Strawberry is my favorite flavor and is really the only one I like to buy. I will occasionally buy vanilla when there are no strawberry drinks available. I like the taste and texture. They don’t have an overly sweet or “fake” taste.

They are very smooth. I only wish there was about 2 more ounces in the bottle. These are the only protein drinks I like to buy, so I buy a lot!.

I absolutely positively love this protein! I really do. I stumbled upon this protein by accident. I Was working out at the gym and after my workout, I realized that low and behold I left my regular protein at home on the kitchen counter.

Begrudgingly, I went to my gym’s juice bar and they sold this brand. I bought it and from that day, I’ve been absolutely hooked ever since! This product was not 100 packs. I thought I ordered 2-or 200 packs. The order arrived and it was 2 single serve packs. This was misleading description of the product. The product was leaking and unable to be use.

A friend told me about FrogFuel so I tried the 24 box of ProT Gold. I originally ordered it for a pain I was having in my knee & thumb. So far there is no change in either but I’ve had diarrhea for about 15 years non-stop until I started taking the Pro T Gold.

I spent 2 or so weeks in the hospital with pancreatitis October of 2019. I had a NG tube (feeding tube from nose to stomach, not fun) so I was allowed liquids and shakes in the hospital. My nurse suggested these when I was released because I was still urged to stay on a mostly liquid diet while I recovered at home.

I had lost a considerable amount of weight during this ordeal, and was too weak to fix much of anything for myself to eat at the time. Which is highly annoying for someone who had just turned 32 and is highly independent.

I attribute this shake, and the other flavors on the high protein line for keeping me fed when I was home alone and unable to fix myself warm broth for a meal. These were a life saver and were also a nice treat for the taste buds.

Ensure High Protein is an excellent meal replacement since I have several GI issues. Eating in general can be quite painful. I was drinking the Boost brand but switched to Ensure because It had less sugar.

I was delighted when I discovered that Ensure Protein has 4g of sugar. Thats at least 1/5 the sugar of all other Ensure products. I enjoy the taste and appreciate the nutritional values. The only draw back, which is not really an issue with me is the lower amount of calories than the other Ensure products.

One High Protein drink has 160 calories. I use 3-4 a day which can make up to half the Calories needed by an average male. Even 4 of these combined has only 16gm of sugar which is only 28% of maximum RDA of sugar.

I bought this because I didn’t feel like running to the store so I ordered it online. Big mistake. I’ve bought these several times and not had an issue with it. But I guess how its kept in the warehouse is an issue.

I shake it up as usual and go to drink one and it has huge chunks in it. Like the chunks you see in spoiled milk. No matter how much you shake it up you cant get rid of these little slimy pieces. Very unpleasant feeling trying to drink it.

is one of my favorite coffee of all time. I love how this coffee, really tastes and it’s vegan. It is not too sweet or has a bad after at all. It had 20 grams of protein which is what I always look for when it comes to coffee and it has 5 grams of sugar.

The only thing I hate is that it has 250 grams of sodium woe. Bit only drink this when I’m tired and haven’t had any sleep.

The macros are decent, but the sodium seemed significantly higher than other options (10% vs 3%). This reminded me of the slim fast shakes, so a bit chalky, but I did not notice the pea protein (some pea protein drinks have a bad after taste IMO).

I appreciate that the sweetener is monk fruit instead of Splenda!.

We think that this is thre healthiest protein drink we have purchased. We never are without it, And the price is right. As soon as we are on our last 10 we order a new case. It is excellent to take hiking as it does not need refrigeration.

I love this MRE flavor the best out of the other available options. I am on a strict diet for strength and conditioning, and this drink can be allocated as a pre/post-workout meal replacement. Being a first responder, it is sometimes tough to have all meals ready to go; this is another option to substitute a meal while having the nutrients that my body needs to perform at the best of its ability.

Ordered these the day they were released and it took almost 3 weeks for them to be delivered. The box was absolutely destroyed when it arrived as several of the tetras were crushed and exploded. Only 3 of them were not damaged.

I was able to try one of the ones that survived and it was not great. I’ve had a handful of competitor RTD’s and this one is definitely at the bottom of the list. Has a really weird, metallic after taste that is common in RTD’s.

I’d avoid at all costs. Their are other brands that make better drinks.

Let’s break it down!Pros: -personable staff at “MANSPORTS”; they took the time to write out a thank you card with my name on it, and insisted I contact them if I needed any help with training or supplementation.

HUGE plus in my book, this shows that they are passionate, and proud about the work they have put into their product. -MIXIBILTY: Oddly enough their is variation in mixibility between flavors, I noticed “cookie stuffed cookie” flavor does not break down as easily as the “unicorn milk” flavor.

I cannot speak for the other flavors yet, I will update later when I cycle through other flavors. This by no means ruins the shake’s taste, it actually enhances the flavor with the “cookie stuffed cookie” flavor as you drink you get small edible chunks of protein that reminds me of eating delicious cookie dough.

-TASTE: Between the two flavors I’ve tried I can honestly say that it is by far the best tasting protein I’ve ever consumed ( and I’ve tried viritually all the big name products, along with a few underground brands ).

Typically when consuming a protein for most gym goers they mix their shake with water, and it hinders the taste a bit compared to milk, but with “clean protein” the taste is still very potent, and not greatly diluted like other proteins.

Taking this protein powder with ” Carb Master Milk” is optimal for taste and low fat and calories being that it has 0 fat, and only 60 calories per serving, highly recommend trying it. -EFFECTIVENESS: With any protein powder you’re not going to see overnight results.

What I have noticed in particular is the combination of blends in the protein; whey isolate, casein, milk concentrate, and whey concentrate make it beneficial to take at any time of the day, I prefer after my workouts and the slow breakdown of the casein keeps me full till my next meal.

CREATIVITY: It’s the little things that stick out to me when deciding to choose a different brand to fuel my training, and the color scheme along with the packaging, and even down to the pic art on the bag is something fresh, and new.

Any company can come out with a product line, and it all seems the same as any other, but “MANSPORTS” really hit the nail on the head with their products appealing to the inner child in me with their silly flavor names, and pic art on the bag.

Cons: PACKAGING: Now the idea of using a bag of protein rather than a tub has always rubbed me the wrong way. I personally would much rather purchase a 5lb tub of any given flavor. SERVINGS: This kindve goes back to the packaging, using a tub of protein would allow more volume for more servings.

I don’t care for the idea of only getting 23 servings per bag. CONCLUSION: Aside from the very small drawbacks, the protein itself sets the bar in the supplement Market. Companies like ON, and BSN better watch their backs because “MANSPORTS” is bringing back honesty to the game by fully displaying their list of ingredients, and not amino spiking their product.

I jumped on the preorder offer for MAN Sports clean protein. Two bags for around $60 seemed a bit steep for 46 servings but I figured I’d give it a try since I love MAN Sports products. I received Cookie Stuffed Cookie and Peanut Butter Bits; very innovative sounding flavors.

Taste: Overall (5/10) Cookie Stuffed Cookie – 7/10, good flavor but a bit of a chemically aftertaste. Peanut Butter Bits – 3/10, right when I opened the bag and smelled it I knew it was not going to be good.

I got a gypsum-like smell (imagine the smell of dust from drywall). I mixed up a scoop of it and immediately upon taking my first drink, I wanted to spit it out. It did not taste like Reese’s Pieces (which is what it is meant to taste like) but tasted just how it smells – a sweet mineral /gypsum-like taste.

To be able to drink it I have had to mix it with another whey protein I have in order to cover up the taste. Mixability: 5/10 – Both flavors do not mix well! Every shake I have made is full of small and large clumps.

Whether using a MAN Sports shaker, a Blender Bottle, or Jaxx bottle, clumps are inevitable. Quite disappointing because I don’t like having to chew my protein. Quality: 7/10 – Going by what the label says and how transparent it is, this protein seems to be high quality.

Recovery when using this protein seems pretty good. Value: 4/10 – While it seems to be made from high quality ingredients there are some drawbacks for me that do not justify its price tag. First, i did not notice this until after I placed my order but as an emulsifier MAN Sports uses soy lecithin.

I am against having any amount of soy in my diet at all costs. I am usually very vigilant in making sure there is no source of soy in my food and drinks. Sunflower lecithin is become more prominent and popular as an emulsifier and I usually only use protein powders that use sunflower rather than soy.

Second, I feel the blend could have used a different protein source in the mix like egg albumin or something. The blend contains Whey protein isolate and concentrate, milk protein isolate, and Micellar casein.

The blend is pretty much whey and casein since milk protein is roughly 80% casein and 20% whey. I regularly get a custom blend protein that consists of Whey isolate, Micellar casein, milk isolate, and egg albumin.

Each protein source has a different digestion/absorption rate so one shake provides protein for recover for an extended period of time. For 4lbs of my custome blend I spend less than I did for these two bags of clean protein.

What really put value in perspective was price vs. # of servings and grams of protein per serving. For $60 with Clean protein I got 2. 6lbs = 46 servings @ 24g protein per serving. My custom blend costs me $56 for 4lbs which gives me 60 servings @ 27g protein per serving.

The new MAN Sports Clean Protein is by far some of the best tasting protein I have had. The Cookie Stuffed Cookie and Peanut Butter Bits are absolutely delicious! I mix all of my proteins with 12oz. of unsweetened vanilla almond cashew milk.

Add one scoop of this protein and you will have a very thick milkshake. The Cookie Stuffed Cookie tastes like an ice cream sandwich milkshake and I would say the Peanut Butter Bits tastes like a Reese’s Pieces blizzard from Dairy Queen.

I tried these mixed with water and they were delicious like that also!Taste isn’t all that this protein has going for it though. Check the FULL DISCLOSURE ingredient label and you will notice that you’re getting 4 different kinds of protein.

It contains Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Micellar Casein, and Milk Protein Isolate. All of these are known to have different effects and digestion rates with the body. Clean Protein also contains all of your BCAA’s and Amino Acids with NO AMINO SPIKING.

Also, this is very low in calories, so you will feel no guilt when drinking this. Gluten Free, no artificial colors, and no artificial dyes also helps to make this a Clean Protein. My wife is on Hemodialysis and needs these because of the protein contained in each. She drinks at least 3 every day and loves them. She could drink more than 3, but because of the phosphorous content, the Davita Dietician limits her to 3.

I used to LOVE Alani Nu Fit shakes until I drank gelatinous material and chunks from the Chocolate Fit Shake. At first, I though the little pieces were chocolate. Only after getting 4 huge chunks of white slimy material in my mouth did I spit it out.

I reached out to Alani Nu and was insultingly offered a credit for the price of the individual shake to the online store, knowing the online store does not sell individual shakes. It was also suggested that I reach out to the retailer for a refund.

No mention of them researching or offering a simple explanation for what was in the shake. I included in my email to them the shake picture with lot number and production information so they could look into what happened.

I also provided the pictures of what was in the shake that made it into my mouth. Please be cautious when using this company as the quality control is lackluster at best, not to mention the repugnant response from customer service, should something be wrong with your product, too.

I have had the chocolate, vanilla and cookies & cream flavors. The chocolate is very similar to chocolate milk but with a *hint* of that fake sugar taste. It’s still VERY GOOD for a protein shake and my favorite of the three I’ve had.

The vanilla is next — very much like a smooth sweet protein shake. There’s zero gritty or dry mouth feel with these and they go down easy. Not too thick or thin! Truly the consistency of a milk. The cookies and cream is my least favorite of the ones I’ve tried but I still drink them almost daily (I bought a 12 pack).

I will say they are best cold (like back of the fridge cold) and I chug with a straw. I’m going to keep buying these because they are the best protein shake options I’ve found!.

I decided to try this protein shake for the first time after seeing it at stores. I shaked the bottle well before opening. The chocolate flavor was good. It didn’t have that typical protein flavor that makes other protein drinks hard to drink.

When I was almost done with the bottle, there were chunks at the bottom 🤢 I am really worried the shake was bad and I drank spoiled milk. I saw a few other reviews that mentioned chunks at the bottom.

I almost use them as a medicine because I have health problems. The kids also really enjoy them! I have a family of six and we all love them and if the kids see them in the fridge they beg for them immediately.

Price is not bad but not cheap either if you have as many people in your family. They have larger size bottles but in my area the large sizes sell out pretty fast. I will definitely buy more as I’ve been buying them for a while.
