20 Best Lighting For Small Bathroom (2023 Updated)

This light fixture does the trick for an upgrade in a bathroom update. The bathroom has 1990s gold shower trim and we didn’t need to replace it. So, we were stuck with the gold family. This light is perfect in the small bathroom.

Pretty and well made, though the square corners were somewhat rounded on the back plate. They were packed well and the glass tube was perfectly intact.

Nice quality fixture, a step above what you buy at a big box store. (you pay for the quality). Matches the Moen Voss fixtures so looks good together. I wish the standard quality electrical mounting adaptor ring was also the same quality as the fixture.

My electrical boxes were not well installed mechanically and a better adaptor ring would make DIY installation easier.

This fixture is gorgeous. Soft frost white square globes give off great light. The metal finish matched perfectly with all of its bathroom accessories.

It is beautiful in person and was represented well on website. Looking forward to upgrading our bathroom! Only complaint was the shipping box could have been sturdier for shipping the fragile contents, including glass.

We ordered 2 of this fixture and one box was pretty damaged and torn. We opened immediately as we thought something might be broken, but thankfully all was fine. We ordered the seeded glass and it is really fun and still sophisticated.

I really like this fixture in our kids bathroom. They do not overwhelm the space as we have two vanities and mirrors.

I purchased this light in satin nickel to match our bathroom fixtures. 2 out of 3 glass globes were chipped on arrival and one had missing sections of frosting. Seems like either poor quality or poor packing.

I am awaiting replacement globes which take 7 days to receive from the manufacturer. Instructions for installation were terrible. I have installed lots of lights but these were awful. I do not recommend this fixture.

This is a beautiful, modern, and stylish bathroom light fixture. It is very well protected in the package. It looks phenomenal and aesthetic in person with LED Edison bulbs. Regarding the cost, this is good value.

Highly recommend to use two heavy duty toggle bolts to mount and hold the light on the wall. We have received many compliments. Cons: It has very sharp edge on the metal plate. Be careful when handling and installing the light fixture.

Secondly, I don’t know how long metal begins to oxidize. What is the best way to prevent from rusting? Lastly, If the globe is not even, hope it can be adjusted.

Great looking light. Nice and bright with halogen light bulbs. I bought this light because the previous light that was up above the mirror in the bathroom was off center and with this kind of backing I was able to move it over and still hide the part where the wires come out of the wall.

It was easy to install after I got the light centered with the mirror. I ended up buying one of the used but new fixtures and it was well worth the cheaper price. Really love this light.

I have two teenage daughters that needed an upgrade to their bathroom lighting and bathroom in general. This is the light fixture that they and Mom really liked how it looked. I was somewhat skeptical given the number of light fixtures I have had to deal with.

So I had low expectations going in. Is this a good looking and functional lighting fixture, absolutely. is it easy to install, absolutely, Does it provide great light for my daughters, absolutely. With those questions answered I will say this.

I liked the look, function, fit, and lighting it has. For the cost it is good value.

Got the black/brass combo for the base. Like the cylinder shape with frosted glass, keeps the glare down for our powder room vanity. Ordered 2 of them. This base can be ordered with a variety of shades.

We like the cylinder because it fits in the narrow space between the corner wall and the mirror where the vanity is installed.

The vanity light arrived very quickly after ordering, arrived in perfect shape and then. the color tiffany light globe was very different than the picture. The picture on the website is very blue on the bottom rim and peach/clear in the middle.

Unfortunately, the darker color that arrived was more brown/peach and won’t work for my bathroom. The return process was very simple.

This light looks way better than the advertised photo shows. It is gorgeous!! . . I’m gonna order the larger model for my larger bathroom very soon.

This was even more beautiful than I expected. The quality is amazing and even bigger than I thought originally. I absolutely LOVE this light fixture. Modern yet still warm.

We love everything about this light! The two tones of metal are gorgeous and we didn’t need to add any lengtheners, but it’s really nice that it is created for multiple ceiling heights. Very happy with our purchase.

I think this chandelier looks great. The color is a gold tone and not brassy which is what I wanted. The rod length can be as short as 6 inches also.

This light is attractive. However, it is designed to have the base plate fixed to the wall (with wall anchors and screws) and then the rest of the fixture attachs to it with screws that come in *from the sides* on each of the long sides.

This means that you need enough room to get a screwdriver in position, so it doesn’t work to put a long side very close to the ceiling, a medicine cabinet or a corner of the room. I wanted to place the fixture vertically very close to wall corner, so I had to improvise a different installation method that has the base plate of the fixture hanging from a protruding screw the way you would hang a framed picture with a wire on the back.

(This means that a strong earthquake could cause the fixture to fall off the wall. ).

Bought. Installed. Return. Bummed. I really had high hopes this light would be great. Unfortunately it “buzzed” like an old service station toilet light. The brighter the louder the buzzing. Can’t find someone to call to replace.

A nice light. Great for our kids bathroom. Got it all wired up and it didn’t work though. Had to take it back down and found wires were loose in the wire nut from the factory. Just a five minute removal of the tape and redoing the wire nut so all connections were made, and it worked like a charm.

Notably when I received the unit, the box looked like it was all taped back up from a previous person that returned it. It probably didn’t work for them at first and the probably didn’t think to check the wires in the unit to address themselves.

Also, there was a lot of ceramic debris in the threads for the plastic rings holding the glass in place. I had to knock out the ceramic on all four items carefully with a screw driver to get things to rings to screw down tight enough.

But those are all minor easy fixes. But does show a general lack to QA/QC by the company manufacturing the unit. Just so you are aware going in if you purchase this fixture.

Exactly the right color!! Looks fantastic in my bathroom!! Glad I could order chrome rather than brushed. Perfect!. Fast delivery too. Excellent customer service. We dropped a shade and it broke. Called the company and they are sending out a new shade ASAP.

We are decorating our new inlaw suite in a “By The Beach” theme, aqua walls & complimenting window treatment, bed linens, etc. The adjoining bathroom is a sandy color, with dark wood vanity & large mirror.

I have three of these sconces in a bathroom that we refreshed 3 years ago and I love them. The light is pleasing and the shell has a nice color and shimmer to it. When we decided to redo a bathroom in another home, we decided to use the same style so I ordered another three for that bath.

Although I understand that each of theses sconces is unique and that some shells are lighter or darker, all three of the ordered sconces have only a hint of color to them. The shimmer is still lovely but the color you see in all the representative samples on your screen, was almost non-existent in my sconces.

I’m disappointed because I know how lovely they CAN be when they look like the pictures. The service from Bed Bath and Beyond was fine and they had the best price, but being unable to see the sconce to choose the ones with more color, is a real problem for me.

I purchased the two light vanity for the primary bathroom and I am very pleased with the fixture. It is very well made, solid and sturdy, and more beautiful than pictured. I installed with the lights facing down instead of up like it is pictured as I do not like dust settling in the glass and bulbs.

It is very easy to clea. I have had it for two to three years now and still looks like I purchased it yesterday. Do not hesitate to buy. Pros: Easy To Assemble, Attractive Design, Great Value.

I purchased the bronze color to go with my bathroom fixtures and it looks great. It lights up the vanity area nicely. Very easy to order and came quickly. Great customer service – I highly recommend!

It can be mounted on the ceiling as well as the wall. Really lights up the bathroom, each light can be directed somewhat. It does show fingerprints so after installation it needs a good polishing

Very nice fixture for the price, easy installation. The element glows but light is much more directional depending on the position of the illuminated head. Looks awesome with two of these shining down across my big mirror onto my bathroom countertop.

These are cheap at twice the price as my grandfather used to say, if you get them for what did.

These were exactly the look I was going for. They look very sleek and modern, and put out the perfect amount of light over my vanity. It is also nice that you can adjust the light to face down or straight ahead after installation depending on the look/brightness level you want.

This is a pretty, slightly retro light with a delicate looking, sea urchin pattern. We have bought it before for another bathroom and liked it, so have bought two more for a property we are now restoring.

Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect, zone 2 so suitable for bathrooms, product arrived very quickly well packed in perfect condition. Looks lovely in our brand new bathroom in our Victorian house. Bulb not supplied but that wasn’t a problem as it is a standard large screw fitting.

It can handle 100w which is nice in these days of low light products.
