a result I can only give a great product 3 stars. If the regulator should fail down the road,(after warranty period) the whole unit will have to be put in the garbage can.

Great for car camping because it’s not light, so it seems sturdy. We only used for a weekend but I liked the smooth feel of the knobs when adjusting the burners. The wind screens worked okay. I wish there was a pizeo starter instead of searching for a lighter or matches and there should be an integrated clip or something for the regulator that threads into the side when it’s not in use.

Seems like a solid stove that will last for many years of camping trips.

Great size and you can use a small metal pan on it as there is a small gap between the swiveling arms. Nice storage case and clicks in place on the campingaz. For larger pots you better off with a camping stove, but to make coffee/tea or warm up a small pot it’s great.

Quite heavy compared to those “backpacking” burners, with wider flame pattern, feels like it will last you a while, the pot stands feel sturdy too. Comes with the case which is great. Can’t beat a well estabilished brand for this price.

Tidy and portable it would be great if the lighter stalk had not already been broken when it arrived. Also there was no instruction paperwork with it let alone a parts list. I did not return it because it has been possible to cobble it together with wadding and adhesive and it is competitively priced.

First of all all its stainless steel. thus it looks high end. Works as described and for us the height is just right. It is very well made. Quality is top rate. It also comes with a hose and regulator,which is very nice.

So far we havent enconter any problem yet as to its function. We been using it everyday since receiving it. Its a little expensive but for me its worth every penny. All in all we are happy with our purchased.

Wenwill not hesitate to buy it again if the need arise.

Lightweight, it tends to shift around on the tabletop until a pot is placed on it. Small footprint, it doesn’t take up much space, and not too tall when placed on table or counter top. Lights up immediately on propane and burns pretty hot.

Must be careful not to cross thread hose connections to stove and propane bottle, as the supplied hose is stiff. Have not tried the butane. Only used once so far, but seems to work as advertised. The plastic carry case is very thin and does not appear to be durable for the long haul.

Overall a good product and I would recommend for a standby stove.

We go camping a few times a year and this takes care of it for us. I like the single burner camp stoves, if you are using a large pan to cook on the side by side twin burners don’t always work well. The pans/pots will bump together.

They are also good for emergencies, if the power/gas goes out you can still cook in your home. The stoves are well made, light weight and sturdy. Since they have such a large flat surface on the bottom they are very stable when set up.

The top or burner side is large and flat and will accommodate a large pan/pot as well. I have yet to have one tip over or have a pan or pot slide off. They are a cinch to use and it is too easy to load a butane can into the side.

I have yet to have an issue with them, we have 2. My 8 year old can safely place it into action. The plastic case is a plus and they do not take up much space.

Let me start by saying this is wonderful, super light and shipped fast. It was easy to find the fuel and to hook it up. I can fit a reg pan on it which is a plus! See I’m taking a trip and plan on living in my car (bucket list) and this little guy will be a blessing.

One of the best purchases we’ve made for everyday and emergency use. Bought this because I was tired of waking to no coffee during temporary power outages and this is more convenient than dragging out the generator for just a few hours.

We live in hurricane country so this higher BTU burner will also allow us to cook and heat water during long term outages. We tested it and my husband liked it so much we purchased extra butane canisters so he could use it regularly to make omelets.

I don’t go camping, so I bought this stove for emergencies when there are power outages. I like that I have the option to use propane should butane bottles become unavailable in my area. This stove burns a little hotter than the cheaper model, which may be due to it brass burner.

I have cooked on my new stove. The gas ignites immediately with the Piezo-electric ignition system. I immediately felt a lot of heat and adjusted the flame down for cooking. I was hoping that the GS-3900P would be rated for indoor use, but it is not.

I will be using the stove for indoor cooking and will either cook with it on my stove top, or turn a baking pan over and set the stove on the pan, so that the table is protected from heat that may build up on the bottom.

It looks like Gas One could make a ventilated base that the stove could sit on making the stove approved for indoor use.

Very pleased with this purchase. I needed something that I could cook on when the power is out and this fit the bill and a great price point. I plan to use this burner cooks tove during the summer and will be using it when the lights go out and I am hungry.

The grill had a problem with one of the burners. It turns off by itself with a weird sound. I tried to contact the manufacturer but they asked me to bring to the repair shop or they are only refunding me $80 instead of $135.

I am so disappointed with the customer service. I am not recommending to buy this grill.

When I received this it was defective. The area of metal casing where butane cylinder goes in was bent so badly the door to compartment wouldn’t even close. Right where the gas igniter is. Had to have been dropped or damaged at the manufacturer and shipped anyway.

Plastic case it was shipped in was perfect, not a scratch. No quality control. Disappointed and will be Returning. If you buy this in the store be sure to open case and check it before you pay for it.

It lights easily, burns very hot, boils water quickly, it’s lightweight, stores easily in its own carrying case, and has a big enough footprint to support a standard frying pan. Really can’t ask for much more from a camp stove.

There’s pros and cons of butane vs propane, but as I don’t plan on winter cooking and cold temp is butane’s biggest con, I’m happy with the purchase. Whether it stands the test of time remains to be seen, but so far so good.

I bought this for solo camping, instead of spending £50+ on one of the big names I thought I’d try this one out and I have not been disappointed at all, easy to set up and pack back away, very stable and most importantly lightweight.

So glad I didn’t spend over the odds on one of the big named brands as this is just as good if not better.

Our Daughter, who is a Cadet Flight Sergeant in the ATC, recently did her D of E Silver Qualifier: —— needed a stove, so we got this for her. She got on great with it, and passed her award. She has just done her Gold practice, again with her little stove; she got the option of using one of the organising bodies’ stoves, but she said ” I LIKE MY LITTLE STOVE!” Her Qualifier is in two weeks’ time: she still has the CV470 we bought orginally, and we have bought her a CV300 to take ‘just in case’.

She would certainly recommend this stove to anyone, oh, and by the way, after the expeditions, she said that she’s NOT parting with it! It is extremely easy to use, and perfectly safe if you know what you are doing.

It’s ok for a little thing. Wish I’d checked before buying, the head is really small so only heats up the centre of the pan. I like that the four arms click into place, in that respect it’s safer than my other one.

Connection to gas bottle I find slightly iffy, it doesn’t ‘click’ into place so can come loose. As I say, it’s ok.

Hi everyone, well I got this stove for Christmas today. It’s a big stove, as a 4 burner should be. Kind of heavy which will require a case (that it doesn’t come with) to store and protect while traveling or in storage.

There is no wind break other than a small back plate and it does not come with any kind of hose or regulator. My big issue was when I opened the box and pulled out the stove. One of the corners and the back plate were dented.

The dent on the stove was big enough that the back plate could not be screwed on. When I looked closer I noticed the box it came in was not damaged and looking at the damage to the stove and back plate, it looks like the damage was done during the manufacturing of the stove.

There was not a single scratch or chip of paint on the damaged pieces. Where the metal was wrinkled, it looked like the painted coating was applied after the damage??? So, I’ll be returning this to Walmart tomorrow.

I hope I can get a refund or store credit. My wife had it delivered to our local Walmart neighborhood grocery store and didn’t get a receipt. I’d like to get a Coleman 2 burner stove with a slimmer profile, wind breaks and hose/regulator that will be easier to use when on canoeing and camping trips.

Walmart has several of these styles on line that look great. Wish me luck, I’ll let y’all know if I run into any problems with the exchange. I’m sure I won’t Walmart is great with their customer service for the most part.

Tried this stove top for the first time this weekend. Brought the Coleman 2-burner just in case. Left shield off to make more room for pans & pots. Came with brass attachment to attach to your existing propane gas grill tank & hose.

Each burner 16,000 Btu’s (Coleman’s is 11,000). We used a griddle on 2 burners and a peculator and 8-9″ pan on the other 2. 10-12″ pans will not fit when all other burners are in use. In addition, it takes longer to cook because the burners are small.

Make sure you are on level ground. Bring your own lighter – does not have an igniter. It takes some getting used to but it worked as expected. Keep your box so the surface doesn’t get scratched in transit/storage.

Honestly. New. The price was too steep for me. I watched. I bid on an open box unit. I watched I bid 4 months. Finally got one 2 years ago before the sales tax ripoff. Flawless operation 2 years. Keep it clean.

Will be part of my estate. I do not know if New. If the price is competative to other makes. No bidders but me. 12. 99 shipped. NOT disapointed.

When I set up the Coleman 3-in-1 stove it was super easy. It’s super easy to use as well. I loved that it came with the grill and griddle plates! Also it comes with a carrying case for the plates which is great for when the stove isn’t in use.

I really enjoy the black with gold. It is very easy to clean up and put away. Putting on the propane canister are pretty easy. I really enjoy using this stove. It’s a great size to cook on. It’s perfect to use for camping, or even just taking it to the park.

I wanted a stove that I could use for grilling or cooking. This one fit the requirements. I am a little leery still concerning the attachment from the propane to the stove. You have to be careful to get it just right otherwise the propane will spill out everywhere.

But it is easy for me to carry which is a big plus and it is a substantial piece of equipment which will probably last for years.

Definitely nice looking and great burners. The two cast iron griddle and grill and the pot support are excellent and heavy. I did have to season them. Stove looks as good in person as in pictures! Only thing I was disappointed in was the gauge of the steel on the lid/wind block.

Seems same thickness as cheaper models. 4. 5 stars.
