Great belt. Soft and comfortable. Does not pinch. Size guide is correct and my belt fits perfect. Would definitely recommend this belt to anyone who is looking for one but is unsure about starting out with a lever belt.

It’s a well made belt and does what a belt should do, but the sizes run tight. I know how to measure around my naval, and the sizing chart assigned me a small. I can only reach the first notch on the belt; so it gets the job done, just make sure to account for bloat!.

This belt does the job. It is light weight and surprisingly sturdy. I used the fit guide and measured as the guide suggested. I’m glad I swallowed my pride and bought the size recommended by the fit guide (My wife was supposed to humanely end my existence if I ever got this big, but here we are… working hard to carve up this fatted steer).

I mainly power lift, but I also do “CrossFit” on the weekends. This belt provides comfortable support for both. The metal loop seems a bit thin, but I guess that’s the price you pay for trimming down the weight: A concept I am trying to grasp, though my mind says, “Bigger is better.

” All in all, I am very pleased with my recent purchase. A powerlifting friend has had the same belt for a while, and he is pleased with the durability. Time will tell for mine.

The nylon camp belt arrived yesterday and I’m very pleased with the purchase. Took it to the gym early 13 February 2022 and used and abused it for two hours, HoooAh, this belt stood up to the test. Strong and very secure fit.

Just lite enough I did not have to remove it when changing lifts and doing body weight exercises like push ups and chin ups. Light enough for comfort and strong for dead lifts and squats. This is a great purchase and it fit perfect right out of the box.

When your life is on the line you take fitness serious and I will wear this belt in my “Courage Corner” I would not encourage you to purchase one but I would encourage you to buy it now, don’t hesitate.

My other belt is the 10mm leather belt which is also excellent. Rogue Fitness is the real deal. “Keep Lifting”.

Upgraded from an older nylon belt and saw a substantial increase in the overall stiffness and pressure I was able to generate during lifts. 5/5 for style, stitching, and stiffness. 4/5 on closure system.

The only part worth questioning. it’s the double-edged sword with the one velcro strap: Pro – Quick release, tighten with one hand. Con – Velcro does wear out. Already seeing slight wear (2 mo in), nothing outside the normal, it’s just what happens without a buckle or clasp tightening system.

At this price point, it is probably the best nylon belt on the market. Great work Rogue! Would purchase again.

Overall an amazing belt. I was slightly worried that itd be too flexible and I started wondering if I shouldve gone for a leather one instead. brbrDecided to give it a try anyway and, after using it for my first squat session, I can confidently say it provides enough support (at least for someone squatting 140kg).

When you get to +200kg squats it might be a different story, but for the average user, this belt is perfect. brbrYou can easily fold it and store in anywhere (unlike the rigid leather belts). The self-locking system works perfectly and is easy to use.

And it comes with lifetime warranty!brbrIm 180cm and weigh 81kg. Size 32 on trousers. Got the MEDIUM size belt and it fits perfectly. Cant go wrong with this one, fully recommend!.

I was very excited for this belt and it came to me with no holes for the two prongs essentially making it useless. I thought I made a mistake at first so I checked the website to see if it explained that the belt came like this or I had missed something; nothing indicated that I would have to put holes in the belt myself.

I emailed Iron Bull to see if this was a manufacturing mistake and if I could exchange the belt and they never responded to my email. I had to get holes put in the belt myself which was another cost and of course I would not have ordered the belt if I knew it came like this.

It is very unfortunate but due to the way this was handled by Iron Bull I will not be ordering anything else from this company.

For the price, this belt is very good and the quality is everything and it exceeds it for sure. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because The sizing for me is a little weird. i originally ordered a size XL and the belt was too big as in i was at the last prong to fit me good enough, i lovee the customer service as they exchanged it for me for a smaller size that i needed but when i got the Large it seems that it was a little too small for me now.

like i’m stuck in the middle, for the large size im on the first 2 prong hols that fit me just good enough. i wish there was a size that can fit me good in the middle to have room to change the prong holes but it is wat it is.

Initially ordered grey in medium as I read it fits a little big, got it in and did not fit me. I then started an exchange and quickly after it delivered back and they had already shipped a new one to me.

There was no grey in large but I got a black. 4 instead of 5 stars just because of no stock in Large for grey I wanted. Black all though it a good alternative and looks sharp. Have yet to use but is very sturdy and you can work it to speed up loosening and get a good fit quicker.

Prefer this over the leather one. It just sits more comfortable. The material is more flexible so I can leave it on between exercises. You pay for the quality, because the knock off ones fall apart in the wash.

Good belt for the price. Fits good between the ribs and hips. Does not pinch when deadlifting. Works well for me although I am a little guy and only deadlift around 275.

Great belt. Helps protect my lower back during weight training on heavy days. The belt does not feel too thick and provides great support. I am also able to make it tighter than the traditional leather belts.

It’s lighter than the leather belts as well which makes it easier to carry around in my gym bag.

I’ve had this belt for about a month and extremely happy with it. It wasn’t the one I went to the store to buy after researching them, but they didn’t have my size in the one I wanted. I was a little skeptical about the Velcro but it seems to be holding up really well with no issues.

Regardless, ETHOS did not let me down and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!.

Bought this about a year ago and used it twice a week. Lasted about a full year, but kinda sad to see the velcro slowly lose its grip. Eventually popping off during a heavy lift. Its fine for the price I paid, got my moneys worth.

First of all the belt is massive but very light. Fits perfectly an the quality ist absolute amazing. The Feedback while heavy Lifting ist great.

Been using for heavy deadlifts for about 3 months now and it works great. My only complaint is the size. I got a small as I am a 130 pound 18 year old and it definitely hugs you but you cant really cinche it down.

Good quality, but the sizes are off. By the measurements, it my measurement should’ve been well within the medium range. The medium barely fastens, and is very tight. Very disappointed

I got this training belt a few weeks ago and I train 7 days a week. The difference this has made is incredible. Amazing back support and really helps to keep your back straight for those heavy lifts

Not bad for an entry level belt. Nice price, and goes great with my other better bodies accessories.

I’m a big guy and originally had to order a 3xl belt, which i give props to 2pood for having that as an option because most people don’t. Unfortunately it took 3 months to get my belt and I lost 20lbs before getting it.

So now my belt is borderline too loose. If I cinch it all the way down it works, but I’ll probably need a new belt in a month. That being said, do I try to order another one of these and hope that it gets here before I drop another 20lbs? Probably, because it’s an awesome belt! Maybe I’ll eat a few more doughnuts and hope for the best.

In the end, my only grief was that it took 3 months to get here.

When I first looked into these belts and saw the sizing guide I thought “these people are on crack!!” I’ve always been a XXL guy! And thought no way I would need a Large belt. So, I did what any red-blooded American man does with instructions.

I ignored them. When I got my belt and used it for the first time I thought to myself “well I’ll be frog on a Mississippi tree stump!” The sizing guide WAS accurate! So I ordered another belt (in the correct size this time) and I have never been happier! 2Pood made me feel like a normal size man for the first time in my life! THANK YOU 2POOD! C.

I’ve been using my new belt for lifting in my garage. I was used to the old school leather belts. I live this belt. The system to adjust it is quick and easy. The construction if very sturdy and I like the velcro to add morale patches.

I’m a firefighter and a Marine and it’s nice to add my personal swagger to my belt. Even if it’s only me in my garage.

The belt is very small, like it doesnt cover much space. The leather isn’t good at all as others have said in here. Under the leather its literal cardboard. The logo isnt even centered and badly sewn in.

You can see glue on the edges of the logo. Outline of the belt is badly cut. Some cuts go too far in and makes it zigzaggy. Also dirty straight from the package. DON’T BUY. 0 STAR.

I started lifting heavier in the gym and wanted to get past 75kg squats so I invested in this belt as I read the reviews and it’s pretty decent for doing it’s job. It’s a good price as I get nhs discount too! Really happy with it so far! I would highly recommend.

I love this belt. Compared to other ones I have used in college, this is my favorite by far. I would recommend anyone who is getting into heavier lifts to give this belt a chance. I’ve been using it for the past half year and just love it.

The belt really conforms well to my waist being made of leather, it moulds to your shape with use. The tan colour appeals to me in general giving it a classy/professional look including the brand like ‘Iron Tanks’ slogan.

The quick release buckle really is a benefit, no more struggling with trying to tighten and feed buckle pins through each hole. Finally the sturdy, screw-in rivets are ideal as the tin, press rivets in my last belt rusted out and popped.

Colour of the product is different especially it is not the exact blue car that is shown in the pictures here. Picture is edited. If anyone who see this review just what to let you know it’s dark blue in colour.

I paid price for the colour that us shown on here. Also, minor wear and tear on the belt on both sides. Cannot count the item I got as brand new. Don’t buy if you also does not want to feel the way I am feeling.

As a competitive Olympic lifter, I have erred on using a Velcro strap for years. I was always curious, but dismissed it as a nice to have. Eventually I pulled up my big boy pants, and decided to invest in the Quake after chatting to a powerlifter on improving my bottom line raw numbers.

While I cannot use the belt in competition, what I can say is for training (and I do allot under load) I am never ever going back. The investment Is well worth it, get a burley buckle, I have the Goliath to ensure I don’t struggle with the crank.

The lockdown is awesome, the core stacking it creates is phenominal. I still haven’t worn it in, so people be prepared for a bite but it will be well worth it.
