Who knew a lead could make such a difference! This works so well for something which seems like a very simple thing. The snap is great (very heavy duty but so easy to use) and the length of this lead is perfect for ground work.

The smaller diameter of the lead fits in my hand well and the snapper on the end is effective. An unexpected bonus of this lead: it doesn’t pick up weeds and stickers (of which this area has tons) as do cotton lead and lunge lines.

I purchased this lead because it matched a rope halter I purchased, it had good reviews and it was a good length for training. It was shipped and delivered quickly. Under normal use, the braid that holds the clip on the lead came apart.

The lead is not 2 months old. It is not abused – used for lunging and leading my QH gelding. Not a dependable lead. See attached photo.

Love this training lead! The 15′ length is perfect because its short enough to not get tangled when doing closer ground work but long enough for larger faster work without the circle being too small.

Also like snap used and the fact that its changeable.

Trying to find refill leads for my wife’s mechanical pencil was not easy, as there are so many very small diameter leads to pick between and the pencil was not labeled as to the size needed. Rather like trying to find a very small nut or bolt in a hardware store.

Impossible to see which size will fit the pencil without unpacking the leads, which are so thoroughly blister packed that it cannot be done. Of course, the fine leads are very easily broken, so protective packaging is necessary: But having to buy 90 leads in each possible size before I can open them to test the size is unreasonable.

Hardware stores have size gauges for nuts and bolts. You really should have one already opened pack of leads of each diameter so pencil sizes can be checked.

I have tried several times to order lead for my Twist Erase XP 0. 7 mm pencils and the lead has not been the same! It is hard, light on the paper and breaks easily. I got the Super Hi Polymer Lead 0.

7 mm Med “Same as #2 Pencil” Hardness. Very disappointed! I love these pencils but cannot find the proper lead to fill them with once the original lead is used. I just want to know if I should be ordering something else??.

I love these Pentel Hi-Polymer Lead Refills. They work perfectly with my old Pentel mechanical pencil. They are smooth and perfect for the sketching I do on my watercolor paper before a painting. I also use other sizes of this lead for value sketches, but for a watercolor painting, I use these.

The container is the perfect size and clearly marked and the leads are always smooth. Breakage is not a problem unless you are pressing too hard, which I don’t.

Sturdy and durable table, heavier that I expected, but I like that. A lot of reviews reported damaged board, but I was lucky to get the perfect one. The only problem was about the assembly process – several pre-drilled holes in the board would help greatly.

I have the drill and I assembled it easily, but not everybody is a hobbyist with such a tool.

This 30 Amp, 10 Gauge, 25ft extension cord is damn near perfect. The construction is heavy-duty and very robust. An absolute necessity for those times that a power pole at an RV camp is further away than your RV cable will reach.

The handles on both ends make placing and removing the inlets and outlets extremely easy. The 10 gauge wire is exceptionally well-insulated and strong, yet easy to coil for storage. We have found the additional use of a 50 Amp to 30 Amp dogbone, then connected to this extension cord, and then adding a 30 Amp to 15 Amp dogbone to give us additional 120 Volt power for an additional 1800 Watts of use outside of the motorhome for lights, fans, and other 120 Volt accessories while maintaining normal 30 Amp power to our internal needs with the RV’s normal cord off the 30 Amp power pole outlet.

I made a newbie RV move and bought this 30amp extension cord for a Winnebago 2108ds Micro Minnie and did not pay attention to the female end, and you need a screw-on locking extension cord with one of the female inputs fitting an “L” shaped prong on the male RV end of your power supply.

I bought an adapter so all’s well that ends well, but I wish I paid more attention. In summation–THIS CORD ALONE WILL NOT WORK WITH YOUR MICRO MINNIE RV WITHOUT AN ADAPTOR. Save yourself the grief and get the correct 30AMP extension cord.

I had been using 2B for several years with both of my Pentel 0. 5-mm mechanical pencils, a P205 and a GraphGear 500, but I wanted to see if a 4B lead would be more like the “dark as ink” as I wanted.

This 4B comes close, but it’s still silvery gray, i. e. it’s still graphite (duh!). The biggest difference, besides being slightly darker, is that I’m blowing through it almost twice as fast as 2B. It’s slightly annoying that when I go to erase, it takes a lot more of the eraser (Staedtler Mars plastic), and much care to not brush my hand where I’ve written, because the 4B graphite will smudge.

I’m also noticing the minute stray bits of graphite are causing smudges in random spots on my white desktop — I’m sure most people won’t notice this, and I’m only reporting it out of thoroughness. I think I’ll keep this 4B loaded in just one of my many mechanical pencils, when I want the absolute darkest lines I can get with a pencil, and don’t mind the softness and speed at which it’s used.

For others looking for a “daily-driver” mechanical pencil lead, I’d suggest sticking with something a little harder, like a 2B.

I love this lead! I feel like handling my crack when Im carefulling loading my choice mechanical pencil with this stuff. Its comes in a small golden pack full of 12 smaller containers. It took me about a week to figure out how to actually write with this lead, especially since I was previously using pens.

But once I increase the angle between my pencil and the paper, I found I was able to decrease the frequency of losing lead to breaking and found that my lines became very, very darklike a pen! Indeed, theres a lot of lead dust everywhere at my desk and my notes, but jeez, my notes look great.

I purchased it Jan 9th and as of May 4th I am down to four packs (something like 24 to a pack). I highly recommend the 4B to those who like very dark and clear notes. UPDATE: I have only used this lead for over a year now.

Im on my second pack. Its phenomenal. Also, I write with a lot of pressure behind my hand. UPDATE #2: Ive used this lead exclusively for 3 years now. I cant go back. Im on my 3rd packthats for 8 math classes! While I love this lead for the enjoyment of seeing my handwriting come out so bold, its also because how easily I can re-read my old notes written with this lead.

Here is the BEST product for adding weight to your racket that I have used. It fits perfectly on frame around the strings, and the best feature is that you don’t have to keep adding more product to achieve stability, one should do the job on each side! ex:3 and 9’oclock.

Bought these to add weight to my tennis racket, give it a bit more plough through & a bit less propensity to twist. These are neater than ordinary plain lead strip.

I like this product because it is not possible to fall out from the racket while playing.

I have purchased these lead test kits multiple times before from a different vendor, and they had always worked really well for us. However, this time the product is having a difficult time mixing the chemicals when you break the inner tubes, and it’s difficult to get the solution down to the test sponge.

I’m not sure if this is a bad batch or what – but unfortunately they are very expensive to not work well. Normally a good product.

I bought a two pack and was not able to use either swab. The liquid did not go into the swab completely and did not work on the test circles. I wonder whether these swabs are subject to age. This is one of the few EPA recommended lead tests, but given their price I feel they should be more reliable.

I’m not sure what I’m going to do at this point. I’m hesitant to buy another set when the first two I tried didn’t work.

I bought 3M LeadCheck Swabs to see how well they worked. I knew the surfaces tested were painted prior to 1978 when paint contained lead, I was blown away at how quickly the swabs turned red to indicate the presence of lead.

As a cross check Newer Surfaces painted after 1978 tested negative. Package directions easy to follow.

I like the pen but it has one problem. The width of the line it makes should be on every pen, i. e. 5mm,. 7mm. I brought a pen my wife was using to Staples. She wanted another pen like it with the same width line because she was writing a lot of wedding invitations and wanted the new pens to match the line width of the original pen she was using.

She wanted a new pen in case the ink ran out of the one she was using. I found several packages of the pens but there were multiple pens in a package. The packages were closed and did show a line width but the pen she gave me did not show the line width on the pen she was using.

The Staples employee had to open a package so we could compare line widths by looking at the number printed on the pen cartridge inside the pen. I did not mind buying a package since she will use them eventually but it would be helpful to have the line width shown on the pen itself and not just on the package.

I’ve been using and collecting mechanical pencils since the late 80s when I totally became infatuated with office and art supplies (a story for another time) and I honestly haven’t come across a pencil with this many useful features, especially at this price point.

The body is lightweight, grip is decent, and the pocket clip appears to be nice and sturdy.

I really like the utility that this pencil offers and think it is a fantastic student, writer or artist pencil. It’s not the flashiest or prettiest, but it packs in features that you usually only see on higher end mechanical pencils into a nice, affordable package.

I really don’t get why this pencil isn’t more popular.

This is the first time I bought any pens in years. I usually use my phone or computer and bum pens off my friends. This had to change. So I went into Staples, deeply sorry about the naming rights issues of you know where.

And i looked around at all the brands Staples carries, I was overwhelmed, but I remember I used to buy pens made by uni-ball (why no capitals?). Then I got scared. I couldn’t remember: fine or medium? I bought fine.

I was not disappointed. I signed my tax returns with it. I used it to make labels on drug tests at work. Perfect. Nice look, easy flow, fine! What have you got to lose?.

This thicker lead has been great for my third grader to use in his mechanical pencil. The thinner lead just kept breaking. When he wrote lightly enough so it wouldn’t break, it was very faint writing.

This was the perfect answer. But when I needed more, I found out it isn’t carried in the store. But the manager was very helpful and it was ordered and shipped, for free, right to my house. Wish it had been in the store, but the solution was easy and luckily I didn’t have to have it that same day.

I was told about these pencils by a coworker. She said she needed some mechanical pencils that would last longer than the ones that she keeps on purchasing that were. 7 mm. She was so excited to find these pencils that were 1.

3 mm. I told her to keep me informed on how her students are doing with them. She reported back saying that they are incredible. After hearing her rave about them I decided to try them myself. Well , so far I am very happy with them.

They don’t break easily and they last a long time. Best part: I don’t need to hear, “Teacher can I sharpen my pencil” 100 times a day!.

THIS PRODUCT WE USE A LOT OF IN OUR ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT. THE GUYS ARE HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT. THEY ARE STURDY PIECE OF LEAD. YES THEY STILL BREAK IF YOU PUSH HARD ENOUGH BUT THEY ARE RELIABLE STICKS OF LEAD TO USE FOR YOUR MECHANICAL PENCILS.

I HAVE NOT YET HAD ONE COMPLAINT ABOUT ORDERING THESE PRODUCT. SO OVER ALL GOOD USE FOR EVERYDAY WRITING. JUST WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MORE LEAD IN A SINGLE TUBE. IT’S FEW LEADS AND A BIG TUBE. WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO ORDER IN BULK AND IT NOT TAKE UP SO MUCH ROOM IN OUR SUPPLY CABINET.

My husband has used many different types of leather leashes for numerous beagles. This brand was by far one of his favorites. He said it’s not too bulky in your hand and it holds up nice for rowdy dogs.

I use leather leashes all the time. They usually last longer and are more attractive to use then a nylon one. I would love to try this leash out.

I have a puppy that I’m training for shows – this was recommended as an inexpensive lead – however, with a puppy – it didn’t live up to helping me, it is not created additional problems. Not much more than a thick string like a leveling string or garden twine with a swivel snap.

Puppy would pull & it hurt my hand, or do the roll over and play tangle and bite with it before I could get to her since it was cutting into my hand. If you have a 2-8# tiny puppy or a trained smaller dog – I can see this as a good show training lead.

For my 11-12# puppy who’s growing, not so much.

In my opinion these are overpriced. They are nice enough leads but I was expecting a little nicer for the money

It appears to be OK, but the sizing is way off. The 1/8″ is closer to 1/4″. Too big for my little dog. I returned it.

The leash arrived very quickly from California to the suburbs of Philly. I think I ordered on a Friday and I had it Monday! The leash itself works fine, I could not find a double strapped 4′ long leash at any of the local pet stores.

Original leash was bought out of state and lasted 7 years/16K miles on the trail w/ my Husky!!! The swivel where the leash connects to the collar had worn out and I was standing there with the leash in my hand and no dog!!Thank God a squirrel was not around or he would have taken off! If this one last 7 years I will be happy!.

Simple to use, and it really works! Unfortunately, our crockpot showed definite signs of lead contamination, so it is now in the trash. The other items we tested were negative. Thirty seconds or so will tell you if your items are contaminated.

Nice to know! BTW, I tested three items so far and probably have enough of the chemical to do at least 3-4 more tests. Good value.

This kit is NOT EPA approved due to poor accuracy. It tends to give false positives, unreliable. No longer on the market.

Worked brilliantly. Used to test water and paint samples. Was simple. Quick and clear results.

The product description did not indicate the material of the trigger snap; I presume it is stainless based on video. The description of tensile strength did not help me when deciding what to use on a 75 lb Labrador.

I elected the 1/2 inch since I am female (smaller hands than a man). I am 5′ 7″ with a 22″ at withers dog and I feel the extra handle is a little short. I have to lean over more than expected to ensure loose leash while using the traffic handle.

For that reason, I do not use the traffic handle. Even so, the leash feels great in the hand and you can gather up a bit if necessary easily (maybe also due to 1/2″ as opposed to 3/4″. My rating is reflective of the traffic handle and info on the website, not the quality or performance of the leash overall.

We prefer this material over nylon and leather for many reasons. The leash has a nice weight and feel no matter the temperature and weather condition. The material doesn’t slip out of your hand even when and cleans up very easily.

The rivets and hardware instill a level of confidence that this this isn’t going to pull apart. I didn’t realize I was a leash snob, but after using this, everything else just doesn’t cut it.

This leash has been fantastic. It’s soft and grippy in your hand and has proven to be exceptionally durable. I was always a huge fan of the leather leashes from Ray Allen and I’ve had my oldest one almost four years now with no issues.

I think this leash will be my new favorite.

It is hard to find good quality leather leashes. I bought two so the dogs could have matching ones. At least in all the other places I looked. I grew up on a ranch, handling saddles and bridles, so I appreciate leather.

These leashes need neatsfoot oil or saddle soap, but will last for years. The brass snap is also something I really wanted. Very happy with the leashes.

I actually bought this lead for my 4 month old pit bull puppy. I needed something that was strong and durable as I am training her to stay close by to me when we are out on our property. I just attach it to her and drop the lead and let her do her thing.

If she starts to wander too far, I am able to grab ahold of it and reign her back in to refocus on what I need her to do. This lead has taken a beating so far and it has held up going up and down mountain trails, across the yard, over a stone driveway, plus my pup likes to chew on it any chance she gets if I turn my head for one second! If I have to walk away from her and need her to stay in one area, I have even used the lead to tie her to a pole for a short amount of time.

As most know, pit bulls are very strong dogs and I am extremely pleased with the quality and am sure that this lead will be around for a long time!.

I use this to walk my 90lb dog in the park! Gives him plenty of room to sniff and hasn’t hurt my hands if he pulls after a squirrel or something. I’ve had it a few months and it has held up well so far!.

I bought this lead rope to go with a black leather halter. The lead rope looks great with the halter and is great quality!! I also love how it is a great length for anything I need to do with my horse, whether it’s ground work or tying him! Great quality at a great price!.
