I have been using Camu for a few years now. I work with the public and am exposed to myriad coodies, not only from customers but colleagues as well. As soon as I realize I’ve been exposed I take a teaspoon of Camu in cold water and add just enough orange juice to help it dissolve, shaking it up vigorously in a jar.

First of all, I couldn’t get the tiny plastic wrapping off the cap. Then, the tube that dispenses the pellets wouldn’t turn easily, nor could I get any of them out. I called the Swanson. They graciously sent me another order.

I’ve been seeking out a whole food form of vitamin c to replace the quote expensive ascorbic acid supplement I was taking daily. Both my husband and I started taking this camu camu powder daily and I love it! My body craves this supplement where as before I forced myself to take the vitamin c supplement.

Whole food versions are much more natural for your system to utilize. It has a very tart flavor. I take it by filling my mouth with water, dumping a spoonful in and swallowing. My husband mixes his in a cup with other supplements.

We have tried other brands of camu camu pwd and by far this brand is the best in taste, smell- ( very fresh) and the quality outstanding. Anyone that hasn’t tried this brand should, you would change to this brand in a heartbeat.

I capsule this powder up the 000 capsules that bc are large but hold 1 gram it’s equal to 1/2 tsp. I take 2 a day. This is not advice but a personal opinion from many years of alt supplementation. It’s very bitter and not water soluble.

I was very exciting to rry this mask, as descdiption was speeking to me, I love Aesop and Iam constantly on hunt for the best clensing mask. But honestly,I was quite dissapointed. This is just ordinary mask, nothing special, nothing that you can not get in drugstore.

Mask is rather thin, it has ok herbal smell, but does not clean very well, not my oily skin especially. Save your cash.

I was recommended this by a racialist as Aesop for my dehydrated and blemish prone skin. Have been using once a week for about six weeks now and am really noticing the difference in my skin. It is helping keep my breakouts to a minimum and helping with healing time too.
