Great blade. Looks good and cuts extremely well. Comes with a guard for better protection. The three together are all the knives you will ever need. A much better deal on sale but needing only three makes it an even better sale.
Love the handle. They give you directions on how to hold all three and I was a bit sceptical at first but it does make a difference how much easier it is if you hold them according to the instruction.
I’m pretty sure this was created, produced, and marketed without ever being tested. I have used knives both with and without the shallow indentations along the length of the knife to help release food, I’ve never noticed a huge difference before – until now.
It is actually incredible how food with any amount of moisture – potatoes, carrots, cucumber – will suction to the side of knife with, frankly, impressive force. It felt dangerous trying to unstick the food.
