Melatonin is excellent for sleep and it’s natural. The body makes it. At sundown, your body puts melatonin in the bloodstream. However, as we get older, melatonin production decreases. Melatonin supplements work by resetting the body’s sleep-wake cycles.

Don’t start with a high dose or you’re going to feel hung over the next day. Melatonin takes a month for it to regulate itself in your body. I recommend starting with a half a pill and slowly increasing (every other night or so) until you find the dose that puts you to sleep for the entire night.

The correct dose will reset the body’s sleep-wake cycles, increasing REM and total sleep time and improving sleep quality. It’s excellent for those that wake during the night. Never start with a high dose or you will likely have a daytime drowsiness if you start with a higher dose than you need and you prolong the time it takes to regulate itself in your body.

I have not slept well for years, often lying awake in the early hours. I am very pleased with the fast dissolve peppermint melatonin tablets. I just take 1 tablet as I go to bed and find that I sleep much better, and if I do wake up, I find it much easier to get back to sleep.

I am feeling much more refreshed in the morning. The tablets were very good value and Bronson Vitamins give excellent service with quick delivery and good customer service.

I really love this product. Ultra GHT MALE has a little bit of everything in it. Having both Bipolar and Fibromyalgia it definitely seems to help with some of the different fatigues both the illnesses seem to cause.

I’d have to stop taking it to tell you all the stuff it helps me with and that’s not happening. I tried the GHT male capsules and they don’t work anywhere near as good in my experience. I started out with the T male capsules, then Bi-layer T male, then GHT male capsules, and at last the Ultra GHT male.

I felt it was definitely worth the extra money to get the Bi-layer Ultra GHT male. I have been taking it around a year and when I don’t take it a day or two I can Definitely tell the difference. Please beware. My boyfriend took this 2 days ago and has a massive headache and body aches that are not going away. it started like 3 hours after taking the pill. By the way the pill didn’t even work either.

I took effectively a sedative (for migraines but it reduced anxiety, depression, and insomnia) all day long if not at least night time for decades and discontinued it due to creeping symptoms associated with long term use but the residual anxiety and insomnia remained after switching to a new migraine medication so I started with melatonin.

I didn’t sleep for days on days for weeks when I went dry and I am someone who requires 8hrs a night minimum or I SIGNIFICANTLY will struggle to function or stay awake during the day more than the average person.

I’ve tried many brands and they made me feel groggy like I was sleeping but I wasn’t getting DEEP sleep and i ALWAYS woke up several times and would toss and turn and if I didn’t fall asleep within a certain window it would be a harrowing night.

I also normally dream every night and on some of them i did not dream so that was another sign that the sleep was not restorative. This is THE BEST BRAND BY A LANDSLIDE. I still unfortunately require a lot but that’s the same regardless of the brand but this one i get sleep! Good sleep! I take 20mg.

Advanced sleep about a half hour before bed then I chew on 10mg of a fast dissolve when I start to feel a little sleepy to actually accomplish sleep. If I wake up in the middle of the night (uncommon but still happens, especially at the moment for personal reasons) I chew on a half/5mg fast dissolve or a full 6mg/thiamine to help go back to bed.

The different formulas genuinely do EXACTLY what they say they will. Highly highly recommend. I’ve many others but none have worked like this! You can feel it start to work just minutes after taking it. The first time I took this product I had a teenager level hardon. Not only that but a half hour later was wondering if it was possible to get seconds.

This product has the 3 main elements for healthy blood circulation. But has approx 16 extra, totally unnecessary ingredients!!?? This product could easily of been produced using just the 3 main ingridients that are well researched into helping circulation and encapsulated in a simple capsule.

Non sensical to include 16 extra ingredients to this product!! Better and cheaper to by the 3 main ingredients yourself and placing them in a capsule! Bought this couple of months ago, and results are amazing. It definitely does the job in performance and timing. And it certainly have me a big confidence boost. Only issue i had was that after taking recommended dosage I suffered from extreme migraines.
