20 Best Lash Glue For Extensions (2023 Updated)

Wow! I absolutely LOVE this glue and all of Stacy lash products! This glue has low fumes and hasn’t caused any irritation to my clients, this glue also gives me great retention no matter the weather or humidity in my lash room.

I have used this glue for a while and can definitely say it’s one of my favorites that I always will keep on hand! Great packaging, great products, and great customer service from Stacy! 1000/10 recommend!.

I am a seasoned lash artist and have been trying different adhesives for years. I have been a big fan of Stacy Lash products ever since I discovered them on YouTube. This adhesive in particular, gives my clients the best retention and no one complains about fumes.

I like the viscosity and the way it adheres to the natural lash. I also love their sensitive formula in the white bottle.

Im pretty new to the lash game and wanted to try new products out. Luckily I didnt have to try many out because I fell in love with Stacy lash glue ! Ive used 2 of their adhesives but my favorite so far is the Extra strong Evolution.

Usually my clients will complain about their eyes burning but when I switched glues multiple clients mentioned how their eyes no longer burned. I had a client come back for a fill after two weeks and I was shocked at how amazing her retention was.

She still had almost 75% of her lashes left ! I couldnt believe it :).

I absolutly love the Duo Clear Adhesive eye lash glue. It works great,my lashes stay on all day without any worry of them coming off. The great thing is you can get it at Family Dollar. So very great price.

My eye color is brown with a hint of red so using the clear rather than the black leaves my eyes looking like there natural rather than small due to the black eyelash glue. Great for the price especaly if you wear false eyelashes everyday! I highly recommend trying it out and see for yourself.

I myself will continue buying the Dyo Clear Lash Glue! ( Side Note: If you want your eyeshadow to come out brighter or just a little thicker use any kind of MOISTERIZING LIP BALM ,And you can also use your favorite LIPSTICK as blush on your cheecks or as a cute eyeshadow color,NOT LIP GLOSS).

I wear false eyelashes almost every time I do my makeup and I also like to play with rhinestones and face gems. Unfortunately I actually find this lash glue unusable. The blue Duo lash glue in the squeezy tube is my favourite but it’s really messy, so I was looking for one that’s easier to apply.

I do really enjoy the tube and wand applicator. It’s far less messy so you waste less product, it’s also great for touch-ups. The glue itself is latex free and clear. It’s much more thin and watery than I was expecting.

Unfortunately I find it absolutely useless as an eyelash glue. It is too thin and watery and it just doesn’t provide the hold I’m used to. It’s just not very sticky at all! Because of this I find it completely unusable and I’m really disappointed Overall I have to give this 1ï¸ âƒ£/5ï¸ âƒ£ – although I think the wand application/concept is perfect for a lash glue, I just don’t find the glue sticky enough to apply any false eyelashes and so I can’t use it.

Ok I love this brush for my hair- I have long, thick, wavy hair and it tangles easily. In the past, boar hair brushes have been wonderful for my hair with sleek and softness but did nothing for my tangles.

I love this brush because it benefits my hair with detangling AND restoring softness/brushing natural oils throughout my hair for sleekness and shine. My only complaint is the handle to this brush, it seems super cheap for something that costs close to $100.

The boar hair and other material bristles are of excellent quality and quite hefty but this brush just feels a bit wonky when held because of how lightweight the handle is. I expected better, a more “expensive” feel to the handle as well.

I still use this daily and highly recommend as a more budget-friendly option vs other high-end boar hair brushes.

As an individual with sensitive eyes, I was happy to try this. I applied the glue once across the lash band, then added a dab more on the ends to ensure a secure hold. The glue has a light white milky look when it goes on and dries down to a clear-ish-matte texture (approximately 30 seconds later).

It did not irritate my eye upon application nor during the first 30 minutes of wear. Unfortunately, after 4 hours the lash ends began to rise up, I assume due to my oily eyelids. On my second attempt testing the glue, I used a hack I found on social media and applied the glue directly to my lash line.

The glue got tacky quickly and the lashes held on more securely and did not have raised edges after 6 hours of wear. To remove I used an oil-based eye makeup remover to ensure it breaks the glue down and does not leave any behind.

Though I prefer the Velour’s 3-in-1 Lash Liner, this is also a great alternative for those no-makeup-makeup days.

I am also on the hunt for new lash adhesive because I am very specific about what I want in my glue. This checked off a few boxes right off the bat. A hard exterior is mandatory so it doesn’t explode all over my products in my makeup bag as well as minimal to no scent detectable when applying to lashes.

Finally, this glue has a wonderful thin and tapered brush too which made precise application a breeze. However, when it came to actual adhesion this glue fell short. On clean, lightly powdered eyelids with no makeup applied, the glue hd a very weak hold and my inner corners would not stick no matter how long I held them down with my lash tweezers.

In the end I had to apply a double coat of the glue with one initial layer and a second when the first was getting tacky as well as notably, a giant gob in my inner corners. Unsure if due to hooded eyes but this glue was just alright.

I will of course continue to use it due to the fact that it has no off putting scent like some other brands do and as a small plus, it has the prettiest blue iridescence to it!.

I don’t usually write reviews unless I absolutely love a product or truly dislike it. And this unfortunately was a hard dislike for me. I’ve been wearing falsies for years now, and I can make most glues work for me.

This one just fails me every time. My lashes always pop off from the corners, no matter how much of this I put on the edges. I tried everything, I waited for the glue to get tacky (which only made the adhesion worse), I applied my lashes right after I put the glue, held it on with my tweezer until it dried, and it still came off.

I was only able to get about 1 hr of wear time with this glue before I ended up taking off my lashes completely. I really tried to like this glue, but it’s a no from me.

I have the dark adhesive eyelash glue, and when I put it on my eyelashes I smelled this HORRIBLE rotting smell. It was coming directly from the glue and the tube. It smelled like death and I had to start my makeup over just to get rid of the smell.

I was nauseous for a while because the smell was so hard to get rid of.

This eyelash glue is top tier. ! This is the only glue i can use. it sticks wonderfully and it’s very affordable. ! I’ve tried numerous glues and this one is the only one that holds. i strongly recommend.

Both times I used the glue my eyelids got swollen and my eyes would get red. Even when I sweated the glue would burn my eyes unlike any other. I never had such a bad experience with Eyelash Glue before like with this one.

If you plan to buy, I would suggest you to buy only one to test just in case. I had previously bought the dark glue and days later ended up with Conjunctivitis but wasn’t aware it was from the glue so be careful.

Im sorry for the low review, its purely down to the fumes from the glue. I found that the fumes are just too over bearing once the lashes are complete it took my client at least 10mins of watery eyes and being unable to leave the salon until it had improved.

I have had to since order a different brand for this reason.

When I say I’m a newbie, I mean it. This was only my 2nd attempt at applying false lashes after failing with the magnetic kind. The magnets type had an unsatisfactory liner you had to use with them, and it was a real struggle for my first try so I thought I’d try the regular glue on kind so I’d need some glue.

I read a few reviews and found that the clear ones weren’t really clear, so I decided to go with a black adhesive since that would match the lashes best. I decided to try 4Ever Grip Bond Eyelash Adhesive for my second attempt at applying lashes.

The instructions are straightforward. Apply to lash edge, let dry 15 seconds then apply to lash line. The applicator is a little spatula and it was easy to use to apply the adhesive to the lash. I waited the 15 seconds and stuck it on my lash line.

I’m guessing I need to apply a bit more adhesive on the ends or coax the lashes into curving more since I wasn’t very successful in getting the lash to stick to my eyelid on the ends. The rest of the lash stuck great and was pretty comfortable.

Since I’m a newbie though, I can’t fault the adhesive, only my technique. As a newbie though, it was super easy to use, and no mess at all. Kudos for that.

Ran across this as I was in a hair store. I tried it because it was free of formaldehyde, latex and hypoallergenic. Prior glues and magnetic eyeliner broke me out at the end of the day and made my eyelids itch.

Purchased this and I am a forever customer. No irritation at all.

whoever tells you that this lash glue is good is LYING. i have to apply three to four layers for it to even stick on my lash line and in two hours it’s lifting on the corners, which is where i tend to put extra lash glue.

don’t waste your time with this and just stick to kiss lash glue.

Buy this ASAP! I have NEVER been able to do strip lashes on my shirt, straight lashes until I bought this glue! The formula makes it easy to reposition if needed, and the glue lasts all day! I love that it’s black so when the glue dries, it’s almost invisible! I apply my plan strips under my natural lashes for the most natural look.

Seriously, this lash glue is one of my favorite products. I now use strip lashes everyday without irritation. I even forget I’m wearing them most of the time. I recommend all strip lash users try this.

It used to take 20 minutes or more to put on lashes because the glue would take forever, or I would wait too long and it would dry so I’d have to start over. Or The glue would somehow get on my lower lashes causing my eyelids to stick together.

Or it felt wet in some spots and was annoying all day. Or my eyes would tear up may in the glue come loose. Glue would get on my fingers, the applicator, my counter top. The glue would come out in globs or in air bubbles making a mess on the lashes, sometimes ruining them.

Everyone was a gamble and an awful time-consuming experiment. I was using DUO and Ardell. They were horrible! I tried this I-Envy story hold glue years ago but I didn’t wear lashes often and J just the it away cuz I didn’t need it really and I didn’t appreciate what I had.

So I bought it again years later and boy am I so overjoyed and glad that I did. I got it from the beauty supply store and they keep it hidden behind the counters. So people won’t steal it. Lol. So anyway.

I used it today and I had my lashes on in 3 minutes! I swear it was that fast! I will never go back to using anything else. Any other glue will have to top this! This glue is amazing! The brush is very thin and makes it so easy to apply the perfect amount and dries so fast but not too fast.

It doesn’t have that nasty latex smell like DUO and Ardell. It’s just so wonderful. I would give it 10 stars if I could! I had my lashes on so fast, I couldn’t believe it. I had more time to do my makeup and stuff.

I love this product! I typically used hair glue on my lashes (not the best idea) and I noticed that my lashes weren’t lasting long due to how hard it is to get hair glue off of the lash band. I switched to this product and have been wearing the same pair of mink lashes since 11/19!!! They’re finally starting to lose quality after over two months of continuous use.

The glue is easy to apply/remove. I’m rating 4 stars vs. 5 due to how long it takes the glue to dry. I’d recommend allowing about 90-120 seconds for the glue to dry and become tacky. If not, your lashes will slide off.

Still a great buy!.

Let me start by saying I love the companion eyelash glue in the original formula. Works great have no problems been impressed for the last year that I’ve been using it. When I went to order three more tubes the original formula was sold out so I bought three tubes in the winter formula.

I’m really not a fan I mean it does work it’s just not as effective in my opinion. I can’t wait for the original to get back in stock! 5 stars on orginal formula. 3 stars winter formula.

This is the easiest eyelash glue to work with! I’ve never experienced anything like this formula before! You don’t really “need to wait” for the glue to get tacky. I just put it on right away and it immediately adheres.

It’s forgiving and allows readjustments when still wet, but once it’s dry, it stays put!! And zero white residue. It dries completely clear! This glue is literally the only thing you don’t need to worry about.

Also, not once have I experienced a sloppy mess like I have with other glues. This is literally the perfect eyelash glue ever to exist.

I’ve used a LOT of lash glue from all over the world as I’m a retired nurse who has had the amazing opportunity to work in sooo many countries!!! As a crazy makeup obsessed female, I’ve always worn lashes because mascara irritates my eyes to no end and when I say I’ve tried em ALL, I mean brands you’ve never heard of in languages I don’t speak and have NO idea what was even in the glue! I was young and foolish and ego driven about my looks.

I’m about 10% of that now. Now, my life has changed. Everything happens for a reason as they say, I’ve yet to figure out mine but I’m not negative nor am I a victim so I make best out of what I have.

Well, one of the thing that I do NOT have is a full “normal” set of my OWN body grown lashes. I know it’s the medication but I still was NOT giving up. Clearly extensions are not going to work so, after a TON of google research I found Esquido!!! Please understand that I KNOW this glue is NOT to sit on bare skin and I’m not quite doing that as I do have a few sparse whispers of lashes but I’ll be honest, it’s 50/50 that they are on my whisky home grown lashes and on my skin.

It’s my body and what have I got to lose. I am NOT saying you do it my way as I took EVERYTHING to my oncologist and my dermatologist and my ophthalmologist and they all said that there is nothing in the glue that can hurt you.

Worst case scenario, I’ll get a rash (Which I did NOT thank heaven!!!) and I was told do NOT get it IN your eye. That’s pretty fundamental when it comes to anything about the eye short of contacts. Don’t stick stuff in your eye.

So, my glue and lashes came (tiny issue with my lashes, pun intended, which the amazing Lea fixed in 2 minutes because she’s AMAZZZING like everyone at Esquido IMO) and I tore that package open like a starved badger! Straight up to my 20x mirror, glue on, blow lightly till tacky (oh, I had to trim each end a bit as my eyes aren’t quite as big as I thought lol) and on they went! Minor adjustments.

so far I 100% prefer this over the duo; the duo, if it ever got in my eyes, it would make my eyes burn and water up and then the eyelashes wouldn’t stick. The duo, in my opinion, is way more watery and runny.

The applicator on this product makes it easy to apply it on the lash band and not get it all over the lashes and lets me control how much glue i put on, also, i actually ended up dropping it as soon as i got because i have butter fingers lol and it takes way less time for it to get tackier than the duo, the duo, if you look at the instructions, takes 30 seconds to get tacky, but i’d find myself actually waiting a minute* because i felt like it wasn’t ready still, with this one, in 15-20 seconds, like it says in the directions, was ready and i felt confident in putting it on and it actually stuck on once i put them on and this one doesnt make my eyelashes slide around like the duo would because the due was always watery.

Best lash glue Ive ever used. Stays on really good too. After u take off the lashes, the glue doesnt leaves a lot of hard to remove clumps like the other glues. This glue leaves very little clumps and its easy to remove with makeup remover.

This product has been a game changer for me! No more waiting for lash glue to dry! I can get both my lashes on in 1 min. The only thing I will say is you have to work fast as the glue liner dries very fast.

I used this for the first time today and I’m in love. Only thing I will say is I don’t know how this would perform on lashes with thick lash bands. I tend to use lashes with invisible or very thin lash bands.

I’m not sure if this would be strong enough for lashes with really thick stiff lash bands. However I am yet to remove this eyeliner. (First used today and not removed yet). Hoping I can get it off easily as I do use oil based makeup remover to remove my stubborn waterproof mascara anyway.

I would personally recommend this as it makes putting on lashes so much quicker, easier and less stressful. I don’t have to worry about ruining my eye makeup due to accidentally putting a lash on when the glue still too wet.

Hence why I was very suprised by the other reviews left here. I got this after seeing some good YouTube Reviews. Just remember to work fast and use with lashes that have a thinner lash band.

I kinda low key hate writing reviews because I’m lazy but this lash glue liner is so amazing, I have to let others know about it! I’m relatively new to applying false eyelashes and my hands are just too shaky to be able to apply falsies the normal way by applying glue on the band first.

And because of the shakiness, I like to hold my eyeliner pretty darn close to the felt tip where the liquid comes out so options that have a brush you dip into a tube are less than ideal since I can’t hold them the same way.

So when I saw Kiss made a felt tip glue liner, I knew I had to try it and I’m so glad I did. I was afraid the glue itself wouldn’t have as much hold but as long as you do a few layers, it sticks just as good as the regular tried and true Duo everyone loves.

I can finally apply lashes now AND they stay on all day too. I would give this more stars if I could lol. Tldr; phenomenal all around product that’s a massive game changer for ppl that don’t have the greatest dexterity and/or beginners to using falsies.

I gave this product an extra star because it’s super convenient and easy to use. You just put on the felt tipped liquid eyeliner glue like you would any liquid liner and right away you attach the eyelashes.

Very simple. You don’t have to wait around for it to become tacky, like other glues. On the downside, you only get one shot at putting on the lashes, otherwise it loses its stickiness. But when you get it right, it’s awesome.

As far as staying power, on me, it doesn’t last all day. Maybe a couple of hours. But then again, I’m always picking at my lashes. The other bad thing is, if you don’t have a steady hand putting on liquid liner, you’ll have a squiggly line, lol, it’s happened to me.

On the pictures, I cut the lashes too short, and then I attached them in the wrong place until the point where they weren’t sticking anymore.

I live in a low humidity, high temperature environment so The One is a great, thin texture adhesive that is super easy to work with. I go back and forth between The One and Clear Connection. It’s like children or Fur Babies— I just can’t pick a favorite because they are different viscosities and I love having options depending on the weather, type of lashes, or color of lashes.

I just love ‘em both! Give them a try. This could be The One for you.

I am SO happy I found this glue! I can’t tell you how much my clients’ retention has improved with this adhesive. I have humidifier in my lash room, and even with using the mister at the end of my application, the lashes would not stay on for long.

My humidity is normally 35% so I have to have the humidifier on. After I tried this glue with and without the humidifier running, the results were amazing! Even the application itself is so flawless and easy, the glue consistency is just perfect! I will definitely be ordering this every 2 months! thank you!.

bought this after using that HORRIBLE Duo adhesive. I love this glue, it holds my lashes in place all day removing them is so easy no tugging pulling like with the Duo. When I wash off my makeup at night there is no residue.

The Duo was impossible to remove. It smells pretty bad but hey most lash adhesives have a weird scent. I purchased the clear unlike the Duo it really is clear the Duo left white spots. Like another reviewer mentioned I don’t apply the adhesive directly to the lashes I apply a small drop on my lash case I use a clean toothpick pick up some glue and apply it to the false lash making sure to concentrate enough product on the inner corners.

I love this I will keep repurchasing!.

This is the best strip eyelash adhesive that you’ll ever use. It doesn’t take much and it dries fast. I just peel it right off after removing my eyelashes then reapply to my eyelashes again to replace them or apply a new set.

This adhesive has held my strip eyelashes on for 3 to 5 days [ including sleeping and outdoor activities]before any lift or having to reapply. Durability without the hash chemical smell. This is the only strip eyelash adhesive that I use.

I bought this to wear false lashes on my 22nd birthday. I’ve worn lashes for several years so I’m very accustomed to how to glue them on however this lash glue literally screwed me over so bad and ruined my entire 22nd birthday.

You’re probably scrolling through these reviews, looking at the high ratings etc but that was what I did and I decided to buy it. Glue is in a squishy plastic tube that doesn’t recover if you squeeze it so it’s definitely ideal to use longterm, smells like FISH yes has the most disturbing fishy smell I literally had to re-smell it several more times just to make sure, after applying the glue it turns grey so it’s very obvious that it’s on your lashes/lash line and very visible, DOES NOT STICK it falls off after it’s completely dry even if you use a disgusting amount of the glue.

So hard to have your lashes stick, was running late to my birthday brunch after trying to put the glue on for more than an hour so I settled with what I had. 5 minutes into the car ride they’ve already mostly fallen off even though they were completely dry and there was no chance to stick your lash back on, had to settle with NO lashes which made my made my makeup-look look horrible.

The $5 lash adhesive I purchased at priceline did a significantly better job than this, save your money and time. Absolutely the worst eyelash glue I have ever used and I have used a LOT. Literally ruined my birthday.

I love this DUO eyelash glue because it really holds all day and it is easy to remove without tearing out my own eyelashes. What I have learned about using this product is to once you are ready to put on your eyelash strip put a small dot onto a clean surface and then use an implement that has a fine tip or a ball tip to spread the DUO onto the strip however don’t use DUO when it is first out of the tube while it is runny as it will go all over your eyelid or even into your eye.

The trick is to let the glue sit and get a little gummy then put it on the strip. Even though the glue is a tad bit gummy it is still easy to move into the place that you want and then you can take your implement and wipe of the excess glue.

I have used this product for 3 to 4 years and when I do wear the lashes I get more compliments on my eyes and lashes and everyone thinks that these lashes are my own not fake. If you use it while it is still runny that is when it can go into your eye or wind up on places on your eyelid that you did not intend for it to be and I know that is so frustrating.

Take your time when putting on your lashes and over time you will find that it is seamless and easy to do and does not take very long to place the lash and you will get all-day wear out of the lashes because of this product.

Now let me touch on how to remove the eyelash strip every night. When I come home I take a Q-tip and I put it into a clear eye makeup remover my favorite is the Neutragena top pump and I slowly and lightly rub the Q-tip across the strip and then remove the lash by starting from the outer corner and moving towards the inner corner.

I then take a good pair of glasses that allow me to see the strip magnified and I peel off and remaining glue and then place the eyelash back into the container that it comes from pressing it back into the curved shape.

I can make a strip eyelash set last 3 weeks by doing this routine. I have gotten to the point where my application is so flawless that people do not realize these are not my natural eyelashes and I get compliments every day no joke.

I use Kiss’s eyelashes and either use the whispies or a natural not thick number 110 for a natural effect. Don’t be discouraged it takes time to learn a flawless application but once you get it down you will be glad you learned how.

Also never place the eyelash strip onto your natural eyelashes learn to place then just on the top line of your natural eyelashes. I hope this helps other women to learn that you can have a flawless look and this product is my top ranking glue.

I had one brand that ripped out my natural lashes and one brand even take off a small layer of my eyelid skin it was so harsh. With this DUO product, it is gentle enough to use every day.

Please beware when purchasing if you’ve used this before as they have recently changed the formula to this new ‘quick set’ formula which doesn’t actually set much quicker than the previous formula funny enough.

It runs at the worst times if you put a little too much glue on which the old formula did not used to do. I have been using this stuff for years and it was always rather ‘sticky’ but the new formula is a bit of a nightmare.

I will say that the old formula was a bit more toxic as it used to sting my eyes a little just after application which I noticed with this new formal did not happen. Unfortunately the new consistency is enough to make me stop using it and I’m going back to eyelash extensions due to the gluey nature of the formula.

It is a nightmare to remove from eyelashes (I used to reuse mine but now I can’t as this new formula sticks to them in the worst way). As we speak I can barely remove the cap from the tube as it’s pretty much cemented.

So although the new formula stings my eyes a little less its going to have to be a no from me.

My 8 year old daughter is required to wear eyelashes for dance competitions 🙄. She has very sensitive eyes and skin. I have tried many different kinds of eyelash glue. They ALL irritate her eyes so badly.

Her eyes run, and then her eyelid swells and turns red. This glue does not cause ANY irritation at all! It is super easy to apply to the lash itself as well as on top of the secured lash (in the corners that often lift first).

There is no presence of the gooey stuff that builds up with many lash glues and is difficult to remove. Just clear, non-irritating, hold. I honestly never thought we would find one that worked for her! This product has been such a relief.

I always used the original duo in the blue/white box but it does sensitize my eyes and I experience lash loss with it. I also felt like I always wasted so much product with the squeeze tube. The applicator on this dispenses the perfect amount of glue which makes it so much easier.

My lashes hold all day but the reason I took off a star is because this glue takes so long to dry so you really have to keep your eyes still especially if they’re hooded. If you get any glue on the top of your eye you’ll battle with it sticking all day because it stays kind of “wet” so be patient and wait for it to fully dry.

First off I didn’t realize this was black. So if you weren’t planning on wearing black eyeliner with your lashes, don’t get this one. Second, I can’t get the glue all the way off my eye lid. or my leg which I accidentally dropped some on in the process of applying.

I’ve scrubbed and scrubbed. and it won’t come off. My lashes stayed on at least, but I’ve had other glues do the same and were a little easier to manage.

Doch es gibt Hoffnung: in den kommenden Tagen werde ich euch die restlichen “klassischen” Wimpern von Ardell vorstellen, mit denen ich teilweise schon Erfahrungen gemacht habe oder neu kennen gelernt habe.

Und eins kann ich schon einmal verraten: die meisten haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Doch bevor ich mit den Wimpern anfange, wollte ich mit dem absoluten wichtigstem Komponenten anfangen, nämlich dem Wimpernkleber.

Damals, vor vielen Jahren, war Duo gar nicht so breit aufgestellt in Deutschland, weshalb ich eher die Kleber von essence oder Eylure verwendet habe. Das war jetzt also das erste Mal, dass ich Duo tatsächlich ausprobiert habe.

Zur Verfügung gestellt wurde mir der Quick-LSet™ Adhesive in Clear; dem Klassiker aus dem Duo-Sortiment, der inzwischen auch bei den meisten Drogerien mit im Regal hängt. Die Formel gibt es schon seit Ewigkeiten, wobei sie zwischendrim immer mal etwas verbessert wurde.

Doch die Grundsubstanzen sind gleich geblieben. Der Wimpernkleber besteht aus Polymer-Elementen, die auf der Haut als ziemlich effektiver Kleber anhaften und somit eine sehr gute Bedingungen für das anbringen von Wimpern bringen.

Sie sind aber gleichzeitig auch extrem einfach entfernbar, wenn man die richtige Menge verwendet, sogar komplett, ohne einen Entferner zu benötigen. Der Wimpernkleber wird direkt auf den Striplashes angebracht, wobei hier eine wirklich extrem dünne Menge nötig ist.

Der Fehler bei der Verwendung liegt häufig darin, dass man zu viel Kleber verwendet, doch im Grunde genommen, sollte die Menge gerade genug sein, um den blauen Ton des Klebers auf dem Band zu sehen. Die Menge an Kleber sollte außerdem keine sichtbare Erhöhung darstellen, sondern ganz, ganz dünn und eben auf dem Band aufgetragen werden.

Da ich Duo bislang noch nie verwendet habe, war ich extrem überrascht darüber, wie dünn die Lösung eigentlich ist. Mein Go-To war eigentlich immer Eylure (wobei der Preis inzwischen ziemlich nach oben gegangen ist, weshalb ich den Kleber schon lange nicht mehr nachgekauft habe), die Konsistenz war aber immer sehr, sehr dick, sodass man wirklich extrem präzise arbeiten musste.

Bei Duo ist es fast unmöglich zu viel aufzutragen. Am dünnen Applikator haftet nämlich nur eine ganz, ganz dünne Menge, währen der Rest abgestreift wird, bevor man den Applikator überhaupt an die Luft bringt.

Dadurch kann man, selbst wenn man die komplette Menge verwenden würde, kaum zu viel auftragen. Was mir außerdem sehr gut gefiel war, dass der blaue Schimmer, der im flüssigen Zustand vorhanden ist, genau zeigt, wo man Kleber angebracht hat und wo nicht.

Ich z. B. vergesse gerne die absolut äußersten Ecken, sodass ich es hier ganz praktisch finde, dass man am blauen Schimmer erkennt, dass man hier genug aufgetragen hat. Die Wimpern sollten niemals aufgetragen werden, wenn der Kleber noch “flüssig” ist.

Bei Duo erkennt man das daran, dass der blaue Farbton allmählich durchsichtig wird. Sobald nur noch ein leichter, blauer Schimmer zu sehen ist, ist der Kleber im optimalen Zustanden. Dann heißt es nur noch, die Wimper richtig anzusetzen und fest zu drücken, sodass die restliche, flüssige Lösung am Lidrand befestigt wird.

Hier bin ich extrem begeistert davon, wie kurz es dauert, bis sich beide Seiten komplett aneinander gebunden hat. Binnen Sekunden ist der Kleber vollständig mit der Haut verschmolzen und die Wimpern halten selbst extreme Winde sehr gut aus.

Ich habe mich z. B. vor dem Ventilator gesetzt und geschaut, ob die Wimpern sich lösen aber nein: selbst bei starkem (künstlichen) Wind halten sie perfekt fest. Ganz schön ist aber auch die extrem einfache Abnahme.

Obwohl die Wimpern so extrem gut halten und geschützt sind, lässt sich der Kleber super einfach von der Haut entfernen. Ich habe einfach ganz außen die Wimper leicht angehoben und dann vorsichtig abgezogen.

Ich hatte dabei nie wirklich Klebereste auf den Wimpern oder aber auf der Haut, sodass ich die Wimper ganz einfach mit einem Wattestäbchen und ein bisschen Alkohol reinigen konnte. Und beim abschminken verwende ich ja sowieso immer ein Öl, welches auch sehr gut gegen Klebereste ankommt.

Ich habe es einfach wie üblich sanft in mein Auge eingerieben und dann mit einem Waschlappen abgenommen, ohne dass dabei etwas übrig blieb. Ich bin insgesamt echt wahnsinnig begeistert von dem Kleber.

Vor allem, dass er so extrem dünn ist, schnell trocknet und vor allem auch wahnsinnig lange hält, ist für mich ein absolutes Plus. Besonders aber die extrem dünne Konsistenz ist ein Mega-Plus, weil gerade auch Anfänger damit richtig einfach arbeiten können.

Außerdem ist natürlich der Vorteil, dass die Farbe genau angibt, wie “weit” der Kleber ist. Blau: noch komplett flüssig, transparent: getrocknet, noch leicht bläulich: Ready to Go. Übrigens: die Farbe ist tatsächlich komplett transparent UND – was ich als absolut größten Pluspunkt empfinde – WENN man die Wimper doch nochmal abnehmen muss, weil man sie vielleicht falsch gesetzt hat, reißt der Kleber NICHTS weg.

Mein super günstiger Eyeliner sah nach dem abziehen noch genau so gut aus. Man musste also überhaupt nichts korrigieren und ich glaube das ist sogar einer größten Pluspunkte. Von mir gibt es daher eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Super einfach in der Anwendung, praktisch und einfach designed und vor allem leistungsstark. Und mit knapp 8-10 Euro (je nach Händler) für 5ml hält der Kleber wirklich Ewigkeiten. Im Vergleich: mein letzter Wimpernkleber (4,5ml) hielt über zwei Jahre.

TraduireAfficher dans la langue originaleI’d struggled with lash glue for years. I originally tried a few duo lash glues in the original squeeze tube that has a white cream consistency and that was just a disaster all around.

They all burned my eyes, and seemed to never dry. Then I tried magnetic lashes with the magnetic liner, and that stuff burned my eyes and bled like crazy. Epic fail. After that I found the kiss lash adhesive liner pens and that worked for me for a long time.

It was simple enough and didn’t irritate my eyes, but I found that the liner would eventually stop being sticky after a couple months of having a pen. The liner would still work as liner, but wasn’t providing the same reliable hold anymore.

So I’d have to buy another pen. Last month I went to the store to buy another pen for like the 3rd time this year and was looking at all the lash stuff. I saw this Duo glue. It was in a totally different component then what had been available years ago when I started this journey.

The component was plastic and had a screw on lid with a spatula arm. The consistency of the glue inside was much thinner and gel like compared to what I’d tried in the past. The box said quick dry, and I thought since the consistency seemed so light weight that could be possible.

So I bought the quick dry (blue) and the sensitive (green) just in case. Straight out the gate I was amazed. They were both so easy to use. The quick dry really did dry fast and didn’t cause any eye irritation at all! So much so that I use the quick dry more often then the sensitive cause I’m that confident that it wont irritate my eyes.

I’ve definitely found my match when it comes to lash adhesive. I’m never trying anything else, this is the one for me.

I haven’t tried that many lash glues but I love this one so much that I don’t feel the need to try anything else. One review said both sides open when you’re using it; if you hold on to the middle, you can easily open one side without leaking.

Other reviews said the glue is hard to remove; I agree with this but I discovered micellar water can take it off. I usually use a separate eye makeup remover, so I start with micellar water and hold the cotton pads on my eyes for a bit before wiping, then I go in with a cleansing balm to remove the rest of my makeup.

If there’s anything left over, then I’ll use more micellar water on a Q-tip around my lash line. It sounds tedious but doesn’t actually take that long. And all of this is worth it in my opinion because this stuff keeps your lashes on all day.

It’s worked on amusement park days where I rode rollercoasters or on 15-hour days of commuting+work. I like that you don’t have to fan the lashes around and wait for it to get tacky; I just put them on my eyes right after applying glue and then wiggle them around to get them in the right position before it dries.

And I love having both options because you can use the clear side with natural makeup looks and black with eyeliner looks!.

I bought this since there was nothing by Kiss available. I was told it would be exactly the same, but clearly that was not the case. I am still picking glue off my eyelashes and lash line, it took me an HOUR to get the eyeslashes on, and even then they were uneven.

The glue dried too quickly, becoming super tacky and when trying to apply lashes, it made it hard to align it properly, causing my lid to get caked with adhesive. I tried rubbing it off/peeling it off, which caused it to clump on my lid and I had to remove all my makeup from my eye to redo it.

After a 2nd attempt, my bottom corner lashes got glue in them and they started sticking to the top ones. After the final attempt and some moderate success, I felt like I couldn’t keep my eyes closed or they would get glued shut, that’s how sticky my eyelash line felt.

As I said, I still have the adhesive on my eyelashes and I used up half of the clear side of glue. I don’t even want to touch the other side knowing that the clear glue worked like that.

The ease of application with the brush applicator is great but let’s be real. we need an adhesive that’s going to keep your lashes on until you are done with them. I have found that the slightest warmth to the air, moisture in your eye or oil on your lid will break the security on this adhesive.

Even on days where the weather and my eyes are well behaved, this will start to bring me discomfort (and I wear really light and thin lashes). The corners or ends will start to lift and it’ll start to poke and itch.

Also, the consistency of the adhesive begins to change into this slippery, goopey feel that makes it pretty difficult to deal with when you’re trying to clean off your lash for the next use. I’ve used other duos before but this one is just not the same.

I’m not sure why the formula seems so different.

I love this adhesive, but it took a while to figure out. For sure you need to let this sit a minute before applying. In fact, you can let it sit several minutes – which is great. It gives you time to get organized and let’s you take your time to place your lashes perfectly.

It is very “forgiving” and lets you redo and fix any problems with placement. When dry it totally securely holds your lashes. It does not feel heavy, is totally invisible and when it is time to remove your lashes it dissolves well with any oil free makeup remover.

One more trick – squeeze out a small amount and run the lashes over the end. This makes a nice thin layer. Someone this works best for me. Enjoy your lashes, Gorgeous!!!.

I’ve been using this adhesive for years now and nothing compares. I travel with my glue frequently and the non shake works amazing for different fluctuating humidities. My clients notice the retention is insanely better with this product as well.

Only complaint I have is this item is out of stock pretty often so I have had to resort to using other adhesives in the mean time.

Good retention is worth every penny. This glue drys ridiculously fast which is key for timing. Not shaking the bottle constantly is a treat and the bottle head doesn’t clump up and clog. I use on all my clients and have no complaints regarding sensitivities.

My only complaint is, If I make a accidental mess it gets extra messy with the black.

Let me just tell you. I wasted so much money on glues that say they are good. And after using them. None did it the way i wanted, This stuff is amazing. Humidity wide range works perfect. It’s a little pricy but i’ll suck it up for a really good glue.

This is without a doubt the best lash glue I’ve ever found. I have used a LOT of them. Next best is a brand from Japan but even then it’s no where near this lash glue. I remember there was times I would have a full on cry and my makeup on my face would melt off but my lashes would still be STUCK on.

When it was discontinued before it was one of those moments in my life I got so upset that a favourite beauty product was gone. When I saw this has finally been remade I freaked out! I did a literal happy dance.

I’m so happy and it’s just in time for my wedding this august. I know I will be able to have tears and not worry about my lashes popping off. Huda please never discontinue again!!!!.

I bought this after reading all the reviews on here and decided to try a branded lash glue rather than the traditional drugstore DUO or Kiss Lash Glue. DUO irritates my eyes a lot and this glue is not irritating at all.

With both KISS and DUO, the inner corner of the lash pops off after some time and I haven’t found that an issue yet with the HB one. Taking one star off because of its packaging; it would be so much better if it has a brush instead of a squeeze tube.

This is my first review ever and I had to post one because I am literally blown away by this lash glue. I have always had issues with my Duo lash glue and my eyelashes coming off on the outer edges. I would constantly have to re-glue the edges and pray they would last.

Because of this, I would hardly wear falsies because I couldn’t trust they would stay on. With this glue, there is no problem at all. It is the first time I have really been able to wear my lashes for hours on end and trust they will stay in place and not budge at all.

This glue goes on black, which I surprisingly love, gets tacky and dries so much quicker than Duo glue and I seriously am obsessed. I know many reviews said that it pulled off their real eyelashes and I am not surprised because it is STRONG.

That is why you HAVE to soak your lashes in eye makeup remover or something to loosen up the glue. You cannot just pull your lashes off after a long day and expect it to come off easily. This glue is strong and long-lasting and does not budge, so take your time to soak in makeup remover before pulling off your lashes!!! Also, I love that this glue comes off in strips and I don’t have to pull off each and every little bit of glue, piece by piece.
