I love the gummy option because it’s delicious and easy to eat! Sometimes when I take pills they stick in my throat and that is very aggravating especially when I am trying to lay down for bed.

I am a mom, who is living a constant go go go, fast paced lifestyle. It’s hard to wind down and shut off my brain at night, but this product does the job! I fall asleep, without fail, 20-30 minutes after having a gummy.

Unlike other products, I don’t find that I wake up in the middle of the night wide awake. I stay asleep and I wake up rested! I must also add that I fall asleep my REM sleep much easier, and have very vivid dreams! I always wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day!.

I have suffered from lifelong insomnia. (My dad did, two of my kids have it, not the funnest genetic inheritance, but beats a third eye, I guess). I tried Advil PM, it worked, but I wasn’t comfortable taking Advil unnecessarily when the only issue was the sleeplessness.

I started researching Melatonin & tried “regular” versions: it was an improvement for falling asleep, but I would wake up at 2 am, without fail, every night. Not that “oh, I’ll just roll over & go back to sleep” wake-up, either- the “welp.

I guess I’m up for the day now” kind of wake-up. Not good. Found this on the Target app: saw someone else had the same experience with regular Melatonin, but had better results with this. THIS IS THE STUFF.

I don’t fall asleep as quickly with this as with the regular Melatonin, I kinda gently get to sleep vs knock me out; but I STAY asleep. All. Night. I recently ran out & tried to go without getting more, as I had gotten down to taking it only once a week or so.

Can’t do it. At least a couple nights a month I really need this to get and stay asleep. Totally, absolutely worth it. So glad I took a chance on it, & looking forward to my next Target delivery.

Wow! I thought this just might work! That nighttime herbal blend includes Chamomile, Lavender, Lemon Balm, and Valerian Root Extracts, all herbs said to be great for insomniacs. The bottle of Sleep3 contains 120 tablets.

That’s enough for about 4 months. Each pill is pretty big, definitely within range of being referred to as a horse pill. This didn’t bother me, but if youbhave issues with pills, these will likely not be pleasant for you.

Despite the size of the pill, they are smooth with no detectable tastes. Knowing I needed to talk to taste, I did hold that first pill in my mouth longer than one would normally, just to really get a sense of possible tastes.

Now, if you actually let it dissolve in your mouth, it probably has a taste, but for normal use it’s taste-free. Each pill has 3 layers. Apparently these dissolve at different rates. The light pink layer contains the L-Theanine and herbal blend, to help you “relax and unwind”.

The white middle layer has your first bit of Meletonin, to help you fall asleep. The mauve colored layer has the time release Meletonin, to help you stay asleep. There is a total of 10mg of Meletonin in the entire pill.

So, by now you’re wondering if all of this worked. Yes, it does seem to work. I have taken it for the last 2 nights, and I slept well. The first night, I took the pill after 2 in the morning, when I remembered I had them, and had to wake up at 6.

I was a bit foggy for the first 45 minutes or so, after I woke up. This is unusual for me, so I think I just took the pill too late and my body hadn’t quite metabolized all the Meletonin. The second night, last night, I had better results.

I took the pill around 12:30, and slept until about 7ish. It was a good sleep, and I woke up clear headed and ready for today. And writing this review!.

An excellent product that, with proper dosage and usage, has me teetering on the cusp of sleep within about 30 minutes to an hour. The bottle is nicely compact without damaging any of its contents, the tablets are tiny (as all melatonin tablets are: about the size of a squashed grain of rice) and are easily swallowed with water.

I take one with water (no chewing!), get into bed with the lights off and watch Youtube before I begin to feel comfortably drowsy; then I switch to an audiobook on low volume and out I go. The sleep I have been getting is wonderful (at least compared to the sleep I wasn’t getting).

While I still wake intermittently due to anxiety, it’s of the kind where I am sleepily drowsy enough to get instantly comfortable and quickly doze off again. Waking has been without any side effects or discomfort.

There are 30 pills in a huge bottle, they take up maybe 1/10th of the bottle by volume? It’s not even remotely the full bottle as the photo pretends. I bought “3 for 1”, the contents of 3 bottles would have fit into 1 and it would still be half-full at best.

This is overusing plastic and transporting empty air around, bad for the planet and for everyone. Why not just sell a single 90-pill bottle for the same price? Or use appropriately sized ones?.

I’ve tried many, many different brands of melatonin to help me sleep. Having a medical problem that makes sleep hard to come by & already requiring a good number of prescription medications I all but refused to take another prescription to help me sleep.

Being a nurse I was aware of the fact that your body naturally produces melatonin & I felt this was the best & safest way to help my body wind down & get some much needed sleep. This particular brand is in capsule form & is easy to swallow.

Because of the way it is released it helps you get to sleep relatively fast & then stay asleep. Some brands would help me fall asleep, but within an hour or two I was wide awake again, while other brands would take an hour or more to start working & then would still wear off after a short period of time.

I was so frustrated & exhausted all the time until I found the Puritan’s Pride brand. If you’ve never taken melatonin before I’d recommend starting with a lower strength such 3mg or 5mg so you find the right dose that will help you sleep while not feeling sluggish & dragging the next morning & then gradually moving up to 10mg if necessary.

If you’ve taken melatonin for a while & are not getting the sleep you need then this brand might just be the answer. It’s much, much safer than the prescription sleep medications out there & doesn’t have the side effects that can occur (sleep walking, eating while asleep & many other scary & unsafe effects).

It comes in a dark blue bottle so that it’s not broken down by light & has an easy flip top. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I use pretty much only when backpacking. I’m often sore and tired, so the Advil part works, but the “PM” part often makes for a long night of uninterrupted sleep, something I’ve never experienced in almost 50 years of backpacking.

I need to let you know that I received this product for free, but the opinions are all my own. I was happy when the package arrived and it was an Advil product. We have Advil in our Medicine cabinet and we’ve used it for many years for aches and pains, but I’ve never thought to try the Advil-PM.

I got 2 packs of the 8 capsule, travel size containers. Adults take two at a time, so two of these are an eight day supply. The tablets are relatively small and easy to swallow, without any after taste.

The container can easily fit in a purse, pocket or suitcase. So, I have fibro, arthritis and depression. All three cause, or make worse sleep issues. The physical pain from the fibro and arthritis can keep me up all night and the mental strain from dealing with the pain makes it next to impossible to fall asleep.

I have medications that I can take for these problems, but all of them make me drowsy the next morning. I’m in such a fog that I really can’t do anything for hours. A pot of coffee helps. So, I took the Advil PM for 7 days.

It took me 45 minutes to 1 ½ hours to fall asleep. Compared to my other medications, that’s good. After falling asleep I slept well, no weird dreams and only waking 3 or 4 times that week.
