they fit and are uncomfortably bright to the point of a headache. If this were a light up to the ceiling and it could be dimmed, then Id have it on the lowest setting. The lamp I bought it for recommended this, and its not a good match, the clear hurts the eyes.

I purchased a table top chandelier lamp with crystal cut beads it recommended E26 60 Watts I wish they were 15 Watts — I have no idea if they’re a good bulb they seem to work steady, the do get hot, they are bright if that’s what you really need this would light a whole ceiling in a 100 foot room.

I would prefer frosted at a lower wattage and cannot find that bulb. For now, I don’t like it– if I find another use and it then doesn’t kill my eyers, then I will retract this review. Thank you. None were broken, and they arrived on time.

At $5 per bulb for LED bulbs, I’d expect these bulbs to last well over a year or longer, as most LEDs claim. However, one bulbm burnt out after just 2 DAYS, in a room where the lights are seldom used, at that.

I couldn’t believe it. It was in a new lamp, so we thought perhaps the lamp was defective. But, after replacing the bulb with a completely different type, over a week later, that bulb is still fine, which means we received at least one defective bulb in a pack of 6.

Three of the other bulbs in the pack appear to work fine. We haven’t used the remaining two. I’m disappointed to have spent so much money on bulbs without the guarantee that they’ll last longer than a few uses.

I wouldn’t risk purchasing this pack again.

An electronic ballast for odd CFL bulbs failed. I discarded the ballast, used weird 4-pin to e27 converters and replaced the two $14 CFLs with these LED bulbs. The total cost for parts is less than 15% of the cost to replace the ballast, is cooler, uses less energy and is longer lasting.

We use these for window candles annually through the Christmas and New Year season, in chandeliers and a few other small decorative lamps They have a nice warm glow similar to real candles and the “flame” tip adds to the visual appeal.

When choosing this bulb, I had my current mason jar lighting in my bathroom in mind. It’s a clear mason jar hung upside down, and I was looking for something to give it more of a rustic feel. This bulb is really cool looking.

It gives it that amber light, and you can see the spiraling filament throughout. However, this bulb is MUCH longer than I expected it to be. It’s about the size of two standard sized mason jars. It sticks out of the bottom of my fixture quite a bit, but I still enjoy how it looks.

I have used full spectrum incandescent light bulbs for over 20 years in my home. My recent favorite brand for these light bulbs is Chromalux. Thank you, Lucky Vitamin, for carrying these bulbs!! They are long-lasting and provide a pinkish light – making a very warm and cozy environment! Full spectrum light bulbs are also helpful for Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Very nice bulb. The savings from LED will show up soon. The reason besides the cost savings on power is that the standard antique bulb turns black on the inside. You notice it when off and looking thru glass at fixture.

So far these have not turned black. My thought is from the heat of the bulb (40WT) makes this happen. Will update in several months of use.

I ordered these for a chandelier that has 6 bulbs. The quality of the light is good, and it has helped my eyes. I cannot install a dimmer for this fixture, however, and so the 40-watt bulbs are too bright and I need 25-watt bulbs.

However, I have been told by the company that it isn’t manufacturing 25-watt bulbs with TruWave technology. I need them and suspect that others do as well.

We remodeled recently and found that some LED bulbs don’t work well with home automation switches. Some bulbs stay on and slightly dim when the switch is turned off for reasons I won’t get into here.

The Relax HD bulbs don’t do that – they work perfectly. We ended up learning a fairly expensive lesson having to replace all of our cheaper LED candelabra bulbs with these. HOWEVER, the picture shown here where the top half of the light is clear and the bottom half is white – is WRONG.

That’s the kind of bulb I have, that’s the kind I was expecting. What you get, though, is a bulb that looks sort of like an Edison bulb – it’s still candle/flame shaped, still has the small base, but it’s all clear and has visible filaments.

I compared the UPC listed on this page to the one on the box and, sure enough, they match. I don’t know if Target has the wrong picture out here or if GE quietly stopped making the half clear/half solid white bulbs and just reused the UPC.

What it results in is my chandelier having two mismatched bulbs now. I looked really hard and can’t find the original style anywhere. What? Two mismatched? Yeah. The half clear/half white ones maybe had a bad batch.

I had two fail. There’s a warranty, but you have to present the original receipt and box (for the UPC/proof of purchase). It was a huge remodel, I didn’t keep the boxes for the light bulbs. I guess I’ll start doing that now.

Anyway, they seem to be working well, things are good, they’re just not what exactly what was in the photo, which was disappointing and is why I knocked a star off. The previous ones burning out too soon is why I knocked a star off the quality/value ratings, too.

Lightbulbs weren’t packaged well upon arrival so I was shocked they weren’t broken. Otherwise, the lightbulbs have worked well so far. The metal finish was a little different from a more recent purchase in store so it made me question my order.

But it did fit the lamp just fine so it’s just a change it the metal and not the overall fit.

The bulbs were perfect for the ceiling fixture in a bedroom. The fixture has a replacement glass diffuser that is a bit too small and the edges of standard bulbs are visible. These bulbs are a much better fit and the shape is attractive to the room design.

One negative, a bulb blew out within moments of installation. Quality could be stronger.

These bulbs are so nice because the frosting makes the light less harsh. They’re the perfect size, and I know I’ll use them many places in our home. They were a great value.

It’s hard to find a mid-priced LED strong enough for flowering and fruiting plants. I wasn’t. convinced when I first bought this, but so far my two Feit 3-Setting lights have been up to the task. Only mention buying more of their lights to add intensity – confusing and convoluted wording in the manual, especially in the light distance and plant biology sections. I had trouble understanding how far my lights should hang from the plant canopy, but figured it out on my own after some experimenting.

All in all I’m really happy with the light. I just wish Feit had given customers more detail and insight into how to contain indoor grow light’s rays to stay concentrated on plants. You’re not likely to find another LED with this level of growing power for the price.

So I’ve been running several of these for a few months now during our darkest winter days and nights, and I’ve now ordered more because I like them so much. Previously I was running halogens giving half the lumens for four times the wattage, so now I’m saving energy and getting way more brightness.

They do sometimes flicker but I think that is more dependent on your switch hardware and wiring (are there other devices on the same circuit?), and in my experience most LED bulbs will flicker in these situations.

I haven’t seen anyone else offering B10s that put out this much light. I have some rooms that rely on a single B10 for their main lighting source (ceiling fan fixtures) and finally, these ones can handle the job.

These worked for a while, then they started rapidly blinking and had to disconnect them. My power supply had plenty of rated wattage, but it turned out they were incompatible. After speaking with an electrician, I learned that LEDs aren’t like other lights, which you can mix and match.

They’re electronic devices, and the power’s actual waveform (not just voltage and wattage) must match too, or the results are unpredictable. He said people commonly try to add third-party bulbs like these to systems where bulbs with certain specifications must be provided by the manufacturer.

We’re in the midst of moving and I have no idea where our receipt is, or I’d return them.

Perfect for your coach lights or any areas where you want to create accent lighting (inside or outside). I got the 2700K for the right ambient night color (to match my 2800K landscape LED bulbs). Now, I personally needed something closer to 10W equivalent output (because I have up lighting from one of my landscape lights hitting the gable above my garage), so I turned down the brightness using thin metal duct tape (yes the real metal kind so it lasts for ever).

Now I have what’s aprx. 10W as my output and WOW, it’s perfect!!!.

These bulbs replaced clear 40 Watt incandescents. What a surprise: easier on the eyes; less heat in the room; frosted bulbs compliment the fixture; and even worked with my old, very old dimmer. Arrived in secure packing.

Took a couple of years to find my favorite bulbs for my coach lights. Purchased three or four different ones over the years. This style has held up to my Florida weather. Other styles only lasted a few months.

Well made and looks sharp. Prefer the frosted over the translucent. Very fair price as well.

They are bulbs with a finite life span. Still early to tell how many hours each bulb will last since the bulbs are on a fixture receiving limited use per week. Maybe 5 minutes maximum per week.

The fans I bought from A store I cannot say on here. HD. came with dimmable light bulbs that would flicker like crazy when trying to dim them. My electrician told me to go with this type and they work perfect.

No flickering and they actually work.

Just what I needed for my curio cabinet lamp.

I bought these to replace some other LED vintage bulbs that were not compatible with our LED-specific dimmer. I was skeptical that these would work given LEDs tend to need very specific dimmers, but they are fantastic! The filament design looks great when lit, and the dimming range is excellent.

I can confirm that these work with a Leviton TSL06-1LW led dimmer which is an affordable switch. We are very happy with these and will order more once we renovate our kitchen.

Wasnt sure which wattage to get, and got 5 of these for our new kitchen fixture. SOO much brighter than our original lighting and I love the pattern it throws onto the ceiling.

So I bought a few boxes of these bulbs to replace the incandescent lighting that I had in my living room. But after a year, perhaps 3000 hours of use, one started flickering so I replaced it with a new one.

That happens, I told myself, no big deal. But to my surprise, the new one was so much brighter than the other year-old ones that I realised that they had all dimmed from 60W to something much less than 40W.

So I had to replace the remaining year-old ones too. Conclusion: These 15,000 hour bulbs in fact only last one year. HD, you’ve got to do better than this with your house brands.

bought box of these over a year ago because it says suitable for enclosed fixtures. After Slightly less than one year, two of three are flickering so badly I threw them out. One was in an enclosed fixture (hallway ceiling light).

The other was used with a table lamp (not an enclosed fixture). Both were NOT connected to a dimmer switch nor a smart plug. I’m disappointed two thirds didn’t last even 1/5 of the estimated lifespan of 15,000 hours.

Using these in outdoor lanterns with three bulbs each. There’s five lanterns that are on six hours per night 365 days per year, so at 2. 5W each I’m now using only 10% as much electricity as with 25W bulbs.

It made a noticeable difference in my electric bill. The other benefit is not regularly replacing the incandescent bulbs that have a fraction of the lifespan.

I never thought what seemed like such a normal light bulb need would be so stinking hard to find. Holy cow. Not one local store had these particular bulbs with the frosted design. Believe me, I looked.

A lot. Thank heavens for the internet. Stores like 1000bulbs fill those niches to find just the right product. And I was really impressed how quickly it arrived and for a very reasonable shipping rate.

We actually got them in time for Christmas, which was amazing for how late I ordered. I needed these bulbs specifically to go with some tall sconces for a new bathroom. I never dreamed they would get them out to me so quickly.

The Bulbrite I received was for my ceramic Christmas tree. It was the only one I found that had 60 watts. Just what I needed! My tree is 24 inches tall and about 25 years old. This bulb was much brighter than my 40 watt.

I plan on buying the bulbs I need from.

I have two fixtures in my bathrooms that use this style bulb. The only bulbs found at retail stores is 40 watt, and they were not bright enough. I searched online for a 60 watt version and found them here.

What a difference in brightness! I will continue to order these 60 watt bulbs as needed. The delivery/quality was completely satisfactory.

The GE light bulbs are made in Hungary. Most of the ones i received burned our in one to ten days. I don’t know if the early burn-out is a consequence of shipping vibration damaging the filament or poor quality control during manufacture.

On the other hand none of the K-Lite light bulbs have burned out after several months. The K-Lite bulbs are made in China.

I know now why lighting is so important. I just built a custom kitchen and these lights have taken it to another level. Everything looks picture perfect. My kitchen is made up of white and grays, and where I could not keep certain colors on the warm side of the gray scale (the backsplash is marble, slightly on the cool gray side), these lights help bring all the colors closer together while improving clarity.

I’m the morning sun, they add warmth, and look cooler in the evenings. Everything also stands out more clearly. I had brighter lights before but now everything looks clearer with less watts. Before you try Reveal, you may think it just marketing hype.

There’s not a big difference between the color rendition of GE Reveal and standard 3000K bulbs. You may not even feel there is a big difference between 3000K and 2700K. But GE clearly didn’t just pick a round number or go with what everyone else is doing because it’s “standard”.

They surely tested the range with people and picked the Goldielocks color on the rendition scale. I may never buy another standard color bulb again.

This bulb replaces a standard floodlight bulb, but adds built-in motion detection capability–the sensor is built into the bulb. No special fixture required–just replace your “dumb” bulb with this one.

This is a great way to add motion detection without rewiring fixtures; if you can change a light bulb, then you can add motion detection to your outdoor floodlights. I have found that it will detect human motion and turn on the light from approximately 30 feet away, which is pretty good–I have had other cheaper PIR-sensor integrated bulbs that were not as consistent as this one.

It will trigger upon someone walking by on the street, as well as anyone entering the front yard within the cone of its detection (approximately 120 degrees, from what I can gather). Color-wise, it is similar to legacy halogen flood lights–a warm color, which I personally prefer to the stark white LED colors that are prevalent today.

Overall, very pleased with the performance of this bulb. time will tell how it holds up to the elements.

I bought this bulb just before Christmas (approximately 2 weeks ago) and it almost immediately started to develop an unattractive black haze on the inside. Perhaps this is typical for a vintage-inspired bulb? The haze in and of itself was unappealing; but whatever, it was doing what a lightbulb should do, and providing the room with light.

Until it burnt out 2 weeks into use. The bulb was located in a rarely used dining room and probably had less than 24 hours of usage. Not quite a bargain for $10 a pop.

The best of both worlds. A light bulb that’s functional and that gives that vintage look. Bought them to use in a bathroom light fixture. They work well and look great.

Nice light. Dimmer able. Good for the cosy time.!!
