If you are a person like I am and have to sleep with a fan on 365 days a year this is the perfect fan for you. I have never seen a fan with so many settings before I am completely amazed. This is a very stylish nice looking fan way better than the box fans or oscillating floor fans or the ones on the stands.

There is very little assembly required. My favorite part is that is comes with a remote control so when I am laying at bed at night and ready to go to sleep I don’t have to get up to turn the fan on.

Also included is the 3v lithium battery for the remote and the instruction manual that tells you the do’s and donts,the assembly of the base and that is all you have to assemble,the features and also the warranty information.

The battery compartment for the remote control can be a little tricky to figure out but all you need to do is face the settings part of the remote control towards you and while pushing the little leaver part to the right while pulling up at the same time and it will open right up.

It did take me a few times to accomplish this but I did finally figure it out. Also it gets very hot and humid here in the summer and we just have one little air conditioner in the window so when you turn the oven on the heat shoots up like 20 degrees so this with the 360 degree turn oscillation it is going to drastically help with the airflow in the kitchen.

I love that it is a space saver and not a big bulky box fan. It stands 38 inches tall and only weighs 9 lbs it has a nice carrying handle on the back so you can do it one handed which is nice because I always have something in both hands when I’m moving room to room.

Awesome fan. I can’t say enough about this fan. It’s sleek stylish and tall. Comes with a remote but you can also manually push buttons on the fan for your personal settings or even better download the remote app it’s fun to be able to use my phone as a remote.

It’s got three fans in it with different blow settings. It swings or rotates back and forth I plan on getting another one soon. I do recommend this fan oh and it’s got a glass base to keep it balanced.

I needed a new tower fan badly as my old one died. I’m so glad I chose this one. It’s very powerful and I am loving the technology this one offers. The remote control is certainly a bonus for me so I don’t have to get up every time I need to make an adjustment.

I have this in my she shed. It cools down the tv area nicely. I like that I don’t have to get up to control the unit. I use the remote control for all its functions. The tall unit takes up less space than other units.

This was bought for camping, but it has been used in so many situations. We bring it on picnics and place it near the table for a nice breeze, and it also discourages flies at the table! We have brought it to the beach and placed it on top of a cooler – sometimes the ocean breeze isn’t enough.

I purchased this fan so that I would have air movement at night should AC power be lost. I used it recently to see how long the batteries would last. but first, I should tell about the batteries used.

Because the fan requires 6 “D” cell batteries, I needed to load it with “AA” to “D” conversion adapters. So in essence, it took 18 L-Ion “AA” batteries (3 for each adapter). The storage capacity of this battery arrangement is a fair amount less than what would be available if good quality alkaline “D” cells were used.

With that said, The fan worked acceptable on high speed all night, about 8 hours. It also was still working after the second night, but at greatly diminished fan speed. Even with a full charge on the batteries, the fan turned about 20% faster when powered by AC.

Still, even with the power limitations I used, I found the fan to be very adequate for my purposes. My test was during an out of town trip. I found that the fan took little space in the car. Sooooo. In addition to being a good emergency fan, I found, as a bonus, that it is a great travel fan as well!.

Great fan for the bedroom because you don’t lose any of the airflow below the bed. It had a mechanical smell out of the box that cleared up after one day of use. When first turning it on, it seemed like it would be too loud, but after leaving it running for a while before bed, the sound went away.

It might have just been the fan and all its parts aligning after being set up. Honestly, it’s too good at its job—I’ve had to pull the thick blanket up a few nights because it was too chilly with the fan on!.

The item advertised is the Lasko 36 inch tower fan with remote control. It is not the similar Lasko model (Model 2505) that is a 36 inch tower fan with remote control AND fresh air ionizer. This error on BJ’s part is causing me to make another trip there to return the item as I expected to get the fresh air ionizer.

Do not be duped. The unit without the fresh air ionizer is a lower cost.

I noticed that this new model has a new function which is Nighttime. I bought the same fan two years ago and I tried to re-order last year but they were sold out. I grabbed this early on before the heat comes.

This fan is perfect. It’s a little more expensive than some of the other fans, but it’s worth it, in my opinion. It’s easy to assemble and it’s super quiet. The wood paneling gives it a very sleek look.

I also like how high it is, especially if you have a higher bed and use this fan at night to keep your room cold.

We actually tried & returned 2 of these units. First unit smelled like burning plastic every time we ran it. Exchanged for a different unit that ended up smelling the same way. Honeywell support was contacted for the smell issue, and their recommendation was to run outside for “up to 8-10 hours to eliminate the smell.

” So we ran the 2nd unit in the garage for 3-4 days and the unit still smelled like burning plastic. The 2nd unit was returned and we ended up getting a TaoTonics tower fan from amazon (that works great and doesn’t smell like it will catch on fire) instead.

My whole adult life I’ve been a white noise sleeper. My tool of choice has always been a box fan, or when I’m away, an app. This new Honeywell Dreamweaver Sleep Fan with Pink Noise comes very close to the best machine I’ve personally experienced with very few complaints.

Pros: -Small size. It’s quite compact and light. It can fit on a bedside table easily. -Powerful fan; optional wind. I set the fan up three feet from the end of my bed and could still feel the wind from it.

It also has a slide-down panel that you can close if you want the noise but not the fan. -USB port. You won’t lose a plug for charging since it has one built in. -Tilt base to put it into whatever position you like.

-Many different settings, including fan strength; auto-timer; icon light dimming (for darker rooms). Cons: -No remote. There is a model of this fan that comes with a remote. It really shouldn’t be offered without it, since it makes using it SO much easier.

-It does not save settings. Every time you turn it on, you have to adjust it to your personal preferences. It would be nice if it just saved it as a favorite. -The touch pad (the control pad for the fan) is extremely sensitive; so much that I’ve often messed up my settings while trying to press a button.

-Cosmetic. It would be nice if the fan were offered in other colors, or even white. Black , for me, is just so generic for appliances.

My daughter loves this fan. She has no need or want for the pink noise ( the sound is a constant hum, it isn’t excessive, just noise all the time, we just didn’t need it for that) but the way this fan is made, I knew it would be perfect for beside her bed.

My daughter overheats very easily. If it’s up to 50 degrees, she’s too hot. With this fan, there is a door to open an area to direct all the air. Such a great sound machine! I got this to replace my 6 year old Dohlm noise machine, which had gotten so clogged up with dust and the track for the ball bearings had broken, and it made a repetitive noise that make it hard to sleep.

I love this machine! I ended up buying a bunch of them to keep at places I stay regularly & a couple of back ups. I’ve been using/needing white noise since I was a teenager and have used the tv static and fan noise for a good 25 years.

I knew there were machines that have white noise etc but they never seem to have much variety of the particular sound I need. After googling recently I discovered this one which has heaps of variations of the white noise i like.

It’s heaven. I am using the deeper more base sounding fan and it blocks out more than ever before. I haven’t heard the garbage trucks come since I bought these. Even the birds outside my window don’t wake me now.

This noise machine is so good. This is the 2nd one I’ve bought. The first one still works but I made the mistake of taking the electrical cord out of the bottom of the machine every time I took it somewhere.

My apologies for the cheesy play on words in this review’s title, but truly. this is the best fan I’ve ever used. Because it’s quite thin and the actual fans themselves are quite small, I honestly didn’t expect much power out of it.

Boy, was I wrong. Even at low or medium, it really gives out quite a decent amount of air and really helped cool the room. I like it’s sleek design— looks so much nicer than your typical fan, and takes up less room too, which is great for my small house.

The remote is a great bonus as well making it really easy to switch out modes and speeds or to make it swivel or not. The downside is that the remote is small, so I’ll inevitably misplace it often, but that’s not a huge deal at all.

I must admit, I didn’t particularly care to use the various settings for a beachy breeze or nighttime, which make the fan alternate speeds but the rest of my family loved it, so that’s definitely a nice feature to those who prefer it.

After doing quite a bit of research on finding the best fan to replace our old one for use in our bedroom, as it doesn’t get cool enough in the summer, I chose this one based on features and reviews.

It says its ultra quiet & people reported it was, but it is not unless you put it on low setting and not oscillating. If you set it on night mode or oscillating, it sounds like a wind storm, where it goes up and down in air flow.

The night mode is confusing, not sure what it actually means as it doesn’t change anything. The lights on the display stays on. To actually turn off the display, you have to hold down the mode button for a few seconds.

I wish I had kept the box to return it, but i guess we will just have to deal with it.

This fan blows pretty strong! Im not sure about it being quiet. but I wouldn’t say it’s loud enough to bother. You can dim the LCD screen which can be bright at night. My favorite feature is that you can control it from your cell phone via an app.

This does come with a remote that can be easily stored up top where the buttons are. The buttons are safely under a push open top to keep those little hands from pressing them. Overall I will say this is a nice fan, does the job well.

My only complaint is that it beeps loud when you press a button, wish we had the option to turn that off.

Reminds me of a Bose speaker. Small, heavy and very high quality sound. 10 fan sounds and 10 white noise with volume adjustable. Found the best sound to cancel out the low pitched industrial droning noise that kept me awake, then reduced the volume to the lowest I needed.

There is such a range of sonic hues that calling it a white noise machine is a disservice: in addition to the 10 white, pink, and brown noise variations, there are two ocean surf sounds and 10 fan sounds.

This means that there is a frequency to match any sound(s) you’re trying to block out. And block it out it will— this thing gets LOUD. Snoring partner? A thing of the past. Noisy street or highway noise? Gone.

This is a great product. It’s lightweight, compact, the sounds that it produces can be really loud and efficient(most of them are like a “wall”, they won’t let anything pass through, except for loud thumping(although I don’t think there is any solution to cover up these kind of noise)).

It also has a large variety of sounds and I think it’s impossible to not find at least one to your liking. The item that I got looks as brand new, without any signs of wear and tear, although it’s an used one.

The power consumption is very low(about 2. 5 Watts at the highest volume). I hope it will last for a while, because I use it with care, I never unplug it(only use the on/off button), I do not fiddle with the cable(which is pretty fragile) and I only turn it on at low/medium volume.

This little machine works perfect, we own a duplex and our tenant gets up for work at 6am. Although she tries to be quiet there is some floor noise. We used to turn on a fan every night but during the winter the accompanying breeze is not always welcome.

We set the Lectro Fan to the sound of our fan and we sleep soundly until we want to get up. On weekends when she doesn’t get up early we listen to ocean waves all night. We love this little gadget!.

I feel like all the reviews that made me buy this fan are fake. It took me a very long time to make up my mind on which fan to buy. The room I sleep and work in, gets super hot despite having A/C in the house.

The fan I had unfortunately broke, it wasn’t the greatest but it was ok. The day it broke I had to do an emergency same day delivery order to get some type of fan. I bought a $30 very small tower fan to hold me over.

Well it works better than this $80 fan. This fan does not do what some of the reviews say, which was that it really helps to cool the room down etc. , my room is not big at all, and I have to move the fan towards my bed at night to feel the air better.

I know it’s not an ac unit and it’s not going to make my room cold, but for $80 it should be way better. The highest setting is not very powerful at all. If you order this fan, keep the box and everything just in case.

I didn’t, now I’m out $80, actually more because now I need to buy another fan, this one will not cut it in this AZ heat. Very disappointed.

I can’t say enough good about this fan. I was impressed upon reading before ordering all the features it has so i ordered it. Aside from my being technically challenged, it was easy to assemble (just the base, no tools required).

But I was extremely happy when I turned it on. i put it on 12 and fan and actually had to drop it to 9, that’s how cool it was. And the fact that it has a 90° oscillation makes it cover almost the whole room.

Oh, and let me not forget QUIET. My husband can hear a pin drop and he usually has to wear earplugs to drown out the sound of the fan. Not anymore. This fan is incredibly quiet even on its highest setting.

The first one sent to me had an issue where it was making a clicking noise if oscillation was turned on. Sheya in the customer support team was very helpful and sent me a new unit for free which works great and doesn’t make the noise.

The fan is not “bladeless” but I also own the Dyson AM07 and this fan is much quieter. I’m a big fan of the nature mode – I just turn it on, the fan randomly ramps up and down, and it feels like a real breeze outside.

Somehow that mode manages to increase the length of time I can be at my desk working without getting fatigued. Definitely worth the price. especially at 1/4 the price of my Dyson fan (which isn’t as good).

Each year another heatwave and another Dyson fan purchase. Over the last few years I have bought three AM06 desk fans. Tired of carrying them from room to room last year I went to buy a fourth but found the circular design AM06 had been discontinued.

Now only the taller and (in my opinion) rather odd looking AM07 was available to kind of replace it, but not really. Frustrated and not wanting to buy a product that was considerably more expensive and in my opinion less attractive and less practical due to its height I made do with the 3 fans I already had.

This year I gave in to the heat and bought the AM07. It arrived quickly and was exactly as I expected. Taller more imposing in the room, aesthetically displeasing and in terms of function barely perceptibly more powerful than the AM06.

I’m trying to understand why the AM06 has been discontinued along with all circular models and I can only imaging that it has been calculated that perhaps a combination of the less efficient packaging size and lower retail price made it less profitable.

Maybe also it was considered that if it was no longer available customers would just buy the larger more expensive models. Dyson products are in my opinion a bit overpriced for their choice of construction materials and build quality.

However their unique functional design and engineering aspects make them the best in category on a number of counts. For this reason I have just knowingly bought a fan that I didn’t really want but I had no better option from Dyson or other manufacturers.

I am proof that in discontinuing the AM06 they can still make a sale, but I certainly won’t be buying another one and if the 06 was still available I’d probably buy one for every room. Therefore my review for the AM07 as the best fan that Dyson offer to full fill the needs of someone wanting an AM06 I give it 3 stars as it not great value for money, its too tall and its a bit funny lookin.

If you want an AM07 and like the look of it and are familiar with Dyson products then I’m sure you will be content with one.

I see a lot of bad reviews on here, which makes 0 sense to anyone who has common sense. This is a fan And it does what a fan should. Blows air at a speed enough to create a cooling sensation, a fan cannot possibly alter the temperature of the air, just because the price is high does mean this product can’t defy physics, most of the bad reviews are from people who don’t understand how the technology behind a fan works, so don’t acknowledge most reviews when it comes to this fan, or most fans around this price point.

So what exactly justifies the high price point? Aesthetics, you’re paying for a modern looking sleek design, that looks great in any household, most tower fans I have seen are ugly. An easy to clean fan, a fan that doesn’t accumulate dust and blow dust at you causing irritation to allergies, and or irritation to your eyes.

however this dust collect dust, just not nearly as much, very low maintenance. You pay for a sustainable fan, that comes with a 2 year guarantee, other fans tend to make irritating noises and or stop working after a while, longevity plays a part in the price point.

Whether this fan is affordable or too expensive is subjective. If you have the money spare and are not spending 50% of your bank balance on a fan, this is affordable, however still top of the range; if you don’t have the spare cash this will be too expensive.

Dont buy top of the range items If your bank balance can’t justify the price. Personal opinion on this item, this is almost silent on speed 1, the noise escalates significantly each time you increase the level <5 are good for noise, higher it becomes pretty loud, nothing abnormal for a tower fan.

The fans performance is great, however that depends on your expectations when paying this price for a fan. The LED that shows the speed of airflow does act like a nightlight, I however prefer this and don’t think its an issue, but if darkness is your thing at night, buy an eye mask, or cover the LED.

Pros: Nothing, a huge disappointment. Ironicallythe table fan they’ve now discontinued wasmore powerful & quieter than this very expensive fan. To end on a positive note – Dyson stuff isnt all bad though – they’re vacuums are totally fantastic & worth the high price! Cons: What you want in a fan is for it to be quiet enough to sleep with & be powerful enough to create big amounts of seriously cold air.

But this Dysin one is extrememly noisy,will keep you awake & has a frustratingly low amount of barely cold air coming out of it. You’ll get far better & quieter cooling from a typical pedestal fan that costs a fraction of the price.

Extremely disappointed – & puzzled why they couldnt produce a quiet & powerful fan!.

I’ve always liked the little Lasko vertical fans. This is my 3rd one. But I’m really not liking the buttons on this one. They are too hard. I always have to hold the fan with one hand while pressing on the buttons with the other.

The other Lasko verticals I have have not-so-sensitive but not-hard-at-all buttons. I could even push them with the other end of my pen, and the fan doesn’t move. But this fan does its job. So I didn’t bother returning it.

Bought this little fan to use in the bedroom of our rv. Love that it oscillates and also has three speeds. The top and bottom can oscillate opposite each other which is a nice featutre. Does a great job for such a small fan.

Runs queitly even on high speed. Wish the lights on the switches weren’t so bright and also it would be nice if it had a sleep timer but great little fan so far. (have only had it 1 week).

Been using this fan for a few months now. At first it stunk but after a few weeks that went away. Reccomend plugging it in next to an open window or outside at first and letting it run for a few hours to get rid of the new smells.

Also it made this very light high pitched sound at first, it was so disappointing because I purchased it mainly for a nice airy noise to help me sleep. I was thankful that after running it for only a few hours the annoying sound went away.

If you have it on a table or some kind of smooth surface you almost always have to use two hands to turn it on cause when you push the button the whole thing will scoot back. The air it puts out is as expected for a fan this size.

This replaced the larger fan that is similar that I’ve had for the past few years when it started making awful noises. Another thing if your only getting this for the light airy sound to sleep then your probably going to use it just on the high setting.

I’m a light sleeper and that’s where stays with me at my bedside.

We use this fan in our bathroom. We live in S. Texas and we don’t have central air so there’s no cool air blowing in the bathroom, that’s why we bought this fan and it works great for creating a breeze in our small bathroom.

It’s relatively quiet and blows a lot of air for its size. We use this fan several times a day, every day. Bought this fan over 5 years ago, maybe 6 or 7 ?, and it’s still going strong. After the first two years of use it didn’t want to turn on unless I helped it by giving the blade a little push.

I took it apart, very easy to do, and oiled the bearings at the ends of the motor with some household machine oil and it worked like new again. Just recently it wouldn’t turn on again and when I checked it out the motor was still spinning freely and the power adapter was still sending power to the fan, but the problem was the on/off switch had failed.

A $2 toggle switch from the hardware store fixed that. If you’re just buying this fan for occasional use it will probably last you a long, long time. We’re really surprised at how long we’ve had this fan because we use it so much.

All the moisture in the bathroom from the shower doesn’t seem to bother it either. I don’t think this fan would do much in a large room, but in a small room, in a tent or as a desk fan it’s more than enough.

Notice there is only one review telling you the battery compartment is difficult to close, hard to align the tiny grooves. This is important because I bought 3 fans, different venders and all 3 do not have a shut off button.

You have to unscrew it to turn it off. If these reviews are truthful why doesn’t anyone mention this big pain??? The two stars are for good wind.

Battery compartment is fairly difficult to open, has tiny Philips head screws on springs. Once I put the six D batteries inside, I was unable to close the compartment door. I tried to operate it without batteries, just using the AC adapter cord but the fan didn’t operate that way.

Returned it.

I bought this fan to drown out the nighttime noise of apartment living. I’ve never been disappointed by the Lasko name and many of the online reviews said this fan was loud, so I bought it and didn’t mind paying a little more because I was desperate to get some sleep and the remote feature was pretty nice too.

I was really surprised at how flimsy the parts were when I took it out of the box. The fan was easy to put together and didn’t require any tools or strength, but there are no real fasteners anywhere so I’m afraid that it may fall apart when I pick it up or move it.

It is indeed very powerful and pretty loud – the whole thing leans back when turned on high. Another important note – the fan base is pretty big (close to 2 feet wide), so it’s like a piece of furniture in my bedroom.

I was tempted to return it, but I’ve slept so well the last few nights that I don’t want to let it go.

Took about 5 minutes to assemble the stand, motor, blade etc. and another 15 and a few choice words to snap the front grill on but it looks good and works fine in my new sunroom. Moves a good amount of air and is barely noticeable at low speed over the tv at normal volume.

A little more but tolerable noise and much more air movement at high speed. No wobble at all sitting on cut pile carpeting. The simple to operate remote is very hand as are the oscillation and adjustable tilt features.

DO BE AWARE that this 18” model is only 53 inches from floor to top of the grill which is about 20 inches in diameter with a base of about 20 inches which some may find makes it look a bit squat. Okay for my location but I may consider the 16” model if I decide to buy another one for a different room.

I’ve had my Dreo Pilot Pro fan for a week now and I really like it. The fan is more on the expensive side, but I love that it’s really quiet (yet still powerful) on the lower speed settings, which is helpful when I’m sleeping.

Even on the higher speed settings, the fan is much quieter than other fans I’ve owned in the past. The fan is also lightweight, making it easy to carry from one room to another when needed. I had to email the Dreo support team about the remote because it was missing from my package, and even though I emailed them after hours, I received a response shortly after.

Quick and helpful customer service goes a long way!.

The amount of sit this fan puts out is great considering it’s relatively small size! Definitely competes with other brands at only a fraction of the price! The unboxing process was nice and setting it up was simple.

The varying fan speeds and rotation modes make it versatile for different situations depending on how cool you want it to be. All in all I would recommend this product.

One of my best buys for the year. I have never owned a tower fan before and now I wonder why I waited so long. It’s both quiet and powerful, I use it in the bedroom while sleeping. I also use it in the living room on the weekends, it sits next to the TV and cools the entire room.

I really need to buy another one.
