Best Level To Evolve Shellder (2025 Updated)

i got this on sale which allowed me to buy a metal blade for similar overall price price. I am good with it at a discounted price but would not be ok with it at the regular price. While I would like the double bevel model I cannot see spending that much more for this saw.

It took a little to set up and get all very close to square. I have made 1/2 dozen cuts with the metal specific blade and so far it has done good. The clamp you get sucks and it is only the side clamp not a front clamp.

I use c-clamps to hold the thicker metal tubing. There is a lot more plastic than I would prefer. At the regular price I would expect something more in line with other brands: Rigid, Dewalt, take your pick of mid level miter saws.

For doing some basic metal cutting I would recommend it, still better than an abrasives saw. Dealing with Tractor Supply was easy and my local store has good service.

I bought the 10” a month ago as I wanted to build a trailer. Today was the day, so it cuts 2×2 3/16 angle iron and 3×3 x 1/8 square tubing good, you just take it easy let the blade cut slowly and nice clean cuts.

Your safety equipment especially eye face and ear protection. Noisy cutting steel and steel chips fly everywhere, so don’t even try without your safety equipment on. It does cut 45 deg each direction.

I did 12 cuts on the 3/16 steel the multi use blade still seems fine. I thing it is good for home hobby use.

So far, for my purposes it has worked fine. It cuts through metal “like butter. ” Seems to be relatively accurate on angle cutting, though I have not gotten quite to the point of measuring accurately, but I will in time.

Biggest reason for only 4 stars is the blade that came with the saw. Cuts wood just fine, minimal burring, that is not the problem. In attempt to save the life of the blade, while cutting Jetta, I have been using light pressure, and trying to cut slower.

In doing so the blade is getting a good chatter and wobble, causing my cuts to be “waved” in metal. Perhaps it’s a bad blade, perhaps it’s the saw itself. Leads me to my next point, which is my saw came with no stickers on the base, which I saw present in previous reviews.

Also had a fine white dust on parts and a dent in part of the base. Though not affecting functionality, it makes me question whether or not I received a previously used saw, or parts thereof, that has since been refurbished and repackaged as new.

Maybe it was damaged during shipping to or at the well known “big box” retailer. Don’t know, saw seems to work as it should. As long as evolution honors my warranty if I have any issues, I won’t have any complaints.

To sum up: Blade chatter on metal causing some Minor Wave-like cuts in metal, not nearly as clean as advertised. Seems to do better with heavier pressure but still present. Maybe a new blade solves the issue.

Have been using a basic Jabra wired headset for some years, but craved a wireless version so I didn’t have long cords to faff with during daily set-up as well as something that connected to my mobile phone for hands-free calling but most importantly, making sure I didn’t sound like I was talking through a tin can and wouldn’t send background noise through the call.

I normally prefer over-ear style for comfort, but this ticked all the other boxes and was positively reviewed, so I took the leap and after a month of daily work use, I agree this is a great headset for video/voice calling.

I have this set up with the USB “Link380” adaptor in my computer for the MS Teams functionality and Spotify listening, along with it simultaneously connected via bluetooth to an iPhone. This works great and the sound quality through the Link380 is great for music and calls, with colleagues mentioning this sounds far better.

The only two gripes I have are: – The audio quality for bluetooth devices – this is due to only supporting the basic SBC audio codec. Works great for calls, but don’t expect high fidelity for music from your phone.

I had done my homework and this was accepted because bluetooth music wasn’t the focus and it still sounds good through the proprietary Link380 BT adaptor, though) – My big head seems to mean the pressure on the ears is a bit uncomfortable after long periods (3+ hours).

This was my concern with on-ear, but the over-ear Jabra equivalents are far more expensive. This is easily remedied with a break or two. Again, self inflicted.

There are very few products I could possibly say were worth a 12-week wait, but the Jabra Evolve 2 75 is one of them. I was inspired to order one by a combination of experience with a much cheaper Jabra corded product (the Evolve 20), excellent online reviews, and the audio comparison with other SKUs done by Headset Advisor on their YouTube channel.

The minute I ordered it, however, it went out of stock. But it did finally arrive 2 weeks ago, and my experience is uniformly positive. The headset is extremely comfortable even for me (I have a very large head), the sound and mix are excellent, and the adaptive noise cancellation is much more than adequate for a general office setting.

It will be a couple of months until I can test it on the road. I’m not sure I really believe the advertised battery life, but that is also much more than adequate for an office. As far as I can tell, most people should be either buying something really cheap (they just don’t use it enough), identically the Apple AirPods Pro (and maybe a decent mic) or the tip of the line Jabra in whatever form factor you like best.

The mic is not perfect, but it is in the top 5-10% of your Zoom calls, and works even when you are away from your desk. If you really are podcasting, I’m sure you would prefer a dedicated and better mic, but for most other people I’m really not sure.

And versatility is why this is actually worth waiting and paying for. It would be a steal for a real sale price, which we’ll only see when they can keep the SKU in stock.

Bought this as an upgrade from the Evolve 65 (not 2) and unfortunately its overall a downgrade, despite being constructed very nicely with premium feeling materials and a great build quality – I wanted to love it! There are 2 x major issues: Firstly, the mic is right side only, whereas the previous model could swing both ways (I prefer on the left side).

Maybe not a deal breaker for some, but I just found it constantly annoying. Secondly, the previous model has a hard headband which gradually built up pressure on the top of my head and become uncomfortable after a few hours.

This model has attempted to fix that with a nice soft silicon pad, however the overall more solid build (and thus weight) and stronger materials mean that between the clamping force and extra weight it’s mde it worse! I struggled to wear this headset for more than 30 mins at a time.

Big sad. I also have an Engage 75 which is almost perfect, but it is tied to the dock for Bluetooth and PC connectivity, so you can’t really use it for travelling. Still chasing the holy grail of headsets.

Looking at the Evolve 75 it looks like it might suffer the same issues as the Evolve2 65.

Evolve is unlike any competitive multiplayer I’ve played, its unique 4v1 system is interesting and that is what makes the game for the most part, good. However, the game is so limited in options that some may find the gameplay repetitive.

You basically have two main options, solo, which is you against AI according to your rules, and online multiplayer. The multiplayer has only 3 competitive modes and a private match option for friends only in nonranked matches.

The first mode is the hunt, what the game was based around. 4 hunters each of a unique class need to find and kill a monster before it evolves into a more powerful stage 3 and destroys an objective. While this is the most exciting mode, my problem with it is the team proportions.

While monsters and 4 hunters are for the most part balanced in terms of abilities and health, the hunters must work as a team to best make use of their abilities in order to have a chance against and experienced monster, who has only itself to worry about.

If all hunters are skilled except the trapper, then the monster will be nearly impossible to find. If the medic is lacking, then death will be inevitable. So if you want to hunt, make sure you have a worthy team of friends rather than 10 year old randoms.

The evacuation mode is 5 consecutive matches of random modes on random maps, losers gain handicap to even the odds but winners receive a modifier such as defensive turrets for the next match. Here, there are 3 additional game modes that are ok, but not as fun as the hunt.

One has the monster defending nests, another has hunters rescuing people, and the last has the hunters defending generators from a monster and its minions. The arena mode locks all players in a small arena to fight, which takes away the searching and stealth aspects for much shorter matches of combat only and less strategy, this mode was recently added, as was other free add-ons, which is good to see.

Unfortunately, my biggest issue is that dlc characters have have been in the making since before the game was released and are a big part of the game. It is $10 for extra monsters, and about $5 for extra hunters.

While these add more strategy to the game, i feel that the price is excessive and that these could have been made witht he game upon release for free. All the extra characters for the 2 seasons are $70 to the game, costing more than the game when it was new just to add 8 hunters and 2 monsters.

Overall, if you are someone who loves competitive multiplayer like COD and don not care if there is no story, this is a fun game. The maps are many and various and the character classes and different monsters are all unique with their own strategies.

If multiplayer bores you, this is not for you. The dlc is quite pricey and while it may be worth it to those who really get into this game, this does not apply to most casual players. If you find this game for cheap, go for it, the matches are intense and different enough to be fun.

The fourth support, Kala, is NOT unlockable even with the Ultimate edition. Theres also supposedly an Ice version of Behemoth thats not available. Only because of the age of the game/no online/Store support/current game updates.

Still fun to play This game was slept on for sure. Graphics and gameplay is intense even with AI allies/enemy. I played when the game was new and switched consoles but didnt feel like redoing progress.

The game has highly replay-able and addicting. I was disappointed they cut the game off from Xbox marketplace.

I loved the Left 4 Dead games and saw this as a new twist on that style of game, perfect for my new PS4. And it is. It has a good range of hunter characters (in and across classes) with enough difference between them to suit different play styles whilst still having the same basics to ensure that you can get to grips with each character fairly quickly.

The monsters are enjoyable and to play (and fight) and nothing compares to the enjoyment in the devastation that you cause when you level up to the third evolution stage. The maps are varied and interesting and the local flora and fauna are a great match and are well built to provide a different experience whether you are a monster or a hunter.

However, it has a much steeper learning curve (for me at least) with most of the first games being losses (both hunter and monster) with the AI seeming to have the annoying ability to know where you are on the map irrespective of tracking or sneaking.

In fact the AI in solo modes seems in many ways to being on par with well practiced human opponents. The evacuation solo (story) mode really is not much of a story. I like to have a story arc as an alternative to quick play but here there is little holding the various levels together.

As a quick conclusion I am happy to have bought the game and I have no doubt that it will provide many hours of happy frustration and hard fought success but when buying be aware that this is no casual shooter it is a real fight to be the top of the food chain.

Me and my Evolve2’s have known each other for about 2 years now. Not gonna lie, it hasn’t always been easy. You’d think our relationship would be smooth going – I’d put on the headset and it sends sweet sounds into my ears and also makes me sound like a smooth talker with the swing arm mic.

while the mic is excellent for calls, everyone hears me clearly, sometimes the switch between laptop and mobile isn’t so neatly done. For example, if I’m on a google chat meeting and a call comes in on my mobile device, it’ll cut me out of my meeting to prioritize the ringing phone.

There’s no way to set channel priority. Not cool. As for the sound, I’ve played around with the EQ settings and the bass is still not that great although it’s awesome in the higher ranges. Since this is an over the ear headset, and has active noise cancelling, I can focus pretty well with them on.

Too well actually, others have been able to sneak up on me and scare the daylights out of me so unless I’m peacefully by myself, I tend to half cover my ears so that I can hear who I’m about to counter-attack and also hear myself talking to monitor my speaking volume.

Overall, I love this headset but the one thing I wish it would allow me to do is replace the stock ear cushions. The original ear cushions snap off and on and are soft but not cushy so trying to find a 3rd party upgrade hasn’t been easy due to fit alone.

So after all that I’ve said, if I can’t upgrade it to make them more comfortable, I’m upgrading it altogether. Sorry Evolve2, it was nice to have known ya.

I purchased this in July with high expectations, and many things worked great: – Works OK with MS Teams, better with Skype – Had to manually do all firmware updates because I’m using a Mac – Great comfort and battery life – Good Sound quality (even works with my hearing aids!) – Loved the Active Noise Cancelling – Bluetooth integration was better with the provided adapter than with the on-board bluetooth controller on my Mac.

– Deal breaker: people on the other end of my calls were *constantly* complaining about my voice quality. I never had any problems hearing others on my calls and meetings, but they were constantly complaining: “Your voice sounds like it’s underwater”; “Your voice keeps repeating the last word in your phrases”; no end to people asking me to repeat myself.

I tried rebooting the headset and often times that seemed to work, but when I listened to meeting recordings, I could tell that all most 100% of the time there were artifacts in my voice. I kept hoping that firmware updates would fix the problem, but they never did.

I’m finally giving up and looking for another solution. If you don’t care about calls and meetings, this is a great option. Unfortunately, I do.

Really enjoying them, I wish there was a way to set a preference for priority device when you have multiple devices connected. The color is a nice change from the average dark colors. They sound great, the anc is a cool feature, busy light has not worked for me connected to my employer’s wfh softphone set up,but every thing else seems to work just as its meant to.

The headphones feel like very high quality soft materials. The app is a cool edition as well. Over all I like them pretty well Also headset advisor, has great customer service! I really appreciated the attention to detail when handling my order.

My 800LMI just arrived today. It’s even better than I expected. Precision craftsmanship and just a beautiful piece of machinery. Dead nuts level on both sides and the beam is bright and accurate. I’m a plumber of 25 years, minus 4 years that I took off to become a precision machinist.

I can fully appreciate this tool from both aspects. Great job, Ridgid! It was well worth every cent. But on a sour note. your new generation of cordless sawzalls are absolute trash.

I recently purchased the 800 LMI. In my line of work I do a lot of machinery alignment. The laser feature is what sold me on this. It works extremely well and makes the job easy. Whether aligning the faces of several different peices, or using it as a plumb bob, It works well.

The accuracy for a small level is great and its compact size lets me store it just about anywhere. The aluminum body is tough and I have little worries about it getting damaged. The magnets allow it be attached to anything securely and without worry of it moving.

For my application, the five vials seems to be a bit much, I’m good with 0, 90 and 45. But in more of a construction application, I can see where the others may come in handy.

Rock solid. Well finished. Super strong magnets. Grade graduated vial showing inch per foot pitch.

Great value for money very easy to use. Clear concise instructions. Can easily be recalibrated in a simple two stage process. The display is clear and very easy to read in all light levels. The ability to zero the level and use relative angle measurements is great.

So many uses not just as a level. Have used mine to set up camber angle adjustment on cars suspension , The magnetic base sticks well to car hub and is accurate enough to ensure correct suspension adjustment.

Only thing it lacks is a v shaped base that would allow for use on pipes and round rails.

Makes getting your blades the exact angle required to cut the job easy. Magnets built into the case make it simple to zero on your saw bed, then attach to your saw blade and change the angle to the required degree.

Do not just believe the markings on your saw, make it exact with the Trend digital level box!.

I have been very dissapointed with this saw. Ok, it is only 120 or so, but I should have known better and spent the extra money on Makita, which I would advise you to do as well. Here’s what I have found to be wrong.

It’s not accurate. There is too much wiggle when setting the fixed mitre angles, so it’s never quite right. Bit like the American colour standard – NTSC – Never Twice the Same Cut. This is my main complaint.

And the angle guide for bevel cuts is much too small and hard to see – very difficult to set up correctly. The dust bag is useless, doesn’t collect anything, so it’s very messy. The laser is almost but not quite right, so it really doesn’t help.

The clamps are next to useless. For a 45 degree bevel cut the clamp gets in the way. The platform is too small, so it’s fiddly to set up larger bits of wood. Hard wood, like oak, can splinter with the supplied blade.

So, I guess it’s OK if you do just want something quick and cheap, but if you actually want to cut an accurate mitre or bevel, then spend more money.

This is a cracking saw very accurate cuts needed a slight adjust to get it bang on 90 & 45 degrees but all saws I’ve had this has needed doing so no problem at all. Along with my rage 5s table saw most of my cutting needs are met.

I have a large 12” miter saw so this 185mm saw is perfect for the more smaller of my projects. The quality of cut from the blade is pretty good for a multi material blade. And the trenching function is very consistent two projects completed and it’s only a week old love it keep up the quality of you products evolution they are brilliant.

Love the blade as there is no jerking upon cutting or finishing the cut like with most blades. This si like cutting through butter it is sooooo smoth. Great blade protection and blade stop. Everything works flawlessly so far.

I’ve had this for about 3 weeks. One thing I still do not like on any mitre saw is the mess it produces. Hooked up the bad, it is very messy like most. Hooked up to the Vac. it is about half as messy.

Top extensions are a BIG bonus compared to many other models that use bent steel rods that fall out. these are bolted onto sides and the unit as a whole is still lighter in weight than my old model which was just a 10″ compound (No Slide).

This tool looked like a dream. It turned out to be a complete failure. The guthook is too small and gets plugged up with hair so it doesn’t unzip smoothly. The blade breaks easily at the connection, especially if you hit bone.

It will not hold up to cutting through joints. I used the pliers once to cut barbed wire and that dented the cutting surface which made them stick together. Then I tried to use them to pull a staple from a fence post and the spring steel snapped out of place so they won’t grasp at all.

This sounded like the ONE tool that I have been looking for. It is actually pretty much worthless.

I was deciding between this and the leatherman skelectool cox. Pliers broke when using them to pinch back on a wire crimp. Hard to describe the way it broke but one side of the handle will no longer clip over tight.

Only use pliers for very light duty work. While the scalpels great for field dressing an animal, the blade is so thin that it doesn’t make a great everyday carry blade. So around Camp I still carry another knife to handle more demanding cutting needs.

I have been using Havalon products for years and have never been let down. Definitely not with this tool either. Awesome product, great design from start to finish. I am an avid outdoors man and this without a doubt is and will continue to be in my arsenal for years.

As soon as I opened the package I immediately ordered my brother one.

Works great with MS Teams. Comfortable on ear even on long meetings, and good sound quality! Best headset I’ve used so far. The only slight negative is the chord is a bit stiff and gets in the way whilst typing.

Other brands I’ve used in the past have softer chords which loose their pre-packaged kinks after a short while of use, but this is still kinked in the same way after a month of use despite trying to unkink it regularly.

I guess its more down to using better quality cable than my previous headsets, and will thus last longer than previous ones as a result. Its a shame the wireless version is so much more expensive than the chorded version, otherwise I’d swap as the headset is great otherwise.

This saw is amazing! Wicked fast, super clean, and incredibly accurate! Compound cuts in steel like a hot knife through butter! I don’t have a “professional fabrication shop” but what I do build looks so much better because the cuts are straight, clean, and ready to go!.

Not a bad saw. Some parts should be metal instead of plastic and not sure how long they will last. Laser is nice, easy set up and long cord.

The Dual-Bevel Sliding Miter Saw With 10 in. Multi-Material Cutting Blade R255SMS-DB is an investment in both time and money. Being able to cut metal with precision is what I need to cut metal with confidence.

I am a professional audio engineer and an acoustic guitar / singer soloist. I have found a few speaker systems that deliver accurate sound and many more that do not deliver. I purchased an Evolve 50 a little over a year ago and it is now my go-to speaker for performance.

My Martin Guitar sounds as natural as it possibly can and I love the way this speaker reproduces my voice. I use an Audix OM5 for my cabled vocal or a Shure Beta 87A if going wireless. I could not be any happier.

So far a single speaker has covered all of the different restaurant venues that I play. The Evolve 50 will get quite loud behind me, as I use it as a personal monitor and my Front of House System. There are two venues I play that I either wear in-ears or use a foldback monitor with the Evolve 50 in front of me, to avoid feedback because of the SPL needed to cover the crowd.

I have never been a big Electro Voice fan, but I love this speaker and recommended over the B*** or Turb****** **2000 or J** everyday. It reproduces keyboards, guitars, voice and tracks with amazing clarity.

I pair my Turbosound IP15B with these to do ballad bands an DJ work. I mix through a Soundcraft UI16 with iPad control. See my review on the Evolve 30M.

The sound is so crisp and clear. It’s the easiest to set up and take down. They fit in my Honda Civic so easy, so I can do multiple events from my gas saving sedan. I love that I can connect my phone for easy streaming when necessary all while having my controller and other connections to the speaker.

The bass could be a little bit more ground shaking but that’s not an issue at all. I hope these last me for the rest of my life.

As a solo performer with acoustic guitar and vocal, I have tried many products to find a speaker that would give me an accurate reproduction of my guitar. I had some issues with my 5th string feeding back with the Evolve 50 in my rehearsal room, more than usual, i notched the frequency and put a feedback buster in the sound hole.

I used the Evolve 50 at a party of about 40 people, in a warehouse, with a friend playing bass through my mixer into the EV. Lots of compliments, and no A string feedback. I believe the EV Evolve 50 is a good buy compared to other products in its class.

This product, in my opinion, will work great for solo acts, up to small cover bands. I would use an additional subwoofer if the band is using PA to support Bass Guitar or Kick Drum. My goal is to get my TC Helicon Voice Live Extreme 3 to interface between my instrument and vocal so I dont have to haul my mixer to my shows.

I have not tried plugging directly in and probably wont, as I need reverb to make it sound the way I want. When I read reviews I always want to know a little about the reviewer to help weigh their opinion.

I studied Audio Engineering at Belmont University in Nashville TN. and have toured with Grammy winning bands as the FOH Engineer. Simi-Retired now. making music instead of mixing it. Thanks for reading, I hope this helps with your decision.

IšverstiShow in original languageI was very excited to get this tuner and put it in my truck. I received it on Thursday evening. So Friday in my lunch break, I took the time to un wrap and check out my new toy.

I read all the instructions, downloaded all the latest software and did the update. When I got home, about 4:30, I began my install which was very easy. Took about 25 minutes to route and mount everything.

Now to finally get to use it! Plug it in, follow on screen instructing, put my VIN number in and then. i wait, and wait, and wait and wait. Finally the screen changes and. asks me to put my VIN in again.

So I do. Again I wait. then it says i already have a tuner in the pcm, to put my VIN in again. Tried calling tech support, they are already closed for the weekend! What performance company doesn’t have tech support on a weekend! Everyone works on their trucks on weekends! I do not have a tuner, never have, and I am original owner.

I took it back and bought the TS 6 position chip. You want to see a difference, then skip the tuner. Buy the TS chip!.

IšverstiShow in original languageEverything I expected & than some. Not sure what others did wrong, mine works great! I still haven’t updated it, I bought it & did the quick plug & play no issues. The only thing that changed a couple days ago was the original sequence of 1-4.

My extreme setting for some reason is now coming up on setting 3 & my hot setting is now coming up on setting 4. Besides that it’s great! I got a increase of mileage on every setting versus my stock setting.

On extreme I even gained an extra 4-5 miles per gallon in the city.

IšverstiShow in original languageI purchased my first Edge in 2013. That was the silver model that let you monitor 5 parameters with programmer. Having sold that 97 F350, I let it go with the truck. Recently purchased a 02 F350 7.

3, I wanted to stay with Edge products. The Edge Evolution CTS2 has it all. I watched the guy from Edge on u tube demonstrate how to use it, so YES I opened the box up, put in what I wanted and road tested it.

So easy to use!!! Quality packaging.
