I bought Super Colon Cleanse with my over the counter benefit provided by Medicare. For me it only works with an addition of a laxative. I suffer from chronic constipation. So now I get good bowel movements.

Yes, yes, yes!! I finally found a colon cleanse that WORKS! This is SO easy on your tummy, does not cause cramps or pain at all, starts working within the first day/time of taking it. I had to up the dosage from 2 to 4 tablets over the course of a week. It didn’t seem to do anything. I didn’t have better valve movement nor did I experience any weight loss even though i was dieting along with the colon cleanse.

Best to start small like half a scoop then gradually build up or down, even on first use, even though it says start with a full scoop, it’s intense. Drink a ton of water. It may take a minute or a few hours but you will end up on the john after every use, so budget your time accordingly.

Seems you need to keep on using it for best resultsas it states. I bought the powder and my guess is it’s superior to the pills though I’m not sure. I’ve never used the pill version of this product but I’ve used pills of other brands and there is no comparison, this powder is tops, but I guess it’s a matter of preference.

The taste is acquired, but no more or less different or worse than other similar products containing similar ingredients. The powder is really fine so scooping and pouring might be messy, and it can collect and form a goo at the bottom of the cup or container, so mix really well when preparing.

bought Colon Clear for my husband who has digestion issues. was hoping it would provide sometime of daily relief. One bottle down and daily or any other day relief did not happen. I would give this zero stars of I could. A few hours after I took the first tablespoon, I started getting nauseaus, having stomachache and throwing up. This product gave me food poisoning symptoms. I was throwing up and in serious pain all night.

Taste is slightly pineapple-like, but more a generic sweet citrus-like taste with noticeable stevia aftertaste. Interesting thing about psyllium is that it will turn into a gel if you let it sit a little bit.

i did a lot of looking at cleanses before settling on this one. I prefer the ones you can do at night bc i like to wake up, do my business and move on with my day. I drank 20oz of water when i took these and then another 20oz in the AM before i needed to go # 2.

as for the pain, the first few days were more intense but i’d think that is to be expected. then, it would be 2 moderate waves of cramps and I would go. I liked that I always went # 2 before 9AM so it didn’t feel like my whole day was just waaaaiiiting, you know? I took 2 pills.

I really do like this product. It does exactly what it is meant to do with real herbs. I would recommend that you start at only one capsule instead of two in the beginning, until you are sure how it works for you the first day or two.

Colon Flush is an excellent product. Irwin’s created a similar product for weight loss but not everyone wants to lose weight. Plus the ingredients are very different and do not give the same results.

There is the danger of over use, please begin by using 1 per day and not 3. Add more water and fiber to your diet. Let your body regulate take over after a month or so, after awhile your body will tell you to flush out for a week or so.
