This product works very well and is gentle on the system. It doesn’t cause painful cramping like regular stimulant laxatives do, and typically works overnight. The tablets have a bit of a grassy flavor, but I don’t mind it and they are easy to swallow.

I have used this product for over 10 years. I recenty went on a vacation and did not bring any with me. The product was not available locally, so I tried another senna product of the same dosage. It was surprisingly not as effective as Swiss Kriss.

This is a great product. I’ve been using it for years. Not only is it gentle yet effective but a bottle will have a “Use By” date that’s usually 2 – 4 years going forward. That’s amazing because as the product ages in my cupboard it’s still effective when I use it.

This product worked great for my 18 month old. First time he experienced constipation and it was so painful for him where he was literally screaming and holding onto me trying to pass a stool. I gave him this at 10:00 pm and by 1:00 pm the next day he was back to normal stools.

The directions indicate that you should discard this 1 month after use. I’m ordering an emergency one to have in case this ever happens again. It was so hard to see my child going through the discomfort of having constipation with there only being so much I could do but let him squeeze me tight as he went through the pain.

Took it for constipation. Two tablets at night for 7 days and 1 tablet on day eight. Definitley got things moving quickly on a regular basis but had side effects for me. After day two noticed I was waking up groggy.

This continued each day and was accompanied by muscle and joint achiness and a lot of unrestful sleep which involved waking up and tossing, turning and being extemely thirsty no matter how much water I consumed throughout the day and into the evening.

Side effects dissipated within an hour or two of awakiening, moving around and drinking lots of water (16 oz). I took it for as long as I did because it worked for my constipation but realized the side effects were too much for me.

For me using it one evening or at most two nights in a row would be the max I could tolerate. I’m looking for someting more tolerable to my system. maybe triphala. Any advise would be appreciated. Good luck to all.

It works!!!! I had been “stopped up” for a week and I took these over the course of 2 days, after trying other laxatives and I’ve been going. It doesn’t give you cramps or make your stomach hurt. I am now going.

Consistently works though I have to take quite a bit more than recommended sometimes cut in two doses throughout the day exercise which helps a lot. Can be tricky to get the right dose depending on what’s going on with my body.

Always keep on hand though. Cheaper at Walmart than other places. I’d suggest also taking PedialyteAdvanced so you can replace prebiotics that may be lost due to what senna does to the intestines.

My mother was using everything under the sun “to go”. At one point 3 over the counter items PLUS Linzess and still nothing. I told her to try adding this in and now she takes one of this before sleep and then one Linzess in the morning and it works.

ok. first of all those who suffer from constipation know how awful it is and for some it is a life-long aggravation. I’ve taken every medication when it comes to this awful malady and some meds can be so horrible it doesn’t seem to be worth it.

I finally got this medication and it has helped so much where I can live without that awful bloating and pain associated with constipation. I took 2 pills and within 2 days it worked and it was gentle and now I use it once a week to maintain a healthy pattern where before I would go for weeks w/o out a BM.

I was diagnosed by specialist with Coeliac disease and cirrhosis of the liver. It for some reason cause a lot of issues with my bowel. I don’t know which one dies. Do notice if eat gluten it can get pretty painful.

So I have been using other products by this brand this last month but I would have to say that this product the Genexa Senna Laxative just is not helping in any way whatsoever. The package of Genexa Senna Laxatives comes with 50 chewable tablets in this package, and it says that this will help with gentle overnight relief of occasional constipation/irregularity.

It also says that it generally produces a bowel movement within 6 to 12 hours. The Genexa Senna Laxative has no artificial sweeteners, no artificial preservatives, no parabens, no talc, no common allergens, and no artificial dyes.

This product is organic, vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free. But for what ever reason this product did not help at all with consipation. I do like this brand because I like some of the other products, but for whatever reason this product did not help.

I gave a laxative to my 8, almost 9 year old son. While this is not the children’s laxative by Genexa, he still fell within the age range of the recommended use. It was the only way I could test the product as he suffers from chronic constipation while I do not.

He did not have any success with the product. This is very likely due to his ongoing issues and not the ineffectiveness of the product. I would be willing to tr again in the future, as well as use myself if needed.

My wife has a bad back from an injury and doesn’t get around well. Her inactivity has led to constipation. Her Dr recommended this. It works well, she said, but I think she should try the Natural or Kiwi kind: maybe not quite as strong.

I have been using this product for some time, so I know it is reliable. Walmart shipped it to me within the window of time that was promised.

I take pain meds which causes elimination problems. Senokot-S has been a blessing for me. However. at higher prices I’ll probably have to use RX medication in the future. I hope I don’t find that necessary.

I drink a lot of water because I take a lot of medications, some with codeine products. This causes a lot of constipation, and on occasion impactment. I find the Extra Strength version of this product meets my needs better than the regular strength.

But for the average person who occasionally. requires a laxative, this product would be fine,.

This product works very well for me and does not make me sick as other products of this type do. Very reliable and the pill form makes it easy to be consistent with dosage amount. And the container can be easily carried or stored, thanks to its small size.

So. I paid for the equate brand because it has 100 while the name brand only gives 20. Yet, they substituted the off brand with the name brand; but only 1 PACK of 20? Where are the other 4? Somebody doesn’t know basic math.

I’ve been using Senokot S for more than 10 years. It helps tremendously to soften stools and make for easier elimination. It can be more pricey than some laxatives, but it works differently than them, so I see why.

I always use with organic psyllium powder so that the fiber doesn’t strip my intestinal mucosa. Also, remove all hard twigs. Thus, I sift it before ingesting. But it works well.
