The Midway Recliner (and Gaming) Chair is lovely to look at, doesn’t require too much space (wall hugger), is absolutely comfortable to sit or lie in for hours on end, easy to clean and just great! I am not very tall and am seriously overweight and it works beautifully for me! Very pleased.

I bought the caramel color right arm. It is exquisite! The leather and construction is luxurious and it was delivered 10 days after I bought it. Very reasonable price and very comfortable. I have several blankets as a leather sofa is cool compared to fabrics but having dogs, a leather sofa last longer.

I am so happy I spent years looking for the right sofa. I bought a special order sectional in CB2 last March 2021 and they canceled the order in November 2021 but thanks God because this new sectional is wonderful and it is real leather and Coleman delivered (unfortunately 1 hour south of my home the furthest they could go for white glove delivery) but thanks to our friend who has a store in Albany and we could bring the 2 sofa sections with 2 vehicles (truck and van).

Very happy with my purchase at Coleman (second time I buy such excellent quality furniture at a discounted price).

This is a beautiful, quality piece of furniture. The dimensions are spot on; the color is a rich red. Delivery and set up was quick – the men were very professional and kind. I am quite satisfied with my new sectional.

I ordered the Nila sectional in February and just received it late March, over a month. It was disappointing. I waited so long to receive something that is not a pictured. The structure is as advertised but, the sofa is a yellowing color.

It is not white. It should be advertised as off white perhaps.

I’ve had this couch for about 6 months now. I wanted leather because we have a dog and I didn’t want to deal with dog hair embedding into fabric. Be forewarned. while the leather couch itself is holding up great to our Bulldogge that loves being on the couch with all of us.

There are a few cons you need to know: Cons: The fabric on the underside of the couch, and the backs of the cushions is a horrible type of microfiber blend that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to remove short dog hair from.

I spend about an hour every few weeks trying all the tricks (i. e. dryer sheets, sticky rolls, rubber gloves, squeegees, gadgets from Amazon to remove pet hair from carpets, vacuuming, stiff brushes to loosen the dog hair etc.

). This fabric used on the pillow backs allows the hairs to literally embed so deep there is no way to get them out. If you never lift your cushions or clean I guess you won’t be bothered – but is is gross to me.

I’ve had full-on fabric and microfiber couches in the past and never had an issue with using the tricks and tips above with getting pet hair out, especially if I kept after it on a regular cleaning routine.

I just spent another 45 minutes trying to clean the section of couch where the two pieces attach and it is STILL covered in dog hair. Its as if I owned the couch for 10 years and never lifted up a cushion.

I have no issues removing the dog hair from other furniture, steps or carpet – so it is definitely whatever fabric type they are using for the back of the cushions and the frame underside of the couch.

I think it we had a long hair dog with fluffy hair it wouldn’t be so bad, but if you have a short hair dog – be forewarned, the back side of the cushions and underside of the couch is going to be ruined in a few months with embedded dog hair you won’t be able to remove.

Pro: We got the midnight blue leather one. Its a gorgeous rich color that goes well with everything. The leather does not show dog nail scratches. The cushions are firm, yet super comfortable and are holding up well.

The couch is sturdy and looks great.

Keep a close eye when you read all of these reviews about this couch. People are just leaving reviews the second that they get the couch and hardly any of them have had the couch longer than a year. I bought this couch genuinely hoping that I’d have it for at least 8-10 years.

It was quite an investment for me and honestly I don’t know how long it’ll last considering it’s been 1 year and 2 months and it feels like you’re sitting on the wood plank underneath. The cushions are so saggy as well, to the point of no return.

No matter how much I fluff, they still sag. I thought it would get more comfortable with age, maybe I would have to break it in I thought. But it just keeps getting worse. The leather itself is wonderful, but my couch is falling apart, and getting more uncomfortable each day.

It sucks that this has been my experience. Maybe I got a defect couch? I don’t know. But it’s also important in my opinion for people to see reviews of people that have had this couch longer than just 2 days.

This was a big purchase to make off the internet and I was a little nervous about it. The sectional is sleek, well built, beautiful high quality leather – to me exactly the same color as the picture (someone else said not true to color, but I think it is).

Incredibly comfortable. Takes a little strength to put the two pieces together. See if you can get inside delivery and assembly, we couldn’t but neighbor helped husband and it worked out.

I usually buy my home furnishings from Walmart, but decided I was tired of everything breaking. I am so happy that I decided to try 1StopBedroom. I am grateful that I decided to, because I now have NICE looking furniture that has completely upgraded my home.

Solid and well constructed, impressed with the quality. Easy to assemble. The only hitch is it didn’t fit in the elevator – we had to unbox it first. Comfortable to sleep and sit on, it’s quite firm.

I’ll probably add a topper for guests staying more than one night. Love it. Would order again!.

At first he looked very big. and rough. But as time goes by, I’m adapting. It’s very comfortable. A little smaller would be fine, though. We’ll see how it goes along with time. At the moment it’s still just as comfortable as it was at first.

Nice looking couch, firm to sit on, not squishy soft like some might like. I like the material, easy to assemble, light weight, wouldn’t recommend any jumping on or rough play on it may not handle it.

Overall I like it, plus the price was right.

I saw similar-looking sofas online that cost $2000 to $3000 more, and I am really glad we got this one instead. The quality of the leather is just amazing. The cushions are just perfect, and the size is accurate to what the website says.

I highly recommend this couch! You get great quality, without costing you an arm and leg.

Overall not worth the price tag, feels Ikea like, and wish I would’ve waited for a C&B couch instead. Purchased because it was ready to ship and received about 5 days after purchasing. Green velvet is on the darker side so you only see it green in day light, otherwise it looks more grey-ish.

It is very firm, which I don’t mind, but it isn’t comfy to lounge in (nap) for long periods of time. After having for two months, pillows are misshaped and because of the firmness, it is almost impossible to fluff.

The couch assembly took hours due to the fact that there were no pre drilled holes to attach the connecting pieces. I needed a drill and drill bit in order to make my own holes- I HAD TO DRILL INTO MY OWN BRAND NEW EXPENSIVE COUCH- absolutely frustrating and ridiculous.

The contraption that’s supposed to keep the two pieces of the couch together does not do that so the pieces keep sliding off and I have to constantly push them together. Also very annoying.

My husband and I did SO MUCH research trying to find the perfect sectional. Wanting something modern but also comfy is not easy to find! I had this sectional bookmarked for months but we ended up purchasing one from somewhere else because we were scared to buy something we couldn’t sit on first.

WELL, that turned into a 5 month long fiasco waiting and waiting for a couch that never came. So I hustled back over to this site & after a super helpful chat with a Kardiel customer service agent I purchased this beauty and AM SO RELIEVED.

We fell asleep on it twice in the first week we had it, so for me that passed the ultimate comfy test. Plus it looks gorgeous in our mid-century modern home. Could not love this piece more!.

We’ve had our sofa for about 2 months now and everyone LOVES it. It is nice and firm and the combination of foam and down seems to be perfect. The fabric is much better quality -the veleveteen is heftier and has a thicker nap that what I saw at PB et al.

The bed seems to be comfortable-at least the 12-yr. olds love it. and the memory foam. The one thing I notice which I haven’t trouble-shot yet is that when you sit on the sofa, part of the bed frame knocks the floor and makes a disconcerting sound.

Too busy to get in there and figure out how to mitigate it. Also, I would really caution buyers to supervise/micromanage the delivery. Our delivery people were not contracted to do stairs and I was at their mercy when they showed up to deliver the enormous sofa, despite the fact that I had clear conversations (even counted the steps) with everyone I spoke to on the phone.

In the end, they agreed to do it and I started pulling out chocolate, wine and my wallet. anything I could do to thank them for going against their instructions/contract. I was lucky to have nice delivery people but others may not be.

This seems to be a recurring issue with Interior Define. But otherwise, I LOVE my sofa and so does everyone who visits it.

The ordering process was easy and customer service was very helpful. We ordered an extended chaise with the standard size couch which we love! We chose the performance felt fabric in Ash. While we love the material the gray is a little on the blue side which we were not expecting.

The couch is very comfortable and perfect for lounging and relaxing. The only negative experience we had is with the delivery. Our first scheduled delivery was missed. Interior define refunded us a portion for this which was great.

I would not call it “white glove” service. Overall we love this sectional!.

The shopping experience with ID was awesome! I had a lot of questions and clarifying questions to make sure the couch would fit going down our stairs and both Sierra and Celeste were awesome in helping me figure that out.

I would definitely recommend getting the swatches as the colors did vary from what I saw on the screen. My personal preference for fabric type was the cross weave. It felt sturdy and still soft. I also liked the monochromatic plush was really soft to the touch but didn’t feel as thick and sturdy, and the static weave was the most textured with a lot of color variation in the fabric.

Now, we wait!.

Havertys used to sell best quality furniture 10 years back and having bought a sofa from them gave me confidence to repurchase another. But this time, for the price paid the quality is extremely poor and reflects within a week.

The cushion which is suppose to be a good quality has started sinking and on top of that, the material starts to show its color. What a letdown. I would paid less and bought the same quality from other merchants.

Shame on Havertys.

Love the sleek modern design. More for looks than for comfort. Works for us because it’s in the living room not the den and there is just two of us no children. Still looking for occasional tables and floor lamps to complete the look.

Took about five months to get it.

Absolutely love the couch. We looked at many others very similar to this one at different places and this one was hands down the nicest and we liked how even the corner head rests came up which at most places we looked they didn’t and they are actually really nice when laying down in the corner to use, would be uncomfortable without.

I want to give this sofa 5 stars SO bad! The value & design are 5 solid stars, but we’ve had this sofa for about 2. 5 years & on the one side of the sofa the foam has completely migrated away from the edge & you literally only feel the wooden frame.

This also causes this side of the sofa to sag in the front. I’ve added photos to show where the couch sags in the front, where the leather juts out much more than the opposite side. I’m sad because I want this couch to last at least 10 years & currently I’m doubting whether that milestone will be reached.

We contacted Article & they suggested we flip the sofa over & move the foam back into place, which we did. This worked like a charm for about 3 days & then the issue came right back. I feel it’s important to note that we don’t have children & my husband travels 4 – 5 days a week for work, so 2 adults are not even using this couch heavily on a daily basis.

I weigh about 124 lbs & my husband weighs about 200 lbs. We also don’t “flop” onto the couch. While this sofa is a great value in the realm of leather sofas, it’s not great if the sofa only lasts 3 years max.

I love the way the leather has aged & it’s big enough for my husband & I to lay side by side when we watch movies at night. Ideally I’d love to find a solution for this foam so we can keep this gorgeous couch for 10+ years!.

We purchased our first cigar sofa in the end of 2020, we absolutely love it! We loved it so much we decided to buy a second one. We knew it had patina-ed and faded in color a bit, but we loved it! We also knew that the new sofa might be slightly darker, similar to what the back side of our other cigar sofa looked like, and over time would prob start matching with wear.

What we got was a disaster. These couches aren’t cheap so it wasn’t in our budget to purchase 2 At the same time. Now we are stuck with this cigar sofa we purchased in 2020 that doesn’t match any of the other cigar furniture.

We bought the ottoman as well and the quality wasn’t as good as our first sofa. We are super sad. We will be returning the new cigar sofa. If the variation is this intense, article should let their customers know that buying a future furniture piece in the set won’t work.

They also changed the structure of the sofa. You can see in the photos our original sofa is much more rounded. This new sofas arms are super flat. They literally look so different. What a bummer. I sent pictures to my family and they couldn’t believe this was the same couch! It’s almost comical how absurd this is.

If you’re thinking of getting a cigar sofa, I encourage you to think twice, and make sure you’re buying everything you want all at once, or choose something else.

I’m so happy with my decision to finally get this sofa. I was on the fence for months, considering a bunch of different Article pieces (mostly fabric sectionals) and just not loving any of them. I hadn’t really looked at the leather options because I thought they would be out of my price range, but after I realized I was probably going to spend a couple thousand on a fabric sectional I might not truly love I realized taking the plunge and making the investment on leather was worth it.

I originally debated between the Cigar sectional and the Mello and finally settled on the Mello for a couple reasons. First, the Cigar sectional is comprised of a sofa/loveseat pushed together whereas the Mello is two sofas together.

I didn’t love the armless Cigar loveseat portion on its own and figured that if I ever moved into a different space where I couldn’t have the sectional components together, I would prefer to have two sofas instead of one sofa and one smaller armless loveseat.

Additionally, the Mello seams have the piping along them and I kind of figured that might hold up a little better structurally than the raw seams of the Cigar. I ended up ordering only “half” the Mello sectional because I figured it would be easier to return one sofa instead of two if I didn’t like it.

But I’m honestly so in love with it! The beautiful brown color goes so well with my living room walls (painted Benjamin Moore’s Hale Navy) and the leather is so soft. The leather felt a bit “dry” when I first removed it from the box but I think it might have just been a bit dusty from the packaging because that went away when I wiped it with a dry microfibre cloth.

I honestly love having the wide arm all the way around the sofa, and one end open means it helps keep my small space from feeling too cluttered/closed off. The wide seat is also so lovely to nap on! My only significant criticism of the sofa is its height.

I’m 5’4″ so it’s fine for me, but my 6’0″ father came over and his knees were around his ears a little. This sofa design might not be the most comfortable for tall people. I have also spent the last few days essentially sitting on the sofa continuously as I was preparing a lecture slide deck, and I have noticed that my low back is sore.

I think its from slouching over to have my back resting on the lower back support of the sofa. If you’re going to get this sofa, definitely invest in comfortable bolster/throw pillows to avoid this situation! Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and will be getting the second sofa to make it a sectional when they’re back in stock this spring!.

For the price, we were pleased with this Blu Dot sofa. The fabric is nice, and the piece is sturdy. It is not the most high end, but again, for the price we feel it is worth it.

This sofa looks beautiful. Clean lines, sturdy and well made. However, the cushions are not soft and the fabric is rough to the touch. I’ve had this couch for 2 mos, and the back cushions are wrinkling and starting to lose their form.

This Viola J&M Chaise Sectional Sofa is beautiful. The entire piece is high quality; including the leather. Very comfortable. Love the flip headrests as I wanted a low profile sofa. This is my 4th purchase from Hayneedle in 5 years, and Hayneedle has never disappointed.

Quality pieces, great delivery, well packaged, never any damage. The grey in this piece is a bit darker than pictured, but that is actually what I wanted. A lovey grey. It is shipped in two pieces and each piece is very heavy.

Recliner works terrific and yes, its a wall hugger too.

It’s the perfect size for a small room. It’s very attractive and the color is bright white. The reason I gave a one-star rating is that it is damaged in so many places. It doesn’t stay in place when I sit the chaise, it goes down.

I’m 5’3 and 135 lbs. The clips are connected but they are not holding the sectional in place. Also, there are spots and nicks on the leather. The chrome is rusty on two of the mechanisms that let the headrest up and down.

I am extremely disappointed in my purchase which was the 3rd try. The first recliner chairs that were delivered to me were hard as a park bench but were soft cushions in the store. I was able to return them and invested in a recliner couch that costed me $659 more.

Again, it was comfortable enough in the store but the one delivered to us was not comfortable at all. Not only that after about 32 days the power went out on it and one of the recliners was stuck open.

I was allowed to return it and decided on this love seat recliner which I have now. The prices on both the sofa that I returned and the new sofa that I was purchasing were on the coffee tables across from each other.

I was initially told the price difference was $200 less for the new one that I was purchasing and that it could be credited back to my credit card. Well, when he left to right up the ticket he came back and stated that $171 would be credited back.

Then he came back again and stated that $131 would be credited back to my card. I was given some excuses that the price of the previous purchase had changed and some other flimsy excuses were given for not refunding the price that was actually on both the sofas that were on the floor.

My husband and I along with the salesman looked at the difference on both the sofas before I settled on the purchase. The salesman even picked up the signs and showed me the $200 difference. I was appalled at how many times the price changed so that I would not get the $200 difference in the sofas.

To add insult to injury the sofa that was delivered to me has the same hard problem along with a really bad odor that lingers in the living room even though it has been in our home for over two weeks now.

I had planned to purchase kitchen, dining room and bedroom furniture from there in the upcoming weeks, but after this experience with my refund changing from $200, to $171 then settling on $131. If I had not been cheated out of my $200 refund I may have considered coming back but not after the way that was done with the $200 refund.

Well I started off very excited for this new furniture, but not anymore. I received a defective loveseat on delivery day and downhill ever since. After speaking with customer service I asked to have it replaced as I felt the whole piece was defective.

The drawer doesn’t close properly and the nice light feature is useless as it flops back so far it would only offer lighting for the ceiling. I was told sorry that’s not an option that the damage is repairable.

So fast forward 4-5 weeks of waiting afraid to use my new furniture to technician day. He walks in and oh that’s not repairable. I’m sorry WHAT? I sent pictures and was assured it was my only option.

Okay just another day I have to take off from work and lose another days pay. Now comes the part where I’m totally insulted. Well I can offer you a $400 dollar gift card if you keep the piece of junk we gave you.

Um excuse me, you want me to buy something else from you when you still haven’t satisfied our previous purchase. How about discounting what I paid for this for all my TROUBLE. I’m sorry but I really don’t think I would do business with you again.

I just got new couches yesterday and said goodbye to the most uncomfortable couch I have ever had. I bought the love seat and sofa Avenger couch in April of 2018. We had friends who had a similar couch and loved the style so it was easy to decide on getting it.

When we first got this couch it was comfortable, worked well, and looked great in our space. The only downside for the first several months was that stuff would always fall in between the cracks and the only way to get it back was to recline it all the way but this didn’t bother us too bad at first.

Slowly cover the course of the last 2. 5 years the gaps in the couch got bigger and bigger to the point where I would be searching for the TV remote and my phone just about every time I sat. Eventually the recliners began reclining too much on one side to the point that you would be leaning off to one side.

The middle section of my larger couch broke so much that it fell completely back to the floor when I pulled it away from the wall. not worth the money.

I was beyond disappointed with my Nomad sofa. I felt I was misled and some false advertising happened, and I did not receive what I was shown/told I would. I had seen the raving reviews on their website and a few other articles and even though spending $2k+ (after a Labor Day discount) was a huge investment for me, I figured it would be worth it to get a quality sofa, that would stay beautiful and comfortable for years to come.

I couldn’t have been more wrong. The one star is for quick shipping and pretty quick responses once I started contacting customer service, including an easy return process (FedEx pick-up from my apartment).

The couch is also extremely easy to put together and take apart. However, that doesn’t make up for the couch itself, which was horrible. I live in an NYC apartment and wanted a comfortable statement couch since I’d be spending a lot of time on it, working from home and relaxing, each day.

The “performance velvet” looked nothing like the photos. It seemed like a cheap, not soft, flat-looking microfiber with absolutely no texture, so it was both unattractive and showed every move you made as well as immediately attracted my dog’s hair in the few hours I had it set up.

I was expecting a shinier, more textured, more quality looking velvet based on the photos. The couch was also strangely upright and not deep enough to sit comfortably on (and I’m only 5’4!). And last but not least, it was just horrendously uncomfortable, the cushions were thin, flimsy, cheap, and hard, like sitting at a not-very-nice dentist office’s waiting room.

No sinkability at all, I just kind of bobbed there. It was less comfortable than my last ikea couch, and I was upset I’d paid SO much money to get such terrible quality. I couldn’t keep such an uncomfortable, low-quality, and unattractive couch, especially for the hefty price tag.

To make matters worst, even though the return process was fast and easy, it wasn’t free returns and I had to pay a 10% fee to return something I never would have bought if I’d been shown what the true product quality was.

I’m also suspicious of how many positive reviews are on their site— Check out Reddit if you want to see some more truly accurate reviews. Burrow, do better. Make a better product, lower your price point to be accurate for what you do sell, and don’t misrepresent the quality you are selling.

It’s not right. Everyone else, go with trusted furniture companies, not tech companies that decided to make furniture, even if it costs a few hundred more. I ultimately decided on a West Elm couch I tried in person, got to choose my fabric and color, and got to use Affirm through their website to pay interest-free in 3 installments over the next 3 months to help me pay off even though the couch I chose is a little more expensive.

But I know at least I’ll truly be making an investment, enjoying my couch daily for years to come, and that I’ll be getting what I pay for.

The Nomad leather sectional is an absolutely beautiful piece of furniture. We originally ordered the four-seater corner sectional, but then added a fifth seat. Burrow made it a snap to order an additional seat — you just have to reach out to them directly because they apparently changed some of the interlocking design at some point and they want to make sure that you get an additional seat that works with your model.

The chestnut leather color is rich and seems sturdy. I waited almost three months to write this review to see how it held up against my 45-pound dog’s nails jumping up and down to look out the window whenever the mail carrier comes by.

So far, no noticeable scratches. It’s a breeze to clean (very helpful because said dog sheds a lot) — basically just brush it off. No major spills so far, but my dog’s occasional drool does not appear to have penetrated the leather or caused any dark spots.

Comfort level is great — both my husband (who is a foot taller than me and about 80 pounds heavier) and I agree. Plenty of room to spread out, and I’ve fallen asleep on it multiple times. Assembly with two people was not exactly easy, but could have been a lot worse.

There were a few points where the instructions could have been a bit clearer, and snapping some of the pieces together takes considerable strength. Once you get going though, it’s kind of like putting together a big puzzle and not too bad.

I’d estimate that the entire assembly took about two hours with two (not especially handy) people, and adding the extra seat later took less than 20 minutes. Three minor words of caution. First, I recommend checking that all pieces are included BEFORE beginning assembly.

We realized after being almost finished that we were missing one support leg. Burrow was quick to respond and ship us the missing part (plus a bonus throw blanket for our trouble!), but for a few days, we had a fully assembled couch that we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on for fear that it would collapse without that one leg.

Second, two suggestions for the seat cushions: make them reversible or else provide some sort of velcro attachment. I feel like they are the worst of both worlds in that they move around a fair bit (which wouldn’t be an issue with velcro) but also cannot be flipped in the case of a spill or damage.

At least one of those options would solve one of those two problems and make me very happy. Finally, not a warning so much as an FYI: because it is a modular design, there are seams along the back of the couch between each seat.

I think this looks totally fine and classy the way it’s designed, but I imagine someone who doesn’t have the sofa against a wall and cares a lot about having a flat back like on traditional (non-modular) sofas might be bothered by it.

Again, I think it looks totally great, and I would much prefer to have the ability to move and rearrange the pieces than have a solid piece of fabric across the entire back. Overall, I’m really pleased with the sectional’s quality, comfort, and design.

It’s perfect for my space, and seems like a good deal for real (ethically sourced) leather. Burrow’s customer service is great, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

It’s a good couch, but don’t believe the videos of how easy it is to build it. Even disregarding the fact that you paid 3000 dollars for a DIY couch, the instructions are atrocious. For 3k a couch you can afford some UX research into better instructions.

The pictures are low resolution and confusing, with a lot of black – on – black imagery. It says things like “install the legs” when what it means is “install the leg hardware. ” There’s no page or pamphlet describing the various parts you should have and what to use them for.

From what I can tell, the instruction booklet is just generic, not tailored to your specific couch. Again, for 3k, you can absolutely include a booklet tailored to the couch you bought. Look, the couch is decent.

But putting it together was such a miserable experience it almost soured the experience of owning the couch. And I don’t understand how in this day and age, literally no one but IKEA can come up with instruction booklets that are clear, concise, and don’t need translation.

The couch itself is fine. It’s sturdy, you can sit on it. I forget what color we picked, but it’s definitely not what was in the picture. It was supposed to be a dusty gray-pink, but it’s definitely just beige, which is a bit disappointing.

I’d have gone for a different color if I knew this was just going to be beige.

My Fiancé and I have been searching for a sectional that would work well in our completely renovated antique log cabin. When we came across this couch here with Coleman furniture, we immediately fell in love! We did want to spend $5k on a new couch, so this sectional fell comfortably into our budget.

It took about 5 weeks to arrive which was slightly longer than what we were hoping for, but Coleman was so great about providing us consistent updates as to the status of our order. The couch arrived today and was assembled by the delivery team.

It looks fantastic in our new home and we could not be more excited! The quality is a fair “middle of the road. ” The quality of the material is mediocre but better than what we expected for the price.

It is slightly stiffer, but very comfortable and supportive especially when the recliner is raised. The console in the couch is nice and rugged. Overall, the couch seems like it will last with our pets and the men of the house that are not easy on furniture! It looks very classy despite the fact that it is clear that it is not crafted with the finest Italian leather.

Overall, it exceeded our expectations and was a wonderful option for the price point. If you don’t want to spend a fortune but want a medium sized, fairly comfortable, attractive couch, this is a great option!.

I ordered this sectional in April 17, 2021. On the website it said 4-6 weeks due to covid delays. Totally understand and was patient. Very excited to get it delivered. Fast forward to September 17 and I still am awaiting delivery.

Contacted support as I am moving from the address that I had ordered originally and was hoping they could change the delivery address for me. I was told that unfortunately there is nothing they can do as it has left the manufacturer and on its way to the local delivery warehouse.

I was told they could change the delivery but I would have to pay for the cost of them delivering it to the local warehouse in the state I am moving to. The only thing that has been communicated to me to rectify the situation is an apology.

Very disappointed in the overall experience and still holding out hope that the sectional will be the quality I was hoping for. Now the website is showing 4 weeks for delivery. Be aware.
