I was so excited when I got the mail today and saw that my package of Starbucks Nespresso pods had arrived. This is a new Starbucks product, a single-origin Colombian coffee. I immediately opened the box and was delighted to see that this package contains 10 Nespresso pods.

Very nice packaging, bold lettering, natural color tones- it has a good look to it- simple but classic. It’s very visually appealing. I’ve heard a cop right away and was very pleased with the taste. Definitely a great coffee.

I really enjoyed drinking this new line from Starbucks. I think you can really taste the rich tones. It was not bitter, overpowering, that awful burnt taste that some coffees have. A very pleasant drinking experience.

I would highly recommend to this to any Starbucks lover, any coffee lover, or anyone that’s looking to sample a very high-quality new coffee type. A+.

I was a Nespresso skeptic. As a longtime Keurig owner who also enjoyed her french press and making her own pour overs, I thought the Nespresso was too limiting in its coffee selection (can’t use off-brand beans), limiting in its brew size options, and generally overhyped.

Then, I chanced upon a Nespresso sale and, on a whim, bought a VertuoPlus and placed it next to my top-of-the-line Keurig. A month later, I realized that I had been reaching for my Nespresso almost every single morning; my Keurig sat entirely unused.

And by the time I ran out of capsules and logged into the Nespresso website to place an order, I did the math. and I became an all-out convert. Nespresso brews are actually REALLY good, on par with top shelf beans from bougie brands.

Yes, it is a little annoying that I have to keep an assortment of capsules to satisfy my varying coffee needs (sometimes, I feel like an Americano; other times, I feel like an espresso; yet other times, I feel like a giant mug of joe), and peering at the capsules to match brew size to glass/mug is a minor hassle.

But (1) the Nespresso heats up way faster than the Keurig, (2) the Nespresso brews much hotter than the Keurig, and (3) the Nespresso produces much deeper flavor than the Keurig. My best friend comes over nearly every day, and after experiencing my Nespresso coffees for a few weeks, she splurged on a Nespresso machine, too — and the two of us agreed, “Keurig coffees taste so watered down now.

” Not long after that, I retired my neglected Keurig to the garage (and eventually gave it away). When my VertuoPlus started leaking a few years in, I contacted Nespresso customer service and was shocked.

(1) I was able to speak to a live human with very little wait, and (2) his service was impeccable. How refreshing! As this was at the very start of the pandemic, he warned me that repairs may take an unusually long time — so he offered to exchange my faulty machine for a brand new one (any machine, my choice) at no cost to me! After quickly researching, I settled on the Nespresso Next, which had only been released in the US that week, even though it had no reviews whatsoever anywhere, because of its supposedly smaller footprint (I have a small kitchen with limited counter space).

The Next was actually slightly cheaper than the VertuoPlus, but I didn’t mind at all, since they were replacing my years-used VertuoPlus for a brand new machine. But no — the rep added a few sleeves of coffee (my choice!) to even out the cost differential.

How awesome is that! The Next was great, but it took a little getting used to the lid mechanism (as I’d been acclimated to the auto open/shut of the VertuoPlus). And if I really had to nitpick, the manual open/shut/lock was probably the only pain — guests often required a quick tutorial because it took a decent amount of force/pressure to properly clamp shut and lock the lid (so many people thought it was broken until I showed them how to do it).

All was well until, 2 years later, the Next started leaking, too, and stopped brewing altogether. Figuring I’d gotten about 4-5 years of use for the cost of one machine (plus, I was out of warranty at this point), I purchased a new machine — and went for the VertuoPlus again, on a whim.

And let me tell you, the auto open/close function that I thought was unnecessary is actually SO CONVENIENT. Maybe my guests and I are just weaklings, but the Next almost always required two hands to open/close/lock; automating this step with very light finger presses is a game changer! It’s also important to note: the Next is advertised as having the smallest footprint out of all the Nespresso machines.

But after owning two VertuoPlus machines and one Next, I must say. I can’t tell the difference. At all. I also like the adjustable water tank on the VertuoPlus way better than the stationary one on the Next.

I have a few off-brand reusable capsules, but the process seems messy and I’m lazy, so I’ve been happily restocking branded capsules for the last half decade. I’m still looking forward to the day that Nespresso machines, like Keurigs, can handle tea, too — but even if they never do, I’m still a happy camper.

I love coffee and have been drinking it daily for over 60 years. But I am the only coffee drinker in my house, and the hassle of making a decent single cup of coffee was always a problem until Keurig came out with its single brew coffee maker in 2006.

The coffee was never great, but it was decent, and the coffee came out hot, which I liked. Recently I acquired the Nespresso Veturo Plus ,and now I’ve finally found my ideal coffee maker. It is more convenient to use than the Keurig, and the coffee is produced is much better.

It appears that this coffee maker is also sold with Breville and De’Longhi labels, but I suspect all three are identical. This coffee maker is very easy to use. Unlike the Keurig, it doesn’t have a setting that keeps the water always hot, but it only takes a minute or so to heat up.

The water reservoir in the Nespresso is larger, meaning you don’t have to refill it as often, and it is much easier to remove, refill and replace than the Keurig. Cleaning is easier, and the Veturo takes up less room on my kitchen counter.

While the Nespresso Veturo line of coffees aren’t as extensive as what is available for Keurig, I found the Nespresso coffees offered to be excellent, with a range of strengths that exceeds that available from my Keurig.

In addition, I sometimes enjoy a double espresso, which the Nespresso makes pretty well. I have read complaints that the coffee doesn’t come out hot enough in the Nespresso machine. But it does. What’s needed is a good, heated insulated cup to keep the coffee hot.

I have found the BTaT- Insulated Coffee Mugs, Glass Tea Mugs, Set of 4 (12 oz, 350 ml), Double Wall Glass Coffee Cups, available from Amazon to be the ideal cup. To make a cup of coffee in the morning I first turn the coffee make on by pressing the button on the top.

I then fill a coffee mug with water and heat it for two minutes in the microwave, meanwhile making my breakfast. When breakfast is almost ready, I pour out the hot water from my cup and brew a cup of coffee in the Nespresso.

If I time it right, breakfast and coffee are ready at the same time, and my coffee is nice and hot for the time it takes to eat my breakfast. A great way to start a day.

The VertuoPlus has been one of the best editions to my home. I’ve had numerous Keurig’s and I’ve always felt like the coffee tasted water down and didn’t have that nice rich coffee taste like how you would get from Starbucks ‘ even the “espresso” pods that Keurig had to offer.

The taste was just so gross to me, fast forward I had stayed at an air bnb in Orlando and the Host had a Nespresso machine it took me 30 minutes to figure out how to work it, once I got it all together I discovered the most best tasting home coffee I’ve ever had and thought to myself “YEA I NEED ONE FOR MY HOUSE”.

I went on the site and was doing research on which one was best for my home and to start off with, just to insure that I really liked the product. I didn’t want to go all out and crazy buying an expensive one and turned up not liking it.

WELLL !! This isn’t the case I’ve made so many different types of coffee and the flavor of the coffee is amazing some are bitter some are sweet depending on your preference’ Nespresso also sent me a sample pack of different types of coffees to try which I thought was pretty cool especially being that this was my first Nespresso machine, also it leaves a nice foam on tops for those who are into that type of coffee.

Overall I LOVE it. The shipping and on time no delays and I’ve included recycled bags which I’ve already sent one of my bags in, it was super easy to bring in. And I know this was a long review but I Love this machine it gets me up and going in the morning.

Good coffee. I drink just a small expresso per day and it’s very conveniente. Tasty, not too gourmet, it’s a nice flavor.

i don’t know how i haven’t tried this before. dream perfection. this wakes up so lightly and quickly with that perfect scent. I absolutely admire this idea whoever created this little miracle. I don’t think I’ll stop enjoying the taste and smell of Dallmayerovekave, because it’s absolutely unbeatable.

This is my favorite Dallmayr roast, as I like low-acidity and mild flavor. I was thrilled that its available in Nespresso classic capsules! I will be ordering it regularly.

These only work with Nespresso Pro machines such as the Zenius which we own. Love the product and prefer these to the consumer metal capsule pods. Less waste (though the metal capsules are recyclable) and take up less space.

Absolutely love my nespresso machine. Makes coffee very quickly and is extremely tasty. The pods are not very expensive and makes a barista tasting coffee in seconds every time. Will definitely continue to buy.

I love the convenience of the nespreso pods, but I wanted organic coffee and I thought it would be great to have biodegradable pods instead of having to save them and send them back. I didn’t think these things existed together until I discovered Artizan pods.

The coffee is great too. I will definitely be reordering.

My roomie bought a Nespresso machine, and I went ahead and bought a variety of coffee pods. This was among them, the blonde roast. And I’ve been loving it since the first sip. It’s much milder than other types of espresso, but it’s still coffee.

There is a creamy, nutty flavor to it almost, which makes it absolutely delicious in cafe latte or americano. I highly recommend this, and I’m going to buy the same coffee maker as my roomie had, just to be able to make this coffee.

Super practical with the pods as well, you just put on into the machine and voila: the coffee is done.

I always get this variety pack. These has all the perfect flavours. There will be no such capsule which you don’t like. Every type of coffee is amazing and worth trying. I will recommend to buy the variety pack rather than getting one flavour.
