20 Best Launcher For Note 3 (2023 Updated)

This thing is worth every penny. Have had ours over a year with grown adult men stomping on it. Rocket launches super high. Perfect gift for any kid who can jump.

I’ve been playing the 54* CBX for a month now and can say that it is everything I wanted in a sand wedge. Really helps me hit partial shots cleanly from the fairway and is great around the green. I must have read every review and watched every video on the CBX and found that most were lacking for sand shots.

I can report that this wedge is excellent, both in soft sand and hard/wet sand. I had been having trouble out of the sand and the wide sole has made it easy to get out cleanly every time. Trust the club, swing confidently, and it will do everything it is advertised to do.

A note on my experience in the store: There’s a big golf store near me that allows trying clubs on an outdoor range but they have a no-wedge trial policy. I couldn’t decide for distance gapping if the 54 or 56 would be best (I was playing a 55).

Dicks Sporting Goods let me hit it in their launch monitor bay no questions. I took three shots with my gap wedge, three with the 54 CBX and three with the 56 CBX. The 54 had the distance I wanted and I bought it! It was great to be able to hit it before buying for distance.

A final note, I find that all the forgiveness tech gets the ball in the air easier, so although I expected that the 56 would be best, the 54 launches so high that it doesn’t fly as far as my previous forged 55 wedge.

We used these for a “Live Angry Birds” activity with teenagers. We bought 6 of them and they all seemed to hold up well and did the job well. I will update my review if I notice rapid wearing over time but as of right now I’m pleased with them.

The gun fires precisely with a long range. The darts travels fast so when hit, it felt like someone flicked me with a rubber band. Definitely recommend wearing safety goggles when using the product. I have fairly small hands and I still thought the handle felt a little small.

The front shields are so small that I find it impractical to use so I keep it folded up. The Boomco brand is fun since the darts can stick to surfaces.

I would have preferred a trigger, rather than a slide handle to ‘fire’. That would have made a person’s aim more accurate. For my use, it seems to work fine in scaring off feral cats and Muscovy ducks.

When I’m lucky enough to actually hit one from about 40 feet or so, the soft darts do no harm to the animals, but let them know they can be reached from a distance, and there’ve been fewer instances of them coming around my house.

No more duck poop on the sidewalk, and fewer sightings of feral cats. Also, the neon green color of the darts make them easy to locate and retrieve afterward. I thought the price was very, very, good.

BTW, I am 67 years old!.

Both my husband and I were shocked when we saw this in action on Christmas morning. It has amazing power and accuracy! We wanted to get our own. Our 3 year old son loves it, as well as our 14 year old daughter enjoyed it, too.

It’s really great for all ages, except that it takes a little muscle to prep it for the next shot. So the younger kids will continue to ask for help with that part.

Bought the driver and just love it. Never invested in a brand new fairway wood before, but the driver is so good I just had to get the 3 wood. Looks great at address, and plays just as solid as the driver.

Really gives you confidence of getting good flush contact off tight fairway lies. Will be trying the 5 wood soon!.

I like my new set fine. The short irons perform similarly to my previous old Adams clubs. I’m still figuring out the mid iron clubs, but I’m getting there. I like the Dual Wedge and prefer the Halo PW to my old one.

Overall, I am happy with my new XL Halo Launcher irons and buying through Golf Avenue was great.

The product looks nice, is well designed, and has nice features, etc. But, getting it to connect to my iphone and iPad when I want to use it is a challenge. Also, the Garmin software only orients itself in portrait, not landscape.

So, the screen that I connect it too does not display full screen. This was disappointing to say at the least. What’s more disappointing is the statistical accuracy of the measurements it observes. I have tried to calibrate it a number of times, but I still get grossly inaccurate ball speed, club speed, carry distance, and overall distance.

I find this very frustrating. Lastly, positioning it to accurately measure the data is problematic. They recommend that this unit be place behind the golfer by about six feet. Many of the more pricey launch/simulators monitors allow positioning at the ball.

facing the golfer. This location is much more convenient. When placed on the floor behind me, it almost always gets kicked, knoxed off line, or simply stepped on by someone. Lastly, to display the image on a external monitor, TV, or projector you need the “mirror” feature on an apple device, or the “cast” feature on other devices.

The picture on occasion, drops out. There should be a hardwired option. Lastly, there is no putting on this software. It only allows you to chip to the green. When the ball hits a certain circle around hole you get birdie, par, bogie, or double, depending which circle you hit.

The problem is when you chip, it does not alway register the swing or ball flight, etc. It gets annoying to hit a 15 yard chip 2-4 times before it registers on the device. I don’t know what is causing that to happen, but it’s rather annoying when I have friends over to play.

This is a tremendous little unit. It adds such a wonderful dimension to my practices. I particularly like the fact that it can be set up quickly. Click the tripod in place (very cool), turn it on, set it down 6+ feet behind you, mount your phone on your bag (where you can read it as you make your shots), click on the app, click on range, and you’re ready to go.

The amount of feedback that the unit provides me is incredible. The ease with which you can choose the variables that you prefer to be displayed at the top is really nice. I typically prefer to see Club Speed, Carry Distance, and Deviation (since I have a tendency to hit the ball off to the right).

I can make changes to the factory settings in literally seconds. I expected that the be laboriously difficult, but it is almost instantaneous. Of course, the unit gives me vastly more feedback: Ball Spin, Sidespin, Face to Path, Launch Direction, Club Path, Launch Angle, Attack Angle, Total Distance, and more.

Launch Angle has been particularly helpful to me trying to hit my driver in an upward sweep. I thot I was doing that but it turns out that I’m consistently hitting down with the driver a degree or two.

I have been working on stopping a thirty-year slice (more like banana ball). I almost have that problem solved, and the unit helps a great deal by showing me my clubhead and clubface directions with every hit.

Terrific feedback. Backspin and launch angle are also points of info that I look at. As I go through my clubs, I have a tendency to forget to click on the club I’m switching to. So, I will end up having tried numerous clubs all of which are marked LW because of my failure to change the club designation each time a switch to a new club.

Grrr. The unit is particularly sensitive to placement. The slightest increment off from perfectly vertical placement will result in the unit informing you that it is tilted. That happens when placing the unit on grass.

The fact that the unit is so picky with respect to vertical placement is actually a good sign, a sign that the unit is very sensitive, and that probably leads to accurate readings. The unit fails a bit with respect to launch direction.

I can see that I hit the ball relatively straight, yet the unit says I’m considerable off line to the right. All in all, this is a terrific unit. It adds so many dimensions to my efforts to improve my ball striking.

It makes practice so much effective and enjoyable, particularly compared to yesteryear when I would go to the range and hit 100 balls with no feedback. For $600, the R10 is an affordable device. It’s like having a very competent pro golf instructor in your pocket.

I am also enjoying turning on the video capture feature and recording my swings. That shows my faults in glaring clarity. We are all better golfers in our minds eye. But the videos tell the unvarnished truth.

Most notably, I have a very abbreviated backswing that I was unaware of. Second most notably, I have a tendency to lose my balance on almost every swing. Boy, the video sure makes that stand out. This is terrific feedback.

Key things to work on.

The only function I have used with the R10 is the Driving Range. The numbers I am seeing are well below my normal averages. So, at first I thought it was the setup I had in my basement (hitting into a net).

However, I took the R10 to the PGA SuperStore (used the practice bay) were I compared the figures with the Foresight setup. The only reliable figure was ball speed (R10 was usually 1 mph faster). The R10 was usually 2 degrees greater for launch angle and the spin numbers (back spin and side spin) were all over the place.

Many times it would show a draw when I hit a fade or vice versa. As I went from wedge to 7i to 3H to 3W to Driver the numbers got worse, especially the carry and total distance. My best drive carried 265 with a rollout to 292 on the Foresight.

However, the same numbers on the R10 was 251 and 266. This was probably due to a higher spin rate and launch angle with the R10. Also, my hybrids and woods would many times have a smash factor greater than 1.

50. I have seen smash factors as high as 1. 62. My R10 is up to date (says the latest version is 4. 00) Having said that, I was schedule to get my R10 in late Feb/early March before they stopped producing them due to the chip shortage.

Supposedly, they were going to different chips due to the supply constraints. If that is the case, maybe they don’t have the firmware/software optimized just yet (much like the issues when the R10 first came out last year).

The other issue is with the app (android). When I want to look at the stats from my sim session the app is kind of clunky. For instance, it allows you to filter the clubs used. So, let’s say, you only want to look at the Driver.

After you look at the shot you are interested in and go back to the home page, the filter has been removed and all the shots appear again. Also, if there are more shots than you can see on the screen you have to scroll to get there.

The issue is when you come back to the Home Screen it may or may not take you back to the same place. Most of the time that doesn’t. So, you end up at the first shot and have to scroll again if you want to see shots around the one you were just looking at.

I know one of the great features is the sim capability. However, with inaccurate numbers it could be a very frustrating experience. As of now, as the title says, I wouldn’t recommend this if you are planning to use it indoors.

As far as The Indoor Golf Shop experience, it has been amazing. While this whole delay with the R10 was completely out of their control, they were great in keeping me informed with the latest updates coming from the manufacture and even offered compensation for the delay.

I have never come across a company that offered compensation for a situation totally out of their control. Talk about great customer service. And this was the first time I have ordered anything from them.

But it won’t be the last time. Thank you to The Indoor Golf Shop for an experience that exceeded all expectations.

Ok so this is a mixed review. The VTX didn’t quite perform the way I expected. There was lots of short range static and low penetration. After speaking with customer support and still having issues. I Decided to direct solder the SMA pigtail to the VTX and uses a high quality SMA antenna.

This made things significantly better. in terms of range and penetration. The size of the VTX is great nice and small however no mounting just zip tie it or tape. It doesn’t give off as much heat as other VTX’s even at max power.

Overall for a mid priced VTX it delivers I just wish I didn’t have to do extra work on the bench to get it to work the way I was expecting.

I used 5V regulator to power up buzzer and LED but the 5v output died, it was not enough juice, fried it (the VTX part still works). At full power (600mW or 1000mW) VTX would overheat when vehicle is idle and brown out (perhaps heatshrink wrap should be stripped I don’t know).

I wish it had a radiator on the power amplifier chip. The U. FL is what I have for SMA pigtail is not braced to the board so it should be used with care not to bend the wire too much. VTX tables would be nicer to have in json format to directly load into Betaflight.

Overall I liked Mach 3 for the specification and its low price tag which is twice or better less than the more popular and expensive brand.

After having some issues with a faulty connector, this VTX worked perfectly with a very clear picture at the work bench. Did a range check by walking around the house and the video signal was normal with disruptions at 200mw settings.

Out on the field, i am getting similar results. However, i do get RF interference at the field where i fly and got decent video signal even with that. I got 2 of these VTXs and might get more to get as spares.

The AKAI Professional MPK Mini is lightweight without feeling flimsy (except for the miniature piano keys themselves). The rubber feet keep it quite stable on a stand next to my workstation. It has no power input (or audio output) besides the USB bus, so, while eminently suited for use with a laptop (or other workstation), is not useful as a controller for a tablet-based synthesizer.

Nor do the small keys lend themselves to on-stage playing, at least for those whose hands are accustomed to standard piano keys. I found these two points disappointing, given how obviously portable the device is.

As a desktop controller, however, it shines. With the option to use keys or (velocity and pressure sensitive) pads for input, it works well with the (free download) MPC Beats (and was immediately recognized by Apple’s Garage Band).

This beginner was quickly able, after watching a fifteen minute YouTube video, to record a basic sequence beat with a bass line and play a synth lead atop, with little more effort than would be required for a solo artist with a looping pedal.

The joystick combines pitch bend and expression sensibly, replacing two separate wheel controllers, and the parameter control pots feel very sturdy. My largest complaint is with the non-intuitive and rather cumbersome licensing of the sound libraries.

On my Mac, the included libraries downloaded and appeared to be applications, but would not launch; a third-party licensing app required creating yet another online account, and I’m not entirely sure it unlocked all the libraries.

I would have appreciated an obvious step-by-step guide rather than hunting through online FAQs.

Cute little unit that is light and portable. It’s USB powered, which is very handy. You need to register at the website to download software. You’ll need at least the editor software to change the midi capabilities.

If you are looking to generate electronic music, this is a good starter unit. Since it’s midi only you’ll need software–which is available for download at the company website. The software is free from the site.

There is no documentation for the labels above the keys (which go to the arpeggiator, although that was not obvious at first glance). The keys are somewhat small–this is not a unit where you can “play the piano.

” There are two octaves, which gives you plenty of sound ability and you can change the octaves with the press of a button, but you only get two at a time. There’s a lot of functionality packed into the unit.

I’ve own a full sized midi keyboard before and this little unit packs in plenty of functions, dials and pads on a much more portable unit. The dials are continuous (no limits, which is a nice feature.

) The keys are velocity sensitive, another nice feature. It has a very small display screen too–hopefully in firmware updates there might be more info displayed on it. There are some you tube intros on their website, but there are better ones for learning and talking about functionality done by private individuals.

Do a web search; some of them are worth watching. The company website could use some more you tubes for learning setup and/or functionality and/or “showing off” what the unit can do. There’s not enough documentation to really get going on your own without searching out you tubes.

For anyone reading this and looking to buy any midi controller, Asio4all is what you need. It’s an audio driver that simulates an audio interface(probably not correct). It’s a given that if you’re producing music, you should have a USB Audio Interface like a Focusrite Solo but if money is tight, this should work.

The only downside with Asio4all is that if you have your DAW running, you will not hear any audio from any other programs on your computer like Youtube on your browser. There are workarounds like Voicemeeter Banana.

It’s kinda like a mixer. If you’re on Mac, you don’t need any of these. In your DAW(Ableton, Reaper, Garageband, Fl Studio, Logic etc), set the audio to ASIO and under that option you can select Asio4All.

Set it to 44. 1khz. There should be a green icon on your taskbar that you can open to set your audio preferences. Click the gear icon to select your audio playback (headphone, speaker etc) Then on the bottom is a slider for your buffer size.

The lower the number, the lower the sound delay. But that can also introduce audio glitches if you have a weak computer. For the software, just register the MPK on the Akai website and it’ll have everything ready for you.

15 minutes tops. Other stuff: If you’re a streamer and you’re trying to get your DAW audio to OBS, you need to install REAPLUGS. One of the plugins is called ReaStream. Basically you drop the plugin on the master volume as an fx then set it to “send (to local broadcast)”.

Then in OBS open an audio input source. Then you apply Reastream as a filter and set it to receive audio. 10/10 Product. Works as advertised. Reasonable price. Looks good. Feels good, for the price.

I have several Warfare outfits and they serve what I need them for perfectly. I suggest though, if you are ordering here, the write up shows “Level wind conventional” combos. If you order the 30lb which would be the 30WAR it is conventional not a level wind.

I received the conventional reel not the Level wind. It was a great price so I didn’t return it and this would be used for trolling king Mackerel only, so it still would serve the purpose.

Now that’s a chunky boi. Does what it supposed to with ease, plastic is a bit thin but that’s standard for Zuru and this is entirely sufficient build quality. No jams at all due to the drum style and performance is sufficient.

If you are looking for performance Chaos Orbit is a better choice but ammo-wise this is insane. Way too heave for younger (around 4yo) nerfers but this is not a flaw. No issues with malfunctions of any type and if you want to take Air Restrictor out this is the easiest one to do it as you access it from outside the blaster, which is one of a kind.

Doesn’t get a big performance boost out of it though so I would leave it in.

My son is very happy with his turbo shot. Had trouble getting started with darts jamming as other people have stated. However all the problem was was not loading the darts in the cartridge far enough! So make sure you push the darts right into the cartridge and all is good.

X-Shot Turbo Advance dart blaster is quite a bit of fun for children of all ages (8-88)!! It doesnt feel as well made as a certain well known brand but it competes on many levels. One of the things X-Shot does is give you more than twice (2x) the number of darts you need to fill the magazine, the darts they use tend to be more accurate than nerf elite darts in our experience.

Unfortunately, due the barrel design, this blaster isnt as accurate compared to others my son and i have used, its also quite heavy, takes quite a long time to load, with a heavy cocking action – even for an adult and misses out darts from the magazine! It is, however, a lot of fun to use for short periods and for what we paid (on offer) excellent value! For us mixed feelings.

My son had been waiting to receive this combo for three months and he finally got it for his birthday. It had been out of stock around Christmas time and he was very disappointed he did not get it. He was very excited when he opened it up and saw this.

It was even better when he got a chance to try them all out. They did not disappoint!.

Tamara Tomy Beyblades are just the best, hands down. Dont settle for cheap imitations. Well worth the extra cost to provide lots and lots of quality play without worrying about your toy falling apart.

Curse is a solid defense bey(I really like the recolor) and a’ is mediocre at best but it’s worth buying for the Hold’ driver ! I got the whole random booster but I bought a second one just to have a backup Hold’.

The beyblade is can’t be assembled together. After long battle however managed to assemble. Then the launcher is broken down with 10 time of use. My son not played with this even for 15mins.

It is the legitimate beyblade Takara Tomy. It is really entertaining and fun to play with. I recommend it for people at age 8-13. It also came in an excellent condition.
