20 Best Led Lights For Face (2023 Updated)

Nordstrom had a great sale and so I picked up the LightStim for an affordable price. If it works well over time, I may get a more expensive version of this technology. As for the LightStim I got, for wrinkles and fine lines, my first concern was that it would irritate my skin, but it doesn’t.

Second, I was concerned that it would harm my eyes, but so far, I think it is fine as long as I keep my eyes closed when I use the device on the upper part of my face. My fine lines are around the eyes, across the forehead, and near the chin.

I found a morning time to do three minutes on each section for a total of 18 minutes, while watching/listening to the news. It goes by quickly and the LightStim is easy to use, turning on and off effortlessly.

It is light weight and comfortable to hold. I like how compact it is. I think the carrying case, goggles, instructions, and cord are all good and make it simple to understand and implement. I will eventually try it on my neck too.

Since I use it only once per day, on clean skin, serum-free to protect the diodes from clogging, and clean it once a week with alcohol, I think it will take at least a year to see what the results are.

I didn’t take “before” pictures as I know my skin well, but that is a good suggestion. Take a chance on this before you graduate to a more expensive version of this technology. This is a safe and pleasant investment, especially if it disappears lines and even wrinkles.

Alright so I originally bought the lightstim because it was cheaper than the Dennis gross light mask by almost 200 dollars. As a test, I wanted to make sure I actually used it which I did. However, I hated that it took so long to use.

It’s almost 3 minutes per spot and you I move it around nearly 6 different spots on my face and neck. So then I bought the dr Dennis gross mask. At first I loved it because it was quick and much easier but I noticed the strength of the light was not nearly as powerful as the light stin and I didn’t see as noticeable results.

I went back to using light stim and immediately felt the results were more noticeable and clear vs using the Dennis gross red light mask. I think light stim is the standard because when I got to my dermatologist, they have lightstim machines.

What I do now is I have two light stim machines and I use both at once so reduce the time it takes.

I love LED, I’m totally converted. I bought this device for my pigmentation, and slowly I’ve seen a definitive improvement in my skin. I like that you can target specific areas with this. I actually bought this after watching Joanna Flemming on AB talk about how it helped her with a massive bruise! But the price was better on Oz H&B.

I use it everyday for now – btw I have hyperpigmentation not melasma, and I was already following a healthy diet inclusive of good quality supplements, wear a good quality sunscreen daily and use skincare specific to my needs / skin type.

If I wasn’t doing all that to begin with, I probably wouldn’t have bought this device. LED if used properly is very good.

Not sure the device is helping? I’ve been doing 10 minute treatments on my face and hands for over a month and haven’t seen any improvement. I got this for anti-aging benefits, acne scars, hyperpigmentation and reducing the capillaries around my nose.

My face looks smoother after using the light, but it doesn’t last more than a few hours. I have actually had more acne since using this product and I use birth control and spironolactone to deal with my acne.

I’m surprised to have acne again. The product is well made and I like the 5 minute timer for safety. I’ve tried to avoid moving the neck around too much and knocking around the lamp portion since the attachment points are fragile.

The light is very bright and I do use the little goggles that came with the lamp. I don’t put the strap behind my head when using the goggles. The goggles cut into my eyes when using the strap. I just let the goggles rest on my face.

The quality of light and ease of use gravitates me to this product BUT the functionality of it is flawed… the neck of the stand is supposed to be adjustable so that you can point it at wherever you would like to use it.

But the panel does not secure to the neck very well and you should not be using the panel to adjust the position. This means you need to adjust the position using the neck and this makes it a bit difficult to do so.

I have already had to replace my panel once because it felt like it was not properly secured to the neck and would flicker if I had touched the panel at all. So I gave three stars for the fact that it has a stand, the neck is adjustable, and that I can definitely see results.

But I took the two stars off due to what I mentioned above and that I’m unsure of how long it will actually last. durability seems to be an issue. I probably would not recommend.

I’ve been much more aggressive with my skincare while I’ve had time during covid. I have some acne scarring as well as deeper, older chickenpox scars, and still suffer from occasional outbreaks including hormonal/cystic acne.

I was gifted the MicrodermMD a few years ago, and recently upgraded to the UltradermMD. The regular exfoliation and use of high-end products and supplements have improved my skin to the point I am now focused on anti-aging and fading scars, with my biggest challenge being the dark circles underneath and in the inner corners of my eyes.

The only way anything is ever effective is if you use it consistently. If it’s too much work, unpleasant or takes too long I just won’t stick with it. So far I have found this pretty easy to keep up with, mostly because of how passive it is.

It’s a bit annoying that your skin has to be free of product to use this, otherwise I think I’d use it even more. After just a couple of weeks I have noticed more even tone, with small blemishes drying out and healing quickly; it’s early to tell, but I think the circles under my eyes may be getting lighter, too.

I know every body is different, but I wish this was something I knew much earlier in my journey. ANYWAY, this LightStim device is super helpful in the healing process of acne. I use this once a day (typically at night) for 3 minutes on each area of my face.

If I have a breakout or notice a cyst/pustule coming on, I’ll hold the light over that area for anywhere between 9-15 minutes. I noticed it doesn’t miraculously get rid of the acne overnight, but does help speed up the process significantly (instead of taking 5-10 days to heal, a pimple will heal in 3-5).

This is also a device that my dermatologist, her esthetician, and a separate esthetician have specifically recommended to me. They use the panel version in the office, but my esthetician said it’s a great way to speed up the healing process at home.

Overall, it’s expensive but MUCH more effective than spending the same amount of $ on topicals!.

I had to return. Didn’t do much at all. I used this product for 2. 5 weeks every day and still not a tiny change in my skin. I thought I’d be the perfect candidate since my acne is low to mild, close to non existent… I was hoping this would clear my acne and it just literally didn’t do anything.

So why even give two stars if the light didn’t work for me? Packaging and kit was nice, light worked as needed, overall great concept. Really bummed it didn’t do anything. So I can’t recommend. Also the light session is about 30 minutes total with ten total 3 minute intervals.

Also light is hard to disinfect because each light bulb ridge. What I found most enjoyable is how warm the lights get, I’m surprised they don’t toot muscle pain relief as one of the benefits of this led device.

This product is not an acne cure-all, but is an effective tool when used in tandem with other acne skincare products. I’ve been using this product consistently (at least 5 nights per week) for a month and have noticed a significant decrease in the number of whiteheads I get.

While I still get red bumps/pimples, they heal more quickly when I use the Light Stim. You still need to take care of your skin in order for the Light Stim to be effective – you can’t expect the light to cure everything on its own.

I use the Biossance Lactic Acid Serum nightly, which has also greatly improved my acne. You also need to use this consistently. I use it in front of the TV (the cord is pretty long) and I usually treat each section of my jawline twice.

I do it at least 5 nights per week, and it typically takes about 20 minutes per session. There is a warming sensation, which I find soothing. The light is really bright – I use it mainly on my jaw, but if you have cheek or forehead acne it might be too bright for you to use with your eyes open (it comes with black goggles).

I’ve found that when I treat the occasional cheek pimple closer to my eyes, the light is too bright. I have not experienced the hyperpigmentation others have mentioned in their reviews. Be sure to clean the light head regularly so you don’t transfer bacteria all over your face.

The clear sticky gel claims to be an anti-aging formula to exfoliate, tone, hydrate, repair and regenerate. So far, after consistently using it for over a month, I have not noticed any dramatic results in my skin.

I do think it helps keep my acne at bay by reducing redness and preventing some breakouts. If you are looking for a miracle product, this is not worth the money.

Since Covid I started to research different types of skincare Devices what was the new thing to try and if they made a difference on the skin. One of the gadgets I was interested in was LED therapy. After reading reviews and information on different types of LED masks my first LED mask from Project E beauty 7 color LED mask for face.

I did not buy the one with the neck. (Maybe I should have) it is a bit heavy but I did try 2 others and they were about the same. This mask dose not come with eye protection I think it should. I do have a fabric eye protector that I do put on underneath the mask.

As long as you’re not looking at the LED lights you will be OK as long as you close your eyes. It has different light settings depending on what your skin concerns are from acne ,wrinkles ,brightening ,and skin renewal.

This seems to be a powerful product because it has sooo many LED lights, many more than other products and the LED masks. It seems like it really penetrates my skin. I like that it combines the infared, yellow, red and blue lights because I need all 4 and I don’t want to spend hours using a handheld device.

I have sensitive skin and found that only 3 min was the ideal time to use it, my skin looked sallow and my pores enlarged if I used it longer than that. And I only use it 2-4x weekly to avoid overworking my skin.

My skin seems to look better after treatments. I have been using it for 3- 4 weeks so I cannot say if it has improved my skin yet, i read that it takes 6 weeks or so to see results. Overall I am happy with this purchase it and will continue to use it.

I also recommend to use it only in the morning because I find the light too stimulating before bedtime. Maybe it activates the light centers in your brain. Blue LED I think is the same wavelength as outdoor sunlight.

I mostly use the blue light but have used the red/blue light combo as well. My only problem with the one I purchased is that this one automatically shuts off after three minutes, and it does not beep every minute to tell you how long you have been using it.

I was beyond excited to get my project E Beauty LED face mask and it was working great for only about a week then it stopped working. The lights don’t come on now and I’m extremely disappointed. This was over $100 and it should have lasted a few years you’d think but unfortunately its stopped working.

I would like to get it fixed or replaced for free from this company. I was seeing improvements in my skin with just using it for a week so I know it works and I just want my to work like it’s supposed to.

I’ve been using it daily for only a few weeks, so it’s too soon to really see any difference. It feels comfortable enough, but the straps are not supportive enough to hold the weight of the mask, so I just use it lying down.

I wished they would provide some sort of eye cover to be safe just in case. The fit isn’t so great for my face; for example there are areas where there is space between my skin and the mask- like my nose doesn’t fill the nose cavity of the mask, neither does it fit snugly around my lips (a real problem area for me -those “smoker’s lines), so I try to press it down a little while using.

It seems like the closer the light is to your skin, the more effective it would be. So, overall, I’m going to keep it and cross my fingers. I know they can’t design a mask to fit everyone’s face, and there’s another brand that is more flexible, but with fewer lights.

So after doing research, I felt like this one was better because of the number of lights. It would be pretty easy for the company to design a better strap, and add in an eye cover for peace of mind. I was using this for a few weeks but I noticed very quickly that it affected my eyes. Yes, the current thinking is that red light is safe for eyes and eye protection is not needed. That doesn’t mean the research will always say this and my eyes started to get dry and I noticed an impact on my peripheral vision.

I stopped using this. I became a licensed esthetician and learned a lot more about light. Any light that is powerful enough to make an impact in 3 minutes might be so powerful that it might have some risks too.

Something to consider. I upgraded to a pro device from another brand not sold at Sephora. It’s also sold at a retail cost for about $1800, and I paid $1200 for it with a pro discount. It runs for 30 minute cycles (less powerful lights are safer for longer periods) and it came with eye protection.

Something to think about. If you use this mask, cover your eyes. Protect them.

I’m not sure if it’s working or not. Sometimes it heats up a little, sometimes not at all. The pulsations are few and far between, even on high. I’ve been using it 3x a week for 3 weeks now. I really haven’t noticed a difference.

I can only give this 4 starts because of how long you have to use the product to see results. I have the smaller size, so it does not cover a lot of my face. I use it in each spot for 3 minutes, so it can take a little bit to cover my entire face and neck.

You will notice results, but you have to use continuously. It is expensive for bigger sizes, so you just have to figure out how much you can spend! I would recommend this still though.

I’m a 46 year old Asian female, with medium skin tone and occasional cystic acne. I’ve been using the device for about 2 weeks, 9 minutes at a time on my face, hands, feet and knees. I haven’t noticed much of a difference on my body yet, but my face is improving quickly.

From the first use, I noticed a glow to my skin, as well as an improvement in my color. It gives me a nice flush on my lips and cheeks after each treatment. With continued use, I have noticed that the dormant acne in my skin started healing and my dark marks have been fading a lot faster than usual.

I believe the smile lines around my eyes are getting smoother, but it is too soon to really measure. The skin on my face just looks hydrated and healthier in general. I can’t wait to see the results after months of use.

I actually did an infomercial for the guys who created the original Deep Penetrating Light. I honestly told them “Rejuvenating Light” sounds better, but I did a ton of research in making the commercial.

This thing works!!! And it is the ONLY FDA approved light on the market today. Buy whatever you want, but DPL is the brand that I trust. The technology actually comes from NASA when they found out wounds don’t heal as well (or at all) in space.

Why? Becuase there is no UV light, so NASA spent way too much money to find the frequencies that DO HEAL and increase circulation. DPL uses that science in this product. I actually like the first model slightly better because it lasted 18 minutes and this one is about 3 min.

Honestly, I used to snag a quick little nap with the old one. With this newer version, I have to go right back to work. Ha! Enjoy! You won’t be disappionted with the results!.

The light is great, it’s bright at first but I find that after a few days my eyes adjusted very fast. I use it at night for 9-12 minutes on my face then neck. It’s very relaxing and I could do it much longer.

It puts me to sleep at night and then wakes me up in the morning. It is also far more efficient than hand held devices. It would take ages to cover the same area with a handheld device. The only thing I don’t like about it is there is no glass or plastic covering and the led wires are exposed.

They are recessed but still exposed. It can only be cleaned with canned air and a dry wipe. So for professional use I don’t think this is very practical as there’s no good way to clean it or protect the LEDs.

This one also doesn’t come with a stand which is fine if you’re only using it for yourself because it lays right on top of the skin. This is a great personal device and Universal Companies shipped quickly.

I just started using my mask last week and this is my 7th consecutive night. Still too early to notice any improvements on my skin except a somewhat smoother, brighter glow. These are my observations so far: Good: – nice design, well made, clean look – nice bag for storing it with the controller and charger when not in use – the 10mn session at night is very relaxing and a good intro to unwind and relax , getting ready for the night’s sleep – the red light glow when first turned on gives such a feeling of energy, we’ll-being and radiance, like being on a tropical beach without the heat! Too bad it does not stay on for the full 10 mn! After 1 mn it turns to a yellow-orange glow, and then to a light yellow/ white glow in the last 5mn.

Not so good/ improvements needed: – no warmth radiance. Mask stays cold thru-out the 10mn session. Some warmth would be nice and would stimulate blood flow to the skin. – mask does not quite wrap the contour of face and I had to press it with my hands on both sides and chin to make it touch my skin for better contact with the lights during the whole 10 mn session.

, lying down on bed. Adjusting the strap does not help. It still leaves gaps between mask and face. If the mask could be made out of cloth with the lights affixed to the cloth, the softness of the cloth would fall naturally on my face and provides better contact of lights to skin.

Or maybe with a softer silicone that would hug and follow face contour more naturally. Please send me some answers/ comments to these “improvement needed” points. Thank you.

30 y/o, combination dehydrated skin with few lines and pronounced nasolabial folds. After first few uses my skin plumped up like crazy! It took several years off of my face. I use it every day 20 mins in the morning and 20 in the evening, during my meditation sessions and it works wonderful on my mental clarity as well.

I use the bibb also and adore it. It does for my skin what I hoped my skincare would do. Evens out my complexion, enhanches healing, I even noticed less spots appearing on my face and they last fewer days than previously.

Side note tho, at first it exaggerated the pigmentations, but now they seem to be fading. I usually use it on clean skin, after applying May Coop Raw Sauce Essence, Skinceuticals C E Ferulic and Medik8 Intense hyaluronic serum, but it works well even after applying Medik8 crystal retinal 3.

It’s fantastic investment and I look forward to using it for years and years. Wish they had EU based site, because taxes and duties would be a pain after Brexit. I allready recommended it to my friends and they’re eager to get their hands on it too.

Be sure to register your product after buying tho, I forgot to register the bibb within 2 weeks of buying it and I regret it, because I think I lost the chance to put 2 years warranty on it.

I’m a bit disappointed really. Yes, the texture and brightness of my cheeks has improved, but the overall experiençe could be better. Firstly, it just doesn’t fit my face shape very well. It really pinches across my nose however I try and reposition it.

Secondly, there aren’t many lights round the jawline/chin area (the part I specifically wanted to target) and the mask doesn’t fit closely there, so I can see no change. To be honest I don’t really look forward to using the mask, I don’t feel relaxed while wearing it, and I’m glad when the 10 minutes is up.

The company has since brought out the new strip mask for neck, forehead and chin and I think that would have suited me much better.

Disclaimer, when in doubt please do your own research or ask your own general practictioner. I have noticed that nobody really gives a good guide how to use this so here is my two cents after researching on the internet how professionals do it.

If you want to make most of it, please use it on bare face after using a BHA cleanser or any physical exfoliant. ( I noticed the difference instantly) After face cleanser you just use the led mask and when your session is done just apply any serum or whatever you put on your face will be easily absorbed and enhanced.

Know that using serums according to the skin problem + combining the appropriate light function will make you benefit the most out of it. If you use it after you top your whole routine, it will be a bit more difficult for the light to penetrate and might take longer to see the results.

(consumer led light masks are not that strong compared to dermatologists kind of light) I know your skin can be quite dry after using a cleanser and thats why i recommend a cleanser that is less harsh so it doesn’t.

You can use the cosrx morning cleanser as well, usually this product does not really dry your face out. I personally use Cerave SA cleanser and it has ingredients like ceramides that prevents my face from drying out.

So. you might think, wow but its still 100 bucks for a FACE led mask? Honestly you can use it on any body part, like your hands. In this corona crisis we need to show some love on our hands as well! I notice a huge difference when I use the red and yellow LEDs one after another with a nice serum. Serums that normally don’t absorb completely really sink into my skin using this. Also, my lips are always super chapped but putting on a lip sleeping mask before using this mask makes my lips so soft!.

The mask actually does exactly what it says and it really works. Having a mask with multiple light colours is preferable to only red and blue if you have skin sensitivity or dermatitis > yellow/green light helps more than red/blue.

Skin type: no acne/not many spots, mainly very sensitive skin and dermatitis around my mouth and nose for years. After using this mask, I get no spots ever, my pores look reduced (because they are super clean) and my dermatitis is barely even noticeable to me.

The yellow light also works wonders for anyone susceptible to face puffiness. The design is the only slight downside: I wear it only lying down anyway, but if you did use the strap to keep it on it could be uncomfortable I have a small face, so the mouth area does go over my mouth By not covering the mouth area with the mask, you cannot treat that area.

However, I use the mask normally then turn it the other way up to use the part for the forehead on my mouth area. Problem solved Definitely, if you have sensitive skin, read the warning to start with the lowest intensity! I got a bit blotchy for about 24 hours by using intensity 2 too soon.

I’ve been using the mask since Christmas and have noticed a definite clearing and brightening of my skin – which apparently appears glowing and radiant on zoom calls 😁. Without my usual salon facials I was getting breakouts and little black/whiteheads and bumps.

I started to use a dermatica prescription at the same time, which I think had the best impact on clearing and stopping the breakouts, but I think the lights helped heal the skin and scars. I surprisingly did not found the blue light helpful, in fact it almost seemed to make my skin worse after use, so I stick to red, green and white.

I now use 5-6 times a week for 15-30 mins. After emailing customer services about the mask discomfort (they were very helpful and responsive), I’ve found it best to use lying down, cotton wool in the eye and nose area, no strap and rest it on the face.

I try and prop it up and ensure it’s not pressing down to avoid leaving marks. It’s not super comfortable, but workable for the length of time. Finally, there are no lights to cover the nose and lip area, so if you have specific concerns in these areas you’ll have to get creative! Overall, the treatment is effective if you stick at it and at the cost of a couple of facials.

Ok so I have only had this mask for two weeks now. But, wow, what a difference it has made in my skin already. I knew the benefits of light therapy from getting treatments at my local clinic so I’m pleased to be able to treat my skin at home.

After researching other devices I decided upon the MZ because of its numerous treatments. Many just have the red light and I wanted one that also had the blue (for acne) and the green (for hyperpigmentation).

This also has the added benefit of yellow and white. What’s not to love! Even my husband, who is the ultimate skeptic, took notice to improvement. Two things I will mention: it can be quite heavy on the face but I don’t mind just slightly lifting it when it gets uncomfortable.

Giving the mask 4 stars because I think it’s a very strong, effective mask for the right person. This review is from a younger woman (I’m in my early 30s). I wanted the Omnilux as a preventative tool.

A little background on my skin: retinol/glycolic/sunscreen user for almost 10 years. I knew I had sensitive skin, but was not aware that I possibly have “photosensitive” skin. The first time I used the Omnilux Contour, I took it off to see deep, red indentations on my nose and top of my cheeks.

I freaked out thinking I had burned my skin, however it did fade after an hour. I thought maybe I had made the mask too tight, so I tried making sure it was as loose as possible two days later. Same thing happened.

I then cut out some bandaids and placed them over the nose piece and two upper cheek areas on the mask. This seems to work, although I do not get any light exposure in those areas. I’ve noticed I break out if I use it in the AM before moisturizer/sunscreen.

I believe this is due to my skin being able to absorb products more efficiently after the mask, and my pores clog up with my moisturizer/sunscreen. My skin is extremely dry and tight right after I use it in the PM because the directions say to only use it on clean, dry skin, before products.

I still intend to keep using it (it wasn’t cheap), and will hopefully see benefits years from now.

I’m a 48y Asian. Aging skin strated to show about 3 years ago. Deep lines under eyes, jaw lines started to loose that V shape, and texture just doesn’t look as fine and smooth anymore. Yesterday, I finished using the Contour for 5 days a week for 12 weeks.

Started noticing the under eye lines are becoming less deep after 7 weeks but not more improvement after 12 weeks. Getting pimples less frequently, and they went away in 2-3 days (at the most) without me doing anything.

A lot sooner and leaving no trace behind! Overall, skin looks calmer and smoother. I’ll start doing it 3 or 4 times a week from now. Having all those opening seems like a great idea but in reality it makes the treatment less effective.

This is the reason I take one star off. Almost my entire chin is not covered, unless I keep my mouth open, so I wish the mouth opening area is smaller (better yet, just no opening for the mouth because it’s inconvenient to eat or drink anyway).

I also wish the eye opening areas are smaller. Most people have unwanted lines there, so it’ll make the treatment more effective. I tried to read or watch TV with it on, but the light makes it different to really see.

It’s tiring, so I mostly just lay down and close my eyes for 10 mins. (Good for the mind. ).

I have applied Black Seed oil (nigella sativa) on my face and chest full strength for several years. It works well but creates a lot of redness, roughness, and even some blisters during the process of removing heavily sun-damaged skin.

I have only been using for a the Ominlux products (mask and decollete’) for a month but already I notice smoother skin and “plumpness”. There is no signs of inflammation as with the Black Seed oil. In fact, the skin color improves daily and it seems to fix any leftover inflammation from the Black Seed oil (which I still use daily).

I’ve been wanting an LED mask for a little while and have seen quite a few ranging from very expensive to very cheap price range. I decided to take the plunge and buy this one because it was in the middle price range and I liked the design.

The mask itself sits well on my face, and it’s very lightweight. To use, I do my usual night wash routine, which consists of wash, tone, and moisturise and I then put the LED mask on. The only part that touches my face is the bridge of my nose and ears.

It’s also wireless, so once charged up, you can literally walk around the house with it on. I cannot recommend this LED mask enough because it’s only been 2 weeks, and my skin feels softer and clearer.

I cannot wait to see the benefits of long term use. There are 3 settings, but I mainly use the red and orange light for anti-aging and dullness. The blue light is for acne prone skin, which I have yet to test out.

Despite the clear plastic in front of the eyes, which implies that it can be used while reading or otherwise using one’s vision, the light is too bright. Opaque eye blockers should come standard with this.

I place a black sock over my eyes when i use this, which works fine. That’s the main reason i took off a star. I haven’t used it for enough weeks to see a difference but I’ve had good luck with red light therapy before.

I absolutely love this mask and that it comes with three different light options. I mainly use the blue and red lights. My breakouts, even hormonal ones, are much less frequent and heal so much faster without leaving discoloration.

Areas that were previously discolored now look so much more even. It has an automatic shut off after the recommended 15 minutes of use. It is easy to see out of, doesn’t bother my eyes, and I can still unlock my phone while wearing it.

The only downside is that the battery doesn’t last long, so if my session gets interrupted I use a portable phone charger and plug the cord into that, then into my mask to charge while I use it.

I spoke the truth and shared my experience so good luck to anyone else who tries to do that. A few weeks back I made the purchase to ty the Omnilux Light Therapy Mask. I opened the box upon arrival and knew within 5 minutes I could not keep it.

They “claim” it’s made with medical grade silicone but even if I were to air it out for weeks the smell would be so potent I wouldn’t be able to have it touch my sensitive skin. The straps are also in such an awful place.

One was so high it was at the top of my head, and the other would have been around my neck~ there’s no way to properly fasten straps around your head if they indeed aren’t located properly to BE around your head! I wrote in right away to start my return process and was hit with surprise fee after surprise fee.

On their website it says “satisfaction guarantee” “30-day money back guarantee” I have screen shots of their website saying this because there is NO asterisk indicating these statements aren’t 100% true.

First fee I was hit with was a $10 restocking fee. Second fee was a $10 return shipping fee. Their website also states that “Please note, returns made without our pre-paid shipping label are not eligible for a shipping cost reimbursement.

” I used their label provided therefore I am entitled to a shipping reimbursement. While all of this is happening, I have already mailed my product back. They finally wrote back to one of my emails and tried to offer a solution to my problem AFTER I had already mailed my item back.

Where do I begin? I have had issues with acne for years. I went through that rabbit hole of trying every product on the market. Some worked, but I never was completely satisfied with the amount of dollars I spent and the temporary mask to the problem.
