Love this bed! It is very sturdy and I wont hesitate to invite guests for the night. Easy to assemble, it is better than expected. Wish I would have purchased a deeper 10 mattress for the top, but it isnt used often and for a long time.

The bottom mattress needs to be 8 for the clearance. They send extra screws and other items needed for assembly. Always satisfied with Wayfair purchases, this is no exception.

I use the day bed as a sofa in my sewing room and I use the mattresses for guests. I am a 60 something woman and was able to assemble all the parts myself in a little over an hour. Nice and sturdy and a lovely addition to my new retirement home to accommodate infrequent guests.

No instructions and not happy with structure of the bed as the trundle doesnt go all the way in because of the queen bed. Thankfully the gentleman I hired found away for the trundle to be tucked in.

Had a massive argument with Hubby and even though he deserves the dog house it was I that slept out on the lounge. I decided how well a day bed would provide an option. you know incase this keeps happening.

So. I bought THIS daybed frame and it’s so sturdy and firm, perfect for the single bed mattress spare from daughters room. Delivery was prompt and the frame components are high quality, includes a brilliant ergonomic alan key driver tool BONUS! and easy to follow instructions.

Goes with any decor. even mine. Im so happy with it. I’ve slept on it every night since.

I would not recommend this bed and I would not recommend buying anything from Home Square. I rarely write reviews unless it’s to praise a company but I’m shocked at the bad product and customer service.

Within a week of using the bed (used by an 8yo girl) the bed started falling apart. The knobs on the end post starting falling off and cannot be reattached, and the metal started to bed and crack. I contacted Customer Service to ask about replacement or return.

They replied they wouldn’t do anything because we’d already assembled the bed and disposed of the packaging. Horrible customer service to say the least. Even though we didn’t buy the bed from Wal-Mart, we did buy it through WalMart.

com and I’m surprised they don’t take more responsibility for their sellers. I will be very cautious of purchasing on Walmart. com again.

This frame is very strong and if you need the extra length simply only use 1 lower bolt on each of the end caps, turn sideways and voile, more room easily. Very simple to put together and though read numerous complaints re difficulty in getting the plastic pieces fitted they were very easy.

Not sure why anyone would have problems unless having them upside down? If I needed it would buy another one for sure. I didn’t want nor need popup and have placed this with an 8″ twin mattress under a day-bed and it works quite well.

Perfect fit since it is so low to the floor. Would not work well for older persons or those with injury that prevented them from getting on/off the mattress that low. Otherwise great as extra bed space.

I was in dire need of a frame to hold a mattress under our old daybed. This one was the right size to easily clear the daybed legs and the description said it would fit any twin mattress. Although it arrived a day later than originally expected (which is why I downgraded it), it fit the bill perfectly.

We were wondering if there would be enough slats to support the mattress comfortably, and indeed they were plentiful. My spouse put it together quickly while I was out, and it is ready for the next onslaught of summer guests.

I ordered this thinking it was the entire bunk bed pictured, when the tiny box came I was like. where is the rest of it!? Not sure why I would think I actually found a brand new bunk bed for $90. Anyway, after recovering from my brain glitch and ordering an actual bunk bed, I set out to put together the trundle.

It was easy and I had no problems until the plastic push in tabs tried to break my thumbs. Trundle is now rolling smoothly and easily from under the bunk bed. My 6 year old has no problems getting it in and out at bedtime.

I saw this bed on another very popular website for more money but I would have had to pay to return it, if by any chance it was not what it appeared to be. So when I found the same item, different name, at Walmart I decided to take a chance.

This trundle bed is a SOLID piece of furniture! I needed something solid and not cheap for the small bedroom for my grandkids. This bed fit the bill perfectly. I will say it did take longer to put it together than my husband had anticipated, but he took his time and made sure everything was tightened up right.

Even the slats for the mattresses are a heavy plywood. We bought 8inch memory foam mattresses also from Walmart and they fit perfectly especially in the trundle. I would NOT hesitate to recommend this bed to anyone.

It really would fit any decor depending on the linens you use. What is also nice is that it is not as high profile as a lot of other trundle beds since the trundle fits the space nicely under the bed.

Also the railing enables you to use large pillows to make it look more like a couch than a bed when not being used. I am extremely happy with this purchase!!! P. S. We used Signature Sleep Gold CertiPUR-US Inspire 8″ Memory Foam Mattress.

Of course, the comfort is based on the mattresses I’m using, but this bed frame is great. It was easy to assemble, and the volume of slats supporting the mattress makes it very solid. It looks very nice, just wish they offered it in Black.

Particularly liked the dimensions on this bed. It is not quite as long as some others which is great for my smaller room. The total height profile is shorter, so it fits on my wall under the window sill which is exactly what I wanted.

The depth is exactly right so there are no big gaps, but room to tuck in the linens. Only comment for improvement is to make the slats 3/8″ longer so no risk of screws being too close to the edge of the frame so they pop through.

Had one screw do that because I didn’t place the slat exactly where I should.

It’s very sturdy and seems well made. My daughter and I assembled it just this afternoon and it went amazingly well. Instructions were well presented and easy to follow and ALL the parts were actually in the box with even a couple of extra’s for any future need.

This bed is a solid bed at a very reasonable price point.

Expected delivery date was March 23rd, it arrived today on March 27th. Besides the shipping hiccup, it’s a great daybed with faux leather upholstery. Looks more expensive than it is. Very nice contemporary design.

Sturdy enough. Arrived in a long single box weighing about 101 lbs, so I had to help the FedEx guy haul it in to my apartment. Well packed, all the pieces and tools required for assembly were there. Instructions says two people needed and takes about two hours, I had it fully assembled by myself in just about an hour.

Instructions are very clear and concise. All in all, for the price, it’s more than worth it. I topped it with an 8″ memory foam mattress and it looks great. Writing this review on my phone and have a picture but Walmart’s website is much like some of their employees: doesn’t work, so can’t upload the pictures.

We selected this bed because it was one of the few at a reasonable price (though almost $300 isn’t all that reasonable) and it was wood. If you are planning to use your mattress without the box, you’ll need to buy your own set of decent slats since this only comes with 3 pieces of wood, hardly enough to hold a mattress without sagging in the areas between.

At first we put it in the high position, until we realized about the slats. Had to disassemble the footboard to use the short legs. Well, the bracket in the headboard is defective or something since the side rail will not fit properly into the headboard bracket at that height and it leaves the entire thing wobbly.

Also, the wood legs that are supposed to support the slats are only useful for the short position, not long enough for the tall position. So sorry I purchased this, but need something in the room so will have to purchase real slats that go the length of the bed.

Really disappointed that I also have to touch up some areas on the wood that have dark spots on them. Would have been nice to have wooden buttons to cover the screw holes in the headboard sides too.

Got the twin bed w/ trundle. Cute style for daughters room. Nice quality. Easy to assemble; comes in 5 boxes with extra hardware. I didn’t screw down every slat on the trundle so easier to disassemble if we move (bed only has a few slats that need to be screwed in).

Hard to keep sheets tucked in on a slat bed but problem solved by tucking in comforter. Trundle rolls on carpet easily and fits 8” mattress with sheets on easily. You can roll it out on either side. My only issues are small- bed is in center of room so one side of trundle looks messy but I turned it so panel side faces door ( you can see the mattress from the other side).

Also trundle isn’t connected to the bed and theres not a ton of space to get hands in the panel to pull it out, so it gets stuck underneath if pushed in too far and not perfectly straight. It just takes a little maneuvering to pull out.

Great bed though for the price!.

Daybed came in 2 packages, the bed and then the suspension part. Need help getting it in your home. Ordered this while away because it said it would be delivered by January 11 and it came 2 days after I ordered it.

Good thing I was home! I don’t mind earlier delivery than stated, but beware if you’re not home, it may come early. The parts are separated nicely, but when it came to attaching the suspension deck, not so much.

It wasn’t clear on how to attach it to the panels. Also, you really need 2 people to put this together. I had to keep using different size stools to hold it. It seems pretty sturdy and isn’t shaking.

I do like it so far and it’s not super big. Fits perfectly in a smaller space.

I did a ton of research before hand. I ordered this product. It took two weeks to get here. And when it finally arrived it didn’t come with a suspension deck (the part the actual mattress goes on). Which makes it useless to me.

I called multiple times and was given a different answer. First that it doesn’t come with one then that they had to send a message to the factory to find out. I told them I wanted to return it because it said no where that this item came without a suspension deck.

The photo also shows a suspension deck. They told me that I would have to pay the return shipping and a 20% fee. Even though their product was grossly misrepresented. I will never buy from them again.

Well packaged, easy to assemble in less than an hour. The bed feels solid and sturdy – no squeaking. For this price it is a terrific value. And my pop up trundle fits under it perfectly.

First off, I got this on sale, when it was literally the cheapest daybed I could find, it was for my guest room so I didn’t want to spend an arm and leg. But I was pleasantly surprised at how good the quality actually was! Bed came in fast, I was hesitant at first because 2/3 boxes were opened.

But thankfully nothing was damaged or missing. The bed itself is wonderful, the upholstery is linen and not polyester which is what the description said, but I’m okay with that cause tbh it looks better in person and this will be much easier to clean than polyester.

The trundle is easy to roll out since it has wheels, but just wish it had its own rails or something to make it easier to roll back in without it having to smash up the sides of the bed. Otherwise, for the price this was a nice unexpected piece that fits perfectly in my small guest room.

Took my husband 2 hours to set up.

I purchased this product for my basement as an extra bed for family and or friends. It arrived within the time frame that I was given. For two people who can be mechanically challenged at times, this was easy to put together.

It doesn’t require two people but believe me, it is easier and works best if two do this together. I didn’t figure the time it actually took to assemble it. The instructions were easy to read and understand.

The finished product looks great and feels very sturdy but since we haven’t used it yet, I don’t know actually how sturdy it is. The trundle fits nicely under the bed, however, it does NOT pull up to match the level of the bed along side but I don’t think that will matter to me later on.

All in all I’m happy with the finished product and would recommend this purchase. The price was very good. Mattresses need to be purchased seperately.

I love this for our 4 year old. It would actually work to have the bottom pulled out in case she falls off the bed, but she normally sleeps on the bottom anyway. When she’s not sleeping, she’s jumping from the top to the bottom.

It’s holding up good so far.

This daybed is absolutely gorgeous! We bought the full bed for couples who visit and it took up the entire room. Still, relatives have commented on how pretty it is and comfortable–thanks to a quality mattress.

So easy to put together with two. Probably impossible with one, however. This bed is heavy and well made.

I recently purchased this daybed for a guest bedroom and I’m very happy with it. The quality is good and I love the color. I’m not giving it 5 stars only because the wheels on the trundle bed do not lock.

if you have the bed on floors and not carpet like I do, it moves very easily when someone is laying on the bed. You have to put an area rug under it to stop it from sliding. I ordered a 6″ memory foam mattress for the trundle bed because I read on one of the reviews that the 8″ hardly fit.

This was correct because the 6″ fits perfectly and I’m able to close it without any issues. Overall I would recommend this bed.

When I received the daybed, they failed to provide instructions on how to build it, and it is a complicated piece of furniture to say the least. I called Furniture of America directly and they emailed me a pdf of the instructions, but it feels ridiculous that I had to do that, especially for the price.

Plus, one of the pieces of paneling you use to cover the interior boards is chipped. It looks like someone tried to paint over the chips but they are still pretty noticeable. I wouldn’t care about these chips if I were given instructions – it just kinda feels like adding insult to injury.

I was pleasantly surprised when I took the product out of the boxes and started building it. If a single female over 40 can do this by herself, anyone can! The product was extremely good quality, the merchant offered free shipping and it was very easy to put together, even by myself.

This was my first purchase on Walmart’s marketplace, but it will not be the last. I highly recommend this product and seller. I never write reviews, but I was so happy with my overall experience, I wanted to share it with anyone considering this daybed.

And did I mention the inexpensive price?.
