Facts- Instructions tell you to: Shave before use (use within a few hours of shaving for best results). Use once a week, every 7 days, for 12 weeks (this is to catch the hairs at every stage of the growth cycle).

After the 12 weeks, touch up every 4-8 weeks. There are 3 modes – Full power, feather/gentle and speed. My experience: I read tons of reviews (and watched lots of YouTube videos) before purchasing. I was skeptical because I have dark/thick hair, but I was desperate to try something because I was tired of shaving and not loving my “strawberry skin”.

I noticed a dramatic difference after my 2nd use! Typically after shaving my legs, I’d feel the hair growing back within less than 24 hours (I mean, seriously- after shaving, my legs would only be smooth for a few hours).

I’m only 6 weeks into the 12 week process, but already I can comfortably go without shaving between using this. Early on, the full power mode was a bit painful (stinging sensation – much like any other hair removal).

As the weeks go on, there is less stinging. I’ve realized that the gentle and speed modes are less effective for me so I’m using full power each time. I’m thinking I’ll be able to switch to speed mode for touch ups after my 12th week.

*I’ve also started using this on my underarms, but the full power mode is too intense for this sensitive area so I’m using feather mode there. Overall, I’m so impressed and pleased with my results so far.

I never thought something like this would actually work for me – wish I’d purchased this sooner. It was pricey, but based on my results I completely feel the investment was more than worth it. For me, it’s been life changing- and I know that seems dramatic, but not having to shave daily and not being self conscious about prickly legs and strawberry skin has been huge for me.

I purchased at BestBuy in mid-August 2021 and began immediately using weekly as directed. Took me a couple times to figure out the best method, but once I did, I was able to breeze through the weekly treatments in about 10 minutes or less.

At 6 weeks, there was no hair growth at my armpits and I have not needed to shave them again to date. I also used on my toes, once I figured how to bunch my toes together to get the laser to fire (that was a challenge, but can be done) and it was effective in that area.

At 8 weeks, there was no hair growth at bikini line. As of today, November 2, there is still some hair growth on my lower legs, but it is so VERY minimal. I have not shaved my legs in a week and the growth that is there doesn’t even compare to one day of not shaving prior to beginning the laser treatments.

Before purchasing, I compared the cost of having just one “small area” treatment done professionally in a salon and the cost would have been the same or more as the purchase of the SMOOTHSKIN PURE and I would have had to go to a weekly appointment (a 35 minute drive one way) for 8plus weeks.

I decided to take a risk (after reading lots of mixed reviews) and make this purchase. I am 100% happy with my results. I was aware before purchasing that this is not very effective on fine, light hair but still intend to try it on my lower arms.

I purchased at full price (something I rarely do!!) because I had spent so much time researching and was ready to begin this process and didn’t want to wait for a sale. It was worth paying full price, but an even greater deal if you can purchase on sale!! If you purchase and don’t have great results, you can pass it along to a family member or friend to try.

I’m sure the results vary based on each individual, but for me, absolutely worth it!!! My final deciding factor was that this does not ever need replacement lights or bulbs, as some units do. It continues to work at the same strength for the life of the product.

Since I have only had for a couple months, I cannot say how long it will last, But I have definitely gotten my money’s worth at this point. Once I am done, I will be passing along to my nieces.

I love this little device! I had been hearing great things about dermaplaning facials and had been wanting to schedule one, but the cost was keeping me from trying it. I’m so glad I purchased the Dermaflash Luxe+ instead! This tool is the cost of one or two spa facials, but can be used for many more treatments (comes with 4 single-use edges, and refills are inexpensive) so it’s a much better deal.

My face feels so soft and clean after using it for the first time. I like that there are two treatment levels depending on how much exfoliation you are looking for. I have sensitive skin so my face was a little bit red afterward, but that faded within an hour and always happens to me with any kind of exfoliation on my face.

I love that I now don’t have to worry about peach fuzz on my upper lip. The Dermaflash Luxe+ was easy to charge and easy to use!.

WOW! I’m absolutely in love with it! I have some peach fuzz on the side of my face, and on my chin and above my face, little tiny blond hairs that didn’t bother me much but I’ve been very curious about trying Dermaflash and now I’m in total awe! I’m amazed at how much fuzz it took and the stark difference it made – I look younger which really surprised me! My skin is more luminous and it’s incredibly soft! It felt incredible to touch it and apply lotion which I feel absorbed into my skin much better after use.

I also got some little blonde peach fuzz hairs off my belly button! I love it so much, this will definitely be part of my new skin routine!!.

I received this product to test; I had never heard of dermaplaning before and was intrigued. I was also a little skeptical; however, after just one use I saw immediate results. I don’t have a big “peach fuzz” problem to begin with, but I did notice the differences in how my skin was glowing as opposed to dull.

It was reinvigorated and I felt like it makes me look a couple years younger. I wish that you could re-use the blades or that they weren’t so expensive, but I guess it is still less expensive than going to a salon to get facials each week/month.

I’m excited to keep using this product and see how the results continue to change my face!.

They say two heads are better than one. In this case especially, I have to agree. This little personal shaver is an unashamed knock-off of the better known Flawless hair remover, and it’s a decent dupe.

It works well, removing that facial peach fuzz and giving my skin a smoother look for better makeup application. But in two important ways it’s better than the Flawless. First, there are TWO heads! I am used to using the round head on my other hair remover, and it’s great for the cheeks, chin, and neck, as well as some minor bikini area trimming.

And the corresponding head on this unit is just as effective. But the smaller, more pointed eyebrow attachment is fantastic! It makes trimming the eyebrow area so much easier. You can trim longer hairs without having to tweeze them, but you can also remove them completely, too, with this awesome tool! Instead of removing stray hairs one by one, painfully, this thing allows me to do a clean sweep above and below my eyebrows in seconds, with NO PAIN.

That’s a win for me. The second advantage this trimmer has over Flawless is that it is rechargeable. My unit was fully charged when it arrived, and the charge must last a long time because I have used it several times and have not had to recharge it yet.

I love that you don’t have to mess around with changing old batteries, and you can easily enjoy full power every time you use it. Like the other hair remover, it is fairly quiet and has a small light to help you see your work.

I did find it awkward to get the light to shine in exactly the right place while doing my eyebrows, so that could be improved. The heads are easily removed to clear out the cut hair it collects, and there’s a small brush to help with that.

The only thing I really wish they had provided with this kit is a carry bag or box to keep it all together. With two heads, a charging cord, and small brush, it would be nice to have a way to keep the accessories organized.

That’s easily remedied with a small cosmetics bag, but it would have been a helpful addition to make this a hair removal kit complete. I do also think this device is overpriced at its current $30, especially since there are plenty of similar versions out there for about 2/3 of that price, maybe less.

Still, if you want to pay that much, go for it! It’s a pretty good trimmer. I love to keep it in my travel bag for touch-ups away from home. Four stars. I hope that sharing my experience with this product might help YOU make a more informed purchase.

I have several of these hair removers but finding them when I need them is my issue. I got this and was skeptical of some bad reviews especially since I just needed it for touch up on the face especially for makeup application, my eyebrows when I can’t get to my threading lady and my nose hair that it seems like only I can see.

The eyebrow portion works great at removing nose hair and ok for touch up. It’s best when your eyebrows has actually grown out a bit compared to a few strains that I have and don’t foresee me waiting a long time to get them done like I did during lockdown.

The bigger section works flawlessly in removing hair. I’m not a hairy person but you can see from my video it gave a clean shave especially being I was holding the phone with my body and removing the hairs from my hand.

As you can see, I’m not hairy as that’s all the hair in my 40 years of life as I don’t shave arms or legs as I don’t need to, you can’t see anything really. However, I wanted to demonstrate how it worked.

It seems a few people got defective ones & im hoping I won’t have to amend this review in a few weeks because the device stop working. I’ve used it a few times now and it works great for me so I hope it stays that way.

Ok so. I buy a lot of products that say they’ll easily and painlessly get rid of hair. I get an awful mustache and about 20 chin hairs. I pluck or wax. It grows back within 2 days. I’ve tried epilators which hurt like insanely.

Plucking is hard because I can’t see under my chin lol and it’s too much on my lip (it’s not really a mustache, just a hunk of hair that grows fast on both corners of my top lip. Waxing strips kind of work.

I’ve tried the red laser devices, didn’t do a thing). This thing was recommended as an item when I was shopping on target. It has awesome (and a lot of them) reviews. I was a wary but I bought it and just used it.

One end is pointier to do under and around your eyebrows. The other is the diameter of like a nickel to do wider areas of your face. ZERO pain, no pulling the hairs like epilators do. No razor burn like the peach fuzz razors, no sticky stuff like waxing.

And it removed all my chin hairs and mustache!!!! It doesn’t feel like it was shaved (no bristly feeling if I stretch my skin and run a finger across). 10/10 recommend if you have facial hair you hate!!!! Worth the $29.

I am one of those lucky ones (ahem. not. ) with fair skin, but nearly black hair. Of course this means my forearms (ugh and let’s face it, my upper lip too) have been the bane of my existence since I was in middle school and some girl that nobody much liked mentioned them, not once, but TWICE, while we were partnered for study time.

You know this is the kind of thing that scars a girl for life emotionally, especially at the tender pre-teen years. Enter my high school years, my license to drive, and my discovery of Sally’s Extra Strength Creme Bleach.

For the first time in my life I didn’t mind wearing short sleeves. I got my first boyfriend. Was this because of my nearly invisible and barely-noticeable-anymore arm hair? Who knows, but he did stick around for six more years and my arm hair never came up, so.

Anyway, my skin is super sensitive and most times the bleach mixture doesn’t bother me. Occasionally my arms burn a bit when using, so I just take it off and try again another day. Generally if I keep up with it I can go about 3-4 weeks between uses.

If I go too long I have to bleach my arms a couple times within a couple days to get the hair light enough. It does bleach my skin temporarily (like 15 minutes). Don’t put it on right after a hot shower, and use cold water to rinse the mixture away.

I always follow with a nice calming lotion.

Love you Sally Hansen, but this product is not good. I’ve been bleaching my body hair for years with the Gigi creme bleach. My Ulta was out this time so I got this one instead. It was a horrible experience.

It burned twice as bad as I know it should, and it even made my hair start to curl?? I’ve been an esthetician for years and I know how to properly perform this. I can honestly say it was bad product and not bad application.

It did lighten the hair, not to my satisfaction. Maybe it was about to expire. Maybe it was old. Idk. Wont buy again.

I have naturally black hair. My first time using it took 3 applications. Not unusual for me having black hair. Takes a couple of applications of hair dye when I want to lighten my hair. The first use didn’t take as well, but there was a difference.

So much so that I thought the 2nd application would do, but it said. Perhaps I didn’t mix the mixture properly because the 3rd time I ended up with a strawberry blonde mustache It’s ok, we’re wearing masks, lol.

However, my mustache did darken back up. Could be a result of no sun exposure, because of the masks. I didn’t let it get back to normal, but it was noticable. This time it took only one application, and the color was perfect.

I would recommend. I had barely any irritation. Helpful hint, use the pre conditioner afterwards for any irritation. Goes away immediately.

I am really happy to have received this Remington T-Series Ultimate Precision Multigroomer. I have used it on my son’s hair and I am impressed. He likes the “fade” look and this tool was versitile enough that I was able to do a pretty reasonable job at home – saving me $$.

The quality is Remington perfect – durable, exact and high quality. The speed of the motor was strong enough to go through my son’s pretty unruly hair and the batter lasted through the hour-long session of getting the cut just right.

I charged the battery overnight so I had full charge which I would advise and then again, charged it again overnight after it’s first use. The guides are great and the width is wide enough that, yes, you’ll have to go a little slower than you would with a larger groomer but the results will be the same if you take your time.

The reversable blade really helps when using it for any area of your head or body and the blades leave a clean, professional grade look. I really am impressed with this personal groomer and the little carrying bag makes it perfect for us to take with us on trips for weddings and things for that touch up before picture time.

This is a good multigroomer. So far, it has been easy to use and works really well. It’s made from quality materials too and it’s really durable. It comes with 10 combs as well, so you have options as to how long you want your hair/style to be.

It’s nice to have options. The biggest thing I like about this groomer, is that it is very precise and cuts close. The blade is reversible too, so you can cut at different angles. I like that feature too.

I also like that the battery on this groomer is rechargeable. It comes with the USB cable to charge and it can hold a charge for at least an hour. It gives you plenty of time to get the perfect cut. All in all, this is a great multi groomer and I do recommend it.

It has been great and really useful so far. Give it a shot, you won’t regret it.

After a few failed attempts to find a decent product for removing pet hair from fabrics at a reasonable price, I bought this after reading an independent review offsite. Finally, I have something to take the pet hair off our curtains.

The rubbery texture is great for dislodging embedded pet hair from any fabric without damaging it. It even picked up some of the flea dust from our furniture in the process. You can also use it to pick up pet hair from hard surfaces like desktops and baseboard molding.

I’ve even used it for quick removal of pet hair from clothing. Use it dry then wash it out like you would any other sponge. Once it dries, it’s ready to use again. I love this thing.

One of my BFFs suggested that I try the “Gonzo. Pet Hair Lifter” and I was skeptical but thought, okay. OMGosh—I had NO idea there was so much dust and cat hair EVERYWHERE! The carpeted areas on the cat trees look like new–and one of them is over 20 years old! My area rugs now look beautiful again—I never thought they would look so good –and I’ve only had them for 3 years, but with two kitties who seem to shed nonstop (and they’re shorthairs, who knew!?!)—my allergies are better, and my dustbusters are getting a run for their money.

The usefulness of this product far outweighs the bad, petty reviews. I’ve used everything! 2cats sleep on my comforter & this sponge takes all hair off. Yes, it smells funny but does not transfer smell.

Some tiny flecks of sponge may come off if you use on heavy textured items but very minimal & flecks swipe off easy. Do NOT use with water. Not a sponge! Doesn’t hold water & won’t remove hair if wet.

I have one in every room for upholstery & bedding. Best thing I’ve ever used.

Before anything else when purchasing this brand new, apply some clipper oil to the cutting edge prior to the first use! The factory coating was insufficient even for the first operation and led to a poor experience requiring many runs over the same areas for a clean shave.

I use the tried and true Wahl clipper oil and found that *very lightly* oiling it along the whole of the cutting edge helped (Applied after over 2 hours of use) as per mentioned briefly in the manual.

By doing so, it brought the level of how well it shaves to a degree vastly above that of where it was originally out of the box! What were originally many passes were in some areas brought down to a single pass shave.

This also dramatically reduces how hot the foil became in operation even when firmly pressed against the skin to encourage contouring. Lightly dab oil along the cutting edge, put the foil back on, and operate it for upwards of 30 seconds while slowly rotating it back and forth and side to side.

Oil will seep through the foil so be prepared to wipe it down. This will soak the interior with oil so wiping down the interior of the foil head is pointless. — To easily remove the foil top: Press in the release toggle button and rock it up from that side until it rotates over the cutting edge.

(I think that replacing it by catching it on the side that the power toggle is on and rocking it back down in reverse may potentially elongate the life of this plastic point) — While I’m new to the world of single foil shavers, going against the grain in small moves such as if scrubbing a difficult pan helps a lot with how cleanly the shave can become.

If the skin is loose or has a layer of fat underneath it, pulling it taunt dramatically helps improve how well it can operate.

I purchased this shaver 07/09/2022. i took it home and started charging it, I couldn’t wait to try it out so I used it in cord mode. I have tried the Mach 5 and a Braun version. While the Mach 5 produces a good close shave, it takes me 20 to 30 minutes of shaving to achieve that.

Plus I have to use a lubricant while shaving to achieve the best shave. I used this new Babyliss shaver with no lubricant on my head and it literally took less than 3 minutes and it’s the best shave I’ve had.

it’s nice and rugged metal, all others I have used have been plastic. It has definitely been the cheapest shaver I have tried. I was skeptical from reading some of the reviews, I do have more of a coarse hair which one of the reviews mentions getting results from.

If you have coarse hair and want a great shave, I totally recommend this shaver! I’m not saying it won’t do fine hair, I am just not a good test for that.

I was very excited for this product. Doing research on HappySkin Co website, it looked like they had amazing reviews & results. I was hoping to be one of those amazing reviews, instead it made my razor burn 50X worse.

Not only was my skin aggravated, but I was shocked to see my razor burn last more than 2 days. Usually with some aloe, or lotion it helps to clear it before 2 days. Even if I apply nothing to the area it will clear up by itself by day 2.

However, it lasted 6 days & it was painful! (Still have minor flat red bumps) The ONLY change in my process was this hair removal gadget & oh my, I couldn’t tell my sensitive skin friends to run away faster.

This device is super easy to use, you just need to select the correct intensity for your skin tone and be consistent and use it every week. I noticed my hair regrowth is patchy after the first few weeks of use.

Ice cooling features feels nice as well. The user guide does say not to use this over damaged skin and I accidentally did it over a cut on my leg and it hurt! You definitely need to take that into consideration and be careful.

I just finished my 7th round with my device. The first three sessions I got horrible razor burn after for some reason ? I started exfoliating before shaving and some extra products after and the razor burn is gone.

I received this about 6 days ago, my first impression of the flawless hair removal device was excellent although I found the way to insert the battery could been better as it is sometimes hard to slide out/in.

I like how the cap is easy to remove emptying the hairs, it’s really convenient to just stick it in my purse when on the go! In terms of hair removal , I found it to be great at getting those short tiny hairs around the upper lips.

For those of us ladies with coarse leg hair who used to shave every inch every day and still had stubble before the day was out. This will change your life. I’ve been epilating for years now, and will never shave my legs again.

A few tips: do not take this out of the package and use it on your hairy legs. First, wax your legs once. I do it myself and like the simplicity of wax strips, but whatever works for you. This will mean your regrowth will be softer, finer, and not all at once.

It will make epilating way more comfortable. If you go way too long between epilating, wax again. I like to use this outside when I can. The sunlight makes it easier to see the little hairs, and no clean up! Otherwise, I epilate sitting on a towel by a sunny window or sitting over my empty tub to catch the hairs removed.

I keep tweezers handy for random stubborn hairs. I typically use this every few days in the summer, less often in the winter. You’ll need to spend more time and do it more frequently if you must get every single hair, but it grows in so sparse and fine that I don’t mind wearing skirts and dresses with a little regrowth.

I don’t know if I have a particularly high pain tolerance, but would consider it to be a discomfort instead of painful. This model is a great one.

I’ve been shaving my legs for over 20 years; I have always been too terrified of the thought of waxing, but the long lasting results always sounded like a dream! I’m a light skinned brown haired Italian, so there’s no hiding from my leg hair.

To keep it gone, I truly would need to shave every other day which is so tedious! I have never EVER heard of an epilator up until a few weeks ago (thanks Tik Tok), and I fell down the google rabbit hole of epilator options.

This brand was a common one I kept seeing with decent reviews AND I purchased it for $20 off during a Target sale— I was scared to try it, and I will not lie, I prayed to sweet baby Jesus that this wouldn’t be agonizing.

It did hurt, a lot, especially coming from never-before-been-ripped-out leg hairs. I’ve slowly eased into it, meaning I did my one lower leg first and then just shaved everything else, and then did my second lower leg a few days later etc, and just kept rotating body parts that way.

I did try my armpits for a hot second and NOPE haven’t been able to commit to that just yet! So far it’s been over a week, and I’ve gone over my legs twice now just to catch any stragglers but it really does last! I think keeping on top of it will honestly keep the pain at bay, too.

As a side note there’s a high chance I will never touch my armpits again with this but I am totally fine with that, I would be happy with just not having to shave my legs every other day. and hopefully never again! :).

One of the biggest concerns and issue for women – unwanted hair : bikini zone, on the legs, under arms. It is really annoing to shave it every second day, as it grows so quick. One of my dreams – to find tool, that prevents hair growing for longer time than 2 days.

To be honest now I can enjoy smooth without hair skin for week after epilating and that makes my life more easy and I can forget shaving for week. Realy recomended to have this set for every women, who have a nightmare with unwanted hair on the skin – it giving best results for a long time with satisfaction.

Should have paid more attention to previous reviews/shoppers. I purchased this item as a gift for my aunt. She loved her previous Finishing Touch Flawless Legs Hair Remover. it just wore out after 5-6 years of use.

I should have known; too good to be true! It’s a knock-off/rip-off!! NOT as pictured/described. DO NOT purchase. Does not include all advertised parts either. Fortunately, she was able to use the previous cord/charger! NOISY and does not shave as well as the true Finishing Touch product.

Be careful buying this. Does not cut the hair. I don’t know what they are trying to pull here, but it will leave your legs stubbly and uncomfortable!!! Be very careful using this on certain areas. I used it on the back of my thighs and got an AWFUL rash.

It felt like the razor pulled and cut my skin. VERY PAINFUL. It only works where your skin is very tight. and then doesn’t shave close. Don’t spend the money!.

I bought this a month ago & used it after charging. It was great – says to take 2 weeks to get used to it, but I got the hang of it right away. I hadn’t shaved my legs in 2 months due to hip surgery- & it worked perfectly! Do NOT use it on underarms! I’ve owned Wahl clippers in the past, but they were the home use models. I didn’t like how they snagged on my hair all the time, they just seemed to lack the power to get the job done. So, I decided to upgrade to a PRO use clipper, and I chose the Wahl Magic Clip, and I am so glad that I did.

The Wahl Magic Clip uses a rotary motor, so a different design then your typical electromagnetic. It does come with a taper lever like many Wahl clippers, but this model uses a stagger tooth blade. This is the recent upgraded model that comes with the 5v battery system for the claimed 100-minute runtime.

I like the fact that the clipper comes with a separated charger adapter, it is a high efficiency 2-amp output charger, that can both charge the clippers, or, allow you to operate the clippers with the cord attached! This particular kit comes with the standard guide combs, a hair comb, bottle of oil, and the operators manual.

I felt that the standard guide combs were OK, but they did have some flex in them, and I didn’t feel like they were quality, I would have proffered if the premium guides came with the kit. So I purchased the premium guide combs, and thats what I use instead of the standard ones.

Unlike my old clippers, the Magic Clips allows me to cut through my thick and course wiry hair like butter. And also unlike my old clippers, the Magic Clips do not allow hair to stay and clog the blade, it gets rid of the hair.

The rotary motor is certainly louder then the electromagnetic motors, but the noise isn’t that bad. I am extremely happy with my Wahl Magic Clip, especially since I upgraded to the premium guide combs, that secure better with metal clips, and are more durable.

Also, get yourself a better clipper cleaning brush, the one that comes in the kit is OK but not the best either. Also, for clarification, I purchased this clipper for home use, this just demonstrates the quality that I wanted, and how much I was willing to spend to get said quality.

I have only used this once but it worked well. I bought it as a beard trimmer as I am fed up with buying beard trimmers that take multiple passes to get to the length required. I bought this because I had seen a handful of people recommend it for this reason.

I used it without any attachments at its shortest setting. The stubble was very short, less than 1mm I would say, almost clean shaven but clearly with some growth. The cable power means it is clearly very powerful and did not slow down when going through my beard at all.

The cable could do with being longer only because I want to use it in my bathroom and I have to plug in outside the bathroom with an extension lead. The beard came off very easily, no real need for a second pass even (although I did for completelness).

Very pleased, and less than a quarter of the time i would normally spend with my Philips beard trimmer which was around 40. The clipper comes with the normal grade attachments from grade 1 upwards. This produces a cut of 3mm.

A 1/2 grade is available to buy seperately which provides a cut of of 1. 5mm I think, which is what my old bear trimmer was set to. However, without the attachment, I can adjust the cutting length – my first attempt was at its shortest, next time I will do its longest which I think could be around 1mm which is perfect for stubble look.

The clipper is heavy, (but feels solid and of good quality), it seems very capable for my needs, and because it is a cable version (rather than battery) I think will last some years. (All my other beard trimmers have died because batteries have failed in the end, rather than the clippers themselves).

Very happy with the purchase so far and I would recommend for beard/stubble trimming.

I just recently got the Wahl cordless magic clip from Sally Beauty because I wanted something that would last to start cutting my own hair and bought the CoolCare with it as they recommended it to keep the clipper oiled and rust free, plus it’s in a spray so much easier and faster to apply than reguler clipper oil.

It’s also a very big bottle so they said it should last a really long time. I only used the clipper once so far and It works great. The fact that its cordless is a big plus because you don’t have to manage the cord while using it.

You can tell the coolcare really helps to clear any stuck hair and that the motor runs alot smoother after applying(can also be used just to cool the clipper blade when it gets hot! ) This morning I decided to try on my older clipper and beard trimmers that I had laying around that weren’t working as well as they used to (not having used any clipper oil on them before) and it brought them back to life.

The motor runs alot smoother(not as noisy). I also noticed that where I had to pass multiple times before with the beard trimmer, it was alot less after applying the coolcare.

I had no idea of what dermaplaning was until I received this “Schick Hydro Silk Dermaplaning Wand” through topbox Circle and it got me quite intrigued about this beauty tool and how it could help me in my skincare routine.

Essentially, it’s basically shaving the peach fuzz off of your face revealing that baby smooth skin underneath. So after reading the product details and doing a bit more research, it’s absolutely more than that.

At first this product was not easy to use as it took me several attempts and tries to use with precision. Initially, I managed to cut myself twice probably because I was being too rough with the grip.

Because of the width of the blade, it’s extremely tricky to maneuver across the nose area of your face. Also, it’s not meant for the area around your eyes or lips. This product is refillable, which is wonderful! How to Use: I used at night, on dry, cleansed skin.

Dermaplane using gentle feathery strokes gliding the wand downward across your face at a 45° angle and in no time flat you’ll become a seasoned pro at it. Afterwards, I splashed lukewarm water on my skin, pat dry with a towel and followed-up with my regular skincare regimen.

I was amazed at how quickly my toners, serums, and moisturizers seeped into my skin absorbing them like a sponge. My skin definitely felt super soft, smooth, and glowy afterwards. As a precautionary measure, I’d avoid any skincare products with strong acids (Vitamin C, Salicylic Acid, and Retinol) as they might irritate your face (so do a patch test first if you do) but my skin was fine and I’d also follow up with sunscreen the next day as your skin could be more sensitive during this time.

Note: Dermaplane only every 2 – 4 weeks. All and all, after using this product a few times already, I absolutely love it and have made it as part of my regular regimen. It definitely has that professional quality and feel to the wand that you can do at home.

I received the Schick Professional-Style Dermaplaning Wand from Topbox Circle to try for my honest review. #trywithtopbox #freeproduct I have tried two other brands that have dermaplaning tools & was pretty happy with the results, although I did experience some redness & a few ingrown hairs.

I’m so happy I was chosen to try Schick’s Dermaplaning Wand, it was better than the other brands I previously tried for several reasons. I had no ingrown hairs with Schick’s Dermaplaning Wand & no redness.

I also found the blades were sharper, although that meant I needed to be more careful not to rush & to always make sure to use small, feathery strokes. I really like the look of the product & I especially like how ergonomic the wand is & I love the silicone handle.

It also comes with 6 additional blades, which are better quality than the other disposable brands I previously tried. The instructions on the packaging were fantastic. Although the instructions state to start with a clean, dry face I decided to experiment a bit.

I tried using it that way but thought I would also try using a very small amount of facial oil. I preferred using it with facial oil, my skin feel softer & absolutely no redness, & it worked the same as when I used it on dry skin.

It’s essentially a facial razor which provides painless hair removal. I used short, feathery strokes as recommended while holding my skin taut with my other hand. I apply serum & moisturizer as I always do after cleansing & toning.

It gives smooth clean and painless removal. I have used the wand 3 times in the last month. I am very impressed & happy with the results I got using Schick’s Dermaplaning Wand & I will continue using it & definitely recommend it to friends, family & anyone who has a need for a product to remove facial hair effortlessly with amazing results!.

This starter kit includes a metal rose gold wand with a non-slip silicone grip and 6 blades. This is my first time dermaplaning and I found the instructions on the box, along with the helpful how-to video were fairly easy to follow.

Since this is a learning curve for me I obviously did a few things wrong, so I’ll share my entire experience. During my first attempt, I found that if you didn’t keep the correct angle it would tug at your peach fuzz.

This was slightly uncomfortable but since you are using such short strokes it basically stopped you from continuing until the angle was corrected. I also needed some practice on manoeuvring around areas like my upper lip and chin since it’s a smaller area that is shaped differently than other parts of your face.

Once I was able to learn from my mistakes, this wand worked beautifully. My second attempt went much smoother and I love the way my face looks and feels after using this. It glides effortlessly across your skin, removes peach fuzz and left my complexion looking incredibly smooth and more radiant.

This gave my skin a smooth base to apply my skincare and makeup – and I must say foundation looks so much better after dermaplaning! One thing that has stopped me from dermaplaning in the past is the thought of stubble afterwards.

I searched hard for the “stubble” I was expecting, but didn’t find it. Since the hairs are soft and thin to begin with, that’s exactly how they grow back – so I didn’t experience rough stubble at all.

As for the myth of your hairs growing back thicker and longer they dont! Hopefully this review will help others who are interested in dermaplaning! I absolutely love using this and will continue to buy the refills.

I actually used this because I had to the first time I used it. I was at my guy’s house (this was when we had first started dating way way way before we moved in together) and it was all he had. Yall, I don’t know what magic little fairies came and held my roots up, making me look like I just left the salon after being there all dang day, but lemme tell yall.

I was definitely feeling myself for the rest of the day. Now, with that said- EVERYTHING IN MODERATION!!! I’ve found that using it once or twice a week keeps me looking as fabulous as an exhausted mom of 7, Mamaw of 1 and a half, and girlfriend of a hopelessly adorable, albeit Hella aggravating, “yep I bet I’ll smile in my mugshot one of these days and then cry because I miss him” Viking-type, Raiders- Dodgers loving, magnificently bearded, hot guy, can look while being a taxi, nurse, Drill Sargent, shrink, chef, and maid.

Ok…. Now with my scalp which I’ve already explained in other reviews, I have hair about 60 inches long from root to tip-When my hair is clean or not it is oily during the day and if I do not wash it later on that evening it becomes a different texture type of substance, is if it is wet like almost like a really thick ooey — gooey moisturizing substance!!!!!! LIKE….

EWWWWW!!!!!!!!!! Has anyone reading this heard of such a scalp issue!!?? If I never had anything else to wash my hair with head and shoulders was always my go to shampoo however, it just doesn’t do everything else the shampoo needs to do for a woman’s hair, however, I believe that’s why most of head and shoulders products and shampoo as is for men!!!! B/c THEY ARE!!! So like I said before I would not recommend recommend this to any woman and less they already grow naturally a beautiful voluptuous volumized head of locks shine!!!!!!!!!! Because, unfortunately folks, head and shoulders is just for the scalp and the flakes.

It is not for the shine or the beauty just for cleanliness. Which now women you can understand why men usually turn to that if they have any flakes at all number one first. Lol!.

I use this with a squirt of coconut oil almost everyday, most times morning and at night. I’ve tried everything under the sun to get rid of dandruff including shower filters and this stuff works great.

My dad has the same condition as me and he uses it now too. One thing to remember is you must use cold water on your head, as much as it sucks it doesn’t suck as much as dandruff and I got to say you get used to it.

If you use hot water you are wasting your time and money, if you have any skin condition hot water will make it worse. I also have seborrheic dermatitis on my face and head which I use Promiseb (also only thing that works),.

Bought this for at home wax. Surprisingly, it is very gentle on my sensitive skin. I’ve used this about 4 times now on the face and not once have I burned or turned red. I use coconut oil after this wax to remove and soothe and never have I been left with redness.

Not harsh on the skin it’s been a very delicate product on my skin with amazing results. Easy to use and delicate enough for weekly applications.

I love and like this product, I’m going to give it 4. 8/5. It’s because it’s take the body hair pretty good and smell so good. It’s very convenience that you just need to use microwave to melt and then use it.

I love it a lot!!! But it’s doesn’t take all hair on first time, you need to do several times later to take the hairs all out. So that’s the only thing that I don’t like, of course I will purchased more things from Gigi because I like this brand and their products are very good.

After I use the microwave wax from them, I was very like and want to do wax more because it was so great and good. It’s weird but I like to do hair wax, haha 😂.

Very precise and much less noisy than the Norelco it replaced. Really smokes it in battery life and charge time. Got used to have an adjustable clip but I dont mind having to change them manually now.

Tips are easy to exchange, size and shape feels great and the lock feature for traveling its useful and very welcome. Had experience some hair pulling but noticed it has to do with the angle vs. direction the hair grows.

Somehow it gets in between the clip and the razor where it attaches or how it does fit the razor. Something that never happened with my old adjustable clip because of how its attached to the razor: in the back not on the razors head.

So, I just have to be a bit careful when using the very low cut clips. Will be an amazing no match razor if it had an adjustable clip instead. Im happy with it. and the fact I dont have to wait 10 hours for a full charge that last for 45 minutes like on my old Norelco.

In a 15 minute charge it can be used for a whole hour and one hour fully charges the battery that would last for 4 hours. No more half face shave with the charge light indicator.

The guide combs that come with this make ZERO sense. There are 8 “stubble” combs that go all the way up to a stated length of 13mm, then there are 4 standard guide combs that start at a stated length of 16mm.

Fun story: The longest “stubble” comb (13 mm) cuts hair nearly an inch shorter than the shortest standard comb. It’s crazy. You literally cannot use this to cut a medium length beard. It’s either stubble or long.

That’s it. The clipper itself works well and has a good battery life. This comb issue is an insane design “flaw”. I put flaw in quotes because you can purchase the missing sized guide combs from Wahl, so perhaps this is just a trick to get you to spend more.

Well built and has a long lasting battery. It is everything that it claims to be. I am very happy that I bought this product. I bought this to replace an inexpensive Philip’s beard and body trimmer I have.

The Philip’s trimmer hurts too much when I use it on anything except my face and head and its teeth are too long to trim hair down as close as possible. It also takes too long to be fully charged and does not last very long on its charge.

This Wahl trimmer does not have any of the above issues. It takes only an hour to be fully charged and the LED light starts flashing while it’s charging and stays on when it is fully charged. It also doesn’t hurt to use on my armpits and my special place unlike my Philip’s trimmer, even though the latter advertised itself as a head and body trimmer.

The only mild criticism I have is that although the guide combs for stubble are durable, the guide combs for cutting hair are bendable and don’t seem very sturdy. I have an inexpensive Philip’s multi groom trimmer which has guide combs that are rigid.

For the price I would gave expected something stronger. That being said, I have yet to use the guide combs for cutting hair so their build may not pose an issue. Overall, it is a great product and I would recommend it to people looking for a cordless head and body trimmer.

I’ve been buying this for years. It does do a pretty good job at preventing razor bumps and ingrowns. But so would rubbing alcohol, which is literally the main ingredient. I never bothered to look at the ingredient list before.

If I had I would’ve stopped using this a long time ago. Now I just refill it with isopropyl alcohol and it does the exact the same job. Also, my bottle says on the back that it may cause reproductive harm and birth defects.

I never paid much mind to it myself but I figured others would like to know before purchasing online.

The first time I used this product was 6 night back I knew that I wouldn’t be able to review this product until using it more than once but the results I have today are quite amazing. I have very curly hair and very fair skin so ingrown hairs and razor bumps are not only a constant in my life but you can see them all the time.

Being in the personal care industry, I knew this product would work as it has a chemical exfoliator and anti-redness ingredients that would help me with this problem, I just didn’t know how well it would work.

Today I notice a significant decrease in my razor bumps. Like I can actually see my skin color instead of those red/dark dots that clearly show where every single hair follicle is on my bikini line. As for ingrown hairs I will have to come back and update this review as I’ll need to use this product as my hairs grow back.

All in all i am really impressed!.

Does exactly what it claims. I usually use it after shaving, or on any problem areas. Found that it also works great for my son after he gets a haircut in the areas that are closely shaven to his skin.

The scent is alil strong; and there can be alil heat in some areas, but it quickly fades. I was pleasantly surprised it didn’t bother my son any; he typically has sensitive skin, and would immediately speak up if it caused him discomfort.

if i could give this product zero stars i would. For the past year i’ve been making my own sugar wax at home. i got tired of it and wanted to try out something else. Did countless research and found this product.

To start off with, after putting the wax down and put the strip on, once i pulled nothing came off. the wax was stuck to my skin and wouldn’t come off. They give zero instructions to begin with on what to do if wax does get stuck.

Tried my legs, armpits and brazilian with this product and NO LUCK. barely any hairs came off and i was stuck in the shower for over an hour trying to get all the wax off my skin. Don’t buy this product, save your money or make your own wax at home lol.

I’ve been worried about waxing, particularly my nether regions, but not only did this kit provide helpful, detailed instructions, but the wax stayed warm the entire time I needed it to. While it might have been too warm at first (it took a while to harden and remove all the hair), once it cooled to the perfect temperature I was moving right along.

I also love that the strips are reusable – that’s just so smart and eco-friendly, plus it saves money too. I’d been researching kits to use for weeks, and I’m so happy I chose this one – if you’re new to waxing like me, I’d say go for it.

I like that this is gentle as I bleed easily. I find that it works great for my arms. It has been a week and I am just beginning to get stubble. If I had shaved it would be the next day. It did not work for my legs.

That hair is probably too strong. It left bumps on my legs immediately. It advised to wait 24 hours before using anything ie. moisturizer. I tried a bump cream @ 24 hours, but it did not help. So, for my fine haired arms I was left with soft arms.

Shaving is best for my legs.

I’ve been using this product for a couple of years now. It was removing all of my peach fuzz just fine, however I came to notice after a month of using it once a week, that my peach fuzz started to grow back thicker and prickly.

I don’t know if it’s because of my middle eastern heritage, but if you’re middle eastern, you know how hairy a girl can be, and this product has only increased the hair on my face as it has grown back.

I don’t want to knock this product at all, however the smooth skin on my face only lasts a day for me. The next day, my face is prickly and not cute. Overall, I guess I would say DEFINITELY invest in this product if your facial hair is thin and fair to begin with.

If not, stick to waxing, laser hair removal or electrolysis. I had begun getting laser hair removal on my face years ago and then invested in this product hoping it would benefit me so that I would not have to laser as often, but now I’ve gone back to laser hair removal since my peach fuzz has become anything but fuzz.

Love the blades and my Dermaflash. Really don’t like the excessive packaging on replacement blades, and the cleanser and cream that comes with it. Can’t use them as they don’t work on my sensitive skin.

Please, please, please listen to the overwhelming comments from customers on this. Get rid of the cleaner/cream, give me more blades instead, and cut down on the the excessive packaging.

Like many other reviewers I love my dermaflash and the blades are great. I’m starting to get very frustrated having to order replacement blades though – I immediately throw out the cleanser and moisturizer each time and I really can’t understand why there isn’t an option to purchase the blades without these low quality ad-ons.

Please sell them separately so I can stop feeling guilty and wasteful purchasing a product that goes straight in the trash!.

i first saw it in store and then on tiktok i was skeptical but i wanted to risk it and try it for myself. I bought this in May 28th and im on week 3 on using it. First impressions it’s not that painful unless you’re doing it down there and on your arm pits but i go on level 5 so it doesn’t bother me as much.

I have notice a difference my armpits are getting lighter and it doesn’t grow back too quick. supposedly u get better results in 12 weeks. Im on week 3 and i am seeing a difference. i do it 3 times a weeks on my legs and my arm pits almost everyday.

it takes time and patience but also commitment if you want to see results. Btw my legs do grow back slowly but i am seeing patches which is supposed to be on week 3. Ill keep on updating (:

I’m honestly so surprised at how well this handset works. I’m about 8 weeks deep and most of the hair has already gone now. I’ve attached a photo of my ankle where you can see that most of the skin is smooth except where I’ve obviously missed a few spots and a few hairs are still growing.

So crazy though!! Most of the hair is gone now! If you have light skin and light brown hair I would def recommend!! Also soz my legs look a little red in the photo, I had tights on and had to squish them up my ankle to get this photo haha.

I have really dark hair on my underarms and bikini area and the results have been fab! Basically hair free in 8 weeks with a few little left over hairs here and there but nothing in comparison to before.

My leg hairs are quite light in colour (basically blonde) so I was skeptical if it would work or not and it’s not really making any difference which it said would be the case on the box anyway. So the lesson here is dark hair is defiantly the go lol.
