Brought this reel to go fishing on the reef off Agnes Waters Qld. So it has only had one trip but performed very well on a range of fish of different weights. While the reel did perform well, a lot of credit has to go to the staff at Gladstone BCF.

They fitted up the reel with backing and braid taking the time to do the best knots and quantities of both to ensure the best outcome. The large shark proved the reel was up to the task, it was me that was a bit lacking in stamina.

Product great! Classic reliable light tackle game reel. The landcruiser of game reels. Extremely poor dealings with BCF personnel. It was processed as click & collect but I filled out the postal details online as I’m 12000kms away.

Took too long to receive and staff were painful to deal with. Not the first hassle with BCF either.

Great reel for all around light trolling. I also own TLD 25’s and honestly I perfer the 15’s. I mainly use them for Dolphin, Blackfin, Kings, Sails. I’ve had them for a few years now with no issues at all.

They are just light enough to feel comfortable and just heavy enough you can put some pretty good pressure when it’s needed. The only thing I’d change is I wish the 15’s had harness rings like the 25’s do, the wife would really appreciate the rings on any game fish over 20lbs (especially the Blackfin) I would NOT dare high-speed wahoo fish with either they will get smoked quick but I have brought in a 45lb hoo that picked up a freeline on the 15.

If your looking for something to do some reef trolling I would definitely recommend it.

I bought this bag as a present for a friend who had been borrowing a very old bag of mine. He plans on using it for long weekend trips. From the first impression, this bag is high quality. It has an osprey suspension system which distributes weight very well and keeps.

I immediately noticed that the bag does not rest fully on the back and thus gives good air flow. The color is vibrant and striking.

I was introduced to the Rook/Renn packs by a saleswoman at BRMO in Ellijay Georgia. She had just returned from an attempt on Everest and I asked what pack she took. When she said Osprey, I was familiar, but when she said Renn 50, I was not.

So I began reading, seeing the Rook/Renn was a near minimalist pack that had great weight and I loved the look and idea of the Airspeed suspension. Only problem, I couldn’t find one in a big box store to try on or get fitted.

My wife and I were out one day and went into the outfitter at Mast General Store and low and behold they had both the Rook and Renn on the shelf. We both tried them on, got fitted properly by their staff, put some weight in them and I fell in love.

Having prior military experience and having owned several older style packs, this pack was a God send. Liteweight, comfortable, well supported, and best of all, my back does not sweat nearly as bad as it used to.

The Airspeed suspension works! Weight range is just about perfect at 30-35 lbs. Straps are great. Only complaint is a minor one. The hip belt pockets are a little far back for me because I’m a larger guy (40″ waist), so I added a pocket to the hip belt, problem solved.

(But at least it has them, so thankful it does) I also got a Daylite pack to add on to this for added volume. It secures easily to the pack and I don’t notice it too awfully bad hanging on to the back of the pack.

All in all, very happy with this purchase and plan to put many, many miles on my Rook 50 and the Renn 50 my wife got.

I served in the Army with my wife for 21 years and I am amazed at how good this pack is. Its just right with one exception that we both agree on. That it needs a pocket in the center of the backpack for tickets and maps and a passport ETC.

Other than that very comfortable and just the right size for travelling. Durable construction and the material its made of seems tough enough. Finally I would say that they should market this pack to the U.

S. Army as a patrol pack with some modifications. Awesome pack and we will be taking these with us to Ireland and Germany to visit friends.

Being new to the DnD scene, as well as becoming a Dungeon Master, I definitely needed to have a guide of sorts because, yeah, it was a lot that I needed to learn. This book has it all! Everything you need to know, it’s right here.

Granted, it was A LOT of reading and A LOT to take in, but it helped me out tremendously! It’s also nice to have a hard copy so I can flip to wherever I need to go and not need to be on my computer (I’m a bit old school, haha) Love BAM! a lot! So glad it’s close to my house and I can go there in my free time.

This is the last of the core three rulebooks for the 5th Edition of Dungeons & Dragons. This is a great book in my honest opinion, however, you really only need this if you are a huge nerd like myself.

What I mean by this is the following: if you want ideas for creating a multiverse, an adventure, a non-player character, a creature, a spell, a magic item, or really anything then this is a good book for you.

These ideas can then be placed into a tabletop role-playing game and hopefully, there’s a good time to be had. Additionally, the book has advice, rules options, random tables, and even sample maps at the end.

Lastly, there are about a hundred pages devoted entirely to magic items and treasure, so if that’s what you were looking for (you know who you are), then this is also a good book for you.

What can I say that has not been said? This is a classic and a must-have for every DM. I’d even go so far as to say every fantasy writer and narrative game designer should own a copy to peruse. It’s a classic for a reason.

To begin with, as always with Mercer and crowd, the writing and world-building are solid. Whether you’re running your campaign in Exandria, or just borrowing elements for another world, there is plenty to play with.

More Vestiges, of course, as well as the kind of kindred idea of the other party (be they rivals, enemies or allies -even friends). Like the Vestiges, as everyone knows, they level with the players. What isn’t as widely said is that they each have very believable, empathetic motives, goals and personalities.

They are likeable. It goes very well with the Tal’dorei and Wildemount books. Now, all we need is one for the continents of Marquet and Issylra.

Everyone in campaign 3 is so wonderful and endearing, but Sam and Marisha, I hope y’all are reading. You’ve made me so happy and connected with me on a deeply emotional level, best 4 hours of my day, and I gotta say.

Y’all have made this critter, so incredibly happy. Thank you. All of you. Also, the book is amazing, and the art is beautiful, the Kryptonian eradicator did an excellent job reviewing.

We’ve had Critical Role sourcebooks before, but only a handful of adventures. This one FEELS like an episode. The NPCs feel alive; the plot makes players feel like the fate of the world is in their hands, and of course: horrific monsters.

Absolutely recommend!.

Seems like a good stand. I’ve hung it and tried it out, but haven’t hunted from it yet. I like the fact that you strap hte bracket to the tree first, then drop the stand into the bracket. I think that will make it easier to hang.

It does come with a ratchet strap so there will be clicking when tightening it down. I weighed it on a digital hanging scale and got 9. 5 pounds without the bracket and strap, with it, it was closer to 11 pounds.

It came with a climbing rope and prussic knot, which is nice. The seat is large and comfortable and the platforms seems to be large enough.

I’m a larger guy. I have been hunting for 35 years. I have hunted about almost every ladder stand, climber, and hang-on. I LOVE THIS STAND! ts roomy, quiet and most of all COMFY. I do like that they use a chain to wrap the tree.

Don’t have to worry about animals chewing on a strap. I specifically use only Millennium stands on my hunting propertys. 11 stands to be exact. Well worth the money!.

I am a mobile hunter, I travel to many properties throughout the season usually with only 4-7 days to be successful in the deer woods. I have about 15 hangon tree stands and this was my first Millennium.

I have seen the commercials and read the reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I am a firm believer in comfort and that is the #1 reason so many of us get down early. I invest my money in equipment that will help me last longer than the next guy.

This treestand folds easily and carries well. I am a huge fan of the mesh type seat because it gives enough strength to be secure, flex for comfort, and stealthy quiet. The Large seat is a MUST and a great detail to point out.

The curve of the seat allows for maximum comfort for your legs. I have larger legs and sitting in one position for long periods usually puts my legs and feet to sleep. This stand did not and felt I could sit longer than most.

The platform is sturdy and gives me ample room to move around while filming and bowhunting. The seat is deadly silent when lifting and lowering and you almost double your foot space when the seat is in the upright position.

The seat is super light for quick lifting and lowering and silent when rubbing or moving around while seated. I could not be happier with this product. If I had to complain for some of you who just need a negative remark I would say it could be lighter and the chain strap is a bit loud and clankly if you dont sinch it down when carrying it, and are clumsy when setting up.

Also, this is the only tree stand i have ever had stolen, I hunted with it last season and it was stolen from me in late season. Jerks!.

I’ve extensively used the Bose system, but needed another cheaper option as a secondary system. I bought and returned the Turbosound system(too muddy and cheap feeling) and tested the JBL system(too scooped) only to finally give the EV a listen.

Wow was I blown away. The Bose and JBL both have a hifi and bright quality to the sound that may work for some people, but the EV sounds straight up like a large venue PA. It’s full, punchy, and just clear enough on the top end.

This is hands down the best sounding column system I have used. The Bose offers far more options in terms of inputs and effects but you are paying for that as well. This would pair well with something like the Behringer X Air mixer/Ipad if you needed more input options.

The throw is pretty wide as well. It’s not quite as wide as the Bose, but beats out the other options. Phantom on the two combo inputs is a plus! The column has magnets that hold the pieces together better than other systems like the turbosound.

Subwoofer isn’t TOO heavy but the weight is definitely worth it for the sound. The two column pieces fit nicely into a gig bag that’s provided. While it may not have as many inputs or features as the Bose or JBL, the punchy and full sound more than make up for it.

Would highly recommend.

BUYERS BEWARE!! These new AKG headphones are now cheap junk made in China. The earpads are now made of cheap hard vinyl that make your ears sweat and are VERY uncomfortable to wear for any length of time.

The cheap cord cracked in several places within 2 months of light use, and has now shorted out. AVOID AKG at all costs. I have previously used AKG studio headphones for decades in a recording studio, they were of excellent quality, were made in Austria, and lasted for many years with no issues.

These new AKG headphones are absolute JUNK and it’s obvious AKG is now only in business to swindle buyers with inferior products now made cheaply in China. Really a shame.

I bought these headphones to run at home in my practice room with a Line6 PodGO. As with most things I buy online, I did extensive research prior to purchase. I perused 100’s of pairs of headphones on MusiciansFriend and other websites.

Then I did the “comparison shopping” thing on those sites. Afterwards, I read several hundred reviews (good and bad) on the narrowed down field of the 8 pair that had the features I wanted, were in my price range, and were rated toward the upper end of the scale.

Then I ordered. Rather, I should say I settled. The AKG K240’s were on backorder, so I went with my 2nd choice. (Always go with your gut. ) The order was placed on Sunday and I received them 2 days later on Tuesday.

On Friday, I repacked them and returned them. Now I was back at the beginning so I did what I should have done in the first place and researched headphones that were highly recommended for running with a guitar amp.

Of 11 different “best of” lists, the AKG K240’s landed on 10 of those lists. I received my AKG K240’s this afternoon and here I sit writing a review. WOW!!! If you’re looking for a flat response monitoring headphone, check these out! The other pair I bought and returned cost more than these, so if your budget is tight, these fit nicely.

The other pair seemed to add bass, so what I was hearing wasn’t a good representation of my final sound. If you’re wanting a DJ-style headphone, these aren’t for you. If you’re wanting bass-enhanced headphones, these aren’t for you.

If what you want is an affordable, genuine listen headphone, buy these today! You won’t regret your purchase.

These headphones perform much better than you expect for their price! Perfect for production and some general mixing. They are very light weighted and self-adjustable which doesn’t make it tiring to work long sessions.

I love that the bass isn’t painful as it appears to me with many other models. Great control over stereo. High end is also not harsh at all. From a semi-open back headphones you don’t expect a perfect noise cancellation, but it doesn’t bother me at all.

I am glad I’ve updated to the AKG K240 headphones, looking forward to make some real bangers!.

The Analog Rytm MK2 is an 8-voice analog drum machine and sampler. It is, however, not your usual drum machine. The Analog Rytm MK2 is different in that you can layer your percussion sounds on top of your digital samples.

This is my favorite feature on the Analog Rytm MK2. If you do not want both sounds/samples playing at the same time, you can turn one or the other off. There are two things that I do not like about the Analog Rytm MK2: 1) I cannot name my patterns, and 2) I cannot slice samples.

These are not deal breakers, however. I’ve had the Analog Rytm MK2 for several months now. Despite the fact that there are a couple of features that I wished the Analog Rytm MK2 possessed, I have not regretted my decision to purchase it.

I Tested it on a Alesis Multimix 6 FX, that it has and a Phantom (+48V) and it works Great. ! Awesome Microphone with a great in quality design and materials. When you have it in your hand you think that you have a much more expensive professional microphone.

The Weight is as should for this kind of microphone. And it works Great. !!! Also, Cables and XLR connectors have very good quality. In box you will find and a spare rubber for the mount. The Microphone is more than i expected, and worth the money.

I am thinking to buy the same again. (- I would prefer to have 2 extra spare mount rubbers than 1, and 2 extra spare rubbers for the pop filter because it is sensitive and easy to break. Also i would prefer to have and a Black Foam Filter Cover for the microphone if you don’t want to use the Grid pop filter.

Really I can not explain or compare this mic with any high end audio analyzer that tell us how good or bad it is. In my case I just use it direct into Audacity on my laptop using a Zoom H4s as phantom power and audio interface true my USB connection.

Easy, ok yes it is, just plug and play in this configuration. Nice sound, yes very good and real for my taste. I like to set the input mic levels a little low and get around a meter or less with my instruments and amplify the recording level to -4.

5 dB to have an standard volume level and no distortion or clipping. This mic help me record even strong sound instruments like the violin without any problem this way. If you want to talk it just record your voice with a very nice natural sound.

For the price this mic is a real nice purchase.

Is much louder than the Chinese knockoff I had been using. Sound quality was excellent! You can really boost the volume without the annoying hissing and humming you usually get from cheap microphones.

This is the second Rockville product I have purchased and I hope they continue to make excellent products at affordable prices. I use it for tutorials (speaking) and recording music (singing).

I’ve owned the 65″ 2022 for a month and a half. Here are my take aways as a photographer with a particular eye for image quality. – Beautiful 4k image with vibrant colours and brightness. Excels in this regard, and short of up close viewing is convincing as an artwork at a technical level.

Read on however. – Matte finish is exceptional and makes the tv usable day and night in our lounge room. This feature alone is the most compelling thing about the frame over other qleds. – The viewing angle is utterly atrocious.

Blacks turn to near purple at 30-40 degrees off centre, and saturation drops considerably, both vertically and horizontally. This means mounting it at eye level as an artwork degrades blacks and colour for seated tv viewing, and the inverse is true if mounted low for improved quality for seated tv viewing.

It’s very, very far from believable as an artwork. This is so bad in fact that even when viewing an image dead on in the middle the colours and contrast are dropping away in the corners. Don’t even get me started on how bad it is when approaching from the side.

I think if the tv were in a spot in the room where you didn’t have to walk past it, and if it was only used for artwork or tv alone the deficiencies could be worked around. – The grey and black uniformity when watching movies is worse than the 10 year old LCD TV it replaced.

There are massive light splotches in the middle, sides and two corners, so much so that details in dimly lit scenes are darker than the splotches. If the camera pans at its like someone smeared @#*& all over the screen.

The same is true of grey images, just with a different pattern. Then there are the super bright / discoloured vertical areas on the far left and right of the screen when viewing light grey images, i.

e as a computer monitor. The only remedy for the poor uniformity is to turn the brightness down to around 20 (40%). It makes the defects less obvious but it’s a very dim image then. – The ambient light sensor is insufficient at picking up subtle light changes in dim lighting, meaning the tv is always way too bright.

The issue here is actually that in my lounge room the tv itself casts a shadow on the sensor and therefore is ineffective. Unfortunately the sensor is tucked away under the frame and can’t be moved. This also breaks the believability of the screen as an artwork as it’s just glaring all the time.

Samsung don’t allow you to control the brightness of the screen via IP either so I can’t even build home automations to manage this externally. All in all, if you use it to display artwork in the background it’s ok.

If you use it for the kids to watch tv it’s ok. If you’re a photographer or an artist who has an eye for quality, stay very, very far away. It’s just not there yet for artworks if you’re serious. As a tv however if they actually release a version with local dimming like they falsely advertise this as having (they lie and say it has ‘Supreme UHD dimming’ which is just a marketing ploy) then it would at least help with their poor image uniformity issues and get it close to being a respectable tv.

Needless to say I will be returning this tv and opting for an oled or qled with local dimming and foregoing the dedicated art mode. As it is it’s a Jack of all trades and master of none, and you pay a premium for it.

I wish I had actually looked at this in a store and not bought into the marketing hype. I should have known better.

This summer I got Samsung’s The Frame TV based solely because I did not want the living room wall dominated by a huge black rectangle when I wasn’t using the TV. Unfortunately, I’ve been sorely disappointed by the TV.

The art mode only works so-so because it is not good at turning itself on when someone comes into the room. By far the worst aspect of the TV is its operating system. Recently, while playing Spiderman: Miles Morales on my Playstation 5 the HDMI connection frequently cuts out.

In this video you can see that happen at 13 seconds in. At that point I have been playing for about 20 minutes and it had already happened about 4 times. To make matters worse, sometimes the connection never comes back and I have to unplug & replug the HDMI connection in order to continue playing.

Sometimes what I plug it back in then the TV does not recognize what type if device it is. This issue is unpredictable but it does seem to happen more in during fast action with lots of effects on screen.

Before getting The Frame, I used the PS5 quite a bit with my previous 2014 TBV and never had issues like this. The OS is truly disappointing, especially considering how expensive The Frame is. Some other observations on it: — I have a Samsung soundbar connected to the TV.

I estimate tha more than 50% of the time that I turn the TV on it is using the TV speakers and I have to go back into the setting to switch the audio to the soundbar. The Soundbar is connected to the eARC HDMI port so even if it were turned off the TV can turn it back on.

— This TV’s multiview is really annoying. Anytime I cast something from a phone it goes into multiview unless if the TV was already in the same app. Turning off multview then takes 2 or 3 clicks. I’d like to be able to completely disable multiview but there is no option to do so.

— Its not uncommon that there is significant lag remote between button presses on the remote and when the TV registers the action. on one occasion it seemed like none of the button presses were registering so I pressed the button multiple times and then all the button presses happened all together.

On another occasion the remote was not working at all. I have to use the phone app to control the TV until I did a complete shutdown of the TV. — The home screen for the TS has ads for moves and shows that I’ve never expressed interest in and that I cannot remove.

I already bought this very expensive TV and I’m still being served ads. 00:13 HDMI connection from PS5 cuts out.

I purchased this television in mid-June from the Samsung website, and it was delivered in good time in early July. I have been using this television for approximately a week and a half as of the time of this review.

I find the television in general to be very good quality with good features for optimising its use for playing video games (the primary purpose I intend to use the television for), and I also appreciate the realistic simulation of a physical framed painting/photograph when in Art Mode.

My one major complaint, though, is the Tizen operating system that the television uses. It has very limited applications available to it, and does not allow me to download any video calling applications other than Google Duo, which I use infrequently.

As far as I am aware of, Tizen does not natively allow the installation of APK files for third-party applications not available on the Tizen App Store, and while I am attempting to find a workaround for this at the time of writing this review, it is highly disappointing that the ability to natively download third-party applications is so highly restricted.

I would recommend at least that many, many more non-streaming applications should be added to the Tizen App Store, as while there are plenty of streaming applications available, there are virtually no other types of applications, such as productivity (e-mail viewers, word processors, etc.

) or social (video calling, Text Chat, etc. ) applications available for Tizen. Aside from this, I am generally happy with the quality of the television, though I would have much preferred it if all the advanced features (such as FreeSync and 200 Hz refresh rate) were also available on the smaller models of this television, as I purchased a screen size slightly larger than I would have otherwise preferred due to the fact that any television screen size smaller than 55 inches did not include these features.

This bike is the first full suspension I have owned, and I’m super glad I went with it instead of a hard tail. Dropper post works reall smooth. Overall, it feels sturdy but not too heavy. Great feel on downhill but also great at climbing hills.

Highly recommend! Great value for the $.

Excellent bike! Climbs incredibly well, descends incredibly well (including handling) . Light, responsive, comfortable. I’m In love. I’m a female, 5 ft 9 inches and ride a medium frame size.

The new Spirit Master now being used by the PDC and Winmau may look a little tacky but it actually works well when used properly. When you fit it to your board you can stick a dart though the hole to keep it in place, I for some reason, was slightly aligned to the right when aligning by eye, always looked right to me but very slightly off.

With this tool alignment is perfect and at 4 a real bargain!!!!!.

Perfect little level, fits in my darts bag and is very handy, so good that even got a couple on my darts team buying one

Better than using your eye and hoping for the best . Get one for yourself .
