20 Best Nespresso Pod For Latte (2023 Updated)

I love how Bloomingdale’s carries Nespresso capsules! So much easier and convenient to shop there when you know your favorite coffee brand is there! <3 I've been a Bloomie for a decade and appreciate how Bloomingdale's transitioned to make online shopping more convenient and user-experienced more friendly! I wish that Bloomingdale's continues to thrive!!.

Received my machine and variety of capsules. I drank a cup of each variety that same day!! What a difference compared to store bought coffee. I’m buying more of the dark coffees from around the world.

I love how Nespresso involves local farmers and the economy. The fact that I won’t find wood chip or stems is refreshing as well. Recyclable tin is a major plus. Love it and will definitely buy more of it.

I am a longtime and serious coffee drinker & would give 4. 5 stars to L’Or if I could. Nespresso brand pods have been my mainstay for at least 10 years. Though I still buy some Nespresso brand Columbia, for the past year or so, most days I drink L’Or instead.

I should say that when I use a product (two L’Or pods every morning!) or service repeatedly, every day, I am careful about my long term, cumulative spending (I can highlight the importance of such an approach by suggesting you add up the annual cost of one every day Starbuck’s on the way to work!).

So, I am a price-sensitive coffee shopper and have tried numerous Nespresso alternatives. L’Or is undoubtedly the best alternative to Nespresso brand pods. Though I still slightly prefer Nespresso brand, this may simply be confirmation bias on my part because of my prior use; I suspect I could not discern which was which on a blind taste test.

Though I usually purchase assortments, I recently bought 100 L’Or Columbia pods on sale. Compared to Nespresso, L’Or is a better value. For the regular price, they are a good value. Purchased on sale, they are simply an unbeatable value; the high point of almost every morning.

L’Or is a quality outfit. Their products, packaging, and customer service are top notch.

I have tried many decafs over the years we have had our Nespresso machine, and finally found the one I love! I only drink the DeCaf at night or during the afternoon’s on hot days as a lungo with Italian sweet cream creamer chilled and then poured over ice.

But the clincher was when my daughter visiting from Seattle a hard core coffee drinker tried it and the only thing she drank while visiting 3 weeks was this Decaf as a lungo without the creamer and she had the choice of 7 other different varieties of Nespresso brand pods.

It’s a winner in my book and the L’Or OR Absolu is the best flavored caffeinated coffee of this same brand, you cannot go wrong trying either of these flavors. Enjoy! Although I have never bought directly from this website, usually Amazon or eBay I probably will now as I just seen the recycle program they have ! The pods always work and I always use bottled gallons of reverse osmosis water in my machine as this process takes out all minerals and have never had to use cleaner’s in my Inissa Nespresso machine.

These L’OR espresso pods are absolutely fantastic! I’ve tried several other brands that work in my Nespresso machine and these are by far my favorite. I like a lot of variety in my coffee and my husband often comments on how many of these pods I’ve bought in the past.

Granted, these can be expensive but my argument is that I don’t drink or smoke so I get a vice of my choosing and I choose coffee. For the L’OR brand, I’ve tried the Columbia #7, Papua New Guinea #8 & Profondo #8 flavors and each ranks high in their own flavorful way.

These aluminum pods worked perfectly in my machine. I will never buy plastic pods ever again as I’ve learned from experience it’s not worth breaking your machine. I’ve opened one of these and the coffee inside is a very finely ground coffee that is soft and silky – almost a powder.

That finely ground and tightly packed coffee is going to give you the best flavor. Neither of these flavors left me with a bitter aftertaste and all three were delicious. Not only do I love the taste of coffee but the smell is important to me also.

I love to close my eyes and just smell the tantalizing aroma before I take my first drink, it’s so calming and peaceful. L’OR is a wonderful way to start your day! I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

I really like this variety. Has a nice vanilla scent without any sugar added, just a slight smell/taste. Goes perfect with my vanilla favor sugar free almond milk, to make it every creamier and more intense.

These capsules of nespresso coffee, I can get them in a lot of variety and of different names, the truth I have bought almost all, and I like them very much not only for their quality, and variety but also for their flavors, the fact that it is called caramel does not It means that it tastes like caramel, it smells like caramel but it does not taste like caramel, its flavor is soft and neutral but with a pleasant smell.

Well that’s how I describe them personally.

I really like these flavours (especially the caramel). t is very subtle with hints and i usually drink coffee without any sugar but find these flabours if you add a little it brings the flavours out more.

It’s strong without being bitter, even when you hit the lungo button instead of the espresso button. Wish it had a little more crema and occasionally it needs to be pushed down as it gets a bit stuck sometimes.

But hasn’t been a major problem, overall a good robust coffee.

Fantastic decaffeinated coffee with the most wonderful aromatic flavour with the added bonus of not keep me awake at night. My absolute favourite and I have tried every make there is. No bitterness at all.

Out of all three I really only like the caramelito. For some reason the ciocattino tastes weird to me. Like stale chocolate which was very disappointing. The vanilio was ok but just not a huge fan of vanilla to begin with.

I would buy again but not the sample pack. Just the caramelito. It was rich, had the perfect amount of undertones of caramel and a hint of cocoa. That one is the winner!!.

The vanilio and caramelito are the best. Not a huge fan of the ciocattino. These three were recently discontinued, unfortunately. The new caramel crème brûlée is actuallypretty good. The vanilla éclair one is not as good as its predecessor.

So far the product is great and shipping was on time and quick, no issues. Cheers to you, Artizan!

We’ve had our first few cups of Artizan organic espresso and are really impressed with the 3 choices we made. Only problem is the desire to have more than usual!

Artisan has the best quality and taste espresso pods! I have tried many different kinds. Love the Sumatra.

Great product at the lowest price so far that I’ve found. I’ve blown through one sleeve already. next I’m hoping to find the Vanillia variety. Package was at my door less than 24 hours after purchase.

I didn’t realize that I was buying one sleeve of pods. Normally these are sold in threes. The price was way too high for one sleeve. I am disappointed but it was my mistake.

This one has to be my favorite pods. It’s not too strong.

It’s not as good as the nespresso pods, as they’re not quite the right size, so the water flows around the pod, resulting in less coffee. But the flavor is good.

I have tried filling capsules my self, but it is messy and I need 2 capsules per latte. With these, I only use 1 and get that lovely starbucks taste.

The Nespresso vertuo is the ultimate coffee/espresso maker. There are many coffee flavors but the half caffeinato has a rich and unique flavor that isn’t too strong like most caffeinated coffees.

The actual coffee maker is a nice product. It is very quiet, easy to use, and fast. It accommodates many types of coffees and expresso. These capsules provide a great cup of coffee, but they do so at a high price when compared to K-Cup coffee pods.

I noticed there are ways to “reload” these pods but after viewing the you tube videos it is not a simple process and it can be very messy and time consuming. So, if price is not a priority these are fantastic.

I was utterly thrilled to review this as part of a Voxbox 🙂 I’ve always been a Starbucks person. My to go items are usually a Vanilla Latte extra Shot or Iced Latte. I know, I’m pretty boring. But I like them.

They’re reliable!! I’ve never tried the Starbucks Caffè Verona before. The Nespresso machine is normally my partners to go morning coffee, and I’m more inclined to indulge in one occasionally with milk- since I’m not a black coffee person I’ve tended to avoid using the Nespresso, and opted for the sachets.

They were NOT good. I’m extremely fussy, especially with food and drink, so I figured the Nespresso wouldn’t be something I’d enjoy. Being offered the chance to try a Starbucks Capsule was very exciting, and something I definitely thought would make my mornings even better.

hopefully!! Starbucks capsule at home? It’s gotta be good. I hope? As a mum to 3 small children, I’m extremely busy and barely get a chance to drink my morning coffee, let alone create a nice fancy one.

But having a machine do it for you- I can see the appeal 1000%. I admit, upon realising that the Caffè Verona is very very strong- I panicked. I knew that I wouldn’t be able to consume it, no matter how frothy it was or it’s beautiful aroma (my partner on the other hand LOVES it).

Day 1- Whilst the capsule was working it’s magic in the machine, I got out my electric milk frother and made a nice vanilla froth using some Vanilla syrup. It was delicious, the coffee albeit was strong, but the latte concoction took the edge off and added sweetness.

It was a refreshing kick!!! I could get used to it after a few cups. I managed to make this in under 5 minutes surprisingly. Day 2- This time I decided to try making a Mocha. Not as easy as the previous days latte.

took me longer and definitely not as practical for everyday. Again, it packed a punch. The richness of the dark cocoa powder with the intensity of the coffee, it wasn’t for the weak (weak coffee drinkers at least).

I probably wouldn’t make it again. Day 3- I didn’t bother in the morning as I was too busy, so I decided to make Affogato after dinner. I know you’re supposed to use Espresso, but this coffee is strong enough for me.

Basically hot coffee poured over Gelato (Ice cream). I used Haagen Dazs vanilla. This was delicious. the icy sweetness of the ice cream with the hot coffee poured over. Loved it. I highly recommend these Starbucks Pods.

The quality is outstanding, and just so so easy to use. I wouldn’t personally buy the Caffè Verona again, but I’ve ordered some Blonde Roast and extremely excited about trying it. My mornings will be filled with energy, and finally a delicious cup of coffee AT HOME!!!! I should’ve tried this sooner.

Starbucks blonde roast-You have my heart! These pods will absolutely set your morning apart for sure. The profile of the blonde roast is rich, creamy and low in acidity. I find it doesn’t “burn” your stomach afterwards as some espresso do.

I typically do two shots in the morning with a tablespoon of sugar and frothed milk. I have tried many different flavored pods and many levels of boldness for the Nespresso machine. Starbucks blonde roast is the smoothest and yet mellow but still packs a punch to get the caffeine buzz going!.

Love this product from starbucks, not only does the packaging look so luxurious but the coffee itself tastes amazing! I am such a coffee person and starbucks is always my go to and yet again it never failed to impress me! it is an amazing coffee, and so affordable too, I finished the complementary pack in a week and went and got a load more! it’s been recommended to my family and friends too and they also love it! my home smells just like a coffee shop whenever I brew this and it’s lovely! definitely recommend to all coffee lovers or even if you ain’t and are a first time tryer I really recommend this as you won’t be disappointed.
