This is a short term review as I’ve only had a few rides, but these pedals are excellent. I thought I’d try switching over to flats for a while after 20+ years of riding with clipless. When combined with FiveTen Freeride shoes the grip is amazing and I’m enjoying the ability to change my foot position on the pedals when climbing or descending.

Outstanding quality with a large platform that’s perfectly concave. I also have some V12s on my DJ bike and they’re great, but these are definitely worth the extra coin. I bought an orange set and added some blue pins for some bling!.

After doing my homework online and with bike mags, it became clear that these pedals were consistently on the top of every list and for good reason. The build quality is quite amazing upon initial inspection, on par with the very best brands.

The bearings were buttery smooth from day one. The grip from the pins is amazing with my pair of 5. 10 shoes. The size of these pedals are massive. I’m a big guy with size 12 feet that are 4e with and I feel perfectly planted on these pedals.

These inspire confidence and rival the grip of clipped in pedals with 5. 10 shoes, but without the negative sides. I highly recommend these guys. best flats in the business! P. S. the spike are not for the faint of heart.

You must have mountain bike specific shoes to use these. otherwise you risk slipping off and severely damaging your lower legs.

VooDoo Tactical has stepped up their game over the last few years and offer fantastic tactical products. I recently purchased the mini mojo load out bag and love it due to having a lot of success with there rifle bags.

I keep it in my vehicle as a very large emergency preparedness kit. It offers a lot of internal space as well as external pockets ranging from large, medium and small giving me the ability to organize essential gear depending on the size.

I believe there is over 11 utility compartments. I would compare it to a very large multiday trekking backpack but with much thicker material and very beefy zippers. I have over 80lbs of gear stuffed in my mini mojo and it even has the option to carry it backpack style with some well padded shoulder straps.

These straps can also be hidden in the very bottom compartment. One side of the bag features Molle webbing. I have attached a holster, 3 rifle mag pouches, and a med kit on the outside with ample room for more Molle attachments.

I am very happy with this product and expect it to hold up for years to come. The large amount of gear I can carry in it can keep me going for days if not weeks with shelter, food, water and some very essential survival gear.

I chose this bag over the larger Mojo Load Out Bag due to the space Ihave in my Jeep Wrangler. This gives me ample room for other equipment. GREAT BAG! VooDoo I think has the market cornered when you factor in quality, price and usability.

I needed a larger bag for personal camping gear. This bag was exactly as described. Plenty of outer pockets for items I would need right away and a large roomy inner area for those items that don’t come out until the camp is set up.

Was a little heavier than I thought, but so ‘s the gear. Only con for me is, it is not waterproofed – but that is something I can fix. Good bag for a good price.

Overall: Man is trying to find the Thump 12s from like six years ago and got discontinued. The reason why because it came with 4 knobs. Master Volume will keep it 9’o clock, Lows at 9’o clock and Miss/High 12’o clock.

Miss those speakers. Then was looking into the new ThumpBST 12/15 do to the fact the it had a better made APP than JBL. More research came up with DRM, then research with SRM Louspeakers, man let tell you when comparing them to other speakers to JBL, QSC & etc, the SRM212/215 V-CLASS sound quality, clarity, pitch, voice etc, was still there like when your still in truck/car riding loud music inside.

Definitely will be getting my 2nd SRM215 V-CLASS from zZounds.

The price plus the capabilities can’t be beat! Not to say you should prepare for worst case scenarios but the blue tooth capabilities is clutch. I found out I have an issue with audio drop out with one of my older max book pros and the Pioneer S9.

It’s just part of the game, equipment being phased out. So, I had an audio drop out and I HAD to use the Bluetooth until I could reboot computer and restart mixer. The Bluetooth was just as clear. Easy to control from the SRM-Control app.

Saved me from an awkward situation. Was able to MC my way through the issue, while being saved by the Blue tooth capabilities and the app. Well done!.

Based on sound alone these are well worth the price. Crisp, clean highs. clear, pleasant mids. lows have plenty of tone and move some air. Very little EQ tweaking needed. Don’t let their small size and light weight fool you.

these are LOUD, and pack plenty of low end punch. Wide dispersion of sound and plenty of throw. These may be the last PA speakers I ever have to buy. There are lots of other bells and whistles some may find useful, such as Bluetooth (I’d always hard wire them anyway just to be safe), several EQ presets and a 3 band graphic (I’d always opt for the 31 band stereo graphic EQ in my digital console).

The top handle isn’t very comfortable, but that’s hardly a deal breaker. I’d read online that they scuff easily, so I suppose you’ll want to cover them during transport. The speaker’s overall dimensions are a little larger than standard for speakers in this class, so they may not fit well inside a generic gig bag or cover.

Naturally Mackie sells both that are a perfect fit. Bottom line: Loud and clear, full range, wide dispersion, light weight, easy to set up and break down. You won’t be disappointed.

Alesis Nitro Mesh 8 Piece Drum Kit Bought this on a members sale as it had the most to offer in the price range. Instruction for set-up were mostly trying to interpret the pictures. I reversed the left hand bar socket with the snare one to get a bit more height on the snare.

Snare is now at 25″ and my throne at a comfortable 23″. Realized right away that I should have bought the 10 piece expanded kit that gives an extra cymbal with choke and a 2 zone tom. Easy add-on that went on sale one week later so I got that as well for Father’s Day.

Sets up to make a pretty small footprint with a great variety of kits and sounds. Once I started editing sensitivity, echo, eq and sounds I got several very realistic and playable kits. Haven’t even played with the midi capabilities yet.

Nice to have a kit with a volume control for when the grand-daughter comes over to play. I run mine through a Kustom PA50 powered speaker which is plenty loud for the living room. It won’t replace your acoustic drums but great for practice and studio.

This kit gets great reviews for the most part and I was quite disappointed to find what I actually got. Guitar Center where I purchased it did not have any floor models set up so I just bought it to give it a try, since it could be returned within 14 days, although there was a “15% restocking fee(about $57.

)” The drums themselves are quite small and nothing at all like an acoustic drum kit in placement or radius so for anyone over 5′ 5″ this is a difficult kit to be scrunched up behind. I’m 6′ 1″ and can say a teenager or other beginner of smaller stature is who this would be best suited for.

Onto the sounds themselves, out of about 40 different kit options most are quite cheesy and primitive in technological advancement, I’m thinking 1991 is a generous time frame for their level of real drum-mimicking sound quality.

I did find a couple of electro/industrial type sounds I liked. Next, the volume through headphones is quite limited. I listen to music on my earbuds at a louder volume than this is capable of! Next, the rims of the snare and toms are so deep and protruding that they’re nearly impossibly not to hit when you’re working with such tiny drums.

All this aside, I would have kept this kit as a practice tool in my apartment for when I can’t get to the rehearsal space as often as I like if it weren’t for it DISPRUPTING AND AGGRAVATING MY NEIGHBORS!?! Now keep in mind I only used it through headphones so no amplification was involved.

Even so, the sheer impact of the kick drum getting the rubber kick pad apparently “shook the pictures” of the walls of a neighbor in my building not even directly under or next to me!! I got two complaints from two different neighbors in one week, saying it sounded like I was pounding on the floor.

Keep in mind, they can’t hear the other drums so it doesn’t even sound like beats, just annoying home improvement but daily and erratic. I tried reinforcing the kick pedal, adding another layer of carpet under it – nothing helped.

I bought one of these for my father-in-law for Christmas and it was the perfect gift for him. He’s always wanted to learn drums and for the price I paid it’s good value. I have a Roland TD10k set with a few upgrades I made over the past 7 years, such as all mesh 2-zone heads and a TD-25 module.

This is not that. Let’s get that straight: It doesn’t match Roland in any tangible way. The Roland is highly customizable, with every aspect of the kit able to be dialed-in to get the optimal experience.

This is more “you get what you get” in sound and features. It has a stable of presets, which can be somewhat dialed-in but you’re not adjusting zone area/sensitivity, it’s pretty much velocity and amount of reverb.

The listening experience is iffy. My father-in-law tried his Bose QC30s which were barely audible with barely any kick, the snare and toms sounded distant and the cymbals were present but distorted. Yuck in my ears.

Swapping them out for my Sony MDR-7506 changed the game, with a much more natural sounding experience. Switching to my Slate VSX was an even more satisfying e-kit monitoring experience, with punchy bass, full toms and a cracking snare.

Playing this kit through a drum monitor is ok, but it really was at optimum when played over my PA system with two 12″ full range and an 18″ sub. I realize not everybody has this but once you try it it’s hard to go back.

Jamming along to practice tracks through an IPad was a lot clearer this was than through the kit’s AUX patch. The module includes its own practice tracks which is useful if you don’t have a phone/iPad/computer or still live in 1997.

The kit is smaller than the Roland, especially it’s height. I’m 6’2″ and couldn’t REALLY adjust it tall or wide enough for my comfort. My father-in-law is 5’9″ and it’s suitable to him. It’s durable enough, the mesh heads will last forever, I know that.

The frame is solid and sturdy enough but only just. A good practice kit for people looking to keep their chops on a budget.

I have been using DMR pedals on every bike I have owned since about 1996. V8’s V12’s V12 MAGs etc For me there is no substitute, I recently rode down a pretty bumpy track and these pedals kept me locked to the bike like I was clipped in.

This brand’s pedals never cease to amaze me. That is the only cautionary tale form those who use DMR pedals – be aware that all that grippy goodness can do some damage if it connects with the wrong thing.

like a shin for example. However you can use this to your advantage when testing other brand’s pedals. If, when hitting them against your shin – the pedal doesn’t stick into your flesh like a DMR then don’t even bother with it.

For this purchase – as with all the previous times, I am super satisfied with this product. I can not recommend them enough.

Disappointed with these. I bought a pair to replace an old pair of v8’s that have lasted me 10 years. The RH pedal hasn’t even lasted 10 k of pootling. The pedal shifted loosely along the spigot during a ride and started locking up.

Ball bearings were visible through a small gap on the crank end of the pedal and a section of a rubber o ring or something sticking out. Popped the cap off on the other end to have a look inside and there was a loose ballbearing hanging out next to the lock nut presumably causing the unit to intermittently lock up.

The old pair stood up to a load of abuse and despite being a bit rough sounding and not having a lot of paint left on them are still functional. I ‘ll still need a replacement but they’re out of stock with Rutland Cycling Will be contacting them as soon as the bank holiday is over and hopefully resolving the issue.

I now have two pairs of these pedals, one on my gravel bike and other on my MTB. Great grip for both styles of riding. Nice colours (I have green and purple). Perfect price point. I have another set of metal pedals (Chromag) that are three times the price, and performance of these DMR composite pedals is pretty decent by comparison.

Yeti Go Box can be used for anything you wish. For example you can use it for: Tackle Box, Picnic Basket, Camera Storage. The lid has 2 padlock slots to lock it. There is a Caddy inside to hold items.

This tray has 3 separate compartments, a Large one and Two smaller ones, The smaller one will fit the Yeti 10oz Lowball and the 12oz Colster. Inside the lid it has an organizer. A large zippered compartment and two smaller zippered compartment.

The large will fit the divider that comes inside, that you can use to separate the Box Into two separate compartments. The divider can be used as a Cutting Board. The box itself has tie-down slots in the main body of the box, plus the lid has em as well.

You can tie-down the box with the lid or with out the lid, tied down. It has built in handles on side of the box. This box is Waterproof, Dustproof and Will Float. All in all, it is a terrific purchase,a little pricey, but I believe will last a lifetime.

This Box is virtually indestructible. Two Thumbs Up.

We purchased this box to put our camp kitchen items in while overlanding. No one had one in person so I emailed YETI CS for internal dimensions to make sure everything would fit. When the item arrived, the dimensions were smaller than what I was given and the items did not fit.

Fortunately, we were able to find another use for the Box, as a dry goods pantry, and in that it is working quite well. Of course, looks cool next to our YETI cooler. Quality is good, seems very durable.

The latches are difficult for my wife and son to close and you have to give them a hard push. We subjected the box to rain, hail and a lot of fine dust over a few weeks of travel. Nothing made it’s way into the box.

The organization inside is really nice and helpful to keep things sorted. I removed a star because of my very negative experience of buying/dealing with YETI CS. I will not purchase directly from YETI again and would recommend buying from REI or DSG is you are able.

The GoBox, I would recommend this item if you are looking for something like it. We ended up buying a high-end aluminum case for our camp kitchen. That works much better as it has more usable space, but no organization at all inside.

Great box for gear. Use as gearbox in patrol vehicle for about 10 months (hard use)and has held up to the task. Battering ram fell on it once and did not break. Pockets on lid are great. Depth is just right for spray bottles and such.

Compartment divider and gray are very useful. Strap slot things are useful when needing to tie other gear to it and rubber feet actually don’t slide. Highly recommended. Makes switching between patrol vehicles much easier.

Absolutely love these grips. Doesn’t matter how hot, cold, dry or wet it is these things will have you feeling very confident whilst not burning out from grip fatigue over the longer sessions. The screws tend to be pretty soft on most bolt-on grip brands and these are no different.

Tighten them little by little checking the grip regularly and don’t go nuts on the pressure and you will be fine. Using carbon grip products works wonders whether you are using carbon bars or alloy, so highly recommend picking some up on these low nm parts.

wasn ́t the first pair of DMR DeathGrips I used. I tend to use the flangeless version to be able to combine it more easily with shifters. I also tend to use the thick version (personal preference) for comfort reasons.

This time I went for the red colorway, but as well ordered another pair for contrast (“Miami”) so I ended up not using the red ones on my build but I´m sure I will use them on another one sine the comfort is exceptional and look is stunningly cool.

I can absolutely recommend these grips.

I liked these grips so much I bought another pair. I have big hands and these are nice and wide. There’s also a nice waffle pattern where your fingertips go and the thumb area is ribbed and the whole thing just has a nice tactile feeling.

I’m only using these on a “regular” mountain bike not a full on racing bike. Also note these are covered on the ends so you can’t add bar ends.

I use DMR V12 Mags myself. I just bought an MTB for my 11 year old daughter which came with V12’s. I thought that the metal pins of the V12’s might be a hazard for her shins and I’d get in trouble if I damaged the kid.

So I bought the V6’s as I expected the nylon to be softer. But it is actually very hard. At least it will be easier and more feasible for me to round off the ends of the pins on the V6’s. Very impressed with the quality and overall feel.

I’d have no hesitation using these myself, these aren’t a ‘cheap plastic’ pedal.

Bought these as I have the better quality alloy pair which are good. But these are terrible quality – bearing WAY TOO TIGHT. If you have a decent crank stay well clear of these, they may strip your threads! Buy again: NEVER ever ever.

The only way I could loosen the bearings was to hammer the spindle HARD (not good for the balls, but hay hoooo). No you can not just take off the cap and loosen the nut as there is no nut under the cap.

CRAP PEDALS, avoid.

The guys at biketart generously gave me a set of these for free when purchasing a new bike. The customer service was second to none, and delivery was incredibly fast too. As for the pedals, they’re perfectly adequate, from a named brand and a lot better than expected when being sent a free pair of pedals.

If you’re on a tight budget, definitely give these a try.

Panasonic has been making these DVD Recorder / VCR Combo’s for several years, however the best units were those made in 2005 and 2006 for one reason: They have the ability to store phrases. Phrases are names you can assign to programs that you record frequently.

So when entering a description you can recall a saved phrase (up to 20) and enter the title of the show, then append a date or anything else you’d like. The newer units don’t have this feature any more (too bad).

This unit does not have Digital Tuner, but if you have cable you probably don’t need a digital tuner. About the only thing that would make this unit better would be to have included Commercial Advance (skip) and a true SVHS record mode for the VHS, but my purchase was mainly for DVD recordings and the all important Save/Recall Phrase list.

Note: If you are using this unit to copy your old VHS tapes to DVD and run into problems you can insert a Time Base Corrector between the VHS out & DVD in that will replace the corrupt timing signals with new ones on a frame by frame basis.

The DMR-ES46 thought I had commercial (home made) tapes and said they were copy protected, which they were not (they were just old made mostly in the late 80’s – early 90’s). The TBC fixed all my problems.

While I was at it, I bought a used A/V processor to clean up the color before making the final DVD.

Per the many reviews out there on this unit, it does have some shortcomings,such as high DVD reader failure and hard to follow owners manual, but the positives far outweigh the negatives. I have had 5 of the ES46s, 1 DMR-EZ48, 1 DMR-ES35, and 1 DMR-ES40.

At least 2 of the ES46s, the ES40, and the EZ48 have all failed with the “NO READ” error which is impractical to repair. Again, there are many positives in this unit. I have 2 of them hooked up so I can record both TV1 and TV2 (only 1 Dish VIP222K receiver)at the same time.

The first one in the main entertainment center, allows me to route a DVD Player, a ROKU box, the TV1 and TV2 outputs, and an audio receiver through it to a main TV and 5 other remote TVs. Using remote extenders, it enables me to watch TV1 or TV2, the ROKU, and the DVD player at all 6 TVs and record from both TV1 and TV2 outputs.

The second DMR-ES46 is hooked up in a 2nd entertainment center to record/play programs from TV2. I’m sure these features are the reason why even good used ones are expensive and hard to find.

Versatile and dependable VHS/DVD combo unit. Great for playing those old family VHS tapes and selections from the collection. These Panasonic’s are built like a tank and wear like it, too – not like the more recent plasticky units.

So, like everything Yeti, it’s a great product, pricey, but several steps above most all other items in their category. This is no exception. I bought it because I wanted something to brine my turkey in that would keep it cold, not leak and I could put in my fridge.

This bucket was not cheap, I paid $40 for it and then another $30 for the lid. I do think having to spend additional money for a lid, especially $30, is a reach, the bucket for $40 should come with some kind of lid and if you want to upgrade, fine, spend the money.

But, anyway, I bit the bullet and spent $70 for a bucket and lid. It did everything I needed it to do. I was able to brine a 22lb. bird in it, kept it cold, the lid has a small vent, so everything went as planned.

I had to take a shelf out of the fridge because this bucket is taller than most but that is the reason I was interested in it because of the size of the bird I needed to brine. It is a quality bucket, as buckets go.

I don’t see myself using it for much actually, I bought it for this purpose and the reviews said it was food safe so it will be there the next time I need to brine something. I’m not a fisherman or hunter but I could see how this would be good for those kinds of activities.

I do camp periodically so we will probably bring it along when we do that, I am sure we will find uses for it. I still rated it 5 stars regardless of how I felt about the price but if you are going to buy Yeti, you needn’t complain about the cost, that just goes with it.

I bought this last year and waited to review it after I put it to work. I have two of these that I bought personally. Strap and handle are still in perfect shape. I have used this to move gravel for driveway fills.

Small scuffs in the plastic but nothing deep. Used for a roof leak to catch the water which saved our flooring. Moved tennis gear in it. Moved baseball balls gloves and other gear in it. Transported tools to repair fence and held about 40 pounds of tools just fine.

De-weeded flower bed for mother in law and held a lot of junk from flower beds great. Cleaned it with counter top cleaner then rinsed with water and held ice and beer for the evening just fine (don’t even have the lid and it worked well).

I have size 10 (male) shoes and this has also been used as a epsom salt dr teals foot soak just fine with moderately warm water. Used as a trash can when cleaning out the parents barn. Been used as a chair when flipped upside down.

Picked up insulators in the field and held up just fine. Used as a ottoman when sitting in the chair and also a small side table for beer. No cracks or complaints. Rugged and lasted longer than any other bucket I have used.

I wish you got a discount when buying the lid and bucket together which is why I haven’t bought the lid yet. I’d rather buy another YETI bucket with that money, but may think about a lid in the future.

Add more colors and I will get more YETI buckets.

I know, its only a bucket you say? Got one for a present and let me tell you, I use this thing constantly! Great for hauling gear or whatever, storing stuff and if you have the lid, its a great seat.

We don’t go out on the boat without it. Strong, thick sides, comfortable handle, curved sides inside at the bottom, and rubber grips underneath to prevent sliding. Tall too. This is a real bucket/hauler/storage/seat/*!.

I currently own a set of Mackie SRM 350 V3’s, and I’m very happy with them. I’m a dj and I’m trying to downsize my system and make it more compact, but loud and not compromise the sound. So I’ve been using my Mackie’s with my Yamaha DXS12 MKII sub, and it works great, but the spl’s on the Mackie’s we’re insufficient for some of my larger venues.

I decided to go with the DBR10’s cause I’ve noticed the specs for the frequency response were close enough, but what caught my attention was the 129db max spl! So I bought a pair, great job on shipping time B&H, and once I hooked them up and began to crank them, I was blown away by the sound quality, but especially how loud and transparent they sounded! Very pristine and accurate sound like my RCF’s, but not at RCF prices, lol! I’ve been djing 40 years and I’ve been thru many brands of speakers, these Yamaha DBR10’s are now my favorite! Compact, loud, but very clear! They can be used without a sub for small venues and rock them! With my Yamaha sub, forget about it! They are a perfect match, and they all fit in my trunk! I highly recommend them!.

For the price, this speaker is a great choice. The DBR10 has very bright & clear mid range when using the FOH/main DSP setting. This setting also has has some low end boost. I would recommend using the DBR10 paired with a Yamaha sub bass for a complete full range system The speaker cab is plastic and not as robust as DXR range.

However, this is not a deal breaker. In reality it is lightweight , looks tidy and a low cost cover will stop scratches. I bought 6 of the DBR10 to use for background music at weddings. They do the job and more.

The high pass filters were great for this purpose as it reduces unwanted low rumble and they performed brilliantly for vocal mic when used for speaches / ceremony. Would I recommend ? Yes. DBR10 is perfect for people wanting quality clear sound but working within a budget.

I bought a pair of these DBR12 speakers to use for occasional DJing and band use, as well as listening to music at my house since I like loud music. After doing research on several other brands of PA speakers of similar size and power, it just made so much more sense to get the Yamaha, especially since I know how good Yamaha is with basically everything they make and I’ve had great experiences with their products.

My first impression after unboxing was that they are very visually appealing and well constructed, and have a very nice weight to them. Let’s just say I was blown away at the volume and sound quality these things have when I listened for the first time! I was able to turn the volume all the way up with no distortion or clipping whatsoever and they took it like it was nothing, I wouldn’t be concerned about doing it for hours straight.

Another thing I like is that they have cooling fans in the amplifiers to keep them cool which is nice if you use them outside or for a very long time. For the price, there’s no way you’ll find a better speaker, and I would 100% recommend without hesitation, you won’t be disappointed with these Yamaha speakers.

Another thing to mention is that I have had a lot of experience using DBR10s as well, and think they are excellent especially for their size and price. They are actually what turned me on to the DBR series and I knew from using those that the DBR12s wouldn’t disappoint me.

Digitaldjtips does a great review on this ddj controller on YouTube. But here is my 2p. This is a high quality controller. I upgraded from the ddj-sb3 and so needed a serato ddj. The ddj1000-srt fit the bill.

The good. Overall great layout Much bigger tempo sliders for easier tempo matching Great feeling controls Even better fx Super responsive platters The not so good The 4 beat loop. it should either be a 16 beat loop, or the two buttons to the left should extend and reduce the loop rather than having to press shift as well.

Phil Morse covers this in more detail. That said. Using the controller is a joy overall and I would recommend it for someone looking to step up from the sb3.

I purchased one of these units in Late 2019. Throughout the pandemic there was a large gap in venues that could be performed in so I only had the opportunity to put the unit through its paces a few times during live sets.

Once restrictions were lifted and venues opened up I was able to book myself a couple of gigs and develop a steady income stream again. On the FIRST EVENT I was performing at and over eager member of the crowd rushed their way past security and managed to douse the unit with a full Margarita, killing the equipment and ending the performance early.

Upon taking it to an authorized Pioneer Repair center in NYC I learned that the board that needed to be placed, a DWX4624 “Child Assembly” control board is no longer supported and is not in production and no stock is available NATIONWIDE!! Stay away if you are risk averse and are worried about damage to your unit.

This unit, although precise and immaculate, renders the lowest review score possible because the Manufacturer failed to support the unit less than 3 years after inception. Shame on Pioneer.

So I found one of these little critters layin on bar table At my dads house, so new gadget! I must play with it. So after an interrogation of repeating question to endless answers I find out it’s a 2 way radio.

I’m like ok like the old BOOST MOBILE PHONES WHERE THEY WERE A PHONE AND WALKIE TALKIE😄 (who remembers those cool phones huh) well NO that’s what it isn’t. So in my high school youth and just starting college days, a few previous employers whom had radios for their employees I had discovered two radios if lose enough to Other businesses it would pick up on their frequency.

Now depending on if you were in the parking lot or inside oh let’s use Costco for example you could talk to everyone out side the store theni side you could transmit over the stores speaker system😂. And if running for lunch you could just order lunch from the car at the menu telling the car 7 cars ahead of you exactly what you want or reverse the role and act like the drive thru guy and repeat totally different things back to them!!!! I know right great times!!! Well that doesn’t happen with this!! Which means if ever lost and the wrong type of guy Gets he can’t make it into a rolling frequency finder!! Which is how cars with fobs get stolen ! So light weight yes!! Will it break if dropped NOPE!! If thrown possibly!! Now taking it with on my fishing adventures as I always wade in water.

Is it water proof unfortunately NO it is not!!! But if you assume as like a cell phone get the battery out and let it completely dry out if disassembled. Then your in good hands it we’ll work agAin and amazing to my discovery still no distortion on the speaker they use…which I’ll have to inquire on!! Is it worth having I’d say so.

but then again I don’t pay the bill on their service but I could be misquoting this but for a satellite two way I’d say it’s worth while… oh I’m battery life after being subjected to dropping into a creek or 4 ft of water it does go rather quicker than normal.

I recently purchased five Motorola SLR300 radios from Amerizon. The price was amazing and the customer service was top notch. After receiving the radios and putting them to use and loved the slim design and noticeable weight difference from our previous radios.

The Motorola SL300 is is a much lighter and more compact unite with all the power and better battery life. Plus the fact that they charge with a micro usb so they can be charged anywhere.

I purchase the Rev7 and was one of the lucky ones to receive it early. What peaked my interest was the platters feeling like 1200’s. the feel is great you have to tweak a few settings and play with it to make it your own.

remember it is a battle system in which I’m not a battle DJ. I have only took it out once to a gig and trust me everyone who saw this unit asked a lot of questions during the party LOL. I’m still using my SX2 because its a easier system for me to navigate, but once I get use to my Rev 7 it’s on a cracking.

This controller is great I love it it really feels like if I have my turntables with me on the go. The sound that come out if this thing is one of the best I have Hurd from any mixer or controller even the 900 nx2 “the club Standard mixer” some people complain that it’s to heavy but if your used to carrying around turn tables this is nothing.

I would recommend this to anyone who is in a market for a new controller.

I finally got my hands on the Rev 7 from Guitar Center. This controller has been selling out and overprice from many of the sites. My opinion this is one of the greatest controllers. A battle style controller I can enjoy giggin’ with.

I’m about 2 years in to my djing and I had been thinking about purchasing my own sound gear so that I may practice more at home without having to constantly practicw at others’ houses. For months, I held myself back from buying my own controller because I knew I would have to commit to paying a large money sum (including monitors, cables, etc.

), and didn’t want to something that felt more limiting (such as the XDJ-DX that had no hot cues, recording options, etc). I originally had my eyes on the XDJ-RX, but decided to bite the bullet and pay more for the RX2.

I honestly couldn’t be happier. The controlled arrived in less than a week, and is pretty light for its size! The extra features that the RX2 includes are worth the money, because it makes djing feel more like you’re playing on a club setup.

Having hot cues, USB plug ins, extra filters, and the ability to record straight from the controller are what also sold me. I definitely recommend the RX2 for anyone wanting a controller that will give them more freedom to explore their own djing style without having to commit to the Nexus or other bigger dj setups.

This unit is absolutely great! The build quality is excellent. With the Remotebox app for the iphone or iPad it brings the R1 to life, the possibilities are endless with effects, auto beat loops plus the extensive tracklist within the app allowing you to easily search track title, artist etc.

With this unit you can do things that you can do on more higher end expensive models & more! The fact that it has two CD decks also means you dont have to hook up two external cdjs to the unit like you do with the rx & rx2 if you want to play CD format.

It also has 3 hot cues & 4 beat samplers at the bottom of each deck, again only known on higher end more expensive models. I would highly recommend this unit as the all in one package for professionals, beginners & any mobile DJ that wants something that they can easily transport around with them! It’s fantastic, I use mine for internet radio & it does the job extremely well.

Sound quality is great too on this! Get one!.

I could not be more pleased with this item! I purchased this as my third DJ controller/unit a few weeks ago and after much use, I can say I am completely satisfied with my purchase! I drove down from Flagstaff to buy this unit and Max took great care of me, and provided me with great service and a good attitude.

I will most certainly be returning to make future purchases!.

This is for the v. 2 pedals. Although the description did not state this the information provided confirmed it was the right kit as the bearings are smaller. The bushes have made the pedals quite tight but I am sure they will ease off after a few miles.

Other than that the pedals feel like new again.

Beware, there are two versions of this kit, one for 2014 and prior (approx) and another for later models, make sure you get the right one! More that 20 for a couple of roller bearings, nuts and bushes so not good value.

Ideally you’ll need the custom tool as well ( about 15) so not a cheap overhaul.

One of the two new bearings has a slight play so guality of the bearings is probably poor. Delivery ok, in time
