i have now owned this watch for five years and replaced the battery once. i can say i absolutely love this watch and highly recommend to anyone who just wants to know the darn TIME! yes it displays the day AND the date but it keeps time very accurate i can say this again, it keeps time very accurate! i loose no time from month to month and even year to year this watch is worn daily in south Florida proudly and looks great on this average man.

easy reader is good for the young and the old or anyone who just wants to know the darn time! i swim in the ocean , sweat on it and the sun punishes it every single day. my watch takes a licking and keeps on ticking and as i say if its good enough for grandpa its good enough for me, if you feel that you truly need to spend a few hundred dollars for a watch go ahead it too will tell you time but for me this very accurate extremely affordable watch tells darn good time and eventually it may break and i will run out for another.

did i mention it tells darn good accurate time?.

this watch LOOKS ok, but it was sent to me with a dead battery so i can’t tell how well it works. I have to now go to the trouble of finding the right battery and buying and installing it. this watch was not boxed in any sort of mfr packaging.

it was an Open Box item. it came attached to a retail display plastic stand instead of any packaging. I do not consider this brand new, as it was obviously handled by others. they just grabbed it off a counter in a store and packed it in a box with brown paper.

What a disgusting and painful experience this is already. Walmart doesn’t have any clue how to treat merchandise, or customers, NOR how to conduct mail order commerce. Extremely cheap, unprofessional,and sub par handling of orders.

Not acceptable by any online ecommerce standards.

Bought to replace 25yr old example. Brighter screen, but day/date difficult to adjust, & no instructions!!! Directed to website for details, but unfortunately it’s a bit rubbish. Why Timex don’t see fit to include proper instructions to facilitate adjustment, is beyond me.

I like the watch very much, but I suspect it’s going to be a bit of a pain to live with long term, which might be a long time, if it’s as reliable as my last one, which is still going strong after 25yrs plus, & more new straps than I care to remember.

I just fancied a change, hope I don’t regret it.

Seiko Cocktail Time srpb43, this watch case and dial looked to be a decent size which I preferred to the smaller cases and dials of the usual 37 mm scale in mens dress watches. It doesnt really fit under the cuff of a dress shirt like say a Patek Phillipe would, but I like that about it.

Its supposed to be an ostentatious mid-century reproduction watch with modern proprtions. The patent leather strap comes with a clasp on the band. The loose end of the band was pointed toward me which would slap when opening boxes or when drying the car with a towel so I had it switched around.

Their clasp is designed to fit the wrist in its original position, after switching the band positions, the metal rocker arm inside the band dug into my wrist making a red mark on my skin and applied constant pressure.

I bent the metal arm flat with a pair of pliers but the case didnt sit level on my arm, I ordered a regular strap with a buckle to remedy this. The metal rocker arm creates a gap between the band under the middle of the wrist and makes the strap fit bulky.

As if a clasp deployment system was going to upgrade the watch- it seems to complicate the fit and not be as secure as a standard buckle. A lot of reviewers claim not to like the patent leather strap because its shiny, I happen to regularly shine my black dress shoes so in my opinion a patent leather black strap looks well composed to match the finish I work up on my shoes.

Its so much classier to have the ticking sweep of a watch that uses a movement as opposed to the cheap walmart watch quartz ticking second hands. Also, not ever having to replace batteries is nice too.

A card came with the new watch to write the case and serial number on but not an envelope with any address to mail it in as the warranty. Not sure how I am supposed to get the warranty registered or exactly who it is I am supposed to contact if the watch were to break.

The case is lightweight and well made, some people say they wish it had more ornate engravings but the clean simple design is what makes the dial stand out plus keep it clean and retro/50s. The pattern on the dial itself looks to be blue in online photos but all I see in person is silver with white accents which looks beautiful but also makes it somewhat difficult to read the chrome dauphine watch hands over the dial as the backdrop, the hands almost blend in so you will tilt the watch at an angle to use the crease down the center of the hands to reflect the light to make the hands more legible.

There is a nice chrome frame around the date window. I didnt expect the metal rocker arm inside the factory strap to dig into the underside of my wrist after reversing the strap positions, this is something no one yet has mentioned.

I realized that I would much prefer a 20mm watch strap that doesnt mess with a clasp deployment, this watch should last me a long time. The glass lens is susceptible to scratches, so I ll have to be cautious with it as its not as durable as a mineral crystal lens would be.

With everyone wearing thin ties and suits with thinner lapels, this watch (model # srpb43) is the most fitting Eames Era throwback nod to compliment that.

I own a number of watches and rotate then regularly but this one has been on my wrist since I bought it and after three weeks I realise it ticks a lot of boxes. I have long been a fan of the Victorinox Innox watch with its tough angular look and I think that is the first feature that attracted me to this watch.

Its short angular lugs and solid appearance is confirmed on the wrist. It is quite heavy and has great wrist presence, giving me that wear in all conditions comfort. This is the one watch in my collection that I feel I could wear everyday, on any occasion, perhaps with the exception of dress functions.

I love the detail – the cross-hatched bezel and crown are quite unique in appearance and very comfortable to use, the applied indices are beautifully done, and the drilled lugs make strap swapping a breeze.

This watch is easy to read in pretty much all situations with clear indices, just right hands (some watches have hands too big, others so small you struggle to read at a glance), and this is my first experience with serious Seiko lume – it is great.

If I have one complaint it is with the weight. I find I need to keep the strap reasonably tight to stop it slipping sideways on my wrist, and just on that point, I only have a 6. 5 wrist but short lugs mean this watch wears very well.

Accuracy is very impressive. I have not adjusted it since first wind and it has lost barely 15 seconds after 3 weeks. Value – I originally intended buying a Seiko SKX before they ran out but this Samurai popped up and at A$340 (new with tags) it was too good to pass.

It is more refined than the SKX, has a better movement with hand-wind and hack, and for me has much more appeal. I knew I would like this watch but I have been surprised at its appeal. It definitely has a feel good factor and the honeymoon shows no sign of abating.

Simplicity and class defines this watch for me. The blue dial in the sun and different lightings, is extremely attractive. The just over 40mm size is perfect I find having a 63/4” wrist and the weight Is perfect.

It’s basically a dress watch but I find myself wearing it in the day. Can highly recommend it and Starbuy who always offer the best and speedy service and price.

The tones of white steel and polished gold along with the open faced skeleton look are absolutely beautiful and sophisticated. I bought mine in store while shopping for my wife. I just walked by and it caught my attention immediately.

Let’s just say Happy Mother’s Day to my wife and myself. Definitely recommend.

This is a gorgeous watch, and I get plenty of compliments on it – very classy, with a mechanical touch that I enjoy. Only issue I have with the watch is the lack of hacking. Other than that, it’s brilliant!.

Great looking watch. Deep green field watch dial is distinctive, yet low key. Nothing flashy, just solid good taste for everyday wear. Comes kitted with a thick, comfortable, contrasting brown strap.

Uses Citizen’s Eco Drive movement–which charges by exposure to both artificial and sun light. –so there are no batteries to replace. In short, a very satisfying, easy-to-read watch to wear and enjoy.

Citizen makes lots of great watches. I feel like this one is a bit under-appreciated. Great little solar powered field watch at an excellent price. Easy to read dial. Love the subtle green dial. Looks great in the sun!.

The watch looks nice but two big problems. 1) The band has a strange design where the part the goes around the curve part of the wrist is double thickness making it unable to conform to the wrist thus making the watch very uncomforatble to wear.

2) The dial has no lume. The only parts that has lume are the hour and minute hands. Some might like that but I don’t for this design.

A really nice masculine and elegant watch. Fits the wrist well, looks good and feels durable for daily use The dial is simple but smart, and the strap is durable thick leather Purchased at a great price while on Sale, so value for money.

Due to a diet of tofu and cardio workouts, I have a 178 mm circumference wrist. This 44 mm watch would look a lot better on a more robust arm. That said, the Tissot is just about perfect. All black, save for the beige numbers, it has all the charm of an expensive Panerai.

We bought this for our grandson’s 21st, he loved it as he didn’t want a big silver shiney one, he wanted a subtle one that wouldn’t stand out. He loved it as the L A Lakers logo didn’t take over the display.

This is a wonderful and surprising bargain when you consider your getting a full in-house movement watch not a cheap quartz. No it will not keep weekly time down to the second as a quartz will with ease but just look inside.

This is old world technology but in a brand new package. It will run for many years but yes, you will have to wear it to keep the automatic movement running and learn a few simple things about movement watches.

This movement is similar to the excellent Seiko 5 movement but upgraded and brand new. The watch itself larger than you might expect at 44mm, more like the fashion of today’s watches. I personally prefer a slightly smaller watch at say 38mm but it feels fine on and it’s not too heavy while still a substantial watch.

It looks more expensive than it is and thats the beauty of this watch. I ordered a second one as soon as this one arrived. My friends are already envious and I know I could easily sell it for more than I paid but I will be keeping it.

If your not familiar with movement watches and want to get a taste of old world watches this is certainly the one to buy. It will look great in any collection and work great to wear everyday, in fact that’s the idea, make it your everyday watch since it needs to move to stay wound.

One note, if it’s not keeping good time as mine did when I got it just get on YouTube, buy a simple case-back opener and learn how to adjust the “regulator” on top of the balance, the part that you can see moving.

There is an adjustment that can be moved to either increase or decrease the strike rate of the balance and escapement. That’s how you fine-tune a movement watch. You can also take it to a jeweler who has an electronic timer and have it done professionally.

Either way you will have a watch that is good to go for many years. Enjoy!!!.

I didn’t think I would be as enthusiastic about this watch as I am. I’m wearing it a lot, I have other choices but this is a keeper. It’s not an expensive watch, but it feels quality and is very comfortable even though it’s on the larger side.

One nit, I SO WISH it had illuminated hour makers and hands. I will consider adding some different hands, which frankly is the weakest part of the design of this watch for me. The value for the money is outstanding.

The color of the sunburst blue is my favorite blue exactly, awesome. The bracelet is also very nice with contrasting polished and brushed finishes. It is just strange that Seiko didn’t add Lum to this watch, and it appears to be the case with many of the Recast series of retro watches, but not enough of an issue for me to remove a star.

You can tell where they were saving money to keep the price down; illuminated hands, newer movement (4R series) that hacks and winds, a dial that is probably one piece molded, rather than applied hour markers, etc.

But frankly I am impressed they build a watch like this for the money. I am enjoying it!.

Everything about this watch is says precision, style, & class. It has attracted my attention for a pretty long while now & I finally decided to buy it. Great decision, it makes a wonderful Christmas present!! Plus, it’s a great value!!!.

This is a good example of a field watch for the collector on a budget. The numerals have clear, proportionally-sized, Arabic digits with numbers up to 24 on the inside. The minutes are numbered at increments of five on the outside.

There are five useless subdivisions between each minute marker that are precisely marked. The finish on the olive paint on the face is not very smooth up close (i. e. orange-peel) and looks dark when viewed indoors.

The TIMEX EXPEDITION logo appears at the top and “INDIGLO 50MM” is at the bottom. The polished chromed hands are moderately lumed, but still visible after several hours in the dark. The red “seconds” hand looks great against the dark face.

The Indiglo backlighting makes this exceptional. The case is silver-toned, brushed brass that is better than plastic, but still looks cheap. I would like to see TIMEX make this watch in a slightly bigger 41mm case and a 20mm strap size for the same price.

The hour and minute hands should have a brushed finish and the minute hand should extend closer to the edge and over the markers. It would look much better with a domed crystal instead of the flat one.

The soft-finished band looks nice, but I know from experience that this will get “shine” over time.

I do not know why I stopped wearing Timex watches. Bought one 60 years ago and liked it. Then, as finances improved, I bought more expenxive brands. I recently bought a times expedition quarts. It is now my favorite watch.

Price aside, It meets all the requirements of my expensive watches. Expecially the standard size of 39MM. More practical than the huge, fasion watches in (and now going out of) style. Easy to read day or night.

Light weight. Good looking. Water resistant. And no winding or shaking your wrist to make it run.

This is a bit of a throwback or retro design that picks up on the timepiece design trends of the 1970s. It may seem plain but I think it’s a well done minimal design with the date window which is useful.

I put a marine national-type of military looking elastic band on it. The band is black and makes the watch more comfortable than the stock metal bracelet. I saw this watch was being produced again in various color ways and just had to get this two-town black watch.

I purchased a prototype of this watch that was entirely black which was super stylish. I gifted that to my brother-in-law with a black elastic band and he likes it. Any color you pick will be a good gift for the person you present it to.

Keep it up FOSSIL. These analog display watches are probably falling out of favor to smart watches but I dig it.

Beautiful watch! Bought for hubby and he really likes. However, watch band just barely fits his muscular wrist. Yet, has multiple holes that go down to a size that no one could possibly utilize. Fossil continually touts “free engraving”; however, this is 2nd time I’ve tried to have engraving or embossing done and every time I do it says item is out of stock.

Very frustrating!! Fossil if you are going to send emails, pop ups and advertising for “always free engraving” it would be nice that your company actually fulfills that campaign promise.

I’ve been buying the Fossil brand for years now. I rarely disappointed with the brand. But since I wanted to switch styles of watches, which I usually go for something you would wear for only business or business casual wear, this exact watch was something I’m very pleased with.

The silicone strap is comfortable and light, but feels upholding. The face is clean and sleek with the buckles have a soft yet rigid texture. This look of this watch has a rugged look, but also a clean design that it could be [arguably] versatile with business and/or casual wear.

I don’t really know my wrist size, but I’m 5′ 7″ and weigh from 150-160 (I don’t have a scale) and the dial of the watch from top to bottom covers my wrist symmetrically – for a visual. In my opinion it isn’t too big nor too small for my wrist.

If this watch comes out with exact design, but comes in slate blue or navy with a black or white dial face I will gladly purchase again with no hesitation. Just wanted to add, I, no way shape or form, work for the company.

With that being said, If you want great quality and noticeable piece on your wrist without breaking the bank too much and variety of looks such as fancy, to minimalistic, to meeting between the two the this could be the watch company for you.

Go to an outlet store for some good deals as well – you’ll get the same quality.

This is a great, iconic watch that is accurate and minimalist. Sure the chronograph thing is great, and those watches are very popular. What about a watch when you don’t want to have every minute mandolined down to each second? Bottom line: most business processes take more than a few seconds.

That is where the Museum watch is perfect. My grandfather, an experienced surgeon, bought a gold Movado in the 40’s and it still runs. Great watch company, doesn’t get the respect it deserves. For guys who don’t need to advertise testosterone level.

Works great for women too. I gave one to my girlfriend, who generally likes chrono’s and she loves it. Elegant, understated, and underrated.

I purchased this watch a few days ago and I love the versatility of it. This watch can be worn with a nice suit and it can also be worn when you just want to dress casually. The black face with the silver minute and second hands makes the silver band really shine.

This is definitely a classic and timeless piece. Overall it’s a beautiful watch and I’m glad in purchased it.

From afar the watch looks very nice and fashionable. I verified. It comes with sapphire glass and a genuine ETA Swiss movement inside. But, it feels super cheap. The watch and band is terribly light.

About half an ounce or more lighter than it should be. It feels poorly refined to smooth the overall feel of the metal which feels a little rough on the outer edge of the links. The links are very loose and clack even while on your wrist like a very cheap watch.

The clasps are also a pain to pop open to remove the watch from your wrist. I’ve traded out watches and it seems to be the way they are made these days. I love the look but hate the feel.

I was given this watch as a birthday gift and I couldn’t be any happier! I have always wanted a Movado and to get this one as my first was amazing!😍🤩 I usually prefer metal bands but the leather is very high quality and consistently comfortable even with sweat.

ok. so. ive had watches sporadically over the years, im 27 btw, and sure they were nice at the time and i certainly got a good feeling from buying them. I’ve always liked watches but i never liked how all the other watches i bought would fade and/or break rather quickly.

Fast forward to a month ago. When i saw the MVMT post on facebook i thought it looked nice and decided to check out the site. I had seen a couple other jewelery posts on FB and they turned out to be rather poopy lol so i was a little sceptical at first.

Anyways, I went to the MVMT site and picked out the nicest one, IMO. TOTALLY WORTH THE $100. I work as an installer. i run wires and hang TV’s and many other things and i get my hands and arms in some tight places and out of all of the times this watch has been rubbed on metal, hit or endured any other abuse, it still isnt scratched or damaged.

So not only does this watch look amazing, its gosh darn durable (sorry, dont want to use profanity). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MVMT TO ANYONE. Also, the metal band is easily adjustable. Adding and removing links does not require going to a jewelery shop!! Awesome!!!!! IF YOU WANT A GOOD WATCH THAT ISNT GOING TO BREAK OR FADE BUT WILL LAST FOR A LONG TIME, GO TO MVMT.

Bought this watch and has ‘water resistant to 3 atm’. According to Water Resistance Classification (ISO 2281) Water Resistance Classification guide for all watches. WATER RESISTANT 30M (3 ATM / 100 Feet) * Protected in everyday life, bathing, accidental splashes, short swimming or car washing – it is resistant against perspiration, water vapor, rain drops.

It is tested for water resistance up to 3 ATM, and must be able to survive 30 minutes under water at a depth of 1 m (3 feet) followed by 90 seconds under a pressure corresponding to 30 meters I went snorkeling and came up to find it leaked! I wrote to the MVMT management and this is what they call water resistant “Classic, 40 Series and Women’s MVMT Watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM.

Please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty. The Chronos are 5 ATM and can withstand a brief submersion under water (i. e. hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or bathing.

The Voyager and Modern Sport have a 10 ATM rating and is good enough for swimming at the surface or snorkeling at a shallow depth, but not enough for SCUBA diving. ” Basically, they have falsely advertised their watches as water resistant.

I have asked for a refund, lets see if they come thru.

A good watch provided you don’t come in expecting it to be something it isn’t. This isn’t an IWC Top Gun, or a real “pilot’s watch. ” But it does generally look the part and provided you’re not a serious horology enthusiast, you’ll probably be happy.

Like most Vincero, it’s a bit overpriced for what you get (compare them to Jack Mason, etc) but ultimately if you’re happy and it looks the part, it’s money well spent. Some pros and cons. Pros: This thing is imminently readable.

I love the flieger-style hands. It makes it one of the easiest-reading watches I have and the most obvious pilots watch throwback. The lume is also great and recharges quickly. It’s definitely got that “fighter pilot” look (I got the matte black/red version) which is cool.

The strap is much better than I expected, and I love the red second hand. Very neat. Cons: The finish is okay, but really shows oil/fingerprints. I guess this is to be expected since it’s a matte black, but something to note.

The side of the case has a ridge along the edge, which keeps oils/etc from getting close to the edge. As a result you get a bit of a lighter “stripe” around the edges. Not a big deal but it is there.

My biggest gripe is on the complications. To be clear, none of this was a surprise and Vincero is very clear about what you get, but it is a little frustrating that it looks like a chronograph with the pushers, but in reality you get a day/night dial (still not sure what purpose that serves) and a second timezone dial.

The problem with the second timezone is that it’s a 24-hr clock and TINY, so very hard to accurately read. Plus, it is adjusted with the chronograph-style pushers in 15-minute increments which are easily bumped and messed up.

All this means that although it’s eye-catching at first, overall the watch can be a bit busy, particularly with the marked bezel. Final “con” is a common thing with cheaper quartz watches—the second-hand doesn’t exactly line up with the second marks at each “tick.

” Minor, but it is there. Overall I’m happy with it, and having gotten it for 20% off, I have no regrets. But it probably won’t be my last stop on the pilot watch train. Vincero, if you’re reading this, I think you’d have a very cool IWC-style watch if you reduced the case size to around 41mm, dropped the marked bezel, removed the complications and pushers, and then centered the “Vincero” name and water rating above and below the center of the dial.

Leave the red second hand and the nice clear Arabic numerals. This would be a pretty awesome watch like that.

I’d like to start off by mentioning this is my third Vincero watch, I’m a big fan of course. I just got my Blue Steel Chrono S watch in today and it looks amazing, the photos on the site are great but it still doesn’t compare to seeing it in person.

The blue watch dial looks really sharp the way it shimmers in the light. The casing and band have a very elegant shine that pairs perfectly with the blue dial. This is easily one of the best looking watches they make.

This watch is perfect for any occasion and is sure to get quite a few looks and comments from others. If anyone’s been on the fence unable decide if they wanted to purchase this watch, do yourself a favor and buy one, you’ll love it.

Same as with my other two Vincero watches, the quality and craftmanship is top notch. No complaints whatsoever, I’m a very happy customer. I’ve had no mechanical issues with any of my watches, nor any damage or blemishes when they arrived.

I’ve got an Apple Watch for most daily use, but I’ve found I get rather self-conscious about it if I’m going out to a movie or in some other public setting. Even if you can throw on theater/silent mode, having a tiny notification-pushing digital screen strapped to your wrist projects an image of status, but not necessarily classiness or taste.

It’s big on function and practicality, but minimal on aesthetic. To help dress up my act a little for all those times when I don’t want my phone to have an accomplice, I picked up the gunmetal/slate blue Chrono S.

The slate blue face is fairly subtle unless you’re in fairly bright light, and the gunmetal finish is also fairly subdued. Combined with the matte black wristband, it’s not a watch that leaps out and yells luxury from a rooftop — but the quality of the materials and craftsmanship speak for themselves, and these colors make versatile and effective accents for just about anything in my wardrobe.

In short: exactly what I was looking for to class up a casual night out! Doesn’t stand out too much, but definitely feels more special and more like you put a bit more thought into your look. Pair with the gunmetal Hitch bracelet, a black belt, and black shoes, and you’ve got a really easy set of dark accents.

For the price, it’s an absolute steal — you pay two or three times this, minimum, with other watchmakers for a similar look and similar level of quality. The only heads-up I’d give is that the band is some very stiff leather — it definitely will take time to break it in.

Nicely designed watch. Heavy, durable, maybe a tiny bit thicker than I had imagined but not overwhelming. As far as thickness goes, it compares well with higher end automatics like Omega, Longines or Tissot.

Why not 5 stars, if you liked it so darn much. , well the only thing that bugs me is the luminous face and hands. They’re pretty bright if its been in bright light for awhile but it doesn’t last very long.

Seems like only a few minutes. I work in an industry that builds stuff. So this watch is getting a work out. Ive scratched up the band pretty good but the case is a lot harder to mark up and the crystal hasn’t suffered a scratch yet and I know Ive wacked it pretty hard and repeatedly.

I do have 1 scratch in the blue paint of the bezel ring. which only turns CCW. just thought Id mention that. I personally prefer a watch that looks lived in. Hmm. what else. the band is large but removing a link is no big deal.

The lug is smooth. So the watch is comfortable to wear and doesn’t leave red irritated marks or your wrist. Big hands and markers. Nice magnified date window. for us guys with old eyes. Final thoughts.

I bought the watch twice because I like it so much and I like to have a spare in case of a defect or loss. The first one I bought unfortunately has the stuttering second hand very obviously. But I don’t know if that’s not due to the postman who just threw the package in front of my door.

Still, I love this watch and have been using it as my daily watch for a few weeks. Both clocks advance between +20 and +30 seconds per day, which is fine with me as I usually put my clocks forward one minute.

The only thing that bothers me about the watch is the bracelet. Micro adjustments are missing here, I would need half a link more, then the watch would fit perfectly. One link too few and the watch is too tight, one more and the watch is too loose on the wrist.

But I can see past that when looking at the deep blue dial and dark gold accents. This watch is simply my favorite watch.

I WAS LOOKING FOR AN ALL BLACK DIVER WHEN I CAME ACROSS THE NAVI XL. IT LOOKED LIKE JUST THE TICKET WHEN I CAME ACROSS IT ON THE TIMEX WEBSITE, AS IT IS A SHARP LOOKING DIVER STYLE WATCH IN WHAT I THOUGHT FROM THE ONLINE PHOTOS WOULD BE AN ALL-BLACK FINISH.

I WAS EXCITED TO RECEIVE IT AS A PRESENT TO MYSELF FOR XMAS. UNFORTUNATELY, WHEN I OPENED THE BOX I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED TO TO SEE THAT THE CASE IS ACTUALLY MORE OF A DARK GREY. ALSO, THE SHINE ON THE BEZEL MAKES IT LOOK MORE SILVERY THAN BLACK.

I ENDED UP RETURNING THE WATCH. THOUGH, I MUST SAY THAT IF I WASN’T AS PICKY ABOUT THE COLOR I WOULD HAVE KEPT IT AS IT SEEMS LIKE A NICE, WELL MADE WATCH FOR A VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE. TIMEX, YOU WERE VERY CLOSE TO KNOCKING IT OUT OF THE PARK!.

Nice watch, slightly larger than I expected from the internet images but not overly large. The automatic mechanism winds very easily and the quality of finish seems good for the price point The glass lens sits quite proud and is perhaps one feature that gives away the price point – otherwise it could present as a much more expensive model Luminosity in the dark is also good.

Overall so far very satisfied for the moderate outlay.

I really liked the colour of the dial showing off the raised gold Bulova brand name. The rear transparent casing is also a nice touch. Starbuy are a great company to deal with. The product was well packed and shipped promptly.

This is a nice dress or everyday watch with a hack and wind feature. I love the open back and the day/night indicator helps when setting the time. The bracelet it comes on is a bit large, but easy to fit with a quick web search if you do not know how to adjust it.

Also, It doesn’t have a massive power reserve, so be prepared to wind and reset it if you plan not to wear it everyday. Other than that, it is a great watch.

I have other watches that I can wear, but end up almost always picking this one to wear (causal and dressy).

Great item, easy to use and clean, and makes great coffee, with a kick!

He does not use the watch while working since he’s into framing homes. However when we are out on dates, he uses the watch at those times.

I have been a fan of the Presage collection for quite a while but with the retro-styled 60s Style models Seiko outdid themselves. Especially on this creamy champagne dial. I truly love the watch. Only small minus is as so often with Seiko the hardlex instead of sapphire which at this price point should be included.

Good looking watch. Steel strap well made and comfortable. Works well so far and accurate timekeeping. Waterproof enough for general use. (Not a screw down crown as advertised). Good, as they now say, tool watch.

The face of the watch actually appears black with a hint of green in direct sunlight. The watch strap is lesser quality and cheapens the rest of the good looks of the watch.

This a very pristine watch! The quality of it is amazing the leather band is very comfortable and great size doesn’t affect the movement in your wrist! Very classy looking as well and professional, I 100% would recommend this watch and any other watch that they make! Like everything new sometimes it takes a bit to wear it to get adjusted but it’s 100% best product in my eyes! The face of the watch as well is very clean and nice color to it!.

This watch replaces my previous time piece that broken when I fell last winter. It has so far lived up to my expectations. And I’m not easily impressed. As a simple man of simple tastes, this is the watch for me.

I love Nixon watches! I am a female who particularly likes the men’s styles. A friend gave me his watch years ago because I was constantly ‘borrowing’ it. It finally gave out – battery and band and was deemed unrepairable by Nixon.

But, to my surprise, Nixon offered $100 towards the purchase of a new model. Though disappointed I couldn’t get my Liberty watch, I’m definitely pleased with the great customer service provided and my new Porter watch.

Great watch for the price! Looks good. Keeps accurate time (so far at least). My improvement suggestions are: 1) the long seconds hand is used for the chrono and not the actual time, which seems backwards and looks disorienting so see the small seconds hand moving when the big seconds hand is still, so if a change to the movement can be made it would be an improvement.

2) the chrono tenths dial when reset doesn’t line up to zero, rather it lines up to the first hash mark beyond zero, not sure if there is a reason for this or its a flaw but it just looks wrong. But those gripes aside happy with the watch and the price.

I’ve had it for a couple weeks so can’t yet comment on durability or longevity.

The primary reason for the low rating is because the chronograph feature did not work when the watch arrived. Very unfortunate but besides that, the watch seemed just okay in terms of build quality. I cannot recommend the chronograph version at all, but the non-chrono version might be okay if you need a daily quartz beater.

I would only purchase this watch on sale, and even then I think their are better options at that price bracket. If you need something functional and cheap, get a digital something or another, if you need something to fulfill an aesthetic desire and don’t need the functions to actually work precisely (or at all in this case), this is okay.

Got this watch for Hanukkah this year and so far it has worked out great. I have slightly smaller wrists than the average guy so the strap is a bit long, but I have just been wearing it a little higher on my wrist and that has worked out well.

Super great look though; it’s perfectly casual and sleek. I love both of the straps. However, the user manual is simply awful. Super confusing and not made for this watch in particular, so it is really difficult to find instructions for how to use all of its specific functions.

I have been able to set the time and date, but have no idea how to use the other faces at 10 and 2 o’clock on the watch’s face. Overall, it’s a great watch, but has confusing user guide.

I very much enjoy the color of the dial and how it curves upward at the edge, producing delightful reflections at various angles. It looks like the hands imitate the spokes on the De Tomaso Mangusta steering wheel, which is kind of neat.

The accuracy is astounding — so far anyway. I’ve only had it a week. It seems to lose around 1 sec during the daytime, but it gets it back overnight. I’ve never had that happen with a watch before, so I suppose it has to do with the position I keep it in while sleeping.

To compare, I have a Seiko SSA389, which I believe has the same movement, and the Seiko loses around 10 seconds a day. The leather strap is soft and comfortable, and, to my eyes, quite stylish. I’m not terribly fond of the date window — the numbers don’t appear to belong to the same font family once you get into the double digits, so the display looks a bit awkward between the 30th of one month and 2nd of the next.

I haven’t gotten to “8, 9, 10” yet, but I expect the typography will also look a bit off. My only substantial complaint is the “LIVE THE MOMENTUM” slogan at six o’clock. What a stupid design decision.

I wanted to set the watch at the 28th minute and couldn’t do it precisely, as there is no index for 28. Waiting two minutes wasn’t a big deal, but I could really do without Detomaso sacrificing function for the sake of branding.

It’s still not enough of a complaint to dock it a full star, though.

Sharp edges. Heavy weight. No glow in the dark. Watch build quality is very good. Looks very nice. Major Issue with sharp edges where strap connects to case. Design needs more of an organic element. Think tree branches connecting to trunk.

Viaggio Green Face Watch Just received this watch. I am lucky to own several expensive watches and this one looks as eloquent and construction looks very similar. Very comfortable and stylish and this company was easy to purchase from.
