This set is awesome. It came packaged nicely, no damage. The suitcases all roll really well. Lots of space and nice liners inside. Comes with locks also. Haven’t taken them on our vacation yet, but I can’t wait now with these awesome suitcases!.

Got this as a present from my boyfriend- since we planned on taking numerous trips together. The set was so pretty that I held off on using it for months. When I finally did, I was embarrassed. The wheels unraveled and left me struggling to pull throughout my trip.

All three pieces, when used on different first time occasions, underwent the same unraveling. This was a complete waste of money and pretty packaging. I wish I could have gotten a refund.

This blue is more purple. but otherwise great. Wheels are sturdy, expands about 1-1 1/2 inches. Zippers are nice easy glide, sturdy. Packed to 49. 5 lbs and wheeled nicely. Handles are a bit short for 6ft plus in height but great for average folks.

lining fabric nylon and very nice. Zippers inside also glide well and are sturdy. All and all very please with purchase. Did well on cross country flights over Christmas so you know they where handled in tossing mode.

I didnt want to write this as I was so excited and had read some good reviews. Do not buy this set. One broke as taking out of house. not full packed from first step to next wheel and attachment broke completely off.

Unless you plan only rolling over carpet or carrying you have to baby it along such as through parking lots, sidewalks, etc.

This travel gear is super nice. There are so many pockets for storage and this luggage holds alot. It is quite attractive and I constantly get compliments

I bought this for my 11 yr old granddaughter who travels quite a bit. She loved the design and the fact that it will stand out. The colors are very vibrant and the pink polka dot inside is very cute.

It’s light weight and handles easily. Our only concern is it feels a little flimsy when unzipped. We will have to see how it holds up.

While I absolutely love the pattern and would give that alone a 5 star. the overall quality was not what I had hoped for. There was tape covering the screws from the wheels and sharp pieces from the logo on the inside of the luggage.

I would have felt more comfortable if it was welded or something more secure than tape.

The design is very beautiful and detailed. well printed. girls love them. quality is good as well. i guess we just need to pack properly so not to leave much empty space which may facilitate the luggage to be broken/damaged somehow while others are handling such as in the airports.

My granddaughter wanted this luggage for Christmas. I had difficulty finding it in this color but ebay made it happen. We gave it to her already and it was perfect, just what she wanted. The price was great and the product appears to be well made!.

I am so pleased with this purchase. First, the was no exra shipping charge even though this was a large box. Second, the luggage is an amazing quality and exactly as pictured and discribed. I cannot wait to start using these for all of my wordly travels!!!.

I received the American Tourister luggage set on time. The luggage set is a beautiful rose gold color. I already used the luggage on one trip so far, and I’m very satisfied with the quality and spaciousness of the set.

Each individual piece expands. This luggage set is lighter than my older set of soft side luggage, which is a nice surprise. I am also extremely satisfied with the E-Bags website. I have purchased several items from E-Bags in the past couple of months with satisfactory results.

Super cute luggage!! I only have the big one and the small one. Both are light weight. The large one can easily become over 50 lbs so pack carefully. They do get dirty, but honestly the scuffs kind of match the black marble look! Easy to clean with a Magic Eraser too!.

Durable And Cute this 3 piece luggage set is great for packing all the things you need and all the things you think you need. When done the little one goes in the medium one and then into the large one for easy storage.

Well I didn’t actually get to travel with my luggage because the trip to the Keys was canceled last minute. 😞 I can tell you that it is sturdy, well built, and there are mega pockets, pockets that should have my bikini and other beach necessities in it.

Purchased this for my husband since has recently started traveling for work. These are nice bags. Good and roomy. Lots of compartments for storage. Seem to be good quality. The lil bonus bags were great for sorting underwear and socks.

Look just as nice as the ones I was looking at at Gordmans. Only thing I saw was some loose threads but those were easily taken care of with a pair of scissors. The locks on them look like lil girl diary locks so those will be replaced but other than that they’re nice bags.

Pros: The Luggage looks great. Perceived value for price. Cons: Retractable handles are absolutely horrible and cheaply made. Both of my retractable luggage handles after only one, fourty minute flight were bent out of shape and one now does not even function.

Normally I would blame the airline for mishandling but this was not the case. Upon inspection of of the retractable assembly you notice right away how cheaply it is made and will bend with very little weight applied.

Even worse since the retractable assembly is so easily damaged it allows the Travelers Choice to blame the Airlines for their substandard luggage quality which then aleves them of their responsibility to honor their warranty.

In fairness I have not contacted the warranty department so I have nothing postive or negative to report on that, But even if I get a favorable response the quality of the retractable handle just isnt there.

I understand this is not top of the line expensive luggage, but I certainly expected to get more than one use before it was damaged due to what I would consider a quality control process issue. I admit the luggage is still useful without the retractable handle but for myself I purchased it for that exact reason a RETRACTABLE handle so I do not have to slouch through the airport with a thirty pound bag in tow.

I Hope this helps anyone who is planning on purchasing this set.

Purchased this 8-piece luggage set last minute for a family trip to Hawaii. Originally considered more well known name brand sets but as I started to research reviews and pricing, I began to feel that purchasing a more well known name brand didn’t guarantee a better product.

Not to mention we don’t travel frequently or for long durations when we do, so investing in higher priced luggage sets didn’t seem to be the wisest decision. The reviews I read for this particular luggage set was pretty decent overall, especially when considering the price.

As a result I purchased this set thinking that even if the reviews weren’t as accurate as I’d hope and I only end up getting 3-4 uses out of it, it’d be worth the price. Having completed the trip without issue and seeing the quality of the set first hand, I’m pretty confident the set will last for much more than 3-4 uses.

This is a great value luggage set for the price.

I love the design and look of this set. I haven’t traveled yet so I’m not sure of how it will stand up to airline treatment? I have concerns as the construction seems a little flimsy for hard sided luggage.

I’m very hopeful because I love this set! My first trip is a road trip in August, then an airline trip to Wisconsin and another to Vegas! It appears to be the perfect size for a 3-5 day trip. Love the matching small “handbag” that comes with a shoulder bag strap and a little lock and key.

Perfect for my meds that I always carry on. The suitcase has TSA lock and you can set your own personal combination. another review stated there were no instructions for this but that’s incorrect, the instructions are included on a card that says TSA lock and if needed you could write your combination on the card and carry it in your purse.

All in all I believe this set is a good purchase. Happy customer so far. I’ll let you know how they hold up to travel!.

This product arrived with the worst chemical smell! Even after letting it sit outside and air out in the sun for THREE DAYS the smell was still there. No way will I put my clothes in a suitcase that smells so bad.

Going back and looking at the listing I see the Proposition 65 Warning so obviously it is sprayed with some kind of toxic chemical known to cause cancer. It was shipped from China and I was told they spray a rodent.

Took this with me for 2 England trips took plain and train bus walked the graveled streets love it cute held all my stuff would like to take it on a 3 erd but one wheele is striped would replace but having diffulculty finding right size wheele all in all love it wish i could find the right wheele.

only used the suitcase as my carry on the aditional case was to small to use.

I got this set for my husband for Christmas. We had both been using luggage that was about 15 years old it’s unbelievably lightweight, sleek, and although it’s a “plastic“ type of material as opposed to fabric, there still some give and flexibility to it.

My birthday is coming up and he plans to get me the set in pink if it’s still available!.

Arrival of product was prompt. Easy to handle and durable. Handles are sturdy and luggage are not so heavy that over loaded problems occur at Air Line weight stations. Zippers on the luggage seem to be sturdy as well as the rollers.

For the price I recommend buying this luggage set as opposed to the more expensive sets out there. Being that this is a hard shell luggage set keep in mind that they Do Not expand for added room but will protect fragile items inside your luggage!.

Have been looking at hardsided luggage for some time, but the colours were just the same I saw on every luggage carousel in every airport! Not these rose gold treasures! And the price point was perfect! I found similar cases in a big box store & their medium case was $22 more than my 3 pieces total! Arrived early & in great shape! Thanks ever so much!.

Let me just say I LOVE this piece of luggage! I purchased the Magenta Lips one and it totally exceeded my expectations aesthetically. It’s very roomy and sturdy and just overall a awesome suitcase. I only have one con, which is, I wish it had a few small zip up compartments for toiletries and things of that nature.

Otherwise I am overly pleased with this purchase and can honestly say it was well worth the price. Now I’m wishing I would have purchased the whole 3 piece set.

This item was shipped really quickly and well packed! It’s well-made and seems sturdy enough. It’s not the lightest suitcase I’ve owned, but I can pick it up with one hand when it’s empty, so not too bad! This suitcase is also roomy as heck! There is so much room for a worrywart over-packer like myself.

I’m in love with my new Betsey Johnson 26′ luggage. The black color is so shiney and cute with it’s puffed hearts. The wheels roll so smooth. The inside is adorable with it’s zippered seperate compartment.

As far as looks go it seems to be sturdy material. I have not traveled with it yet, so I hope it is scratch resistant as stated. I will update my comment once I return from a trip I have planned to New York.

I tried to use it to fly to Florida. However when luggage was packed it didn’t even stay standing up. Absolutely poor poor quality for almost 200 I would never recommend anyone purchasing this. I have requested to return it however the cost to return this is expensive.

I love to pack for holidays in this spacious and convenient luggage set as it holds all my items for a long trip and there is space to bring back a few collectibles. The pullout handles are smooth and the push-button locking system is very easy to use.

The padded side grip handles are easy for pulling up these bags from baggage belts. The pockets in the internal compartment are excellent for organizing the items I pack and the zippered external front pockets are spacious and resilient.

The polyester material is durable, strong and has held on well during multiple airport hopping trips.

For the most part, this is a very nice luggage set. The three uprights are all expandable, a really great feature. The hand carry bag is smaller than expected. However, it may be a good size as a ladies toiletry bag.

It’s a good thing I saved my better sized, perfectly good, hand carry bag (different shade of blue, though) from a tattered older (and not as nice) luggage set.

I’ve had this suitcase set for about 3 years, and while the suitcases appear like a good idea, there are two fundamental flaws. First, a minor thing, is that the “stacking” concept just doesn’t work in practice — the large suitcase inevitably topples over once the small one is place on it.

Much easier to just adjust the handles to be the same height and push together one-handed if needbe. The larger concern is that the handles — both top and side — have very poor durability: The metal part that hooks into the suitcase under the cover is weak, and will fail.

The carry-on side handle failed first, within about two months of use. Next the side handle of the larger suitcase failed after about a year; most recently, the top handle of the large suitcase ripped out during a trip, so currently the suitcase has no usable handles.

I think it is just a poor design. I have had better luck with previous Samsonite suitcases.

I’m surprised to hear others say this luggage is cheap or flimsy. I travel internationally quite a bit, often to Japan, which is a walking culture. This luggage has been through train stations and on Shinkansen with me, rolling through the streets of Tokyo and Osaka.

It rolls easily and has stood the test of time. We bought it about 5 years ago, and tte only problem I have had is one of the zipper pulls falling off, which was easily fixable. I can roll my luggage, both rather large pieces, though airports and train stations with one finger.

It never tips over or has trouble rolling, and being stacked is easy to navigate around and through busy areas. It’s true that the carry-on piece is slightly larger than allowable domestic carry-on size.

This luggage is meant for international trips and meets standards for carry-ons for most international flights. I ran across this review site because I am thinking of getting a new set of the same, because my experience with the first set had been so good!.

I have purchased 6 sets of Stack-it over the years. First from Costco, then Amazon then eBay and also Samsonite. I like to travel and having one hand free and available to push elevator buttons or whatever is amazing.

I hope this set is never discontinued. I love the double zippers and the 4 multi directional wheels are a godsend! You could easily pull 2 full sets at once. I gave two sets to my daughter/SIL.

The medium sized (middle) suitcase was slightly smaller than we expected. Its smaller than the medium from the other set we bought (Pivot 2). We have only made one trip since purchasing this set and we only used the medium suitcase but we were disappointed to find several scratches on the suitcase when we arrived at our destination.

A few of the wiped clean but most of them are still there. This suitcase is advertised as scratch resistant and it doesn’t appear it is. Other than that it held up pretty well, we didn’t have any dents but this could be because we made sure to pack it full and we also used “x-straps” on the outside of the suitcase to secure the items and take stress off of the zippers.

The color was bright like the photo, now I can pick my luggage out much easier than my standard black ones. The wheels move smoothly. They’re a great size. Durable. And the lock feature is great. For the price point, they’re a great buy.

Perfect set! I bought it for my daughter and her family as they travel a lot! She was happy and excited at the same time to have her favorite color purple in luggage! Great price!

I bought this set online. At first i was verh happy, they seemed good quality and they looked ok. But when I moved them, the little suitcase broke in one corner. They where new! Unused, barely moved from my living room to my bedroom.

So I thought, ok I will return this. But the returns from buying online are the worst. First you have to have the original box, a bit difficult because no one holds on thst bog box for a long time. Second, it must be returned to UPS not to a Samsonite store.

And last. But not least, they charge you for this return, even if it the product is defective. So, i have to pay for the return, put it on the original box (this was not easy because I have to look for a box in a store!) Then take this to UPS.

Horrible experience. I thought Samsonite where good products but they are not the same as years ago.

I bought this for my daughter for college to use to fly to and from home. She likes the look and it seems durable. Also, the wheels roll really smoothly. We will know after she flies home for Thanksgiving and see how well it holds up.

I really like this set of luggage. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have anywhere to put a tag for my contact info if lost. My other set from Samsonite has a nice spot for it, but this set doesn’t.
