They have never failed me. Whenever you are vacuuming hard floors and have the belt stretched to turn brush roll off, don’t forget to place it back in the regular position prior to storing your vacuum cleaner so that the belt won’t get stretched out.

These harnesses worked in a pinch for us. We took our dogs camping with us and we wanted to make sure to keep them safe. Pros: It is easy to put the harnesses on and take them off. They are a light weight material which allows for fast drying and minimal weight on the dog.

They utlilize the the over the shoulder Y design style which is the least likely to impede a dog’s range of motion in the front legs. The color was listed as salmon red but is more of a burnt orange which is actually good because of how close it is to safety hunter orange.

Cons: This harness utilizes plastic buckles that are light weight and don’t hold up to rigorous use. We don’t utilize the leash clip on the rear portion of the harnesses because it is not sturdy if the dog pulls and this harness is not designed to handle load bearing forces.

The only measurement used for sizing is measuring around the dog’s mid-section or “girth” (not a good representation of many dogs). The harness does not come down the back far enough. Overall: The only reason we bothered getting these is because the other ones we ordered we placed on back order from a company that does custom dog gear and we wanted to keep our dogs safe from hunters or other people.

As a professional dog training and care company we would prefer to go with other options because we have a high standard for our personal dogs. If you are on a budget or need something quick to satisfy a safety risk by all means get these or something similar, we certainly did.

No one piece of equipment is the best, they all have their pros and cons and each buyer has factors that influence their buying choices. We hope our review can help future customers and the Ruffwear company.

Originally I purchased the red Flagline harness in size XS on Amazon for 20 pound Maggie. She is a rescue dog and looks like a Dachshund-Cocker Spaniel mix. The XS fit perfectly in the neck and chest straps, but the belly straps would not go around, since she is barrel-shaped.

Next I ordered size S directly from Ruffwear, because I wanted to get the new salmon color. The chest and belly straps of the larger size fit fine, but the neck straps are loose even when tightened as far as they will go.

I have considered sewing them, but so far she has worn it loose in the front. It looks a little funny and makes a gap underneath as well— and the loose fabric drags over the grass. The metal hardware from the matching leash also causes a stain over the area of the harness handle.

I do love the light weight of the harness, matching leash and collar. They are all made well and the colors are beautiful. The handle is great for getting in and out of the car. But if you have a dog with a barrel-shaped figure and no definable waistline, chances are good that this harness will not be the best fit.

I’m thinking about ordering the Hi and Lite version of the harness (without the second set of straps) for Maggie in XS. I suspect that it will be a better fit, though not as secure or handy.

I have a Miniature Australian Shepherd, & this is so great. As shes only a 5 month old, she chewed her cheaper harnesses that were about the same price at Walmart, & I just couldnt deal with getting another cheap one, nor could I get an extremely expensive harness! I gave in some hope for this harness, & it works perfectly! Im super satisfied with this harness.

The material is thick, & strong/Sturdy. The price is worth it!!.

Im amazed that a harness this well made and sturdy is sold at such a reasonable price. Its easy to put on and take off, which had been a problem with my other harnesses. Dillon, my Golden Retriever Mix, a/k/a Wild Child, is no longer a dreaded beast! Its so much more pleasant walking him with this harness.

This boxer rescue has been a handful since day one. Pulls like a train, gentle leader Houdini. Wore me out. Got this harness today and its sturdy, well made, leash rings in all the right places , plenty of room to adjust and looks comfy.

Best of all no pulling. In fact he seemed quite bAffled that he wasnt able. Mom=1 Tyrion=0.

We just use two times but it’s seems really nice and light!

Fabulous harness is both well-made and durable, just doesn’t fit my dog’s unusual body type. We loved the reflective material which looks so snazzy while boosting safety on walks in low light, but the Medium was too loose around my dog’s neck while the girth was too tight, and no amount of adjustments could make it work.

We exchanged it for the Small, but that turned out to be positively teeny. perfect for toy breeds but just not our ‘Schnorkhund’ gal, whose a marvellous mix of mini schnauzer, Yorkie and dachshund (ie adorable fuzzy muzzle with beard and ‘brows, combined with broad chest, long back and short legs).

Canada Pooch, PLEASE make a version of these awesome harnesses that is in between your Small and Medium, since I suspect there are many, many mixed breed smaller dogs who require a “tweener” size. It’s worth noting that, interestingly enough, we had success with a different Canada Pooch harness, the Chill Seeker Cooling Harness, which is sized by inches (i.

e. , 8/10/12/14 etc vs S/M/Lg). We lucked out with a size 12, which fits perfectly at the neck and girth, even though technically our pups ‘size’ is 16, based on the standard measurement from the base of her neck to the base of her tail.

(The size 14 & 16 we’d originally ordered based on this measurement were way too big all over, but with a few seconds of strap adjustment the 12 in this particular harness ended up being a great fit!).

All to say, try various sizes to find your dog’s best fit, because all of Canada Pooch harnesses are exceptionally well made and the designs are fun and unique.

Was recommended this and it looked sturdy but lightweight compared to others. The clip at the collar sold it as the battle I’d have getting the previous harness over my pups head was exhausting and not nice for her.

When it was adjusted just right we headed out for a walk. I immediately found that the d ring at the top/back is far back to the end of the harness that when on lead this basically put her in front of me and not nicely to my side.

This also makes controlling her when pulling not particularly easy as your control is pulling her at her chest and not shoulder/collar area. When she pulls the short padded bits under the collar straps folds under and I have to readjust throughout the walk (this is only when she pulls).

The chest ring is good and had this on the previous harness but when using it it twists the harness right around and kinda defeating its purpose and cutting at her armpits. Probably the most concerning thing I’ve found is the straps don’t stay tight enough and when the harness twists, or like the other day when my puppy got all excited seeing my neighbour she somehow managed to wriggle out of it, thankfully as they were paying her attention I noticed and grabbed her before she realised she was free! The previous harness was a bit like this but not as bad and she never completely broke free.

So in summery Pros: – lightweight – easy to put on due to clip at the collar – chest d ring – nicely padded on chest (not so much on collar area though) Cons – straps loosen when in use and can cause sores (isn’t escape proof and so no good for hyper dogs/puppies) – using chest d ring twists the harness right around and so defeats purpose of ring and harness – dangerous due to the above – d ring on back too far back (no good for pullers) – when pulling the collar padding folds under itself – particularly cheap for what you get As for the stitching and clips durability it’s too early to say as only been using it a couple weeks.

After less than 6 months with this harness, it is ripping at the buckle/clip points. The harness is easy to put on my dog, and removal is just as easy. I don’t put this harness on my dog very often after purchasing because the side adjustment buckle constantly turns sideways, and makes the harness loose.

I haven’t done any extensive hikes in the forest with my dog wearing the harness, just around the yard and on some trails. He rolls in the grass but never in the brush. If your dog is active whatsoever, I do not recommend this harness.

The material has small rips in it (again, my dog has worn this less than 15 times) and the material is ripping near the buckle/clip seams. Looking at the reviews, seems like most people have small dogs.

My dog is around 80lbs, using the XL size. I have a RuffWear harness for my dog that I use and I feel much more confident in that, no issues so far.

IšverstiShow in original languageI have a 9yo 75lb pit/lab mix. She is strong as an ox. I have tried all sorts of training and “no pull” harnesses with no success. SHe doesn’t “walk me”, she is just stubborn and strong.

First walk with this harness was like a different dog. Although she still kept the leash taught with no slack, I could feel her restrain herself when she started to try to pull harder. After about 20 minutes, I was getting slack in the leash.

I sincerely wish I would have tried this harness years ago if it was even in existence back then. The only downside is that I wish the leash was just a little longer, but I believe there are options for that which I haven’t looked into.

1000% recommend this harness. (PS- I realize the harness looks tight in the photo but it is just the way she is angled. There is the proper amount of space between the strap and her body).

I have bought a number of different harnesses for my beloved rescue dog. She is my baby (six years old ) and I want her secured in the back seat of any vehicle in the event of an accident. She is not allowed to travel in a vehicle without wearing a harness which is then tethered to either a child seat stanchion or a seat belt connection.

It is essential that the tether also be high quality as well as the harness. I personally do not drive or ride without wearing a seat belt. My dog enjoys going back and forth to look out the rear windows and occasionally stands on the center console to look out the front.

Whereas a sudden stop or collision might cause her to impact the back of a front seat, she can not be thrown into the windshield, the front passenger compartment or out a rear window. This is the most expensive and best designed harness I have bought to date.

The manufacturer boasts of a lifetime warranty and I will hold them to it only if necessary. If it continues to perform well, I will update my review later to 5 stars.

We bought this harness on a whim when our baby was about a year old. Our vet said she was about done growing and it would be a good investment. Even though they were tough to clasp we LOVED the metal fasteners.

Jokes on us. About a month and a half later we went to harness her up for training and it was snug, we maxed out the straps and left for class. We talked to her trainer, she agreed it was too snug, we got her weighed 52¼lbs and remeasured and she had put on 6lbs and some girth around chest.

She told me I could exchange it, per store policy. Unfortunately, we were about a week over the stores 30 day return policy. We have looked at new ones and are not fond of the plastic fasteners. There was a reason we bought the Kurgo harness with metal that we did.

I wish we could’ve exchanged for the larger size. Outside of that issue, we absolutely loved this harness and the seat belt clip. It is an investment for people on a limited income, but when it fit, it was worth it.

I love Kurgo products and think they are great quality, but was disappointed in this harness. If you have a barrel chested dog and want to attach a leash to the front D ring (my pup is a puller, so that was the whole reason we bought this), I wouldn’t recommend this harness.

I have a 14 month old standard poodle (45 lbs) and we bought a medium as she fit smack dab in the middle of those measurements. Unfortunately, the harness just doesn’t fit deep-chested dogs. The neck opening is weirdly large and can’t be tightened very much so after adjusting the harness to fit her, the front D ring ended up right between her front legs.

We couldn’t attach a leash to the front ring because she would stumble over it while we walked. Seems like Kurgo could fix this pretty easily by just moving the front D ring higher to be closer to the neck opening, but unfortunately not easy to fix/solve the issue at home.

We’ll be donating this as it unfortunately doesn’t work for us.

Great little harness and very, very sturdy. However, it is overkill for a chihuahua, even one that pulls hard like mine does. It would be perfect for a larger stronger dog, like a Westie. It is very well made.

The reason I gave it four stars is because even though it is described as a mesh harness it is not a mesh that would be cooler to wear in the summer heat. I had to purchase an open mesh harness for summer—it is much light weight and the whole in the mesh let the breeze in and the body heat out.

This one will not do that. Otherwise it is a perfectly effective and comfortable harness.

Sammy is my rescued terrier who wants to chase anything that moves. This new harness is very comfortable for walking, running or in the car and secure without being restricting behind his front legs.

He is always with me and wears it all day. Under any lighting conditions the reflective trim make him very visible in the desert, scrub or woods. His name and phone number are also very visible taking out the worry, should he get away.

I should mention that the easy to reach handle to top makes him easy to control in any circumstance. Most of all it is a great looking harness and he looks great and comfortable in it.

I have had such pulling problems when walking with my Labrador Retriever ever since I got him at 7 weeks old. I have had other. Harnesses but they did not work after my Tucker grew. He loves this harness and comes right to me to put it on to go out.

He is so happy and proud to wear it. I have better control over his pulling and he is getting better at not pulling , unless he sees a rabbit then all bets are off.

We have a 9 year old Newfoundland who has never worn a harness, but we thought we would try it. He loved it from the start and no more collar around his neck on his walks. We purchased an x-large and it fits perfectly.

He weighs 147 lbs. and it could be let out if your dog is larger. There is nice padding against his fur too. Another great product from Orvis!.

This harness has completely eliminated the pulling habit of my dog. I could not be more thankful to the sales associate who recommended it! Before my husband and I could barely take her on walks because she would pull so much that she would be almost choking herself.

It was embarrassing and I felt like our neighbours were judging us. But since we tried this harness it has completely stopped the pulling and we are now able to take her on long walks in the park and around our subdivision.

We just adopted a 74# bulldog who loves to lead! We desperately needed something to break FIRMLY instilled old habits and this did the trick. After 2 uses he’s already greatly improving. Will he always need to walk with this harness? Too soon to tell if the harness will be needed as a permanent reminder, but that’s OK.

Once it’s adjusted it’s quick to slip on and off. Slip it over his (BIG) head and snap the sides, we’re ready to go! He doesn’t seem to mind wearing it and makes our walks safer.

This harness makes the world of difference! It has made walking so much easier! It was a little on the pricier side but it was well worth it! It took us a little bit of time to put it in the first time she wore it, but now that we have it figured out it doesn’t take long at all!.

I have a 3 year old Cairn Terrier who is an incessant puller. I now have a collection of myriad no pull harnesses. The one that worked best up until now was a Gentle Leader but inspite of extended training and wearing while eating and getting treats he spent much of his walk time trying to remove the harness around his nose.

Yesterday I purchased the Two Hounds Freedom Harness at a local pet store. We fitted him with The Freedom Harness and began walking around the store and his behavior instantaneously changed. His focus on me was immediately apparent.

I spent time today after watching a training video practicing getting him to want to put the harness on over his head and clipping it in place. Then we went into the yard to practice. After that we walked down our street and I was so amazed at how easy it was to redirect his attention if he began to pull.

I simply stopped and used the lower leash to lead him in a U-turn. Soon he was heeling at my side. I wish I had discovered the Two Hounds Freedom Harness when he was a puppy!.

They know their harnesses have a design flaw, and it can’t hold up to any chewing. Not just a little, but ANY. We had ours for three days, she only wore it to go outside, and I only saw her bite it a couple times.

She never even really chewed it. By day three, I was emailing the company because their website led me to believe their return policy would make for a simple return and replacement, no problem. Only then do they give you the fine print.

Nope, they just say their policy doesn’t cover chewing and generously offer you another one for a discount. Well, it doesn’t cover chewing because it’s cheaper to change your return policy than it is to redesign a product after tons of people start having the same problem.

Support small business, but not this one. Not until they fix their harnesses. If this thing falls apart on some poor dog and the owner doesn’t notice, it’s gonna be a safety issue. They could run out into the street, run away and get lost, or any number of things.

Sizing is way off. My chihuahua measures 16 inches in the chest. Based on the size chart for this harness, she should take a size medium. She is swimming in the medium. I also tried a size small recently and that one is too large also.

Someone isn’t paying attention to quality control, and the company isn’t paying attention either. What a way to run a business.

I love the harness! It’s so soft and gentle for our Yorkie puppy that’s 6 months old. The one thing that was not expected is it’s a little big around her neck which could be my fault for allowing just a little growth room.

So I will order a different color in extra small for a change. The XS from a different company was too small. Thinking it may not run true to size. But it is a great product.

Total game changer for me and my German Shepard cross. Was told about the front clip no pull harness years ago so really kicking myself it’s taken till he’s 4 and half before I invested in one. The front clip just generally seems to make him much calmer on walks, it’s just not intuitive for him to pull and seems to be transferring to when he’s only on a collar and lead too.

The harness seems very comfy for him to wear and the pockets are bigger than I expected and will fit a ball/poo bags/tick twister/doggy first aid stuff etc. When it’s only got poo bags in it just looks like a normal harness coat not a big backpack.

Stitching and webbing very well made and good quality. He won’t slip out and would trust picking him up in it to put him over a fence. A bit pricey but it has honestly changed our walking habits so much that I would say it’s worth every penny – for what I feel I’ve got out of it, I would have paid the same again.

Let me start out by saying that I love walking…I mean its kinda my stick, and since my dogs love sticks, (numerous can be found while walking), its a win-win; however, what isn’t so fun is carrying all the stuff required on a hot summer day, while walking or riding my bike.

Bottled water, poopie bags, used poopie bags…don’t you love that left over poopie bag smell. No matter where I put the bag, there is always a little residual smell, and although the leashes I bought have a place to tie them after use, the feeling of a cold poop filled bag slapping against my waist as I walk….

annoying to say the least. So, giving my dog pockets was the best solution…carry your own poop! The bag is not huge at all, so if you are a hiker and want your dog to carry some weight, this is not the tool for you.

What it can carry is two water bladders (one on each side) with about 16oz of water each, a poopie bag roll, and one or two full poopie bags (as the water bladders empty). I have even had my girl carry my phone when both water bladders were not necessary.

This is the maximum though. The side pockets do not expand, so the more you shove in there, the more the harness will stick out away from the dogs body. I will also add that my dog has issues with a lot of harnesses rubbing away her fur.

I first ordered the Front Range harness for my Great Pyrenees and Lab. It worked well for the Pyrenees, but with the lab it rubbed away a huge patch of fur on her chest and even started to get little scabs.

I then exchanged it for this harness, and her hair has completely grown back with no additional rubbing anywhere else. I only wish it came in pink, as everyone thinks she is a boy, but I thought the blue was the best looking color.

My dog is the absolute king of wiggling out of harnesses, and he’s been stumped with this one! The only other harness that works for him is the Ruffwear Web Master, which has the same 2nd strap that goes behind the ribs and seems to prevent him from ejecting backwards.

We decided to try this one since it has a front clip, which the Web Master doesn’t. So far it’s been great! We weren’t really looking for a pack harness, but the pockets have come in pretty handy around town and on the trails.

They’re surprisingly roomy, so now he carries his own essentials like a packable water bowl and a spare roll of bags. Also love that he can haul his own poop bags out on long hikes! We haven’t tested it, but I think you could probably fit a small.

5L soft water flask in the pockets without too much trouble.

I own two of the Dean and Tyler harnesses. They are both an XL. one is quite a bit larger than the other. The one I bought through Amazon is a bigger than the one I go on EBay. As far as quality goes, the harness is a great harness.

I would highly recommend it. We have two very large dogs. One is a German Shepherd that goes about 140 pounds and one is a Mastador still growing. I feel like with this harness on you have complete and total control of the dog.

The patches are great, you can get whatever you need them to say. Both dogs seem to understand when wearing the harness that they are “working” and that it isn’t all fun and games any longer. Would highly recommend the harness just not sure how the size can fluctuate so much between two harnesses that are to be identical.

Oh my goodness. I’ve never had a husky puppy before but let me tell you. This harness has been a life safer. It keeps loki the husky pup right next to me without pulling his neck.

Sadly I had to return the harness as i hadn’t accurately measured my dog. However I do now have the correct size from another site. Seller was helpful and the product arrived quickly. I have a 42kg gsd/husky mix.

Very strong and pulls towards other dogs and prey animals. This harness looks great and is well made, the 4 d rings mean it’s great for redirecting him if he pulls when teamed with a double ended leash, and most inportantly it is secure and comfortable for my boy! We love it!.

IšverstiShow in original languageI accidentally purchased the wrong size online. The silver lining being this fits my senior girl beautifully. Very easy to put on and off. She doesn’t like over the head harnesses, but this has such a wide space it doesn’t matter.

We were in the mountains recently. Her balance in the car is not the best. I was able to hold the handle as we went round corners on the twisty mountain roads, to steady her. It washes well too. We lost an ezy dog Velcro patch somewhere in our travels though!.

a much better fitted medium. We didn’t have to add anything new to this (the old kong one we had to add velcro so it stayed put). It’s a perfect fit and he swallows less water because this life jacket keeps him elevated, the proof was on the drive home.

With the previous jacket we would have to stop several times on the way home (about 4 or more times) to let him potty. This jacket is so awesome and did a great job at keeping him elevated, we didn’t have to stop once on the way home.

Red makes it easy to see him when he’s out in the water. The only thing I would add is a bigger handle on the top of the jacket. The picture does more show how flat the handle is on the life jacket so it’s not a true picture of what it will look like on your dog.

Other that the handle this product is amazing. I love it and Ajax, the dog, does too.

IšverstiShow in original languageSo we bought this originally for a trip to lake of the ozarks, it was the first time taking our 110 pound pit bull Golden retriever mix on vacation. I was worried about him swimming to far out getting tired ect.

so we decided to get this. Now we dont go to any lake without it. The other day i even tried to take it off while we swam to see his reaction and he practically pawed at me nonestop till i put it back on.

He LOVES to float in the water. Also its a great piece of mind to know my dog has a personal floation device as well as myself. Highly recommend.

After comparing this to other companies “tactical harnesses”, it’s definitely the highest quality I’ve found. There’s a couple things I wish people had written about the fit. This double buckle design is rather long & rubs on my males dogs privates, even when I exchanged it for a smaller size.

There’s no option for a custom sizing on these styles. My golden retriever is a smaller leaner dog, and medium barely fits his girth, but is a bit too long on the “underbelly” portion, large fits his girth nicely but sits WAY too long on the underbelly portion.

The stitching is beautiful, & holds up perfectly. I mainly got this larger coverage harness for the handles, & velcro area, so it definitely did not disappoint there. The velcro is high quality as well The return/exchange process was rather confusing, but ultimately was figured out.

I’d be hesitant to purchase another harness from them due to sizing & the return policy.

The sizing is a bit deceiving I will say. My Dog is a medium dog by most standards but a small is what for him best. He is 67lb 10mth old Catahoula. Use it for work and play. He will wear tracking and the rear ring works great for that.

The handles are good for assisting with dismounts from the vehicle , over and off of obstacles in the environment. The mesh foundation of the harness make it good for mobility and the dog can still maintain his agility.

We have had this one going through tubes, tubes filled with dogs and people…like tight spaces. Its also easy to put on and fitment is easy to achieve. I would also add that the velcro is great for adding your do not pet patches and what not.

Im picky as it gets and basically this vest will get you the results you are seeking the super high end vests but at a budget price. Would recommend for anyone doing some serious dogmanship.

So far this is a great harness. Very well constructed and there are a lot of attachment points and hand holds. I can pick my dog up with very little effort and she appears comfortable being carried. Velcro and MOLLE is everywhere, giving you plenty of places for patches and gear.

My only issue is I followed the sizing guide for my dog and, while the harness fits, the velcro that holds the skid pad in place does not reach. This hasn’t really been an issue but it does make it a bit more challenging to clip her into the harness.

My vet said Alfie was a bit too thin so I increased his diet and alas, his superb Ruffwear Web Master Harness size XXS no longer fitted him. I tried going up one size to the XS but that didn’t fit either, so I exchanged it for the Non-stop Dogwear harness.

The Non-stop harness doesn’t feel quite as indestructible as the Ruffwear Webmaster but it’s still a quality item, well made and I’m confident it will survive the hard life it’s getting. Points worth mentioning: The straps needed adjusting 2 or 3 times until the fabric ‘relaxed’ and the harness moulded to Alfie’s shape.

The Non-stop is a shoulder harness with the restraint handle running from left to right between the shoulder blades whereas the handle on the Ruffwear harness runs down the spine and, in Alfie’s case, is central to his body, so lifting him over fences stiles and streams was easier with the Ruffwear harness than it is with the Non-stop (Ruffwear: like picking up a small suitcase by its handle.

Non-stop: A bit like picking Alfie up by the scruff of his neck). If the handle was to be used for restraint rather than for lifting I think the ‘between the shoulder blade’ strap on the Non-stop harness might be preferable.

The ‘under the chest’ section of the Non-stop harness might be too wide for a skinny dog (think whippet). In conclusion, I have no hesitation in recommending the Non-stop harness, it’s a great piece of kit.

Fits beautifully, seems very sturdy. The one niggle is the D-loop doesn’t stand of its own accord, so it’s a two-hand job to attach the lead. Otherwise no complaints.

It is bright in the Orange, but fits well and has loads of adjustment, which is just as well as purchased for my 7-month-old Springer Spaniel. Works well and is highly recommended, but would say if you don’t want to stand out, order the black :-).

We got this harness after we had a scary incident with my dog accidentally slipping out of his collar. Thankfully he is well trained and didn\’t budge from my side when I told him to stay but I immediately went shopping around for harness options.

I am very happy with the quality of this harness and the fact that it can be clipped in the front or on the back. The handle was the main selling feature for me though. I love the extra security it provides if we are switching him from his collar to his harness or if we are having to take him into the groomer or vet.

It has been worth every penny. I also use it with a seat belt attachment, it has been perfect!.

This harness is AMAZING!! We have a young male German Shepherd with severe stranger danger and other dog issues. We’ve tried other harnesses and collars in combination with a calming cap, and still had a struggle.

We had to walk him in pairs: Two people holding two separate leashes, one attached to the collar and the other to the harness. This harness is SO good that my 13 year old daughter now walks him totally on her own.

I have never seen anything control a GSD so well. We’d gone to Ren’s to purchase another front latch harness for which we’d seen glowing reviews online, but were disappointed when we saw it in the store.

It seemed rather flimsy. Then we spotted this one, which seemed much sturdier, and bought it (in size XL) instead. This has turned out to be the very best dog-gear purchase I’ve ever made. Absolutely recommend this product.

I bought this harness to stop my pup from pulling and to have better control over him when he gets excited. Thus far, it works great. I tend to use the front loop most often and he marches like a soldier next to me.

Like any other harness when connected at the front, it does twists when the pup pulls but it appears to be \’escape\’ proof. I bought another one for my smaller dog and I am yet to test it on him.
