I’ve always tried to keep up on taking my daily vitamins and now especially due to the pandemic, I take extra supplements. Besides my , I also take a Vitamin D and B12 supplement because I’m deficient.

I also decided to just recently add these 1000mg Vitamin C with Rose Hips supplements. Rose hips are a rich form of Vitamin C and when taken orally, it helps facilitate fat metabolism; protects tissues from free radical damage; assists the nervous system by converting certain amino acids into neurotransmitters; prevents scurvy; protects joints and connective tissues; protects adrenal function; ability to prevent urinary bladder infections, and assist in treating dizziness, headaches and also has many other beneficial uses.

Of course in skin care products it’a used to nourish and restore firmness to the skin. Natures Bounty is definitely a brand I trust, and highly recommend to anyone looking for good name brand supplements that work.

I was running out of my regular vitamin c when I saw the cheaper price of this brand, so I decided to try it. After using Nature’s Bounty kind (just 1 tablet a day) a few times, I started to get really bad indigestion.

I thought it was something that I ate even though I wasn’t eating anything that could trigger it. It wasn’t until my I felt pain in my bladder that I figured out it was the acidity of the tablets that was causing me discomfort.

Too much acidity in my diet aggravates my body in different ways and even the sour coating on the tablets bothers my esophagus. Once I stopped taking these tablets, the pain and indigestion stopped immediately.

I bought my regular brand that is non-acidic and will only purchase that kind from now on.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO USE THIS PRODUCT FOR YOUR CAT MAKE IT ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN THAT IT IS THE ONE IN MY PHOTO, WITH NO! ALCOHOL! with that said, I use this product for my cat 😋 I am in a few groups on facebook I saw this was recommended to help cats when urinary issues arise.

Nothing has been diagnosed with my cat or anything, but I noticed sometimes when she pees, it’s in spurts instead of a steady stream. So I purchased this bottle, because the idea is that when it’s ingested, it helps clear the tract so that your cat can pee normally comfortably.

I add a few drops (I’ve seen 7 is recommended, but I add about 4) into my cat’s wet food she gobbled it up no issue. My cat (the most stubborn, pickiest eater ever) slurped this goop right up when most cats are turned off by it…go figure 🙄 it does have a bit of a weird scent, so I’d disguise it as best you can.

But so far, it has definitely helped. Just know that this is NOT a substitute for medical care, urinary issues are serious and potentially deadly with cats, so if you have any suspicions or see any signs, see a vet as soon as you possibly can.

I took Butter Extra by Vitanica daily for over a month but it made no difference in my migraine headaches which I have 5-7 days per week. I have found that homeopathic formulas help me more than any herbal remedies for migraine pain.

I am also on a preventative prescription medication. I do not believe at this point that any natural remedy would be enough for my migraines because they are so frequent and severe but homeopathy complements my prescription nicely.

Herbs have more likelihood of drug interference whereas homeopathy encourages your body to heal itself without side effects. All that being said, it appears that this product has helped many other migraine sufferers, so it is worth it for you to try it.

I encourage you to explore your options because every body and brain is different and what works for some people may or may not help you, but you never know until you try.

This supplement was recommended to me by my naturopath doc because I am experiencing so many migraines. It does seem to help but, because of the cost I am only taking one a day, instead of two. Wish it wasn’t so expensive.

I use Vitanica Butterbur Extra every morning, as directed. I use this from this very small company, along with a kit that I bought, which is FDA approved, but can only be bought for some reason (at least when I got mine) called Cefaly, located in Belguim.

There are electrodes, placed on one’s forehead, and a sort of headband, which one situates exactly on the electrode. So this, along with the Butterbur Extra means a migraine free day for me. Which means I have my life back.

I am very pleased with this product. I have faucet joint arthritis and a bulging disc causing me both sharp pain in my spine and achy, stiffness and pain through my lower back. Within 2 days, I begin to get some relief from the former.

I apply this twice a day and will continue to use it along with taking Collagen and anti-inflammatory supplements. I expect to heal my back pain this way.

This stuff is fantastic! I roll it on my arthritic knee, as well. Within 5 minutes the area feels warmed up (not like a competitor’s topical) just like it’s not an injury to a cold muscle kind of warm.

The area is less painful and more fluid in motion. Only con- entirely too small of a bottle. Plan on buyin 2 bottles if you have any serious kind of aches and pains.

I was advised to take quercetin by my Naturopath as a natural treatment for allergies. I started out taking the AOR, and then switched to a cheaper brand due to cost. TranslateShow in original languageDie von den Medien immer als „aktuelle Situation“ beschriebene Pandemie mit all ihren Konsequenzen hat mein Leben komplett auf den Kopf gestellt (wie bei fast allen Menschen!) und daher kaufte ich schon im Oktober‘20 die Dragees Baldrian und Hopfen für den Tag von mivolis; die mir wirklich geholfen haben ruhiger zu werden und besser und schneller einzuschlafen.

Leider ist mir die Dosierung zu schwach gewesen und ich kaufte diese Dragees hier von Zirkulin die den selben angenehmen Effekt haben, aber von denen ich weniger nehmen muss. Vertrage sie sehr gut, ich nehme jeden Abend vor dem zu Bett gehen 2(oder auch mal 3) Dragees aber mindestens 1 std vor dem schlafen, da sie so genug Zeit haben zu wirken.

Tagsüber nehme ich sie auch, die empfohlene Dosierung ist 2-2-2 (=3xtgl 2 Dragees). Ich passe die Dosierung jedoch meiner „Tagesform“ an. Ich finde die Kombination Baldrian plus Hopfen viel wirksamer als Baldrian pur.

Meiner Erfahrung nach sollte man/Frau das Produkt doch wirklich täglich einnehmen und nicht nur bei Bedarf. Ich bin tatsächlich ruhiger und entspannter, es scheint meine Nerven zu stärken und bekomme mehr Schlaf.

einnahm bin ich wieder eingeschlafen 🙂 Also: Eine Zirkulin abends reicht und man kann schlafen und hat dem Stress vorgesorgt. So ist es bei mir, es wirkt vllt bei anderen nicht so. Hatte vor Zirkulin auch Schlaftabl.
