I have digestive issues and meta mucil works wonderfully. I wouldn’t miss a day. The problem is finding the unsweetened unflavored version. This really should be the only version you need. The product really does not need sugar – we get enough sugar in our diets as it is – and there really is not point in added sweeteners.

I get the unflavored version because I don’t like tang and can have whatever flavor I want by simply adding an ounce or two of juice or just the juice of a leftover half lime or lemon. Bottled juice works well and can add sweetness if you want it.

This adds variety and, frankly, why not. Buy some Tang and add it if you really like artificial orange.

I haven’t used MetaMucil in a while, as I’ve been using other fibre therapy products. After being given the opportunity to re-introduce myself to MetaMucil, I remember now why I stopped using it. It just doesn’t dissipate & dissolve as easily as other products do & again, I find myself having to scrape the glass to get more product dissolved.

The taste is lovely & orange, but the product just doesn’t go down as easily & after all these years of MetaMucil making this product, I just don’t understand why they haven’t gotten that aspect down pat yet.

I appreciate the fact that it has been sweetened with Stevia extract as this cuts the sugar intake down. So to wrap up, the overall orange taste is quite nice, but this product just doesn’t dissolve very well & for that reason, I most likely will not continue to use MetaMucil as other products on the market actually DO dissolve better.

And really, that is the whole point of using a daily fibre therapy. You want something that can be drank easily on a daily basis & not having to deal with swallowing clumps of product.

I took around 4 pm right after I got off work (2 of the tiny pieces). throughout the night I would pass gas which was a relief but didn’t have the urge to poop. Fell asleep then around 3 am my stomach got ready to rumble.

As soon as I got to the toilet it was Like a volcano erupted no joke. Once I finished I would get back in bed , then 5 minutes later would have to go again. This went on for hours. Definitely gets the job done.

The product works well but be careful with it. I’ve been constipated for well over a year and tried everything but with no luck. I took this constipend and it immediately worked but now I rely on it to move things along.

This pill really works great. My husband got this from Amazon and when he try to order it again but it was out of stock but I found it at walmart. com he was so happy to find this product here. I would recommend to take this when you plan on not going anywhere and staying home because when you have to go you really need to find the nearest bathroom because it will make you really go and cleanse out your system.

He try ordering another one but a different brand and it did not work for him but this one works great. He would buy this again!.

I bought Super Colon Cleanse with my over the counter benefit provided by Medicare. For me it only works with an addition of a laxative. I suffer from chronic constipation. So now I get good bowel movements.

I will be increasing it to a few more a day until I can get the benefit of a colon cleanse.

Yes, yes, yes!! I finally found a colon cleanse that WORKS! This is SO easy on your tummy, does not cause cramps or pain at all, starts working within the first day/time of taking it. The taste of the pills isn’t great ans they can be a tad hard to swallow, but if you drink with a whole cup of water its fine.

I’ve had constipation/digestive issues my whole life. Age and salicylate sensitivity to most fruits and vegetables have made my problem much worse. This supplement seems to work much better than the over-the-counter stool softeners I’ve been taking.

I only take one a couple times a week but may start taking every other day to add more fiber intake and increase frequency of bowel movements. For me, it takes awhile to work but my digestive system has always been extremely slow.

I’ve been taking a daily Magnesium Oxide supplement for a long time. It helps me sleep but doesn’t seem to help me have more frequent bowel movements.

I hesitate to give 5 stars sometimes, but if something seems to be legit, then sometimes it’s deserving of a 5 star rating, whatever it might be. That’s the case here, as this combination seems to be very effective.

In fact, I’ve thought this particular thing has sometimes been more effective than the cascara in higher dosage by itself, or Senna higher dosage supplements. They all work, and this lower dosage shouldn’t be more effective than a higher potency herbal “helper”…but maybe it’s the combination of the ingredients.

And I like the lower dosage for those times it feels I just need a little “help”, or a smaller, ah, push, instead of a high potency KAPOW sort of thing.

I rarely wright reviews, but I had to with this one. Let me start with my condition. I found out I have sibo, it’s small intestinal bacteria overgrowth. It causes major constipation. Ever since I got this sibo my pooping regular is non existent.

I think this is great. I’ve been searching for 20 years because I’ve had problems all my life. I’ve been taking up to 8 pills of magnesium daily and/or a variety of other products, and still struggled with constipation.

I’ve had constipation issues for years. If I take 2 in the evening and it usually doesn’t produce results, but if I take 2 the next day it works. I usually take Miralax that give me diarrhea. But with this I get real bowel movements (poops).

I’ve been doing detox teas for almost 2 years and it’s been in and off with me. Losing some, not losing much at all. Then was seeing the company I was buying from started to false advertise their product.

After I started taking this product I felt nauseous and vomited twice in one day. The day after I kept feeling like I wanted to vomit so I research the side effects and noticed the following:Mild cramping.

Abdominal pain. Fullness. Bloating. Nausea. Vomiting. Perianal soreness. Colon cleansing can also cause less serious side effects, such as cramping, bloating, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Other potential concerns with colon cleansing include Dehydration.

A tear in the rectum (perforation). I do not recommend the Super Colon Cleanse pills, it is not worth feeling sick. The whole idea of feeling better made me feel even worse. I am going to find a natural way to cleanse.

Best to start small like half a scoop then gradually build up or down, even on first use, even though it says start with a full scoop, it’s intense. Drink a ton of water. It may take a minute or a few hours but you will end up on the john after every use, so budget your time accordingly.

Seems you need to keep on using it for best resultsas it states. I bought the powder and my guess is it’s superior to the pills though I’m not sure. I’ve never used the pill version of this product but I’ve used pills of other brands and there is no comparison, this powder is tops, but I guess it’s a matter of preference.

The taste is acquired, but no more or less different or worse than other similar products containing similar ingredients. The powder is really fine so scooping and pouring might be messy, and it can collect and form a goo at the bottom of the cup or container, so mix really well when preparing.
