Incredibly nonstick, you could almost call it self-cleaning. I stopped using oil completely with no problem. Gorgeous to look at, much more lightweight than it appears, the handles and knobs are perfectly ergonomic and pleasant to the touch.

I only use it on an induction cooktop, so everything still looks brand new. My cooking sabbatical of twelve years while I pursued a doctorate has ended in spite of myself.

cookware arrived on time! Love the set so far. i hope they are worth the wait. So far I love the quality and the color. The color looks just like the picture. Lets see if they cook good. I’ll let you know! lol.

I have had these pans for about 2 weeks now and I am in love. Straight out of the box you notice the beautiful teal blue color. They are different from other pans that I have and I really like the color.

Their felt pretty sturdy and a good weight, and it was nice to have the set come with three different sizes. I have used them several times and they heat up quickly and evenly. I have used them to make eggs and have been successful every time.

I did use a little butter in the pan and had no issue with the eggs sticking. Clean up was breeze with a quick wipe of a sponge and a rinse. I have also tried making sausage and again great even heating and no sticking.

These pans have become my new favorites!.

ive had lots of non stick skillets and this cookn’home 3 piece fry pan set is by far the best quality. Its heavy gauge aluminum and heats up very quickly and evenly with no hot spots. its even oven safe! nothing sticks to them and they clean up really easily i just rinse and then wipe out with a paper towel.

The sides of the pans are a little higher than my previoius pans so there isnt as much spatter. Ive been using them for a couple of weeks and i dont see any scratches at all. They arent just functional they are also very attractive with a speckled turquoise finish.

This is a great set of pans. They are very heavy weight so they do not wrap like the cheaper lighter weight pans. They sit flat on the stovetop. Cleanup is a breeze. After cooking in them I usually only have to just wipe them out with a damp paper towel.

I Love them! This is my second set.

We used this pan maybe 10 times at most and the non stick surface began to chip away. We did not use metal cooking utensils. Instructions say you can do so but we have a silicone set as well so there was no need.

We also hand washed it with regular old dawn dish soap and a soft sponge. Cooked basically chicken or seafood with it. Regardless of good care, we started to notice chips missing from the non stick coating.

Really disappointing. Total waste of money, look elsewhere for a nom-stick.

This pan is awesome. As far as nonstick pans go I’d have to say that this one is one of the best. I never have a problem with food sticking in any way. It is recommended to use low to moderate heat settings on this pan and always use oil or butter.

It heats evenly and cooks excellent. And the stylish colors look great in my kitchen. But the number one property of this pan is its excellent nonstick ability. I’ve never used a pan like this one and I highly recommend it.

I was a little skeptical about buying these at first, I never really believed in the nonstick marketing and also the idea that I shouldn’t use high heat in the kitchen had me close to walking away from this product.

At the end of the day I felt adventurous and decided to challenge myself to try something new and I’m glad I did. The pans 2/3 months in of daily use are still holding up to their non-stick qualities and I absolutely love not having to NEED to use fats/oils.

I only use them for flavor instead of for their nonstick properties and it feel satisfying to have better control of those ingredients in the kitchen. Regarding the recommendation of not using high-heat, I thought it would be a problem but the pans evenly distribute the heat so well that I haven’t felt the need to use high heat period.

My gas stove on low-mid is generally enough for almost all my dishes. It truly surprised me. I’ve even been surprised by the synergy of these pans working with low heat as well. Happy customer! The style is also beautiful.

Stainless steel with a cobalt glossy inside. I get compliments on these and my Zwilling Bamboo Easel Knife set all the time. Both of these products have turned me into Zwilling fiend! My only word of caution is if you saute and you like to do the saute snap and you have a gas stove, be mindful of the metal touching the burner grates as they can scratch the bottom of the pots with that friction.

I was trying to compliment this company for making a great set of nonstick cookware without PTFE. However, I guess they consider this topic too controversial. The cookware industry has sneaky ways of including PTFE in their products and trying to keep it Hush Hush by calling it something else maybe.

Or by mentioning that they have no PFOA in it, but nothing about PTFE. I had to return another set of cookware because of that. Then I found this one, which is great. At least the other company had the decency to put a warning in their information pamphlet (in very fine print) that “cooking fumes” can kill pet birds.

They did not make the distinction that it isn’t cooking fumes in general but fumes from PTFE. Maybe my review was not acceptable because Zwilling does make other cookware that still does have PTFE in it.

I hope they at least include a warning about the danger to pet birds, as well. If they are going to pick and choose which reviews to publish, what good are the reviews?.

Im tired of reading all these reviews about everything sticking. If you use it properly things will not stick. Period. It IS a non stick pan. it works like this you heat it before you put in oil. Not higher than medium-med high heat.

after a minute of just heat add oil. Let it heat a minute with oil in it one its hot enough that water rolls or is close to that cook your food. I do this with eggs. I let them sit in the pan turn them a couple of time and the eggs stick minimally and is a total breeze to clean.

Dont wash the pan in the dishwasher, dont use abrasive and dont heat on high or past 400 degrees. Its a lot to do and they must be cared for just like your pets, just like anything else that you want to work for a long time.

So everyone just stop complaining and start taking responsibility for things. Dont expect everything to work for you without you doing anything in return. Is called “maintenance” dont TREAT everything like its disposable.

I bought the Fry Family and noticed on the smaller pan that where the handle connects to the pan there were bulges on the inside of the pan. I’m assuming these are rivets connecting the handle to the pan.

I wasn’t immediately worried and used the pan a few times. After about 4 uses and after giving the pan a normal scrubbing, I noticed the ceramic coating was coming off where one of the bulges was. I contacted Great Jones and they immediately sent me a new pan.

Second one, same issue, just not as prominent. I let the company know of the issue and agreed to keep it with the understanding I would return this one if the same issue happened again. Customer service assured me this is not indicative of their quality standards but I’ve got nothing else to go off except 2 pans with the same flaw.

Our daughter gave us the large and small fry pans as gifts. The first few times they were non sick. But they rapidly lost that capability. We have followed all the suggestions, and cared for them properly, but everything sticks and makes a big mess.

These pans are too expensive to function not as promised. I wanted to read some of the other reviews and see if there was something we were missing, like perhaps some of these pans might be defective.

But this sticking issue seems to be a common complaint. And the standard response from the company is that the customer is doing something wrong. While these pans are beautifully designed, they do not function.

I did lots of research before buying small fry and was excited to receive and use it. It is an attractive pan and functioned well for a time, and I was pleased. However, its now seen approximately 10 months of use and as other reviewers noted, the non-stick is becoming sticky despite following the usage guidelines.

Furthermore, this non-stick coating is also coming off. I know non-stick has a lifespan, but I expected it to last more than 10 months of moderate and careful use. I do not own a dishwasher so the pan has been carefully hand-washed and again, always in accordance with Great Jones care guidelines.

I wanted this pan to work; it’s very disappointing! I have the large fry too which is also becoming sticky, but is maintaining its coating thus far with the exact same use and care as small fry. Both have recently started showing discoloration.

The deep cut and saucy which do not have coatings are both performing well and without issue. Only the coated pans seem problematic at this point. For the uninitiated, all my Great Jones pans (cookware and bakeware) seem susceptible to scratches, but, apart from the small fry, I am generally happy with their performance.

I have had this same pan in the non-induction version for over 10 (much longer probably) and use it 4-5 times weekly. It’s my favorite and I wouldn’t have added the new induction version save for the non-stick coating finally wearing off.

By far the best pan I’ve ever used and I cook daily in my home. The new pan is superior to my “original” the only comment I have is the weight which has increased significantly due to the more flexible cooking method use.

While I do not have an induction range yet, that is in my sight for the relatively near future, currently using natural gas on a commercial range. The best yet if weight is of a serious consideration, some might find this pan challanging to handle.

That being said, this IS the largest fry pan I use regularly.

I’ve been trying to stay away from non-stick pans, as they always tend to disappoint and some have lasted an alarmingly short amount of time before sticking and scratching, even with good care. But sometimes even my favorite All-Clad stainless or cast iron won’t do the job the way I’d like, so I was jonesing for a new non-stick skillet.

Given that I know a pan like this won’t work well forever, I decided to go with the least expensive, most well-made pan I could find. Yes, the inexpensive All-Clad non-stick was tempting, but I know even that is going to fail at some point.

Watched the in-store video for this and almost bought their smooth finish titanium instead, but this was even less expensive so I thought “OK, maybe I’ll get a good year or two out of a super inexpensive pan.

” Have had it for a month, use it almost every day, and am so impressed!! Everything we’ve made comes out beautifully; bacon, eggs of all kinds, pancakes, sautéed veggies, all come out picture perfect and delicious.

No sticking, great sear and browning, and practically cleans itself. Honestly, if all I get out of this pan is one good year, it would be worth it.

I’ve had the pan for about 6 months now. Highly recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your nonstick. Pros: 1. The nonstick is legit. I haven’t used any oil or sprays and literally nothing sticks 2. It cooks evenly.

I stole my husbands BBQ temp gun because I was curious to see how evenly this pan heats. The surface temp is the same across the entire thing which is great. I’ve really noticed how evenly it cooks when I’m making french toast and things like that.

You flip it over and it’s perfectly brown across the entire surface, where I feel like some of my cheaper pans it’s pale on half and dark brown on the other. 3. It cleans up well. Nothing really sticks, but I like how the outside cleans easily too.

Cons: 1. The handle is actually a little hard to clean because it’s polished steel. I always see hand smudges in it which is really annoying. 2. The 12” is heavy. I saw other comments that said it’s heavy, and while it’s not anything like cast iron or stainless, it’s still a bit heavier than some might like.

I bought two of these as opposed to the traditional black Teflon frying pans. I destroyed my last large black Teflon pan due to overheating and decided to try these. The pans are very elegant looking and first four or five times I used them I didn’t see any difference, nothing stuck and I thought, “Ok, these must be alright and an alternative to the black Teflon.

” Subsequently, things started sticking, not badly but a fried egg would leave a small thin portion stuck to the bottom. It would release after rubbing it with a plastic spatula but in comparison I never had that problem with black Teflon ever, even after years of regular use.

So it’s a frying pan and it fries stuff but my experience is that after less than a months use it is not as non-stick as black Teflon and just in case you’re wondering, I did not overheat them. I’m not an expert and I can’t ever seem to make a cast iron pan work but I won’t buy these again because I need a fail safe pan for my ineptness.

Maybe others use them with great success, not this guy though.

So far, so good. I needed to replace my non-stick skillets (t-fal) that were several years old, as they showed signs of wear and flaking. I hesitated because of health and safety issues, and was concerned about feeling mis-led about it being all right to use metal utensils without fear of the finish being degraded.

So I got this skillet in 2 sizes and also got a silicon fork/spatula to use with them, for the safety concerns. It seems like they were good choices and, after several uses, I feel confident that these were good choices, both for safety and for nice cooking use.

Theyseem like they will stay nice and easy to clean.

They are great for the first month. Then things start to stick. The problem is stuff seems to seize to the pan, and even if you soak it or deglaze with vinegar it won’t come out. And if you scrub it, they go down hill even faster.

The even stick with oil. How is that possible? We have the old generic non stick that lasted longer for less than half the price, and when they wear out, at least you can use oil as a regular fry pan.

They cost $20 for an 8/10/and 12 inch set. Save your receipt or just save your time and money. it’s up to you.

IšverstiShow in original languageFor me this pan is indeed an “Everyday Pan”. It is truly one pan that I can use to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner all in the same day. I love the weight and feel of this pan which for me is a combination of a frying pan and a wok.

It’s lightweight, nonstick, extra large with two handles, has a glass lid and all can go from stove to oven (max 500°) to table. My Everyday Pan is dishwasher safe although I hand wash all my pot and pans.

I have been using my Everyday Pan over my 12″ frying pan as I prefer the feel and cooking capabilities over the skillet. The Everyday Pan is a little pricy, but with Ninja’s 10 year guarantee of non stick performance it was worth the price for me.

IšverstiShow in original languageI love this pan! It’s so versatile, deep enough to make a family size casserole but not so heavy (like cast iron) that you can’t pick it up. Oven safe, glass cooktop safe, so far I haven’t even noticed a scratch even though I use it almost daily.

I would suggest Ninja brand put a coating on the lid handle because it gets very hot! That’s not even worth removing a star because this pan is awesome! I have 4 pieces now and I’m considering the wok next.

IšverstiShow in original languageOh how I love this pan. It’s big enough for our little family, it holds so much. This pan holds an entire frozen meal kit with plenty of room to double up if you have a larger family.

Non-stick coating is perfect for those “leave it be” meals. I’m so happy it came with a lid as many recipes call for the pan to be covered for a portion of the time. No long handles so you don’t have to worry about bumping the handle and spilling the contents or a child reaching up to grab it.

Makes for better storage as well.

I have an iron wok. I like it, but I need to do lots of cleaning after each use because the food got burned most of the time. I tried few non-stick pan and I have concern of using those pan for high heat cooking.

Many of the non-stick pans are not PFOA- free. When my friend recommended this Zwilling non-stick pan, I just give it a try because I like Henckels brand (I have a pair of Henckels haircut scissors for more than 30 years and still great! Henckels brand is of premium quality).

I am so happy that I bought this pan. I have been cooking great dinner using this pan. So easy to clean and the heat distribution mechanism is great. Solid build (heavy material used) and should last for a long time.

I made risotto and it did not stick at all with extremely easy clean up. I made 1 over easy egg using less then 1/4 tsp bacon grease for flavor It cooked great and cleaned up perfectly (even in spots with no grease).

The fried egg flipped with no sticking. I also made 1 scrambled egg with no added grease which came out great. Both eggs slid out of the pan like magic. I like the: cool handle; light weight; , pan depth; gentle angle with generous flat bottom; and size (11”) of the pan.

It distributed the heat very well Love that it is non-toxic.

I just received my own pan today, but I have jealously watched my sister in law use hers. for years and I envied how perfectly it cooked everything and cleaned up like a breeze. My job was always clean up and I have been used to soaking and then scrubbing my own pans since the supposed non-stick surface is long gone.

After using the Everyday pan almost a year, coating failing. Really loved it, so I am very disappointed about the coating. One bubble popped up about a month ago, then became a hole. Now the coating is bubbling up all around outer bottom of the pan after only a year.

Will have to quit using and throw away. Didn’t realize that Target Ninja Foodi Cookware is not the Premium Line of Ninja Foodi Cookware.

The pan is a nice weight, not too heavy, but definitely quality materials were used. I really need to pay attention while cooking because it seems food cooks more quickly in a pan. I did have some sticking issues, even after I heated some oil prior to use.

I will have to experiment more with the pan to avoid this in the future. Food, especially eggs and fish, sticks to the pan unless I cook it on low flame and the stains remain unless I scrub it. I cook a lot of foods using this pan and love how everything cooks even.

I did experience a few foods sticking to the pan at first and that worried me quite a bit. I have to be very careful when using this particular type of pan because they can mess up easily if not handled and cleaned well.

I prefer hand washing these as opposed to putting them in the dishwasher. For cleanup, I added water to the pan and boiled the water. Then I let it cool before cleaning it with soap and water. Overall, It is a good quality pan.

I’ve been using this pan for about a year. It’s pretty scratched up, because we’ve been putting it into the dishwasher and not all family members use plastic or silicon spatulas. I’m pretty sure it’s been scrubbed with an aluminum scour pad, which is a big no no.

But this pan fries food beautifully. I get that crispiness to my eggs, meats, and veggies that’s important to me. So I’m actually planning on buying another pan just like it and am enforcing stricter house rules on how it will be used.

I bought a Sardel carbon steel pan, because I though I could use it to replace the non stick pans, but so far my experience isn’t that good. It smokes a lot and I’m having to use a lot of oil, which I don’t like at all.

I’ve seasoned the pan multiple times. I try to eat healthy and lots of oil doesn’t sit well in my stomach. Which is why I like the t-fal pan since you don’t need much oil at all for it.

The pan handle allows for a good grip. The pan isn’t too light or too heavy. The pan is of great durable material and it’s very scratch resistant. It was easy to clean and the nonstick coating is durable too ! It’s hasn’t scratched so far.

The pan heats ups evenly too. The 10. 5 in size is the perfect size for pancakes. I use the pan for a log of stir fry and easy meals. This pan is pretty good!.

I have wanted something from this brand for ages so when I saw they were making fry pans, I jumped to purchase. The pan is really gorgeous and I need to keep it on my stove all the time to enjoy. Very heavy and cooks like a dream.
