For starters, I am a skin care addict. I also love pricey makeup but skin care always trumps my makeup purchases. If your skincare isn’t up to par, neither is your makeup in my opinion. I literally have a bathroom shelf, bathroom tub, shower and caddy, a bathroom cabinet and a closet packed with skin care.

I know, we only have one face but through trial and error I have come across a regimen that has kept my face glowing and clear at 49. And also I can’t resist trying out new products that have the skin care ingredients I know that my skin craves.

With that being said, there are VERY, VERY few empties laying around and with this product there have been four empties, and I’m waiting on my fifth tube to be shipped while squeezing out the very last remnants in the old one! This moisturizer quite plainly, just does what it’s supposed to.

I have oily, mature skin (with few wrinkles. ) Thank God for genetics and a great skin care regimen and this moisturizer is my last step before sunscreen. It has niacinamide and peptides and has never one time, ever broke me out.

I know what not to use to keep my skin clear and this is one of my top five products. No frills, just a honestly great moisturizer that doesn’t leave your face greasy or feeling heavy with product and sinks in beautifully without any product build up.

I’m not particularly wowed by this product, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. I do think this moisturizer lives up to its claims – matte finish, good for oily/combo skin types. My skin used to run on the oily side until I really got into skincare.

Now my skin is more normal, though still acne prone. I’ve been using this moisturizer daily, AM PM. it does the job, but I don’t mind a more hydrated look, hell, even feeling more hydrated would be nice too – something I’m not really getting with this moisturizer.

If you like a more matte moisturizer, then this one is for you. Texture reminds me of a gel-cream, so not the sticky jelly texture like some gel moisturizers. The design of the cap also isnt the best.

one of the two attachments broke after only 2 uses. they’re too wide set apart from each other compared to other squeeze tubes that I use. Many of my products already contain the same actives – ceramides, niacinamide, etc.

That, plus not being super impressed by the hydration, I would pass on this product.

This product has quickly become a holy grail for me. I purchased my first, and went with the Limited Edition Gratitude Size (2. 5 fl oz) and within a week, knew I needed to buy a second! The packaging is very attractive periwinkle blue accented by pretty purple flowers with a gold product scoop and scoop holder on the cap.

When you take off the cap, there is a protective reusable plastic insert with a convenient tab for ease of removal. The cream itself is also a lovely shade of light blue. The scent is very herbal and pleasant.

This moisturizer is amazing for extremely dry skin like mine. Nutrient-rich Japanese Purple Rice provides antioxidants to help protect skin and restore balance. Okinawa Algae and hyaluronic acid help skin retain water to stay moisturized and nourished while replenishing the skins barrier, and a lovely blend of botanical extracts and oils help enhance and moisturize skin while providing a beautiful, dewy glow.

I have extremely dry skin, especially in the harsh mean winters. I have been searching high and low for a good face cream that doesn’t irritate my skin but truly provides deep nourishment and moisture.

 The Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream checks all of those boxes and is also a certified clean and cruelty-free product.  I am able to use this product in the morning by applying a light layer before putting on makeup, and it helps keep my skin and makeup from forming dry patches throughout the day.

 At night, I apply a slightly thicker layer before bed, but a tiny bit goes a LONG way! The little scoop they provide allows you to pick up the perfect amount to cover face, neck, décolletage, and the back of the hands as well! The ONLY reason I have marked this four stars instead of five is because of the price: though I feel the Gratitude size is worth it, I feel that Tatcha products are over-priced in general.

Another point I would like to include is that this product is not for everyone because I know that the scents and some of the ingredients can be too harsh for some people, especially those with extremely sensitive skin.

Tatcha The Dewy Skin Cream Plumping Hydrating Moisturizer 25 Oz/ 75 Ml.

My skin feels so good and soft since using the Dewy Skin Cream Plumping & Hydrating Moisturizer. I have tried different moisturizers over the past couple years with never results like this as I would have irritation as the different lines would be either too rich, have properties that would cause breakouts or even worse dry my skin out even more.

My skin has changed in the past five years from oily combination screen to dry rosacea break outs and some fine lines. I tried the cleanser from this line with the combination of this moisturizer but found the cleanser stripped moisturizer from my skin so for me it was not a good combination.

My skin was just ok but didn’t feel great and felt dry. I really loved this moisturizer though and knew there must be a cleanser that is milder but yet soothing for my acne rosacea skin that would be complimentary with this moisturizer.

I lucked out as after experimenting using CeraVe SA cleanser and the Tatcha Dewy Skin Cream moisturizer found it was a winning combination. Must be the ceramides & salicylic acid in the cleanser that keeps the skin blemish free.

The Tatcha moisturizer works beautifully after I cleanse my skin as it gives the bonus moisturizing plumping properties. My husband complimented my skin and and that made me feel so good that it is noticeable.

I’m happy as my skin feels healthy and youthful again.

I’ve received this product as a trail size in the birthday sample kit. My skin is on the dry side. I’ve also been introducing retinal to my skin care regimen which adds on to the dryness. I’ve tried 3 different kinds of moisturizers (farmacy, laneige, drmtlgy) they was not hydrating enough.

I’ve also tried Clinique dramatically hydrating jelly and cerave which seems to help somewhat. With this cream being my last resort, I’ve tried it and it just soaked into my skin and my skin felt incredibility hydrating.

It has been months since my skin felt completely hydrated. It does leave a super dewy look. A little really does go a long way. I feel like too much can contribute to pore clogging which I haven’t experienced.

It looks well under my skin tint moisturizer but 1st allow this to settled into your skin before make up application. The reason why I removed a star is because I am not a fan of jar packing (although the packing is absolutely stunning), I do not like the the last 5 irritating ingredients at the bottom of list (listed on the packaging and tatcha website) which are: alcohol, fragrance, citral, limonene, and linalool.

Although these ingredients do not irritated my skin personally, but overtime with repeated usage, I do not know what kind of affects this will have on my skin. The fragrance is light and has a spa like smell.

It is not overpowering and it do not linger. However the facial wash is quite strong. I’ve purchased this full size and will continue to use until otherwise my skin dislikes it.

Neutrogena has always made some of the best and affordable skin care products! But this one right here is in my opinion one of the best formulated moisturizers out in the market, PERIODD! The entire Hydro Line from neutrogena has some of the most amazing products but this one in particular just hits different.

After 1 use of this product I felt seen the amazing benefits this gel cream has to offer. It actually made me excited to apply my tedious skin care routine. But knowing I just added this gel cream to my day regimen sparked joy I couldn’t get to my bathroom sink fast enough.

Since using this moisturizer especially before make up application my skin has a natural glow within. I also have combo -oily skin and this product definitely helps with that. Bonus another reason I needed to try was of course the hyaluronic acid in this formula.

Since using religiously my skin has a noticeable difference of brightness hydration. Theres a very light and undetectable sent to it but the scent to this cream smells clean gets me excited every use.

It is a light and oil-free facial cream. Hydrates skin with powerful hydrating ingredients, but no greasy residue. I do not know whether it is the same formulation (this one is made in Brazil) but I definitely do not recommend using it. Plus, for the price paid, I could have bought a much better quality moisturizer.

I’m so glad I found this moisturizer! Over the last couple of years, my skin has become more sensitive and slightly drier. I just hadn’t been able to find a moisturizer that would actually work. Some of them made my skin break out while others didn’t moisturize enough.

I received this cream as a gift from Farmacy Beauty in exchange for my honest opinion and I’m very a grateful and having tried and tested this product, this is my review. I am a big fan of Farmacy products so was really excited to try this moisturiser.

It’s a rich, cream texture that sinks into the skin quickly and provides much needed hydration now that the weather is getting cooler. So what did I like about the product? This is a plant based product that is cruelty free, paraben free, mineral oil free, phthalate free and formaldehyde free.

It is amazing at soothing dry skin and does make the skin look healthier overall. The packaging is just stunning, it looks like a little honey pot, has a magnetic scoop and lid that is handy to have and also looks super cute.

The box it comes in is made from renewable materials so this is a big plus for me. It is full of skin loving ingredients such as Buckwheat honey with Propolis and royal jelly that soak up moisture and help to retain it,Shea butter and vitamin E to help the skin barrier retain moisture and ceramides that protect the skin barrier, retain moisture and keep out unwanted elements.

I love the richness and luxury of this cream and really like the benefits it offers. What I didn’t like. Yes I know that there is a clue in the name Honey Halo but I really didn’t like the smell unfortunately, it hasn’t stopped me from using the cream, but it’s there!.

This is my holy grail moisturizer. I have severely dry skin and since starting tretinoin, CATACLYSMICALLY dry skin 😂. This moisturizer is the only one (besides one korean cream I’ve found) that can fully prevent my skin from flaking the 48 hours after using tret.

Even with that Korean one, I can still get flakes on the dryest parts of my face, but if I use only Honey Halo I don’t peel at all! (I try to use this sparingly though, I got a deal on the 3. 4oz for about 30% off retail value from catching a promotion and using a coupon, but I know I will most likely have to do some serious finagling to repurchase it when it’s gone – so I treat it like gold in cream form 😅).

This stuff is seriously magical though, I love how it melts into my skin like butter, but doesn’t leave any greasiness or any film – it sinks completely into my skin after just minutes so I know my skin is getting the full effect of all those ceramides! Most creams that sink in without leaving any layer on top of my skin, tend to lead to dryness re-emerging a few hours later.

This one doesn’t! It truly keeps my skin hydrating,,plump, and soft ALL DAY! 1000% recommend this to anyone with combo leaning dry or dry skin! It could even work for oily skin as well potentially, since it doesn’t leave any greasiness or film on top.

My dry, sensitive skin thirsts for this! For years, I’ve used a more expensive face cream from the Fresh Black Tea line. I went to re-purchase and it was no longer available so I set out for a replacement.

After trying many other high end creams that didn’t work for my super dry cheeks and smile lines, I decided to give the honey halo a try and wow! I can’t believe how effective it is and for the price.

My skin soaks this up and provides all day hydration. My smile lines are much more moisturized and less noticeable and my skin doesn’t feel tight all day as it does with most other creams and moisturizers I’ve tried.

The texture is incredible. Smooth and creamy like a whipped buttercream, but not greasy. It doesn’t make me look shiny at all. In fact, I have lasting hydration without an oily appearance. Even if you have oily skin, this may work for you because I found that even my forehead (which tends to get greasy throughout the day) doesn’t with this moisturizer.

The jar is aesthetically pleasing and I really appreciate the magnetic top for the spatula. I guess you don’t have to splurge for amazing skin care! I’m back to repurchase the jumbo. This is a new regular in my everyday, dry skin care routine!.

So, also a part of my coveted, complimentary #springpicksvoxbox was an offering from @biossance : its Squalane + Omega Repair Cream. Now, I’ve got to say that I’ve never come across a Biossance product I didn’t adore before; truly, they usually work very well for me! So, I’m really sorry to say that I had some degree of difficulty even using this product.

Outwardly, it looks promising: nice packaging, definitely a “creamy-cream,” and it’s from Biossance. That alone would likely get me to buy it if I were out at Sephora and in the market for a new cream.

But if I did, I’d be disappointed. For me, I couldn’t get past the smell. Now, it’s advertised as unscented but I got a strong, almost-nostalgic smell of chlorine-mold-mildew-y pool deck at the local Water Park, and I think we all know what the kiddos do in the public pool at their discretion.

I don’t know if it’s the squalane or what, but the smell is so off-putting it’s borderline offensive to the olfactory receptors. A hard (yet sorrowful) pass for me; maybe it’s a wonder cream and will work for others who can get past the smell.

I received this product free to trial and leave my own experience. This is my First bioessence product ever! I am surprised because it does meet all my skincare needs, natural, fragrance free, chemical free.

This lotion I was hesitant to try as I am with any new skincare product, but let me tell you, WOW! Did not irritate my super sensitive skin! After the first application my skin felt hydrated and plump.

It’s a nice thick texture like the other facial moisturizers is used (dream mask by youth to the people, and honey halo by farmacy) it’s great for use at night and during the day! The product is phenomenal, it also layers very well with your other products in your skincare routine! I hate products that pill or become a funky texture when layering- this did not! I love the natural scent it has as well! Scented skincare is so overrated and irritating to my skin.

I have used half the jar now and I am soo happy! The packaging is 1st class as well, the glass jar, the labeling the box it comes it is all top notch. I do wish it came with a spatula for no contamination, but I am using one I already had! This product makes me happy, and is slowly filling in fine lines and making my face more youthful.

So far I really like this. I have combination dry skin- oily at my temples and along my jawline with super dry skin in my t-zone. I was using a different night cream, but I live in a place with constantly changing weather that has wreaked havoc on my skin.

I started peeling and got very dry and extremely itchy. I bought this on the recommendation from an in store employee and it offered immediate relief. I’ve used it for a few days and while a minimal amount of peel is left on my skin, my face feels much more hydrated and quite soft.

Yes, there is a little bit of a smell that I really don’t like. However, the cream doesn’t have much of an odor just sitting in the jar unless you hold it right up to your nose and it goes away within a second or two once it’s rubbed in to your skin.

It is ultra rich though, so be prepared when you apply it. For me personally, this is definitely not a cream I would want to apply in the morning under makeup. It’s way too heavy. But as a night time treatment, it’s really, really good.

A little goes a long way with this one. Take the advice from other reviewers and start with a small amount and add more later. Because I haven’t used this for long enough, I don’t know what it really will do for fine lines and wrinkles, but the significant boost in hydration is definitely enough to warrant five stars, even with the odd smell.

This is the first Kiehl’s product I’ve ever tested. I received this as a part of a sample kit from Sephora. I am one to never say no to trying out a new moisturizer, especially with my acne treated DRY skin.

My first impression was minimal – there is not much to go by from the packaging other than that it’s a facial cream, so I guess there is a lot of brand recognition with Kiehl’s that I’m probably unfamiliar with as I would never notice this on a store shelf.

Right off the bat I could tell that this is definitely one of those creams that really is “ultra” heavy and “ultra” moisturizing. This did not absorb quickly and did leave a slight sheen to my skin. 30 minutes later my skin still feels a bit moist, but not sticky or tacky.

I did love the smell of this product as I was applying it to my face – though this isn’t technically a fragranced product. It smelled like a clean sheet of parchment or watercolor paper to me, and it was oddly satisfying.

I have severe dryness under my mouth and nose, and this product has more than enough hydration power to combat those flakes. Would I use this as a daily cream? Probably not. This cream is so concentrated that it almost feels like a treatment, or mask.

It completely saturates your skin and does not dry up at all. For daily use, I prefer a moisturizer that absorbs a bit more, leaving less “dew” on the surface. This moisturizer is meant to strengthen your skin barrier and retain moisture with Squalane and Glycerin.

There is also something called Glacial Glycoprotein in this which helps balance the moisture levels in your skin. I think this will serve me best as a targeted cream for my extremely dry areas, as the results are instant for rehydrating your dry patches.

Other than that, this runs a bit heavy for my normal skin.

if you love Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream Moisturizer, you’ll love their Ultra Facial Cream SPF 30. as a young woman, I am regularly bombarded with information on how to take care of my body long term. while most of it is crap (let’s be honest), protecting your skin from UV rays with SPF is undeniably beneficial.

I’m a long-term user of the ultra facial cream moisturizer–there’s just nothing else that compares–but I wanted to make the switch to a daily facial moisturizer with SPF, and Kiehl’s is the BEST. please note the consistency is each face cream IS different.

the moisturizer is closer to a dense-whipped cream type feel (consistent with most facial moisturizers I’ve tried throughout my life), and the one with SPF reminds me more of, well, sunscreen. as a result, when I first opened the jar, my initial thought was “I’m not going to like this”.

I tried it anyway and am enamored. I LOVE how hydrating it makes my skin feel and how dewy it makes my skin look. I anticipated a break-in period where my skin was like, whoa! but it never came. there was an effortless transition from the moisturizer to the one with SPF (i.

e. , no breakouts, no strange marks, literally nothing but better looking skin with sun protection). it should be noted, also, that in order for SPF to be effective, it must be used alllllllllllll over the facial skin (and neck!) and applied every few hours throughout your day.

I use a substantial amount every morning and make sure to coat my face from the corners of my hairline, over my eyelids, my upper lip, all over my cheeks and forehead and chin, over my jawline and covering my neck.

this may sound crazy but I honest to goodness have seen an improvement in my skin. I’m not sure what magic Kiehl’s has put in this, but I highly HIGHLY recommend you give it a go.

This is genuinely the best moisturizer i’ve tried to date, and i’ve been around the block. I got this as a free sample last year (I don’t remember if it was from Sephora though) and after using up the tiny container it was an INSTANT re-buy (I got the 28mL).

The first thing about it is the lack of smell: It literally, and when I say literally, I mean it, has not a hint of any fragrance or scent (not even that plastic-ey smell some fragrance-free products have) which is amazing for my migraine prone self.

Then, the texture! It’s smooth, does not leave any traces, any gross oily feeling and no dryness. It really is lightweight but that girl HYDRATES like crazy: I was able to go both summer (it’s light enough, and does not sweat off your face or leave a film over it) and winter, which leads me to my last point: its’ efficacy.

Every single winter, I struggle with super red, dry patches on my chin and cheeks from how dry it is outside, and i’m so so so glad to say that this year was my first them thanks to this moisturizer.

Actual lifesaver. It feels good under makeup, under your mask, with no makeup on, in the sun, in the cold, that ish is universal frfr (it also does not block your pores or make pimples worse, at least for me, it’s super gentle).

The only downside would be the price, since it’s unaffordable for most regular students to use as a daily moisturizer, but overall, I’m satisfied.

I received this product free from Influenster and Drunk Elephant in exchange for my honest review. First of all I do have to say I’m a bit disappointed with the ml/oz of the trial/sample size of the moisturizer cream, but in all fairness I guess that would make this $6, having taken into consideration that a 50 ml container prices out at $60.

Now with that out of the way, this whipped cream moisturizer is very smooth and rich helping your skin feel softer and more rejuvenated. Likewise, this cream is truly good for all skin types, whether you have combination skin, excessive oil, or even dryness…This cream helps all to achieve a healthy pH, whilst also fighting against aging and helping to restore overall elasticity and moisture.

Furthermore, while I do appreciate Drunk Elephant’s commitment to NOT using unnecessary ingredients, focusing on only the direct benefit to the skin, I would definitely appreciate some sort of scent.

I have read TONS of complaints in regards to this very bland, Play Doh like smell that can be a little off putting. I’m certain that Drunk Elephant can find something natural that can also even serve as a beneficial ingredient to help the overall aroma and vibe that this whipped cream moisturizer gives.

My skin has always been something that I struggled with. I have combination, acne- prone skin, with some dry and flaky areas due my prescribed Tretinoin cream. I could never to find a product that moisturized my skin enough to remove the dryness without causing an acne flare-up or leaving greasy residue.

However, this product checks all the boxes: it is a nice, lightweight formula free of fragrance, silicones, or other skin irritants. Before even testing the product, I noticed that the pH balanced formula consisted of top ingredients such as ceramides and sodium hyaluronate cross-polymer, which my dermatologist had suggested I look for in a moisturizing product.

Upon trying it, this formula exceeded all my expectations. It goes on very smoothly and absorbs quickly as to not feel greasy. Immediately my skin felt nourished, and overnight there was a noticeable difference.

It completely eliminated the dryness and flakes, but also minimized the size of pores in my t-zone and other acne-prone areas on my cheeks. This is the first moisturizer that has helped both my acne and dryness, and I will definitely purchase this product despite the price tag.

I feel comfortable recommending this product to any skin type due to the integrity of the formula, and as well as the success I have found using it with my multifaceted skin concerns.

Gave my confidence back and I feel like it saved my life. I’ve never had skin problems, so imagine at 41 how I freaked out as I woke up one morning and out of nowhere my face, legs, buttocks, arms, back, breast and stomach were all inflamed and itching uncontrollably.

For days I used calamine lotion and other topicals to stop the itching and flare ups. Washed everything and cleaned the entire room. About 4 days later I finally stopped itching and now everywhere the flare ups were, there were now dark black patches.

Days later they started developing on my face and dark circles underneath my eyes. My entire forehead and both cheeks were tight and shiny like leather. The feel was completely different from the other spots all over my body.

I was at a loss for words. No idea where this came from but it had to be some allergic reaction. I had just gotten over pneumonia that lasted 2 months. So maybe this was a side effect. I’ve read that some rare cases cause skin condition but why the week I was cleared from having it.

So maybe that wasn’t it! Anyway I applied lotion 3-4 times a day and Vaseline numerous times a day only to have small relief from the chaffing and tightness of the spots last only about 2 hours. Valentine’s weekend my fiancé had planned a vacation to Orlando, little does he know I wanted to cancel.

I was afraid the sun and hear would only make it worse and afraid that he would look at me differently. I reluctantly went alone using Vaseline on my face every few hours and kept my body covered wearing pants.

After 3 days, I said that’s enough I have to do something about this that’s different. Had him to stop by Walmart and went in and analyzed the products. Googled as I was in the store and settled on Cerave Moisturizing Cream and Cerave healing ointment.

Went to the hotel room a shower and applied the ointment to my face and Moisturizing Cream on my body. Telecaster again that night and the next morning you wouldn’t believe the difference it made. Plus it lasted for hours.

I continued this regimen and 30 hours later the leather on my face was no longer there it was only a small amount of chaff. My body was also healing and the dry patches weren’t nearly as dry. I continued for 3 more days and my face was now completely normal, so I switched to using the moisturizing cream with just a dab of ointment on my face for a couple more days then resulted to just Moisturizing Cream for my face and body.

2 weeks later, I’ve still seen nothing but improvements and my skin clearing up. The old skin where all the dark spots were and chaffed spots are now almost completely peeled and replaced with new skin.

Healthy, radiant and bright like before. I will continue using Cerave and researching their other products and see what’s the best way to maintain even after I’m completely in the clear from this. Cerave has given me the confidence I needed back and I am a lifetime supporter!.

To preface, I’m a 19yo female with normal skin that leans more dry in the winter and oily in the summer. I am acne prone and have recently finished six months of an acne medication. I have used this before and during my treatment, and will continue to use it as long as it’s made! When I’m doing my skincare, I typically alternate between using a salicylic acid toner, a retinol, a niacinamide serum, and a hyaluronic acid serum (depending on what my skin needs).

If I’m using my toner, I apply the toner to clean, dry skin and then apply this moisturizer on top. If I’m using my retinol or either serum, I mix them into this moisturizer and apply it as one concoction onto damp skin.

When I’m moisturizing my body, I apply it while my body is still wet coming out of the shower. I also use this moisturizer as a prep for my makeup! Overall, I absolutely love this moisturizer! It is basic in a good way! It has a gentle, non-scented formula that I can use on my face and body.

It looks great under makeup and always keeps my skin hydrated. This moisturizer sinks in perfectly without leaving behind a greasy, oily, or sticky residue. My skin can also breath through this moisturizer, which I’ve never found in a moisturizer that simultaneously checks my other boxes! Another great feat, it’s drugstore pricing in simple/functional packaging.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a classic moisturizer!.

Amazing cream! I use this in place of a night cream or on days that my skin feels dry and needs an extra boost. It’s highly moisturising and non irritating, which is perfect for sensitive skin. Love that there is no unnecessary added fragrance either.

Can be used on both your body and face. It’s one of those products that actually does what it says and works so much better than high end products. If you follow Dr Dray on Youtube then you will already know that she also recommends this cream a lot as well, especially for people using retinoids.

I’ve been applying it alongside my Differin gel to combact dryness from it’s use. After washing my face, I rub in a thin layer of this cream onto my damp skin (to lock in moisture) and follow with Differin after it’s dry.

Using it in this way as suggested by Dr Dray reduces the risk of irritation, but still allows the retinoid to be effective. Even if you are using it on it’s own, the Cerave Cream will work brilliantly to soothe and soften your dry skin.

It has great ingredients including ceramides which improve skin hydration. I have dehydrated combination skin and this has helped so much to repair my skin barrier along with following a good skincare routine.

You really have to try it to believe it!.

I have very weird combo skin, normally oily, but pale and sensitive due to retinA, and breakout prone. I get oily everywhere except my cheeks, which get very dry half the year. I have tried both regular cream and the RICH cream, and I definitely feel that my skin loves the Rich one more.

It’s not like a heavy greasy cream, but it’s thick and rich, and I always want to take extra time to massage it into my face at night. It’s very unique. It’s unscented, nothing irritating in it, doesn’t burn or sting or cause any exfoliating.

I’ve gone through about 2 bottles in over a year, using mainly at night. If my skin happens to be really dry from retinA then i will use some before makeup or spot moisturize during the day. But typically I only use at night.

It spreads easy enough but still feels thick and doesn’t just disappear after you apply it. I would suggest shaking the bottle up every week. The oils in this don’t break me out like practically every other cream.

I feel like this adds a cushion to my skin at night, i use it before tretinoin prescription cream. And my skin feels protected and I wake up with more even skin tone every day. At first I bought the non-rich one thinking this would be too greasy for me, but ITS NOT GREASY! That being said, if you have extremely dry skin, you might want to try their facial oil over the top of this.

And always drink tons of water before and after bed because that’s the ideal time for your skin to repair itself. You can’t go to bed dehydrated and expect to wake up with glowing skin 8 hours later, you skin needs water even when you’re sleeping.

I truly believe in THE RICH CREAM and it is the main AB product I use. I have tried a couple others and I just bought the eye cream. So far this is my favorite and I hope they never change this formula.

But if they extend their line of skincare I will be happy to try new products. JUST DONT CHANGE THIS ONE.

I wasn’t sure about this cream at first. In all honesty I didn’t get the hype, the price tag is eye watering too, so that also put me off. I got a 15ml size of this in my calendar and I’m so glad I did.

I use it once to twice a day and at first I saw no difference in my skin, but I stuck it out and suddenly BAM I looked in the mirror one morning and it was like I had completely new skin, I only need 2 pumps to do my whole face, neck and chest.

For me a little goes a long way, so I have been able to trial this out properly. My pores are now tiny, my redness gone, skin is soft and silky and what really sold it to me, to the point I had to buy the full size, as I can’t imagine being without this cream now is that my scarring from childhood acne and I mean scarring, not the faded redness you get from an old spot, which mind you this gets rid of spots and the after effects of them fast.

Something that would take weeks to fade is healed and fine in a week if that. The childhood scarring which I have never been able to get rid of has softened, to the extreme of barely seeing them anymore.

It was at day 20 my skin just did a massive turn around and it’s still improving daily, If you’re unsure on this cream give it a go and stick it out. I use amazing, expensive products on my skin which I love but this is just different, amazing and you won’t regret it.

It works great with my existing skin care routine and sits nice under make up. I have combination skin and I don’t find this heavy at all and it certainly doesn’t clog pores. seriously does so much for the skin, it’s a little miracle in a jar!.

I have a very problematic skin. I have a few severe allergies that often result in hives (unfortunately most often on my face and neck), I suffer with water retention (read – tired and puffy skin) and also there is the rosacea.

If that was not enough – I was born with KP… I am in my late thirties and when I skin last year started to show substantial sign of premature ageing I went crazy looking for something that will help my skin to reset the o’clock (or at least slow it down).

It was like lockdown has added me 10 years! I tried most of the high end brands without any major breakthroughs and then I read about the Rich Cream and I decided to try… I know some people wait weeks for the result but it was not the case for me.

I could look again with joy into the mirror after just a couple of days. My dull, dry dehydrated skin was glowing! I continue using AB rich cream and experimenting with other products. I realized that somehow I’ve never gotten around to writing a review on this. It’s time to correct that: I’ve been using this moisturizer for years—four and a half, to be exact. I got it when it was first released in 2018, recently added in the new serum, and have decided I’ll use both until I leave this mortal coil.

Now, it’s not like I haven’t tried other moisturizers; I’ll sometimes be wooed by an interesting formula or see a new release that looks like it could be great, only to regret it when my skin isn’t as soft, balanced, or smooth.

I inevitably find myself crawling back, because this formula is an actual goldmine. If you disagree, you haven’t seen the INCIDecoder breakdown on this thing. There is no dupe, no alternative, if that ingredient deep-dive makes your eyes sparkle like mine did.

Between the amino acids (it’s like they couldn’t pick, so they threw in all of them) and the *growth factor cocktail?!* Go ahead and check the prices on the SkinMedica, NeoCutis, Biopelle, and Bioeffect EGF serums and creams.

I’ll wait. I’ve used 3 of them and the Protini duo makes my skin just as flawless for less $$/oz. -Yes, I bought this with my own money (repeatedly. ) -Yes, I DO wait for VIB sales to stock up (I’ve got bills to pay.

) -No, I’m not incentivized in any way (but I wouldn’s say no!) I just really believe this moisturizer is worth its weight in gold, and feel genuinely sad for every person whose skin doesn’t tolerate it.

tl;dr – If this formula ever changes or is discontinued, I will go through ALL seven stages of grief.

When Influenster notified me that I’d be receiving the Augustinus Bader Light Cream in exchange for my honest review I was confused. I routinely answer surveys indicating my skin concerns are dryness, dehydration, and aging.

“Why would they send me a product who’s own website recommends for oily and combination skin?” I thought. I was sure I’d seen this product before in countless prestige skincare lines marketing “hydration” (not moisture) and typically too light, not moisturizing enough, creating a crackling effect under makeup as my skin rapidly absorbs whats there leaving a filmy pilly layer behind.

The reality? I WAS WRONG. I’m pleasantly surprised by this light moisturizer. It’s been a great addition to my routine for a very hot and sweaty summer. I find the formula to be extremely lightweight, very hydrating and lightly moisturizing.

If wearing foundation, I do have to prep with my Fresh oil infused serum underneath in order to prevent patchy dry makeup issues, but that’s just because my skin is chronically dehydrated and dry. With the serum under it, this moisturizer works great with makeup for me.

I probably wouldn’t be able to use this during winter, but even my dry skin produces more oil and sweat in the summer, so this stuff is the perfect weight moisturizer. The only negative, as others have mentioned, is the package.

The shape of the bottle is pretty, just impractical. I had to rearrange my routine to keep it in a drawer since it doesn’t stand up and thus cannot sit in my medicine cabinet with all of my other skincare products.

*I was gifted this product by the brand via Influenster in exchange for an honest review* I was really interested to try this product, as I’d tried the Rich Cream and did not feel it lived up to the hype.

The Light Cream, however, was a pleasant surprise! I use it over serum and sunscreen in the morning (I opt for something heavier to use over actives in the evening) and it provides just the right amount of moisture to make my combination skin feel not too tight, not too oily, and to prevent it from going either of those directions throughout the day.

Normally creams this light leave me feeling dry in spots, even during a humid summer, but this almost-gel-like formula is my Goldilocks: just right! I didn’t give it five stars for two reasons. First, the packaging – it comes in a while beautiful, very impractical bottle that’s rounded at the bottom (like a capsule) that prevents it from being able to stand up on its own.

Another helpful review tipped me off that you can remove the capsule (twist and pull) and find a normal bottle underneath, but that normal bottle isn’t anywhere near as attractive. For this price (my second reason – WHY is it so high!!), I don’t want to choose between counter real estate and pretty packaging.

If these two things don’t bother you though, I definitely recommend giving it a try!!.

70 – 3. 3 fl oz My General Opinion ~ (FWIW) ~This is my GO TO moisturizer. I always have a package of it ready to go in case I need it 💦 The price is better than good, and it just plain works! I try a ton of new skincare products, and I like having something I can trust on my shelf when I need it.

This is that. It absorbs quickly, no scent, and my skin feels great when I’m using it ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 The packaging – Very simple and efficient, like all products from this company! It’s perfect.

I purchased the holiday gift set with a refill at a discounted price half hoping I wouldn’t like it because a small jar is quite expensive but I am in love. The jar is so luxe and the ability to just pop off the container inside then pop in a refill is so nice because it means I can keep reusing the limit edition glass jar packing.

Beyond the classy and luxe experience from the outside. the formula of this moisturizer is fantastic. My skin is combination but most moisturizers make me look oily. I’ve only been able to use the gel moisturizer from Clinique because it has been the only one to not make my skin look greasy until now.

I was worried hearing people say that the magic cream was thick and left them dewy because usually that’s a sign that the product definitely isn’t for me but I wanted to indulge in the hype anyways and try.

Thank god I did because my skin really absorbed this like it was parched. It does leave a supple healthy dew but it’s actually beautiful and looks like you’re healthy and hydrated. My bare skin has never looked more beautiful than is currently does.

This cream is magic because it absorbs and gives you instant results of not only supple healthy looking skin but it leaves your face feeling soft hours and even a full day after using it. The price is almost ridiculous but it truly is worth it and I recommend this more than any other luxury product because it does so much for your skincare and your makeup because my makeup has been so much smoother and more flawless lately.

If you have the extra money to splurge or if you can get your hands on a sample then do it. I’m telling you if I can be this in love with it when usually my skin is so stubborn with moisturizers and serums then anyone will love this.

The hype is well deserved on this one.

Recently I’ve noticed that my skin is starting to change as I get older so I’ve been on a quest to find a moisturizer that is affordable, effective, and doesn’t make my skin breakout. On my quest I have tried many moisturizers from both drugstores and higher end retailers, and ranging in price from $7 to $120.

I had settled on a Kiehl’s moisturizer, but then I remembered that my grandma had always sworn by the original Olay Moisturizer and figured that I’d give it a shot. At worst I would be out $10 at best I would save a ton of money.

Holy smokes. I am so so happy I gave this a try. First, the smell reminds me of my grandma (she passed away 17 years ago so that is not a bad thing at all). Second, it makes my skin feel like silk. I tried the Olay Regenerist Micro Sculpting Cream and it left a film on my skin that rolled off if I rubbed my face (it was weird) so I was worried that the same thing would happen with this moisturizer.

Not even a little. It leaves my skin feeling exactly the way I want it to feel, soft and smooth. Third, the price is freaking awesome. Lastly, it doesn’t make me break out. This will be my new go to from now on!.

First thing I have to get out of the way. This stuff has a FRAGRANCE. I don’t really wear perfume, but I smell like I’m wearing perfume when I use it. Not a fan of that. Also, I find myself using more of this product than I usually use with similar products, and it’s not the only Olay moisturizer that I’ve said that about.

But I have to give it some credit. When I use enough of it at night (which is, again, more than I personally think I should have to, based on my experience with other creams) I do wake up basically glowing, with a nice, soft base perfect for makeup.

So that’s good. But the fragrance is just a lot for me. It actually irritates my eyes sometimes if I apply it too close to them. Decent price, though. I think it works as well as you can expect for a cream you spent about 5 bucks on at Walmart.

I’m on the fence about this moisturizer. It seems like it would be great if I didn’t have an eczema flareup at the moment. I had to stop using it for a bit as my skin was being very sensitive but once my skin clears back up, I feel it would actually be very helpful.

I know my skin and as long as my eczema is flaring up, I can’t use anything other than a light lotion made for sensitive skin. The fragrance in this is light and not harsh enough that it sting like other scented moisturizers.

I have to say that it did feel pretty light on my skin. It immediately felt moisturized after application even though my skin was a little flakey. I wouldn’t recommend it if your face eczema is severe but if you have combination dry and oily skin like me, you should give it a try.

It’s affordable and a lot of product. A little goes a long way.

I wasn’t expecting much because on the whole I don’t think clean beauty delivers as good results as regular skincare, but this surpassed my expectations in every way! I have rosacea and quite sensitive, very dry skin.

Despite this, I hate creamy creams so I’m always looking for a gel moisturizer that still packs a punch. I’ve been using this throughout the Chicago winters (harsh winds and dry heating) and my skin has stayed dewy and plump.

I would never normally apply a moisturizer without cleansing my skin first, but on my laziest days I felt I could apply this just throughout the day because it’s non irritating and would never break me out.

My skin used to be so dry it would get tiny bumps all over as a coping mechanism / to hold onto moisture and they’ve completely gone since using this product. This also doesn’t pill no matter what I put underneath.

I’ve used different vitamin c serums, acids (lactic, Glycolic etc), different hydrating serums and different eye serums all together (like 5 layers) and it has never pilled! Some clean products don’t hold up well over time, but travelled to Brazil with hot temperatures and dipped my fingers in here at the gym, in the airpirt and different hotels over the course of 4 months and the color, consistency, smell and efficacy is the same as when I first opened it.

I seriously wish I could bathe in this.

this is also an all-year-rounder for me, being perfect for all seasons. can’t really ask for much more than that. to address all the reviews that stated it burned, this product does contain lactic & citric acid which are AHAs and are meant to help exfoliate the skin for a soft & supple look, on top of helping to fade any pigmentation or scarring.

if you are new to chemical exfoliants, i can imagine that you will feel this. for the aficionados, you likely won’t feel a thing. side note: even though i am constantly burning the skin on my face off, i do get some strange tingling/numbing sensation within the first minute of application if i haven’t used it for a while.

i disregard this as it goes away and nothing bad has ever happened.

IšverstiShow in original languageI really wanted to like this. I waited until I finished the jar to write this because I thought maybe it would grow on me…but unfortunately that didn’t happen. My skin is combination, sensitive and can get dry in winter.

So it’s hard to find a good moisturizer and I accept that I need to switch things up with the change of seasons. I started using this product in March and it effectively moisturized my skin and didn’t leave a shiny sheen but it made my skin red and irritated.

It also pilled under make up if I didn’t use just the right amount. Now that it’s summer, I still appreciate the lightweight moisture but it continues to make me redder; I now just apply to my neck which isn’t as sensitive.

So what I did like: the texture of the product and the lightness, definitely no shine left behind. I think people with oily skin would appreciate this formula. But what I didn’t like: the heated tingling, redness and irritation and pilling with make up.

My skin looks and feels nicely hydrated after using this cream. I will need to use it for longer to see if it reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles though. It works well with other products and causes no pilling.

I apply to my face and neck once a day as recommended and it leaves my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. 𝔹𝕖𝕟𝕖𝕗𝕚𝕥𝕤 – The cream has SPF 30 with UVA/B protection. Invisible on all skin tones. Paraben free, Oxybenzone-free, Octinoxate-free.

Comes in a 50ml pump top glass bottle. I would definitely recommend this product and would repurchase it.

So this 5 in 1 Correxion looks like a small tube but it packs a large portion. 0. 5 fluid oz. The tip of this is set up to dispense small amounts which is great. I can control the amount and not waste this product.

The instructions suggest to place small dots around the eye area and then gently blend. It is very easy to apply and I don’t have to use more then the suggested amount. This cream is soft, silky and blends easily which is a definite asset.

So far there is no flaking or adverse reaction to this product. I did notice that it in the morning it does assist with puffiness and still hydrates at the same time. One of my issues is dry skin so this is a plus for me.

I just started using for a couple of weeks so I can’t comment on more long term results such as fine lines etc. I do really like the texture and how it feels on the skin. It does also have a slight pleasant fragrance to it, which is barely noticeable and still nice.

So far, so good and I am happy with this ROC product.

Im surprised at all of the review stating that this is very moisturizing as I am experiencing the opposite. I have only used the product once so far and my skin feels dry and looks dull after applying this moisturizer, hopefully after longer use I will see some skin improvement.

This give more of a matte/dry effect which I guess is better than it being too oily like other spf moisturizers that ive tried in the past. I am a brown skin gal and this product did not leave a white cast but I will say it left my skin looking dull/dry and slightly grey/ashy.

The good thing about it is that it did not irritate my sensitive skin and it provides sun protection without the white/grey cast (just a tolerable slightly slightly dull look). The next time I use this I will apply over my regular moisturizer hopefully that helps.

I will continue to use this because it is not bad for the sunscreen factor but I will not repurchase.
