I purchased these on Amazon after extensive research. I read review after review for this product and many other stimulants as well. After much contemplation I went with these. Because they seemed to be the best.

We have been giving Attention Support to our 8 year old son for 6 months. The first day he took it, he reported it helped him feel more in control of his body. Overall, I’ve seen results from taking Oxyshred (15kg in 14 weeks) and I recommend giving it a go. Mind, I’ve combined it with 4-6 gym visits per week, and no particular diet regime, but I’ve cleaned up a lot of excess sugars and carbs in my daily diet so take the results with a grain of salt.

I’ve stopped drinking coffee in the mornings since Oxyshred is a stimulant, and I take it every morning half hour before breakfast. No caffeine headaches, no lack of energy. I recommend it for this reason alone, as coffee with sugar and milk contains so many empty calories.

It dissolves well in water in a shaker, and if using 250mL of cold water you do have a few small grains undissolved in the bottom at the end. Not a big deal as you can just mix another 50mL of water which doubles as a rinse for the shaker.

My biggest fall back of this product is the taste, it seems to be hit and miss. My first tub was Kiwi Strawberry, and I loved it, it was delicious and very easy to drink. My current tub is Cotton Candy and it’s horrible.

Very hard to drink so I’ve been mixing it virtually into 100mL of water so it’s quicker to get down. For this reason I’ll leave the review at 3 stars, and if my next flavour is good, it’ll go up to 4 stars, but if it’s bad again, I’ll drop it down to 2.

I was afraid of using this product due to the mixed reviews but honestly I just loved it. I felt so energetic and focused. Minor downside is sweating during the workout but it’s tolerable. Did not experience any side effect like rapid heart beats or nausea.

As for the fat burning, it was really amazing. I got the most lean I’ve been when using it for 4 weeks and my BF decreased. I lost some muscle though because I was in an aggressive caloric deficit. Would definitely take again while cutting but with a minor deficit (100-200 cals).

I gave 4 stars because after a while of use the powder started clumping together although I still had the dehumidifier bags inside. Not sure if there was a problem with the one I got or that happens every time.

I received the cherry flavored milk of magnesia. let’s admit it, this stuff is disguising, not because of the flavor but because of that texture! Not only are you irritable because you are constipated but you have to choke down the chalky liquid substance to get the show on the road.

The cherry flavor is ok, I’d rather not even have any flavor but the cherry after taste is better then the unflavored version.

I didn’t really want to write a review about this product I received but heck it’s a natural thing we all 💩 so here it goes. I don’t have a problem with going #2 however I did give this product a try one day while I was home all day.

I took my dose and within about 30 mins I could feel the rumbles of my belly calling the porcelain throne. So I made my way up the stairs to the 🚽 made my self comfortable and let it rip. Why are these reformulated as only swallowable tabs? What about the persons who cannot swallow tablets, especially children? Can they be dissoved in a little bit of water, (creating a suspension) for children or the elderly? As far as I know (and from experence) homeopathics work faster if taken sublingually (under the tongue) as they enter the body tissue faster than if swallowed and having to go through the digestive process first.

Also I prefer takiing homeopathics because they do not have to be swallowed. Making a homeoptic into a tablet kind of seems it would defeat the purpose of not needing to swallow tablets.

So who is this for? Let me give you some info on that! I’m a Professional Photographer who has never relied on anything other than lots of coffee and music to cull, edit, and finish work. Then COVID-19 and day after day, week after week of quarantine & work from home with the kids stepped in.

I was so excited to try this bottle of Forebrain. I have taken one capsule every morning for a little over a week now. I haven’t really noticed any improvement, maybe a marginal improvement in cognitive performance at best.
