My entire life I have had TERRIBLE PMS pain: cramps, bloating, body aches, breast tenderness, sickness etc. I took these and within the first 2 months, I noticed a HUGE difference. I have always had a thyroid that when tested bordered on almost but not enough to need medication for hypothyroid disease. As I have gotten older my symptoms have ever so slightly progressed more and more.

Seem to be fine, but in the past 2 bottles, ordered separately with weeks in between, all of the capsules have been slightly squished. The first bottle was far worse to the point some were malformed on both ends or and/or pinched very very tightly in the middle.

The 2nd bottle isn’t so bad, as you can see in the images, but still visibly dented/squeezed in on one side. I’ve purchased multiple bottles of several other items from Gaia Herbs and they have all been perfect little capsules, so I’m not sure what’s going on with these.

None of their other supplements have had any scent to them, but these smell very strongly of cinnamon – as does everything else they come in contact with. Perhaps that pinch is coating them with their contents before bottling.

This is not an issue I have had with other cinnamon supplements, though they were filled with powder vs. these being liquid. All in all they are good, high hopes for the 3rd bottle… they are a bit pricey to have issues.

Their other products have been great, so I’m willing to give it another shot.
