Knee pads for paintball are designed to protect your knees from impact and abrasion while you are playing paintball. They are typically made from a durable, padded material such as neoprene or gel, and they can help to absorb the impact of a paintball hit.
Knee pads can also help to keep your knees warm in cold weather and prevent them from slipping on slippery surfaces.
Specially shaped knee pad. Protects the knee. Size One Size – 23 x 16. 5cm. Fabric Ethylene-vinyl Acetate. The ultimate in knee protection and wearer comfort. Ergonomically designed knee pads providing durability comfort and protection.
This knee pad fits all Portwest garments and does not hinder the wearer in any way when walking.
I bought these for my Fjallraven trousers, in lieu of the manufacturer’s own very expensive pads. These fit in the knee pockets, very comfortable, and inexpensive.
Pro Rugged Knee Pads are made with the same legendary, soft, ultra-conforming G-Form technology that hardens on impact. Body-mapped SmartFlex pads with impact absorbing XRD Protection. Tear-resistant Armortex fabric keeps your pads intact.
Soft inner foam keeps pads secure and comfortable on your knees. Adjustable ft-strap for customized comfort and security. Extra wide top gripper and low-profle bottom gripper distributes pressure and keeps pads in place.
Ultra-comfortable double-knit compression fabric. Ventilated mesh back keeps you cool and dry. CE certifed (CE 1621-1).
I’ve ridden with these maybe 10 times so far, each in very pedal heavy environments. These pads dissappear as soon as I start riding. If I couldn’t see them I would forget I was wearing them which is exactly what I wanted.
I have not experienced any slipping yet. The tags can be annoying but I just flip them out so they don’t touch my leg. I haven’t had the opportunity to experience the knee pad protection yet but the additional little guy for shin protection has saved me from a good hit by my pedal.
It still broke my skin but wasn’t near as bad as it would have been without the shin pad. It doesnt look like the pad took any damage. Definitely happy with my purchase so far.
Two caveats: I’ve only ridden these in the cold weather and I haven’t actually had to rely on them in a crash yet. That said, my initial rides and impressions are very positive. These appear to be very well made and are machine washable.
The fit, in comparison is with the advertised dimensions, felt a little snug to me, but the upside is they stay in place. I use them for BMX, and they are comfortable and non-restricting. The adjustable strap around the thigh is a nice upgrade over the prior Pro-Elite Knee/Shin pads.
They are not cheap, but G-Form runs frequent sales and specials for those on its mailing list. Recommended!.
Well made, provides nice coverage, one one ride with it and it was cool out so no idea how well it breathes. My only real critique is I don’t know why they didn’t leave the material open behind the knee, the fabric ends up bunching up there and is irritating.
After about an hour riding I was tempted to remove them and return them as this is pretty irritating but left them on. At the end of the two hour ride I still noticed the issue behind the knee, but feel like it’s worth the protection and will keep them.
I still think they could’ve provided an opening in the material behind your knee and they’d still be protective and more comfortable. A friend I ride with also bought these and wore them for the first time on this ride, his impressions were the same.
Designed originally for our 5. 11 Tactical Pants, neoprene Kneepads have been designed to slip easily into the knee pockets of our pants and flex easily no matter what your activity. Whether you are working on the range, performing defensive tactics or involved in a critical incident, your knees need protection.
The Kneepads can be used with our TDU, Taclite Pro and HRT pants. Made of neoprene with a smooth nylon backing, the 3/8″ foam pads can take the wear and tear of the heaviest law enforcement activities.
The 5. 11 Kneepads are a great value when you consider the added protection provided to your knees. Our Kneepads are included for free with our HRT and TDU Pants.
Got these for work. Just a bit thin for me. Also they tend to move around. One side actually tore a little bit first time I used them. But good for the money and absolutely better than nothing.
This is a very good alternative to those visible, bulky and tactical looking knee pads. Not only for 5.11 cargo pants but others with reinforced knee, although some fitting is required.
Key Features RMF Reactive Memory Foam is soft and pliable in its natural state but hardens when force is applied to it, providing a protective barrier. Air Mesh Perforated fabric allows air to flow unimpeded while still providing protection from abrasion and sunlight.
Trac Grip Sticky silicone grippers are strategically placed in key positions to help hold a Knee Brace or Knee Pad in place, limiting uncomfortable migration. The TP199 Lite features a shorter overall profile making it ideal for MX, Off-Road, BMX, and MTB usage.
The molded bio-foam upper offers increased impact protection while the inner circular comfort gel knee donut limits migration and the fully breathable mesh backing helps with temperature control. Learn More.
Heavy duty knee pads are great if you’re wanting outright protection for downhill laps and days at the bike park. But when you’re ripping around at your local trails or heading out for big days in the mountains, you can’t have uncomfortable or bulky pads holding you back, especially if you’re ride involves plenty of pedaling.
The G-Form Pro-X2 Knee Pads are soft, lightweight, and flexible knee pads that give you total comfort on any ride while offering advanced protection thanks to G-Form’s RPT technology that hardens upon impact.
This means you’ll have the coverage you need for unexpected spills and tumbles, but the rest of time you’ll barely notice they’re on.
As far as safety and comfort, they’re great. When I’m doing long rides on gnarlier trails, they definitely protect me and give me added peace of mind. But when it comes to long-term durability. they’re not outstanding.
I don’t suppose any pads last forever. But stitching started to unravel after maybe a dozen rides. I’ve had to practice my lousy sewing skills to keep them together. I’ve had much better luck with the G-Form elbow pads.

I got the XL. I’m 5’10 185. They are a little big on me, but I’m coming off an injury and when I’m working out my thighs get pretty big easily. They don’t bunch seen being a little big on me and stay up really well too.
Got about 4 full 8 hour days playing in them, if I had to do it again I would make the exact same purchase with the arm bad deal. Definitely can’t beat getting both for the price of just knee pads from any other brand.
Knee pads are a must have. thesehave more than enough padding. There was some slippage the only time I wore them but I think that is normal across all brands. The size chart is not accurate to my measurements so I went up a size and these fit great.
Went by their size charts and it seems off about one size on the knee pads. I got a xl when I should’ve got a large but I’ve used them 3 times already and they haven’t slid down and give great padding.
I will probably get a new pair in size large when the elbow pads come back in stock to do the package deal. I love them.

Just received my knee pads in the mail and wore them for the first time this weekend at a tournament. Felt great and worked like I expected! Forgot I was wearing them. At the end of the tournament, I went to take them off and noticed they didn’t slide down at all through out the day.
These Knee Pads are amazing. They fit well and really protect my knees from the hard dives and slides. The Velcro strap up top keeps them from sliding down and probably the comfiest knee pads I have ever used.
You will not be disappointed for picking these up.

Honestly I am loving both the knee and arm pads, more than I thought, I was worried they would be too hot but breathe great, played in 95 degrees and didn’t feel like the pads were too hot even then, and the fit fantastic, not super uncomfortable tight, like the old dye/ gi.

My mom purchased these because I complained of knee pain. My current knee pads really sucks, Being apart of a professional female paintball team, I needed better knee protection. I used these new Virtue Breakout Knee Pads knee pads this weekend, I love these new knee pads.
Absolutely no bulk, no one can’t tell I have them on. They don’t fall to my ankles while playing, I like the look, feel, and quality of my Virtue Breakout Knee Pads. I am also sliding with more confidence.
This is a great knee pad for those looking for a minimal and low profile pad. They’re very light weight and don’t feel bulky at all with padding in the necessary area. The fit is decent and don’t slide down/off your knee thanks to the strap.
I’m 5’10’ and 165 lbs with slightly skinnier legs, I got the Large/X-Large pads and they fit fine. Definitely see if you can try these pads on before you buy them so that you get the right size for you.
I have run all kinds of knee pads. Dyes are too tight, empire neo skins were too thin, and PE overloads have great protection but are far too bulky. When I first put these knee pads on I liked the smooth feel of the material.
They were a lot slimmer, but I was unsure about how much protection I would get. Until I played with them and I came out fine. I felt like I had as much protection as PE overload pads without all the bulk.
I’m a huge fan of these breakout knee pads!!! As usual, Virtue did not disappoint with some great quality knee pads. I have sensitive knees and they constantly get dinged up. So, I highly recommend these.
The Seveni DP Project Knee Pads are built for race day level protection with an emphasis on combining comfort with protection. A soft hardshell outer is combined with internal polygon foam in a non-restrictive design that allows you to pedal with maximum speed.
It uses a knitted and breathable sock that keeps you cool while ensuring a firmly comfortable fit. The design ensures that in a crash it slides over the surface instead of gripping on any debris. The Seveni DP Project Knee Pads give you uncompromised knee protection so that you can ride at your best with confidence.
Take a hard knee and keep yourself in the fight with Condors Tactical Elite knee pads. These pads feature a hard outer shell and dense foam padding inside to make sure that your knees are protected regardless of how you abuse them.
The non-slip rubber cap keeps operators in position and protects against over-extension. The elastic bands are adjustable and feature plastic buckles that are more reliable than Velcro but are still easy to clip on or off.
RANGER Hard Terrain Gel Knee Pads are designed for all-day comfort and protection on uneven terrain. The flexible elastic straps and a quick-release slipbuckle provide a secure fit. Constructed from heavyweight nylon for long-lasting durability.
I needed some good quality knee comfort and protection for working around the house and them some, these Ranger hard terrain gel knee pads have fit the bill. Take it from these 62 year old knees, I have tried the cheaper low quality foam type pads that don’t even offer the protection, comfort, and durability, that these Ranger gel pads offer.
With the 30% offer discount coupon, you can’t beat $10. 49, for gel knee pad comfort insurance. Only time will tell how long the flexible elastic straps will last or if my significant other does not claim it as her own.
Don’t skimp out on a real cheap pair of pads. Gel is the way to go, your knees will Thank You.
I tried these out for part of the day and took them off and put my old worn out knee pads back on. I have tried other knee pads at Harbor Freight, and they just don’t have any that are worth buying. These have stretch straps that won’t keep the pad tight enough to stay on the front of the knee.
When they slide over to the side with the buttons that hold the straps on and put your knee back down the back side of the button pushes into your knee and it hurts. Funny thing the knee pad is the same as the Workpro knee pad that doesn’t have stretch straps that stay on the front of your knee.
Five years ago I tried four sets of knee pads to find a set that fit. But they were super uncomfortable – the plastic dug into my skin and the rubber straps were not pleasant (understatement!) on bare skin.
The straps finally wore out so I bought a new pair. that – like many before – could not be adjusted tight enough to stay put. I saw these on HF website and picked up a pair. These are – by far – the best knee pads I’ve ever used.
Super comfortable, they stay in place, love the quick release mechanism, and about 1/2 the cost of the garbage kneepads I returned. The outer knee pad material won’t scuff your floor and is tough enough for use outside.
Made specifically to take the brunt of the pressure on your knees the EXO. K Gel Knee Pads feature a molded, flexible cap with built-in traction and a flat face for a stable, quiet shooting platform-even on hard surfaces.
Beneath the cap is an EVA gel core for shock absorption and even more protection. A thick woven upper elastic strap and polypropylene lower strap make for a secure fit. Adjustable, silent straps are designed to stay in place without slipping.
So they’re clear influences from arc’teryx’s kneecaper pads, but 511 did make some improvements here. So if you like the kneecappers you’ll probably love the EXO. Ks. Number one the calf strap is static nylon rather than bungee (I like this feature, but I can see it being a point of argument for some).
You can get a secure fit and have the knee pads stay in place without having to ratchet down the calf strap. Improvement number two, the flat paneling on the hard shell. These flat panels are a bit more stable for kneeling on than the kneecapper’s entirely rounded heart shell.
Durability-wise the EXO. K seem to hold up about the same as the kneecappers.
I purchased these knee pads as a lower cost alternative to the Arcteryx ones. Initially, I was impressed by the comfort, fit, and apparent quality. About ten days into the field, one of the strap retaining pins popped off, leaving me down a knee pad.
I then noticed the remaining one had developed a 3/4” split in the top. If you are planning to use these for heavy field use, I would highly recommend looking at the Arcteryx knee pads or just using your issued ones.
If you’re a civilian playing dress up, they’re comfortable and pretty, so go crazy.
Purchased these for saddle hunting. Work perfectly. The flat area on the knee cap keep the pads from rolling around on the tree unlike the other, more expensive knee pads offered by a couple other companies.
Highly recommended if you need a good pair of knee pads for saddle hunting.
The ToughBuilt Ultra Light Knee Pads are the best lightweight solution. The thick molded pads are made with soft, durable, non-marring foam keeping more delicate surfaces scratch free while resisting wear on rougher terrain.
Comfortable single elastic strap hugs the calf, and avoids bunching behind the knee for all-day comfort.
Bought these, popped them on the next day at work. Massively dissapointed. They are comfortable for sure but when you move around on the floor the top of these catch on the floor and flop around or get pushed down which leaves your knees unprotected.
Not suitable for tradies for this reason but maybe ok for irregular use.
6-12 months and the front plastic will get broken. But for this price it should be expected. I am not complaining. To fix just put any taugh sticky tape on it and you can use it for another year at least.
The CX-400 Tactical Elbow and Knee Pad Set from Loaded Gear have been designed to withstand continuous use while providing comfort for the user. A solid protective plate helps protect the knee from shock and allows the user to kneel for extended periods of time on virtually any surface without any discomfort.
The CX-400 quickly attaches and detaches with the aid of durable Velcro straps, and are adjustable to fit most leg and arm sizes.
I can’t tell you how many times I drop to my knees on concrete. I tried not to land on my Kees for the longest time, but the shot was never low enough. The one day I shot for 12 hours, my knees were about to give and my pants were ripped right at the knees.
These knee pads are stellar. I feel nothing when dropping on them. They are Velcrod to the back of your knees, and that can be a little irritating, but otherwise I fully recommend these. I don’t use the elbow pads as much, but they protect so well.
Get this pack today if you’re thinking about getting pads.
I use these mainly to keep from blowing out the knees of my jeans when on a photoshoot. They do protect your knees, but they have a few drawbacks: (1) they are very rigid, and tend to slide rather than flex when you are wearing them, and (2) the straps do not come on and off quickly, so the tendency is to want to put them on and leave them on, which makes #1 all the more annoying.

Bunkerkings Royal Guard V2 elbow and knee pads provide the best combo of protection and comfort for paintball and other extreme sports. Durable construction with top of the line materials, these pads hold up through even the toughest games.
Very disappointed with these pads. At first, they worked great, didn’t slip off my leg. I have used them a total of THREE times, and now the gel is totally flat. It’s like I’m not wearing pads at all.
I contacted BK support, and they are only offering me 40% off buying a replacement. After a week of haggling, they upped it to 50%. So now I have no knee pads, and the only solution they provide is to spend more money.
Used the pads in a regular setting, didn’t punish them. I’ll never buy here again.
I really like these knee pads, the coverage is great and honestly after the first match I forgot they were even there. I was just able to rely on them as I crouched behind bunkers and slid around. The padding is a soft but at the same time firm gel that to me is just the right amout of protection.
I wear joggers and they fit perfectly under them so don’t worry about them being bulky at all. I would suggest these to my friends and anyone reading this review.
I bought both the the supreme knee pads and the supreme elbow pads. The quality is so far amazing, and the padding itself feels amazing. It’s nice and firm and solid for good for hard landings. My one complaint ( keep in mind I haven’t been able to play in them yet) is that they don’t feel the most secure the size is perfect and I couldn’t go any smaller.
But the pad still slides down a little but as long as your playing with pants on and not just pass they seem to stay on.
There are a few key factors to consider when selecting the right knee pads for paintball. The first is the level of protection that you need. If you are playing on a beginner level, then you may not need as much protection as someone who is playing on a more competitive level.
The second factor to consider is the comfort of the knee pads. You want to make sure that they are comfortable to wear for long periods of time and that they do not restrict your movement. The third factor is the price.
You can find knee pads for paintball at a variety of different price points, so you need to find the ones that fit your budget.
In conclusion, when selecting knee pads for paintball, you need to consider the level of protection that you need, the comfort of the knee pads, and the price. With so many different options on the market, you should be able to find the perfect pair of knee pads for your needs.
