This is definitely the best fake tanner I’ve used and I have used many including the higher end ones like coco and eve etc. The smell is light and fades quickly, it’s cruelty free which is a requirement for me and the results are the most natural I’ve ever had, no orange, no streaks.

Like a natural golden tan after a day at the beach, it doesn’t transfer or get sticky and a little goes a long way. I used a buffing mitten to apply and put clothes on 15-20 minutes after. It also made my skin feel so soft.

The Alba Botanica is a sunless tanning lotion. Simply just put some on your plans, rub your hands and start rubbing all over your body avoiding your eyes! You do not need to lay in the sun. Just sit back and watch the magic happen.

This product is not sunscreen and does not protect against the sun. For a darker tone, simply just reapply in 3 to 4 hours. It is non streaking for minks that forms quickly for a natural looking tan.

It may get on your clothes as well. For best results, avoid swimming, bathing and or exercising. It is a cream based lotion, smells really great. I love the results of it & will continue to buy the product.

Nice and light! Super easy to apply too. Very forgiving, and no streaks. It’s not super dark, perfect for getting a nice sun kissed glow, but it is buildable. Also haven’t noticed it rubbing off on clothing!.

This is an improvement on their previous tanning spray. It goes on very nicely, the nozzle has not been clogged or stopped up as often and it smells WAY better. Only drawbacks is that it really does take a while to dry.

Be prepared to wait 10 min for it to completely dry.

If you’re wondering if this is the old-school vanilla/orangy scent of yesteryear, I’m here to tell you IT IS!!! This scent always takes me right back to the days of indoor tanning in the 90’s. While I don’t indoor tan anymore, I still longed for a moisturizer that had this smell to it.

It is not greasy or heavy and it comes in a nice big bottle w/a pump which makes it super easy to dispense. I wish it was sold in store as it can be kind of a bugger to find it in stock online. It came up the other day and while I didn’t need another yet, I sent one to my daughter as a surprise gift!.

My husband and I have used this product for years. We use year round because the moisturizing is great and spell is terrific. No perfume needed after applying this lotion. Many compliments on the scent.

Definitely helps maintain your tan for a long time. Can’t believe this is on clearance. Purchasing 6 now and hoping I can get somewhere else if it is discontinued later.

I received my order quite promptly, I had ordered after shower butter lotion prior to this from another company looks Different in regards to the bottle style. I have yet to use it just yet, Though I have utilized the intensifier the intensifier still figuring it out but I have gotten good results I enjoy the smell and it glides on the skin also so soft after putting it on, Still developing and working with the face self Tanner.

Works on my face and my body. It has a little roller that slides under my skin so nice and I feel like that helps me absorb the color better. I go between versa and Norvell products. If you like this product I would recommend the Norvell one hour moose or if you need to get really dark before vacation or just to get that summer color then I would suggest the norvell blackout which I always tell my friends to do.

Ya’ll, this product really does work and is the absolute best self tanner. You feel so hydrated and fresh after using this. it really locks in moisture. It is gradual, but gives such a natural tan that looks like you have been out in the sun.

It does not look fake or orange at all. It isn’t streaky either. a real natual looking tan. Plus is smells great and almost like you just left the tanning salon. I love it. I get mine from Palm Beach.

Y’all, I am not kidding. This is my absolute favorite product. I used to go to tanning beds when I was younger until I actually saw my skin beginning to age. Unfortunately, I developed some sun damage on my face.

I started using this self-tanner, and it has been amazing! They sell a spray and a lotion, but the lotion is the holy grail of self-tanner. Exfoliate your entire body and then apply this lotion. Wait a few hours and then wash it off.

Reapply every 5 days or so, and you will look bronze and glorious all summer with NO skin damage! The only bad part about this product is that it doesn’t smell great. It’s not streaky and it’s NOTHING like those awful Sally Hansen ones if you’ve had the misfortune to try them.

I used a tanning bed for several years until I started noticing what it was doing to my skin, especially on my chest area. Living in the South we wear summer clothing 8-9 months out of the year so if your not tanned you feel like an outcast.

Last summer I tried the self tanner, Tan Physics which is a great product. I can honestly say that I believe Fake Bake is just as good. It gives you a nice color. It’s a dark lotion so you can see where you are applying it.

It does have a little smell but nothing I can’t handle. I put it on at night after I shower and by morning the smell is gone. I put on an application about twice a week because I tan either at the pool or beach on the weekends.

This lotion enhances my tan. I have been very impressed with this self tanner and will continue to use it. I just purchased my 2nd bottle so that I will have a spare when my 1st has been used up. I am very please with this product.

Honestly, I don’t understand how some people do not like this self tanner. It is THE best color and doesn’t streak for me. People, USE the mitt, do not try and apply this with gloves or bare hands. As long as you shower, exfoliate and apply this to completely dry skin you will not have any issues.

I am olive toned complexion so the color guard works better for me than most. Try a little bit at a time and really learn to buff with the mitt. Overall, I always come back to fake bake. Absolutely love this original lotion and the smell is very bearable compared to other self tanners.

I have this one and the spray version, and I love them both. Believe me when I say I have tried EVERY brand of self tanner out there. drugstore and High end. This one gives you instant color that STAYS and does not smell at all! It is great to put on last minute before going out if you are feeling pale, because unlike the other brands it will not look orange as it develops and will not have an odor.

Between this one and the spray version, I do like the spray better though!.

I’ve purchased many self tanning lotions and this one has worked the best for me. Never turns me orange and the lotion is never a dark hidious green when I open it. Yay!!!

Works well, I was scared at first because of how dark it is but it rubs in good gradually builds up. I like the smell too. Make sure you rub it in as soon as it touches your skin because it stains very fast.

When applying to your face I recommend moisturizing right after to even out the color. I received mine in the fall 2016 Beautycon box.

I’ve been using self tanner for years. In the past, the other Brand’s 1 hour tanner I had used required a lot of technique to look natural without streaks or dark patches. I had to work quickly and used regular lotion to dilute the areas that tan darker like the heel or knee area.

I had to rub in vigorously, allow at least 15 minutes of drying time and wash the hands as quickly as possible. The process was stressful and I usually worked up a sweat doing it. The worst of it was the horrible smell my skin had as it processed the self tanner.

I did this for years and got pretty good at it but finally gave up as I couldn’t handle the smell and the pressure to do everything perfectly for fear of embarrassing splotchy skin. I kept seeing this Jergens and the reviews.

My legs aren’t my best feature now that I’m close to 50Years old so I decided To help the legs out with a tan. I chose Jergens because of the slow, buildable tan. I pleased to report the buildable formula is great.

I was able to apply it without the pressure for perfection because the results were lighter. As long as I didn’t make the same “mistakes” repeatedly my skin developed a natural looking tan. It’s important to exfoliate every shower to prevent dark spots on old skin but that also means the tan comes off and you have to apply after every shower to keep up your color.

The lotion itself has a nice feel and it rubs in smoothly and easily. The smell was similar to the tropical suntan lotions. As for the “firmer” skin claims. hogwash! Not true. Use this as a self tanner and don’t fall for magical claims of firmer skin.

Started using this stuff in fair to medium a week ago today. I live up north in Vermont and during the winter become completely translucent and was tired of looking at pale legs. I ended up getting one of each product at target because there was a sale bogo 25 percent off.

But I have only used this firming lotion the wet skin lotion and the face lotion with sp7 the results certainly pull more orange/yellow on me but I have to say the after picture is alot better than the before.

I am happy with the results for the cost of the products. I will say to avoid the face and neck at all costs unless you don’t wear makeup. Even the face moisturizer looked completely orange uneven and unnatural on me.

So I exfoliated and got rid of the color around my face and neck I’ll just use bronzer to make it look “natural” I would recommend this stuff especially if on a budget. Gets the job done and I like that one or two harsh exfoliating sessions will remove the color in case of a bad turnout.

I’m a big girl so I can’t say that the application process was easy I used the mitt. but I’m sure there are plenty of streaky areas luckily no one will be able to see 🙈. I’d give this stuff 9/10 they need to make a green based formula to even out those yellow/orange tones a bit.

But orange is better than white.

I have very fair skin that doesn’t tan easily; my skin just burns and becomes red in the sun, so I thought this would be the perfect solution. It takes a couple of applications (usually a few days, I apply once a day) to start noticing any color.

It’s not full coverage or heavy so it looks more natural, but it can be streaky and patchy, especially on the back of your legs, knees, and top of your feet. The biggest problem with this lotion is that it colors other surfaces orange.

It stains bed sheets, light colored clothing, towels, and natural nails (nails with no polish on them). It does seem to wash out after a couple of washes, but I wish it was completely transfer-free. I also don’t care for the fragrance, and it can feel greasy.

It’s suppose to smell like coconut oil but personally, I smell buttered popcorn! Overall, this lotion is just okay if you want to color your legs quickly, but it’s not the best product and I don’t think I will be purchasing it again next summer due to all of these negative factors.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this product had so many reviews that threw me off when reading them, that I thought this review might help. First, I want to say that this is an excellent product if you understand what it is and what its purpose is.

This is a body makeup, not a sunless tanner! While it can, and does give a sun kissed glow like a sunless tanner, its uses and properties are vastly different. I got the “fairest†shade and it makes my very light skin look nicely tanned.

It’s not a deep dark tan, but very close to my normal sun-tanned shade. I bought this product because, after multiple pregnancies, I have many unsightly veins on my legs that make me self conscious when my legs are visible.

So let me highlight this product: 1. ) It is a water resistant makeup foundation. It is not totally soap proof so you might see minor steaks after showering, it is not at all difficult to touch up and blend the streaks out.

2. ) It is buildable until you get the coverage you need, or desire. The color does deepen the more layers you put on. I don’t find it necessary to use more than two layers. 3. ) Since it is not a sunless tanner, it dries quickly and does not rub off on clothing once it is dry.

Many reviewers mentioned mixing it with other lotions or lotioning the areas you normally lotion before using sunless tanners (elbows, knees, around feet and ankles, palms). This is not necessary or recommended.

I believe this contributes to the many reviews that complained of it rubbing off. The other lotions disturb the adhesion of the foundation. 4. )The color you achieve after putting it on is the color it will stay.

It does not develop over time like a sunless tanner. This makes it very easy to get flawless even coverage. The coverage I have achieved is not complete coverage, (I don’t believe you could cover a tattoo with it), but it does vastly improve discolorations and unsightly veins.

The improvement is enough that I feel comfortable when my legs are visible. 5. ) While it is marketed to the legs, this can be used beautifully on any area of the body including the face. 6. ) It can be easily exfoliated away when you are finished with it.

7. ) No special care is necessary when using your hands to put it on. It will wash off your hands with soap and water. 8. ) I have received many compliments saying my legs have never looked so good!.

I’ve been using this for years as I don’t tan easily and fake tan never seems to work well on my legs. I find the best way to use it is to spray it onto a fake tan applicator mitt and then rub onto my legs.

If I need a bit more just wait a minute until it’s dried then go over again. I really don’t understand how anyone could not get on with this stuff, it’s wonderful! I’m blonde with fair skin and usually use this medium glow shade (I’ve tried all the shades!) for a nice natural tanned but not overly obvious colour.

It’s absolutely waterproof, been caught in the rain many times with it and it doesn’t budge, and if I stand in the shower and just let water run over it still stays, but comes off easily with a soapy sponge.

I went all round town for some more today and only found one singular can, I do hope it’s not and never will be discontinued. Only gripe I have is that I can’t sleep with it on, fine all day but feels a bit like sleeping with make up on, have to wash it off! Ooh – And we need bigger cans of it, Pleeease!!.

I thought I’d try this product after reading mixed reviews as a friend had recommended it and her legs looked lovely and brown using the medium shade. Unfortunately I don’t know if I had a faulty product as the spray was extremely difficult to press and barely sprayed any product out.

I found the product drying on my hands so fast and trying to put it on my legs took forever with my daughters help too as I thought I must be doing something wrong. The product was everywhere and my sink after washing my hands was not look great and had to be cleaned immediately and thankfully now sparkles again.

All in all the colour looked a bit orangey for my liking, was difficult applying, great care needed or patchy and covered nothing. I have a large blue vein on the back of my leg which it didn’t cover but even the thread views were still visible.

So disappointed, returned to a lovely, understanding Boots assistant who refunded my money. Will sadly not be trying this product again.

The best quality about this product is that I’ve experience minimal transfer onto clothing and the application is wayyyyy quicker than mousse or lotion self tanners. However, in order to get a noticeable tan you either have to really saturate your skin (which kinda wastes the product) or go a shade darker than normal, which is what I’m gonna do for my next purchase.

Unlike other tanners I’ve used, this one doesn’t look like a “stain” if that makes sense. It seems to evenly apply and develop more naturally than the mousse products I’ve used. Mind you, the only other tanners I’ve used are jergens and Hawaiian tropic, both of which are way cheaper, and this product is a mist, so there very well could be other most products with better results.

Especially since this mist has possibly the worst application on hands feet that I’ve ever experienced lol. I’ve learnt to just use a gradual tanning lotion for hands/feet for a better application. Overall, it’s a decent product and fades gracefully relative to cheaper products.

A little pricy for the quantity you get (it has lasted me about a month and a half only applying 1-2 x a week), and the bottle is the dumbest shape ever and you can’t set it down properly when applying it due to the rounded shape.

But it’s super convenient to use and it looks really even/natural, so for that I’d say it’s worth it. Just maybe consider going a shade darker.

Summer is here and I was excited to try the Isle of Paradise self tanning oil mist. I’ve used their tanning drops and mouse in Light as well and have liked the application and results. I’ve been self tanning for over 10 years now and I’m well aware of the do’s and don’ts.

I started by shaking the bottle and spraying it on my legs. Wow, it sprays out a lot of product, more than their self tanning water. Not only does it spray out a lot but because of the oil consistency it starts running super fast so have a mitt close by and ready to blend.

Keep in mind the floor too. I found because so much of the oil misted out a lot of it got on my bathroom floor. Not noticing wear it had fallen because the oil is clear I got so much of it on the bottom of my feet just by moving around trying to get it on.

It was messy. I ended up just spraying it on to my self tanning mitt and then blending it out for an easier application. The formula is nice on the skin and absorbs fast making it easy to layer. The Light shade worked well on my light to light/medium skin tone.

It was not too intense or orangey. Would I recommend it yes and no. The formula is nice and may be great for someone with dry skin (although I would recommend the Isle Of Paradise butter instead) The application is just super messy! It doesn’t make sense to have this formula in a spray bottle.

Don’t even bother spraying it onto your skin and spray it on to a mitt instead (but if you’re doing that just go for the mouse version instead. ).

I had previously tried tanning water from another brand and was disappointed by how smelly and streaky it was. I purchased this product hoping that a tanning oil mist would be different. It sure is! This tanning oil mist gives natural looking color and isn’t streaky as long as you prep your skin and apply it carefully.

Although it has a slight smell, it doesn’t reek like other fake tan products. Here is what I do to ensure an even application: 1. Shower and exfoliate using a sugar scrub. 2. Lightly apply lotion to areas that are dry or tend to crease.

I typically applied to my joints: ankles, knees, elbows, and wrists. 3. Shake the bottle, then spray a few pumps onto a tanning mitt. 4. Blend in using a circular motion. Don’t start on dry patches or on your joints.

5. Don’t forget your hands and feet! Only use the excess product that is left on your mitt. Pro tip: I’ve read a lot of reviews stating that it’s difficult to set the bottle down while applying product because the end is curved.

You can set the cap upside down on a flat surface and easily balance the bottle on top. Problem solved!.

I was disappointed with this AG product. I had used several tanning salon products from this company and had good results. I am fair skin, and this products gave barely any colour after one application.

I showered ( had to because of the self tanner smell ) and reapplied. This then gave me colour, and it’s orange-y. No matter how fast or how much you wash your hands after, your palms will have some orange colour.

Use a mitt if you have one. This lotion also felt clammy for a while and made me itchy. All in all, better than Jergens junk, but not great. I think it would be best used if you already have somewhat of a tan, and want to enhance it.

I have bought this product for years (we are talking 30+ tubes). The new formula pales in comparison to the old formula. The texture is more gel-like, which makes it much harder to spread. It also has much more of orange tone vs the caramel color of the old formula and the smell is much stronger.

Not sure why the formula changed but I really hope it changes back.

It smells so bad and no matter how much you wash it the smell wont go away. Cover it all you want, the smell still comes through. I usually use Australian Gold sunscreen, which smells so good I wear it as perfume, so I thought this would be similar.

My head is throbbing from enduring this products smell for so long. Absolute nightmare.

This stuff is FANTASTIC. I used this for a trip to Disney world because I don’t like to get actual sun damage, but I do like to look a wee bit tan. My skin looked gorgeous – but some notes on use do follow below.

First, exfoliate exfoliate exfoliate. Scrub your a** off. I wish I would have done a better job on and under my chest, as well as on my heels. Make sure to scrub the dry parts of your body like knees and elbows, knuckles and hands really well.

Before you apply, slather your knees and elbows as well as other dry spots like heels with a generous amount of lotion. Let that rest about 10 minutes and don’t rub it off. For best results, use a tanning lotion applicator mitt and rub in circles.

Apply so that you can feel enough lotion to be smoothly applying to your body, but not so much that you can feel your hand slipping around. Rub in as well as you can. Take your time. Patience is key.

Do the larger parts of your body first – legs, arms, and torso – then the smaller parts like face, neck, hands, and feet. YOU WILL NOT SEE ANY COLOR AT ALL. None whatsoever. When this bottle says it takes 2 days for your tan to really appear, it isn’t kidding.

I don’t recommend showering after the first 8 hours at all if you want a really dark tan; just let it go until the next night. When you do wash, make sure you use a scrub or exfoliate lightly on your dry spots and underarms.

However, pretty much immediately (maybe a max of an hour) after applying to your hands and feet, rinse with water and the juice of a lemon on your palms as well as toenails and fingernails using a nail brush.

Trust me when I say you pretty much have to choose between kinda pale fingertips/toes or kinda orange fintertips/toes and the kinda pale ones are way less noticeable. The scent of this stuff is classic self-tanner, to me it’s no more no less gross than the others.

I will say: apply this no more than 2 days before you want to use it, because especially if you’ll be sweating or if your clothes rub you (like my bra did on my underbust area), I do think it only lasts about 3 days.

However, it’s still deserving of a great rating because it’s not at all orange and looks genuinely like a real tan. I did apply lightly and following all the tips above, so I think my results were particularly good as well.

Super duper recommend this stuff for anyone looking for a natural, golden tan without all the sun damage! Not super long lasting but it does work great, look gorgeous, and resemble genuine sun-kissed skin.

I am familiar with a wide variety of sunless tanning products available. I like lotion-style self-tanning products because I find them to be less sticky and easier to apply. I apply them regularly and am familiar with various methods of application.

I would consider myself good at putting the products on. The Bronze Tan self-tanning lotion is easy to work with and has produced noticeable results. I used my hands for the application so that I can have more precision.

The lotion does have a nice smell on application but ends up with a slight self-tanner smell after time passes. Proper skin preparation and even application are very important with this lotion as it will streak or it lays heavy in areas that were covered more than others.

I thought that I applied it evenly everywhere. However, on the inside of my forearm, I had heavy streaking. I also had streaks around my ankles and feet. My skin changed 3 shades darker. It had a slightly orange hue that did not look natural in sunlight.

The tan lasted for five days as described. I then used the shower technique with this lotion (put it on after the shower still wet/damp) I tried this cream directly after a shower without drying off and I had better results.

I did not get as tan but the color was pretty and natural. I did not have streaks as I did before. I will continue to use this lotion dry and update with use.

I have tried several different self tanning lotions in the past and I always ended up with streaks, hands that looked like I used a self tanner, I smelled like I used a self tanner or the tanner just didn’t look natural.

I have finally found the best self tanner out there–all my problems have been solved! I was a little skeptical when I first went to try this–it just looks like lotion–I used it on my face, arms and legs.

I didn’t use a mitt to apply it, just used my hands. After applying I waited 10 minutes for it to dry and then I put on a WHITE t-shirt, I was a little nervous, but had no stains on my shirt. I didn’t really pay attention to how my tan looked until later that night and was so surprised because it just looked so natural.

I didn’t have any streaks or lines, everything just looked so natural. In fact, people are like, you are so tan–did you just go on vacation! This tanner smells pretty good, just has a slight undertone of the tanning smell.

You don’t need a lot to get some good color. Also, the tanner doesn’t flake off or look weird–I plan on applying this weekly, just to keep my color up. Overall, I am very impressed with this lotion and plan on buying more and using it a lot!!.

I am an avid bondi sands shopper and I have loved their other self-tanning products in the past! Specifically the Self Tanning Foam in dark and the PURE gradual self tanning lotion. Sadly this product does not do it for me at all.

After a weeks of use I started noticing this horrible discoloration happening on my skin / these patches of tan break up. It was as if the self-tanner was separating on my skin and making it look extremely patchy and uneven (and yes I take all of the exfoliating, moisturizing, etc steps).

This has never happened to me and I am not sure if it is because this is the Ultra Dark formula or if it is just this product itself. I am very upset and sadly will not be using this product any longer.

Best results I’ve had from a self tanner. I’ve always hated the foam versions because they’re extremely sticky & you have to sit like still otherwise it’ll streak. This product is cream based so it’s very minimally sticky, smells nice, and easy to apply.

I exfoliated then applied once out of the shower, then a second later 30 min after as suggested on directions. Went to bed and woke up with the PERFECT tan. Get the ultra dark version. I didn’t use gloves as suggested, and woke up with very black hands but it washed away easily with a little scrubbing in the shower.

I have used Bondi Sands light to medium tanning lotion for the first time this year. I am allergic to uv A and uv B rays and have been diagnosed with PMLE- or Polymorphic Light Eruption and I break out in hives mainly across the back of my neck and upper arms as soon as the sun and uv hits me.

I’ve decided to use this lotion to give my skin a darker pigment to try to block the sun and uv from touching my skin. So far it seems to be working for me and I only have a light rash this time around.

I’m extremely happy with this lotion as it’s the first lotion I’ve found that doesn’t make me itchy on top of my allergy which I sometimes get when I break out with my allergy. So far so good and I am one happy lady.

Gross. If you’re looking for a self tanner than this product is for you. If you have pale skin this product in NOT for you. I’m naturally tanned and bought as a “tan extender” because I’m starting to do some indoor tanning.

This lotion straight up turned my hands and body a horrible oompa loopma streaky orange. WASH YOUR HANDS 10X AFTER APPLICATION. I washed and they still stained!I thought the smell was horrible too. Wasn’t for me, might be everything someone else is looking for.

The scent is really bad and very strong. The very first time I used this, my friend told me I smell like spray tan the moment I saw her. The outcome is not worth the smell. I’m disappointed because I had high hopes for this product based on some good reviews.

So I must start out by saying that the COOLA Organic Sunless Tan Anti-Aging Daily Moisturizer is absolutely amazing. With spring and summer coming quick, my pasty pale skin needs a summer glow pick-me-up and this moisturizer does it all for me.

The jar packaging has some weight to it and comes with a metal applicator, which makes this product seen expensive and high quality. I have a very elaborate skincare routine for morning and night and anti-aging ingredients are very important to me.

I always carefully examine the ingredient list and this one is excellent. The squalane and hyaluronic acid help increase skin’s moisture level, which will help reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles AND helps to keep your new glow from fading quickly! And I love that green tea extract us included because it is an antioxidant that helps to mitigate cell damage from spending more in the sun.

The scent is a subtle tropical smell that reminds me of suntan lotion. Honestly, it’s addicting! I love it! After exfoliating, I apply this to my face and neck and chest. It’s a lightweight consistency that absorbs effortlessly and completely.

It also layer well with other products without causing weird pilling or rolling goo balls after applying makeup. I must say, I don’t even need to wear concealer, foundation, or bronzer when I am using this regularly.

My skin looks like I have a natural tan, not like I’m piling on bronzer or spending way too much time in the sun! It’s a natural, non-orange tan. Depending on how often I use it, my tan is more than subtle but less than a spray tan session.

I like that I have control over the level of color. It’s also streak free and has an even fade. I will be using COOLA’s Organic Sunless Tan Anti-Aging Daily Moisturizer year round to achieve and maintain a natural, healthy tan without having to increase my chances of skin cancer and deal with accelerated signs of aging.

I LOVE the consistency of Coola Sunless Tan moisturizer. In the winter, you can use it twice daily. I’m not a piña colada fan, but the scent was barely there. I received a full size sample for this review – and as a sistah with brown skin, I was skeptical.

It immediately hydrated my skin and gave me a smoother texture in 2 days. By the 4th day my complexion was more radiant and youthful. This formula activated my apricot undertone and gave me a subtle glow that required less makeup.

My complexion got browner and more vivid, but not much darker. I actually like both colors. Thanks for including me in this trial. Yes, I recommend this daily moisturizer for all complexions, especially in the winter.

I’m using mine year round. I also like the cucumber classic facial SPF cream and both peach blossom body sunscreens. Stay hydrated!.

I do not have tanning face moisturizer as a part of my beauty arsenal because I am incredibly sensitive to most products, break out into a rash or worse when I do try née products & I live in Hawai’i so self tanners are low priority in general.

I can honestly say that this product completely changed my mind! The quality, light feel, quickly soaked into my sin leaving it smooth & clean looking. & TAN! I am amazed at the glow my face has after 2 days of application.

The smell is different at first but actually enhances the whole vibe because I immediately associate the peachy fruity smell with a happy bronzed face! I’m a new super fan of COOLA products & would like to add that the size & amount of product u get is very substantial & generous, allowing to use it on regular basis to achieve my desired look without skimping or running out! I love this self tanner! The scent is coconuty but fades. This is the first self tanner that doesn’t have that yucky smell! Also I’m very pale and this gradually builds and looks natural without turning orange.

And no rinsing! I put it on after my shower (and even after shaving with no irritation), then by the time I’m ready, it’s dry enough to get dressed. It’s actually a very nice moisturizer at the same time! This is definitely the best I’ve tried and I’ve tried a lot!.

I have used many self tanning lotions and this one is by far the best! It doesn’t have the stinky smell that most self tanners do and it gives a perfect, real sun-kissed looking tan. When I first used it I was surprised by the lotion being black however it easily absorbs into skin and the color makes it easy to see where you have applied and where you didn’t.

I typically apply after showering once a week before bed and by the morning I have a beautiful tan. Just make sure you rub it in completely and allow it to dry before getting dressed.

It gives real looking tan, like as if I would have went tanning for a few weeks. Or been outside. Long lasting. Con is that it takes 30 min to not be sticky. Self tanner smell is the least smelly than I have used for a while.

Con is that really stains your hands so use good scrub to clean them after applications.

I used to use this daily before there were a million other brands that created similar self tan products. And I will choose any of the other new brands of Jergens now. Using this daily, it would only give my skin a very light shade darker.

Not even noticeable at all. And I was very fair skinned. The positives of the product: with food circular motion application, I never had streaks. As with any self tan, you have to be careful around elbows, knees, hands and feet.

Best advice for those areas is too use a less dense foundation makeup brush and lightly blend the lotion into those areas using the brush. This also never made me orange so that’s a plus! And it doesn’t leave that gross self tanner smell either.

Maybe this could work for someone that wants a very light glow, but for me I want something that is actually going to make me a couple shades more tan.

SMELLS SO LUXURIOUS! Simply put, its hydrating lotion. The difference is that it claims to lack certain ingredients that most lotions have, which strip away the self tanner. It doesn’t tan, just keeps skin moisturized.

I bought it precisely for that reason. I need a good moisturizer during the winter. And the scent!!! Love it.

First, I want to say that most of the reviews do not understand what this product is for. This is my absolute favorite daily moisturizer after applying a self tanner. I am very fair skin, and have been self-tanning for 20 years.

the key to extending the life of a self tanner is to moisturize with a non oil lotion. Those that are truly water-based that contain absolutely no oils are hard to find, and are usually too thick for me.

I do not apply this lotion anywhere before I self tan. I apply it as a daily moisturizer afterward. It really does extend the life of my self tanner and keeps my skin really soft with absolutely no greasy feeling whatsoever.

Love the smell, and it dries super quick. I use it also as the moisturizer to mix with the self-tan drops. I’ve used different brands of the self-tan drops with this moisturizer and it works great. I rarely write reviews, and this is definitely the longest one I’ve ever written.

I just wanted to try to offer some help especially to those who spend a whole lot of time and have felt a lot of frustration over the years with self-tanning products.

For anyone thats looking for a lotion to use that isn’t gonna interfere with their tan, buy this. I hate greasy lotions and this one is sooo light, sets instantly, and it smells amazing, like a day at the beach.

You could use this to moisturize dry areas before applying tanner or use it to keep the skin hydrated after, it definitely feels like there’s no oils or anything heavy in it. I use it on my hands after washing them too for some hydration without the grease.

Australian tan extender lotion in vanilla and pineapple is extremely thick. Three to four hours after sun exposure, bath and apply liberally. This lotion smells wonderful yet not too strong. It lasts after being absorbed into damp skin for 24 hours, your tan will look great, feel better and you will receive many compliments.

The only issue I found is with the pump itself. I phoned Australian Gold for pump replacements as I bought two different scents in this lotion. This is my reason for giving it 4 stars. However, it’s worth $15.

00 for a large bottle and I will buy more. It’s wonderful. I recommend this product made by Australian Gold.

I am in l o v e love with this product! I was having severe issues with dry skin after tanning. I’m talking severe I was itching and I was getting to the point where I thought I was going to have to stop tanning unfortunately cuz it was not working well with my eczema.

then have Nation came along. not only is an extender to prolong your tan and that is sunless as well as tanning bed. But the moisture that you get from this product will make your skin feel as if it drank a big bottle of water.

Amazing. And don’t get me started on how good it smells. I love love love this Hemp Nation lotion by Australian Gold! It’s so moisturizing and smells awesome! Sugar Plum Cookie as pictured is hard to find unless it is close to Christmas. It reminds me of sugar cookies and cupcakes! If you haven’t already try this!.

Ok really love the smell! It also feels cool on contact. I’ve used on my ashy legs and it works wonders. Not the sticky type of moisturizing you’d find in lotion. The only downside to this is spraying applicator leaks with almost every 2 spays.

The color of the liquid is not clear so don’t let it leak on whites. But other than that I love the product!.

Smells really nice. I tested it right away, felt refreshing and light. Put in the fridge as it was suggested for an extra cooling boost. Went to use it a second time a couple hours later. The sprayer/pump already stopped working.

Incredibly frustrating. Forced to buy another pray bottle to use it.

I am so happy I added the Hydrating Spray to my order! It feels so silky! It is so important to keep your skin hydrated, especially when tanning and most people just miss that step! I love this spray! I use it after spending a day in the sun or after stepping out of the tanning bed.

I have even just put it on after a shower!! It is so refreshing!.

I love this gradual tanner. The color shows up after one application I put in on every day after putting a regular lotion on my dry areas. This smells SO GOOD. Best gradual tanner smell, color is bronze not orange, and the color shows up very quickly.

I use it alone for a subtle glow or over a once a week tan. It prolongs a tan beautifully or builds up a beautiful color on its own. I have gotten so many compliments. My favorite tanning product yet seriously.

Smells really good going on, but still has that after tan scent a few hours later. A nice thick cream that went on well and dried down fast. Didn’t feel sticky or tacky at all and my skin felt moisturized.

Also I didn’t have any skin reactions like I typically do with other self/gradual tanners/lotions. 1st day of use I didn’t see much of a difference, but then again it is a gradual tanner. Then on the morning after my 2nd day application I noticed the color.

Unfortunately it ended up a funky yellow-y orange tint and streaky on me, when it sure felt like I applied it in even layers and really rubbed it in. Sadly I won’t be using this anymore and with only two uses, the bottle is still full.

No matter how good this product may be for moisturising and giving a ‘golden glow’ for me after just one application, it’s unusable. The smell of the cream is really choking, pungent and unpleasant, reminiscent of early fake tan products from decades ago.

Worse, the odour doesn’t fade either, hours after applying it I can still smell it. Very disappointing.
