I love it. Amazing design and size.

I purchased this set in July 2020 and have loved using them. We use the small pan to make scrambled eggs every morning and it has been great! Sadly, a year later, the nonstick coating has not held up and is chipping off.

We never use metal utensils and, of course, we cook eggs on low heat, gently folding them in. This is so disappointing since I thought I was buying a quality brand. I could have gotten a year from any cheaper pan.

I will check if Circulon will honor the warranty but I would not purchase again.

I bought these after seeing a similar model at my boyfriend’s. The price was great, arrived on time, perfect condition. They’re a nice heavy skillet! There are raised circles on the bottom to help with release, so better non-stick.

I have only used them once so far, but happy. The directions do warn to not use Pam spray, etc and don’t use higher than medium heat. I tried doing a grilled cheese to just try one of the pans out. It went well, no sticking and a nice overall grill on the bread.

Not sure if they’re dishwasher safe? I plan to hand wash regardless. I think you can use metal utensils, but I will still use silicone or wood utensils. These pans are cheap enough that you can be a bit careless but nice enough to keep using longer than a short time.

I purchased, in Bangkok last Christmas, the 12″ Circulon Ultimum skillet with lid (wok) along with the 8 1/2″, 10″ and 12″ skillets (frying pans). I did so after reading many excellent reviews on various web sites.

They are indeed excellent products and after 6 months use have never experienced any form of sticking what so ever. They are a pleasure to use and so easy to clean. The only slight problem that was mentioned by one reviewer was that although they found the products to be excellent they noticed that slight chips were occurring on the edge of a skillet.

At the time of reading that review I chalked it up to perhaps a QC problem during manufacture of that particular skillet, as no other review I have seen mentioned this problem or any other problem. To my surprise lately I have noticed a similar problem occurring on the 12″ skillet (Wok).

But I would not call it a chip but rather a scratch. At first I thought that it must have been me knocking the skillet against the taps when washing but after a short time I wondered whether it could be the lid so on looking at the lid I notice that the metal outer ring joint is slightly uneven and could be the cause of the problem.

See attached pictures There is no similar problem on the other 3 pans I suppose because we do not have lids for the smaller 2 skillets and do not use the lid very much or leave on the on the 12″ skillet (frying pan), These slight scratches do not impair the product use at all and rather a visual problem (I hope time will reaffirm my thought).

So to reiterate they are excellent products and look forward to purchasing a set of saucepans when i visit Bangkok again at year end. (cant’t find an outlet for Circulon Ultimum in China where I live).

at first i thought how odd to have the bottom grilled as a pan, but as i used it more and more on my gas stove i ended up loving it. it lasted over 3 yrs in good condition. the outside does stain with the gas stove but the non stick will not scratch or peal.

do not put it in your dishwasher, always hand wash. overall great strong heavy duty pan.

The TurboPot Flame Pro line of nonstick pans is high quality, rapid heat distribution, and stable on the stove. They are a bit heavy but that is a trade off the stability on the stove. The nonstick surface is great to work on.

After purchasing their tea pot a few months back I couldn’t wait to try their fry pan. I bought the fry pan about a month ago and it has been my go-to ever since. Cooking dinner for my daughter and I has been much quicker and more efficient.

I would absolutely recommend this fry pan to anyone in the market for one.

After having collected a handful of All-Clad pieces, I decided to try Le Creuset’s stainless steel line. Performance wise, it seems virtually identical to All-Clad’s gold standard, but there’s one key difference: I love the Le Creuset handle so much more.

Yes, I understand the the All-Clad handles offer extra protection with the groove that your thumb rests in, but as a home cook, I’m rarely in a situation where I’m worried about the pan rotating. For me, the difference in handle comfort makes a big difference.

As always, stainless steel is going to have a learning curve, if you’re used to non-stick. You need a little more fat to prevent sticking, and you also need to regulate the heat well. I think the results are well worth it though.

I’ve never had a problem cleaning it. Usually, dish soap is just fine, but if something gets burned on there, Bar Keeper’s Friend is all you need. Highly recommended.

I bought this set and tried it out for maybe 2 weeks. The nonstick is top tier. It is very good. The weight of the pan is good- not too heavy and not feather light. However, it claims to be scratch resistant and this is not true at all.

I used only the 12 inch frying pan to scramble eggs with a silicone spatula and there are a few scratches from that already. I have never used metal utensils. If this happened easily with eggs, I can’t imagine how it will look after owing this many years.

Also, the slopes of the frying pan are extremely low and I didn’t like that as well. It feels like whatever you are cooking will spill over the edge. Unfortunately, this is a no for me.

Great little fry pan! Excellent quality. Great for cooking for one or two people. I love that I can pull this out when I want to make a quick grilled cheese without messing up my larger skillets. The handle is nice and big, easy to grip.

The pan is not too heavy. It cooks evenly and pretty much wipes clean. Love that I can pop it in the oven!.

This pan provides an excellent little omelet pan, when you’re cooking for one. The nonstick surface seems quite durable and really is nonstick. I don’t know how you make anything else besides one or two eggs in it, as it is only 8 inches.

I think it would be pretty difficult to get any amount of, say, potatoes in it. But, like I said, it’s great for an omelet or a couple fried eggs. It cleans up very easily.

This pan has a safe and comfortable handle, heats quickly and evenly, and is a great size for many meals for the two of us. It cleans very easily with hot soapy water. So far the surface seems to last very well, with no degradation.

Any crusty or greasy build up come off easily too with a sponge. I like the size too for many meals and tasks, plus storage space is minimal.

I bought this recently and I’m very happy with the pan so far. It’s not cheap but you can tell right away this is a high quality product that will last. The construction feels high end (no one will ever think it’s a T-fall.

) with a modern look. I used it on a gas range and for everything I cooked so far the non stick works great, nothing burns (even those sweet marinades!). It has a good even heat distribution and I did not notice any hot spot.

Most time a quick rinse is all it takes to clean. I also put it in the dishwasher with no issues and the detachable handles makes it easier to fit it in and store (especially given the serious size!).

I love the Cristel Casteline products! Wish I had them earlier. I ummed a bit at the price initially, but they are worth every centre and more! They are quality products, look great and their removable handles make storage, washing up and having multiple saucepans on the cooktop at once easy to manage.

Love being able to stack the saucepans without handles getting in the way, especially great in a small kitchen with limited cupboard space. Highly recommend.

The quality of this pan did not compare with that of two larger ones by the same manufacturer that I bought in France. Maybe this is what’s meant by “Bloomingdales Exclusive. ” Though a cookware sale and coupon made the price reasonable for this brand, I decided to return it.

I couldn’t be happier with this fry pan. It is just the right size, perfectly flat on the bottom, and is exceptionally well made. It distributes heat evenly so that the food cooks nicely. It also cleans easily, as long as the heat isn’t up too high while cooking.

My only complaint is that the handle is not comfortable and not balanced properly in relation to the weight of the pan. It is too skinny, and therefore hard to grip when it has to be turned, i. e. when cleaning the sides and bottom.

All in all, good value for the fine quality.

It’s hard to find pans that work on an induction stove. This does work but for the price it’s not any better than a normal cheap non stick pan. Already had scratches after 1 month and I only use plastic or wood spatulas.

I’m glad I only bought one pan and not an entire set.

Very high quality and perfect for every day cooking of pastas, gnocchi, sauces and anything like that. Cover is glass with a stainless steel rim and stainless steel handle, and the handle hasnt gotten too hot for me to touch even after long periods of time on high heat.

Easy to clean but be diligant and take good care of it. Comparable to brands like All-Clad and definitely top tier cooking equipment.

I love this pan! It looks gorgeous and the nonstick ceramic works perfectly. It is a bit heavier than I expected but that makes it feel sturdier. The reason I give 4 stars is because it is so pretty I feel afraid to use it normally.

The exterior is lovely and mirror-shiny, but that makes it easy to stain. The first time I used it I ended up with a sticky polymerized oil stain on the outside, which has never happened to me on any other pan.

It came off with some baking soda and elbow grease, but it feels high maintenance to me. You definitely need to follow their care guide to a T!.

A very thick skillet, which retains heat and heats up evenly. Do take note that you need to take an extra care with a non stick skillet medium to low heat, no metal utensil, etc. Comparing this to the same line as matfer bourgeat non stick skillet, this is a much of a higher quality product.

Its thicker, slightly bigger handles, brand stamping with made in france for assurance. For the matfer, it is slightly thinner by 0. 5mm eyeballing, no brand stamp or made in anywhere to be seen, and a smaller handle.

Although at the same size, the matfer one has a slightly bigger cooking surface area. The handle do gets hot, but thats a non issue, this french style cookware will always have that problem, thats why you always see in the professional kitchen they always have a towel in their hand all the time.

Ive attached 4 pictures, top and bottom of de buyer and matfer bourget. The one with thinner handle and no brand stamp is the matfer.

Excellent frying pan. No gimmicks, just a thick, strong, yet light pan. I have had Stellar and Le Creuset pans in the past, which although perform very well are much more expensive. Also, the non stick lining on this pan seems more durable than the Le Creuset one.

The thick aluminium allows for even heat distribution so you dont get any hotspots and the handle remains cool enough to hold even when the pan is heated smoking hot. All in all this is a great frying pan and I will definitely be sticking metaphorically that is with this brand.

Maybe tempted to get a smaller one too, although the large size of this one is so useful I may just get another 32cm one.

We have several bourgeat skillets which have always performed well. This is no exception and it has high standards of manufacture. Can strongly recommend this product. Be warned it is heavy even though it is supposed to be light weight.

The base is too small for my induction hob, the instructions say to only use at medium heat. To stir fry veg and meat I need to cook on high. Also with the base diameter where it contacts with the hob being so small, it does not transfer the heat inside the pan and up the sides very well.

Base is 145mm and pan is 305mm. might be ok for gas but not for induction. Cleans well and non stick works well. Instructions are inside the cardboard sleeve so you dont know until its unpacked.

Pretty Disappointed with my purchase, especially from such a branded name. I ordered it ‘Click and Collect’, but when I got it home and unpacked it, the item was much more ‘shallow’ than it appeared in the photograph, and just having used it once, there was a lot of ‘residue’ adhering to the pan, so could not agree that it was non – stick.

Bought an omelette pan from a competitor about 8 months ago. First use and the Non-stick proved to be a lie, after 3 or 4 uses had to throw it as I couldn’t get the staining out. I’ve used this Prestige pan twice, and it still looks like I’ve just cut the label off, so I have high hopes of a long and beneficial relationship!.

This Nina Neverstick pan is very good quality and did not disappoint. The stainless steel handles are attached with large bolts without any wiggling or fear they will loosen. The pan is very heavy and thick.

This means that it takes longer to preheat but also keeps the heat longer when ingredients are added or the stove is turned off. I was surprised to see the stainless steel base, which makes it easy to use on many cooking services including induction stovetops.

The pan is evenly weighted so it stays flat and steady on the stove top. I did not experience any fear that the pan would tilt toward the handle. The pan was easy to clean and eggs did not stick to the pan.

I was surprised to find that the outside of the pan is smooth but the inside of the pan is slightly more rough. I was scared this would make it not as non stick but I didn’t find it to be so. Like most pans, the pan is listed as 8 inches but the exterior is 8 inches and the interior flat portion is about 6.

5 inches in diameter. While this pan is made to stack with other pans in the Ninja Nest System, it does stack on top of my other pans without scratching them. This is a nice function since I often have to place something between pans in order to stack without scratching the pan surfaces.

After using this pan, I am interested in getting other sizes in the future. The additional handle that is part of the Nest System design is useful to lift pans off the stove, which isn’t as necessary for small pans like this would definitely be useful on larger sizes.

I would recommend this pan if you are in the market for a long lasting non stick pan.

I got this Ninja Foodi Neverstick pan a little while ago and really like it. I have several non stick pans which I have used for years. This one has several clear differences which I believe make it much better.

First off it has a steel handle with no coatings. Personally this is much better for me as I find that no matter how nice the rubber coating is it fades, peels ext. over time. Secondly it’s not uncommon for me to put a pan on the top of my grill.

I like an egg on a burger so I have to get out cast iron to put on the grill as I do t want to mess up the handle of the non stick pans I already have. I don’t know that I would put this on the grill on really high heat but I will say it’s much heavier and thicker than other non stick pans.

I feel like it would hold up much better. Speaking of the construction of the pan I think the thickness of the bottom really makes it heat evenly. It holds the heat well and evenly like a stainless steel pan or cast iron without the major pain of cleaning those kinds of pans.

Along the lines of cleaning it was really easy and the coating is very nice, even and without coming off from the first several uses like others have in the past. Time will tell how it holds up but it certainly seems more premium than other also “premium” brands I have used in the past.

At the end of the day I really like the pan for how it cooks and how I think it will hold up as well as the simple things the handle and construction will allow me to do. Try one I think you’ll like it too.

This is a top-rated pan on many web sites for its non-stick characteristic and longevity, and after about 3 weeks of use I have to agree. But the fact that the bottom is not flat bugs me. I called Ninja after I noticed a crowning in the middle of the pan the first time I used it – I wanted to confirm that this was designed that way or if I had a bad pan.

Some cheaper pans warn that their pans will warp (or crown) if they are subjected to too much heat. Ninja Customer Service confirmed that the pan was intentionally designed to be a little higher in the middle, with a very gentle slope to the outside edge (often called a crown).

This is good if you’re cooking something that will release fat while cooking (like a single steak). The fat will run to the edges. But you can’t get a round pancake if the batter runs toward the edge.

A single fried egg will spread unevenly. And a 2-egg omelet? It is very thin in the middle of the pan as most of it will run down toward the edges. Tilting the pan to try and get more to the middle doesn’t work – it runs around the crown to the other side.

Crepes also need a flat frying pan, or a crepe pan, so this won’t do. If you can live with these limitations you won’t be disappointed.
