20 Best Pool Float For Laying On Stomach (2023 Updated)

I tried it out today and love it. But I AM concerned on the ripple side there is a hole, not a big one. but anybody ever have one come with one? The insert paper says it’s made from closed-cell foam so cuts will not affect the buoyancy.

Not as nice as another one I have. It is not as wide across or as thick as another one I have. This causes you to sink down more in pool. I have bad ears and I think that with this one my ears would be at least partially submerged.

My wife is light and she still sinks pretty good on this one. The ribbing on this isn’t nearly as deep as the other one I have either. I like it thicker so it creates a better channel underneath of you.

I would not call it a bad product but I know there are other ones available at same price that are much better at least for me.

Absolutely love this float. Perfect mix of water and sun. It’s one of my favorites. I would say that I also ordered the chaise mesh float and loved it but the seam came apart the first day I used it (I’m 125 pounds so it wasn’t a weight issue).

That was really disappointing and it appears that I can’t return it for an exchange or a refund. Would very much like to see if someone could help with that.

A pink dream. Puts you perfectly in the water without being soaked but allows you to still be cool without constantly fidgeting. Only issue I have is the cup holder is unusable. It turns inward making it pointless but besides that it’s great.

The floats are quality and stand up to tons of kids! If you see something you like, grab it- they sell out so quickly. I’m waiting from last year for the extra large cabana. I used to get 5 below and cheap floats.

OMG, where has this type of float been all my life. This float is so easy to inflate and deflate, it’s a must have. It holds up great, even in ocean waves. It held up my 6 ft. tall nephew and his girlfriend easy.

It doesn’t keep you out of the water like other floats. This one is meant to keep your body partially submerged. I only got to use it for a few minutes because everyone in our group was taking turns using it.

They all loved it. And packing it up to leave was a breeze. I recommend this type of float over any other float, hands down!!!.

I absolutely love this float! I have used these in the past and they were always good but this one in particular has the inflation and deflation techniques DOWN! It’s so easy! Also the construction is great as it doesn’t have fabric flaps that create a pocket for water so it dries very quickly which is great to be able to put it away not long after your pool adventure! This is by FAR the best float I’ve bought! I was so impressed, I got a second one the next day and I’m glad I did! LOVE it!.

I have owned a pool for many years now and have purchased various floats over the years but so far this has been my favorite float for the pool. I recently picked up a third at my local store. I love the mesh bottom so I can relax lay back work on my tan but also I stay cool slightly submerged in the water.

I dislike jumping off and on the regular vinyl blowup floats to cool myself not to mention the vinyl sometimes removes a layer of skin when getting off the float. No such problems with the mesh float plus they are nice and durable well made overall a really good product worth buying.

Not as wide as I thought and thought the fabric was water resistant but it’s not, does sink some. The beads in it has starting coming out from the zipper because it’s doesn’t stay zipped all the way.

This item is great, light weight, large and is just like it was presented online. We are so happy with it!

We bought one two years ago after using a friends at the lake. Comfortable, durable, keeps you completely out of the water which is nice to prevent getting cold. Bought the first and it’s still going strong.

Looking to get another. I have purchased 2 of another “IN” -style Brand on a GIANT selling site. This one has more than outlasted. The other brand became stained and gross and I could never get it cleaned to satisfaction.

This is the best pool floatie Ive ever purchased. The price was extremely fair. The cup holders are a very nice feature and theres a small built in pocket for whatever waterproof item you choose to put in it.

Its very sturdy durable and has quite a bit of room. However, my favorite feature is the pillow design. Most floaties give me a horrible crick in my neck. The pillow design on this Soltice Sumo is slanted and extremely comfortable.

I simply could not be happier with my purchase. Absolutely recommend this product.

After going through at least 30 rafts of various sizes and shapes, our water hammocks are still our favorite go to lounging float. They’ve held up very well over the past 4 years and rarely need additional air added.

The length works well for my 4’11” self as well as my 6’3” husband. Highly recommend.

I was quite surprised at how quickly & easily this lounger was ready for the pool. It almost leaped out of the package & took very few breaths to inflate. In no time at all it was bobbing around & ready for use.

My only complaint would be that the headrest is rather low & I would have appreciated a bit more height.

This is my go to pool float. I had my Last one close to 10 years before it tore up. I like having a good bit of my body in the water while I’m pooling to get the sun without being too hot. I’ve had neck surgery so big pillows on floats kill my neck.

I like that this one allows me to let the air out of just the pillow part.

We haven’t used the float as yet as it’s ready for when we go away but it’s exactly what I ordered and arrived quickly

My husband LOVES it. He takes a nap on it just about every time we’re in the pool!

I really love this Canopy float! Yes, the canopy CAN works great. with a few additions I desperately wanted the canopy version but was discouraged by the negative comments. that is, until I read a few more reviews that addresses the looseness of the attachment of the canopy to their float.

There is a quick solution and a good one. so now I give this float canopy 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m using this float on a lake which can be very breezy and I didn’t have any problems with the canopy and it is so comfortable and enjoyable.

I love the drink holders and the canopy attachment. The only problem like I mentioned before is the canopy attachment doesn’t always stay in place so I but overall still a great product that has made my summer extremely enjoyable.

I also love the fact at the end of the season I can store it easily with a strap that keeps it compact and tidy and will fit perfectly in my outdoor pool room. In terms of inflating, a pump is highly recommended.

That I could see what be a problem if you didn’t own one. I will definitely keep buying these pool products for my pool. Two other quick things: I love the beautiful color and it fits a 5’4 woman perfectly as well as a 6”1 man.

Brand new out of the package one of the holes where you blow up the back rest had the fabric unglued from the plastic and one of the snaps to hold up the canopy is busted. Some of the fabric around the canopy structure looks burnt.

After one day of use one of the handles broke off. The only reason I’m not super mad about any of this is because I paid half off the original price. Had I paid $60 there is so way this would have been worth it.

It’s difficult to fold up and put away. We got this for my husband to float at the beach without getting fried. It will serve the purposes and most of the rest of the materials should hopefully be durable.

Was it even worth $30? Maybe. The fact that it will keep him from burning even if it lasts 2 years should make up for it.

Now that it is warm enough to go floating, I was so excited to use this float. I bought 2 so a friend could use one too. each one has only been used 2-3 times. The thing that is supposed to stop the air from coming out while inflating it came out, so now it takes the speed of Usain Bolt to get the plug down before you loose half the air.

The seams on both of them are coming apart. The cloth around the circle that you put the pump in is not sucured in any way so when you channel Usain Bolt and are able to get the plug down somewhat fast, there is a very good chance that the cloth will defeat you in the attempt to secure what air has remained in the float.

I would not recommend these floats.

This pool float is a great product! They are expensive but worth the cost. Take note to the different thicknesses, if you are above 175lbs, the thicker the better. Durability is excellent and a float is not just a float.

The thick ones make a great sleep over mattress for kids. However, the thinner ones are great to use for daily stretching on hard floors. Enjoy.

Bought this for my husband. He is tall and weighs a little over the 250 pounds most floats reflect as the max capacity. All the other floats we have tried work. but he ends up sitting more in the water than on top.

He LOVES it! Pretty much floats on top of the water now. Make sure you get the thicker float (2. 5 inches) if you are looking for a heavier person. Well worth the money!.

Do not buy !!! Horrible spray paint smell we even aired out for several days. really bad! Company needs to fix this issue! I have ordered other foam floats before and never have I had Thai bad smell!!! I really wanted white but I even ordered two off amazon and same problem! The company needs to fix this issue! Extremely toxic not good at all!.

I bought this basket hoping to steam vegetables in my 3qt instantpot. Problem is the basket is almost to small for the pot. It could have been made larger to fit more of the pot. See photo for what I mean.

I have purchased a number of different brands of these closed cell foam floats. I thought that I would give these a try. I ordered 2. They arrived with bubbles, holes, & missed spots in the coating they’re dipped in.

Once the first crack or breach in the coating on these. it’s all down hill from there. I’ll be returning these. If the quality of the coating was better, I would say these were a great deal. But these should never have made it past quality control.

For those who complain about the smell. these type floats ALWAYS stink for the first few weeks of use. It’s unavoidable, considering what they’re made of.

These are amazing. Well worth the price! I bought 2 of these after following a question on a pool owner’s Facebook group which asked the group their opinions on the best float for their pool. A lot of people listed these floats as their favorites and a few people said they bought this exact float at Sam’s 15+ years ago, that they are still in great condition, and they are their favorite floats.

I bought 2 and loved them so much — actually everyone else did as they always had someone on them — so I went back to Sam’s a day later and bought 2 more. Will buy 2 or 3 more soon. These are great – highly recommend!.

These floating mats are great. First, the smell. Yes they do have a strong smell to them upon unboxing. Nothing my wife or I couldn’t handle; we used them straight out of the box. After the first use, we left them outside in the sun for two days and have since brought them inside.

We don’t notice any smell. Now to the mats. The are a little bulky to carry, but once they are at the water, you can’t beat them. I am 6′ 245lbs and they float me no problem. So much fun and so versatile.

If you are looking at these, you should definitely buy. No regrets!.

fun durable floatie. Great for adults. Connects to the others easily. Has drink holders. This is not a flimsy item.

Great pool float- big enough for 2 kids or 1 adult. Comfy, easy on and off, seems durable. Maybe overpriced? Time will tell. If it lasts through the summer and into the fall, then yes.

This caught my eye because my husband can’t swim or really float but still sweetly comes with me when I want to go to the pool. I felt bad since he mostly just stands in the water or sits on the stairs.

I thought he might like this and he absolutely LOVES it. He loves that he can lie in it like a hammock and still enjoy being mostly in the water (instead of floating above it). He is 6’2” and weighs 220 lbs and it supports him just fine.

Easy to get “in” without going under too. It’s super easy to blow up since it’s only the two small “pillows” on either end. When it’s time to put it away, it deflates quickly, dries fast since it’s mostly mesh, and is easy to fold up small to store.

Hands down THE BEST FLOAT! I have spent too much time and money ordering other floats only to be disappointed. This float is a vintage float and still THE BEST there is out there for comfort, support, quality, and ease of use while on your back or stomach.

This is a well made, comfortable raft. I like to always have an extra on hand. We bought a cheaper version at a big box store and it was a mess!

The kids have waited weeks to use these because its been too cold but when they did they had a blast! These are made from really thick material so they won’t pop a hole quite as easily. The colors are vibrant and the kids were in thier own little world riding them around in the pool.

Definetly mom approved and recommend!!.

This thing is sturdier than houses in Florida. I weigh over 350 pound (yes i know I’m super fat, yes i love food. Yolo) and this thing has held up for over a month with me being in it 5 days a week. I’m extremely surprised this things hasn’t popped, definitely was preparing for that every time i hopped on it lmao.

I love the SpringWays spring floats! I have been enjoying them for the past 3 years. I buy a new one each summer. Great in the pool. Folds up compactly for easy storage. The mesh, zippered bag it comes in allows you to put it away even if it is not completely dry.

Hold up well the entire summer for hours of floating fun!.

These floats are great. They blow up by mouth with little effort and store very compactly once you practice folding them up. One problem still remains is the air valve on the pillow comes loose from the outer fabric and it takes great effort to fish it back out to use it each time.
