The store I went to didn’t have my size. The sales rep had me order it online (free of shipping). At the time it was 40% off. The dress was too small. So I ordered the next size up at regular price. I went into the store assuming they would honor the lower price.

They wouldn’t. So I returned both dresses. There is no reason to pay so much more for the right size. I also had to return a dress my daughter bought and wore for five minutes prior to the strap ring bursting off.

Both experiences were disappointing.

I love this dress! The fit is perfect and I love how the slits fall perfectly at my knees. It is so comfortable. Wish they had more colors! I purchased the huckleberry in a size small and am very pleased with my purchase.

For reference, I am 145lbs 5’3. 5″ with a 31″ waist. The material is thick, somewhat stretchy and form faltering. Highly recommend!.

I’ve worn this sporty dress so much, I went back and bought the other available colors. It’s weighty cotton blend that made it a perfect pair with my grey flip-flops for a warm Indian summer daytime look.

This dress fits like a glove. The cut is extremely flattering and the material offers stretch as well. It is very comfortable and very striking in appearance. It looks and feels like it was specially tailored for me.

I did not like the quality of this dress. The threading was very sharp. The design on the arms was very uncomfortable as it was getting into my skin.

Took two hours to get over my breasts and buttocks. I like wearing them over XXS high waisted biking shorts to get the full intended XXS look. I find it too wide and narrow in the wrong places. Too narrow in the back seat not front and front top not back and too wide in the waist circumference.

However I refuse anything wider unless it’s mandatory and work related. it’ll tear your skin. it’s a very strong fit and I prefer this dress or a bodysuit over the other tops as it’s hard to tell even with the waistline where the top was supposed to end and how far down we should tug at the dress.

believe it or not this dress is a perfect fit. it’s transparent. I lay the fabric everywhere it’s supposed to be intended. as you can see in the first picture, I have a pouch. it’s developed through what’s shoved from my chest, butt and long legs into that area as it is not designed for long legged curvy figures.

I’m not really into muscular distrophy so I try to only wear them while I sleep and then after I get up, ie I try not to walk around in them after not having wore them. when I don’t wear them with a bra, they resemble a big and tall man’s shirt.

I am 145lbs 5’3. ” I got this in an xlarge after reading the reviews. Normally I would wear a small or a medium in dresses, mostly medium, but I did not want this to be overly tight. It fits just as expected! It is still a bodycon so it is still form fitted but I don’t feel like I am suctioned into the dress.

I got it in black and brown. The brown obviously is less forgiving on bumps and lumps. I probably could have even done an xxl but the armpits may have been a little gappy with that and also I wanted the length to be about 3 inches above my knee so I can wear tall boots.

Overall I would say size up two from your normal size but you could also do three sizes especially if you are taller.

This dress is so great! It has a very great feel to it, great quality and is so cute! I especially love the body shaping feature of it as well! Also I am 6’1″ tall, 150 lbs, 29. 5″ waist and have about 39″ hips and size 10 fit great! Thank you Venus! :).

This is a stunning dress. It is very well made, thick material, zipper works well, very creative design. It fits snugly, curve-hugging, and is very comfortable. It is just above the knee on me so it is tasteful.

The bust just fits (I’m 34C). If you are large-busted, you probably can’t wear this one.

The dress style and fabric is beautiful. Unfortunately, the zipper is not. It does not lay flat against my back, rather it bulges in areas and is not a smooth line. What a disappointment. It’s going back.

I absolutley love this dress. It’s so comfortable! I’m 5’2 and wear a 2x. It hits at a very comfortable length above the knee on me. I get so many compliments on it!

I should have known better with this one lol as all larger breast girls should know, stuff like this will NOT look the same on us as it does a woman with either small perky boobs or fake boobs. Buuuut… I thought the strings in the breast area could be tightened together and would offer adequate support.

No. How the dress is pictured is exactly how close you can tighten the strings, it’s meant to have that large gap and cannot be tightened together without looking ridiculous. I’m sure it could be altered by someone with sewing skill, but as is, it’s really more suited for someone with perky B cups.

It fits very nicely everywhere else though! I am 5’1 125lbs with 34Ds, and the small fit great on my body, just no support for my chest and I don’t do strapless or sticky bras.

This dress is gorgeous however, it is also really short. I originally ordered a small and it fit perfect except for my butt was about to fall out after 5 steps. It is also very see through as is anything that is white really.

I purchased again in a medium and the length was much better but it did notice that it was really tight across the shoulders (weird because the small was NOT tight across the shoulders at all). I do have long legs and a lot of junk in the trunk so if you are short or smaller in the butt area then your true size will probably work for you.

I had high hopes for this sweater dress. It is made from a very warm and somewhat stretchy fabric, and it has a unique and eye catching design. But once I tried it on, I knew right away I had to send it back.

It was just way too short on me. I am 5’11” and this dress barely covered my thighs and rear! Needless to say it did not pass the sit test either. It would really only be wearable with leggings, or maybe tights for going out, but even then it would be pushing it.

That was not the kind of dress I was looking for, so back it went. If you are shorter though, maybe 5’6″ or under, this dress might work for you. I must say that I am disappointed that so many of the new sweater dresses Venus is offering for this season are mini length.

This dress is amazingggg! The hunter green color is beautiful and the straps are adjustable. Material is kinda thin but not see through. It doesn’t hide my tummy fat/pooch like some of the reviews say on here, but a simple shaper will fix that.
