I have been taking this multivitamin for years🥰 It is a larger pill like most multivitamins, so if you have trouble swallowing pills, it may not be ideal for you. I truly believe this has kept me healthy through the pandemic and through numerous times when family members were sick with colds or flu🥰 It’s a purple colored pill with no real distinct smell🥰they offer wonderful sales and you can get cash back a lot of times through Ratuken🥰.

You’d be surprised how many men’s multi-vitamins have things that aren’t good for men in them. We found this one looking for just the things I needed, but specifically a vitamin that didn’t have ingredients that aren’t great for men.

I have been using the multivitamin and other invite products for a few years and I do like them. I would prefer if the vitamins could be combined into one, but, on the other hand it forces me to drink more water which is good.

This multi is more complete than any other multi I have found and I have been looking. I feel like if I take this, and nothing else, I am covered. It is very expensive though, which is why I am still looking around for something comparable.

Love these vitamins, I always feel better internally when i take them and love that it’s only one tablet a day. The tablet is big so i break it in half and take it that way! I will say, people were right about not taking this on an empty stomach.

Despite the hype, olly is only decent. I’ve found tons of multivitamins that are far more health and effective but they aren’t as marketable and not in every store you go. Marketing is 10/10 for olly but there are much better brands, including ones without pig Gelatin.

I’ve seen so many friends of mine struggle with health issues especially with hair loss among other symptoms of vitamin deficiency. Although this brand has an aesthetic to make it easily recognizable and a good go-to supplement, I have not once see it make any discernable improvements to the wellness of those I know who have taken it.

I also want to note that even if one doesn’t have a vitamin deficiency in their blood work, that doesn’t mean they are absorbing their vitamins properly and receiving the ones they particularly need most.

I think olly is basic. I even had my friend ask to come with me to the market so I can judge her vitamin choices and she handed me all types of random brands for women that were marketed well but told a different story on the back of the label.

I love the texture and taste of these gummies, with the Blissful Berry flavor it is hard to detect a vitamin taste. I went from taking no multivitamins for several months to taking the serving size of two gummies daily, and a plus is no food or water is necessary with them.

I was very excited to finally find a multi vitamin that consisted of all natural ingredients. This was until I actually received the product. As soon as I opened the bottle and peeled back the seal I was hit with a heavy and unbearable rancid smell.

Yes, these prenatal’s STINK smell wise – but I’ve found very few prenatal’s that are high quality ingredients, include choline, folate, dha and provide all of the essential vitamins that a pregnant woman actually needs.

These are comparable to prescription prenatal’s but way cheaper even with our insurance. Don’t take these on an empty stomach. I really recommend taking these at night rather than in the morning and also taking them with a full meal.

If you can’t handle the taste/smell, I also recommend taking a bite of something or drinking some orange juice right after you take the pill.
