20 Best Kitchen Pull Out Faucets (2023 Updated)

Purchased this faucet as part of a kitchen remodel, installed in July of 2016. By Nov 2017, it needed a new cartridge (leaking). In Sept 2018, yet another new cartridge had to be installed. In May 2021, new cartridge AGAIN!! And EVERY repair has been done by a licensed plumber! Now, here we are at the end of Dec 2021, and the darn thing is leaking multiple places; it needs another cartridge replacement, a new nut for under the handle, AND a new hose for the pull-down sprayhead.

It’s time for a new faucet!! This one is a real lemon! I’ve spent more money having it repaired than an expensive new faucet would cost, even with Kohler sending me the replacement parts for free! Just for the record, only two of us have lived in this house since long before this faucet was installed, so the wearing out of parts has nothing to do with over-use nor with mis-use; we are 70 years old and had our previous faucet for 25 years (and our two kids lived here during much of that time), with only ONE repair ever.

This is a PSA. I have bought numerous Kohler products over the years and I have always been very happy with the quality. I recently bought the Kohler Simplice for my kitchen renovation. Upon taking it out of the box (from which, strangely, the Kohler sticker had half peeled off), the faucet felt cheap and light.

I weighed the faucet and it came in at 3. 5 pounds. I called customer service and they informed me the product should weigh approximately 7 pounds. Although I had purchased directly from the Kohler website, I clearly got a fake faucet.

Kohler customer service was excellent, sent me a return label and refunded my money immediately. But please, check your products when they arrive and if something seems off, call Kohler right away. The 1 star rating is only because I didn’t expect that Kohler would have such poor quality control at its own warehouses.

To be fair, customer service was excellent.

I had one of these installed in July 2021. From the first moment it was frustrating not to be able to control the flow speed of the water stream – it takes two hands to adjust the little handle to get a low flow, which is usually not quite enough, and then the only other easily-obtainable flow is the jet-stream speed, splashing all over the back splash, me, the countertop and the floor.

The angle of the spout is off by just a few degrees and exacerbates the jet stream flow by shooting it at an angle of refraction at everything in the sink, resulting in explosive splashing and messes on me, the backsplash, the counter, the floor, and jettisoning bits of food everywhere.

At first I overlooked this nasty aspect of clean-up because it looked so much better than the small 90s faucet it replaced. But looks aren’t everything. After months of jet stream speed water at a weird angle that cannot be controlled, the thrill is gone.

Beware.

Excellent quality. Like the 360 degree movement. Looks great with new countertops. Beautiful brush nickel color. Easy to install. Quick delivery. Great price! Recommend this item. I love it!

Faucet looks nice but the pull down nozzle is plastic. Not good for an active family.

I was kinda shocked after opening up my package because I didnt see no receipt or nothing but an old vibration motor. I was like okay well whatever as long as it works. Guess what!? It’s not working!

We had a previous pull-down Kohler faucet like this one that finally kicked the bucket after 10 years of pretty intensive use by two hardcore cooks. Since it was the line up inside the housing that failed, that meant replacing the whole faucet.

I love the pull-down and wanted to get another one, so this was the top of my list. I’m really liking it a lot. The pull is smooth and the nozzle stays seated when the water is off. The handle is constructed with far more range of motion than my previous one which is a big plus.

It’s water-saving but still puts out more gallons per minute than the previous faucet which is such a joy when filling soup and pasta pots as well as kettles for tea and pitchers for water. There are two main streams – focused and spread – plus a super hard spread that is so great for rinsing pots and dishes.

My previous faucet was pretty wimpy in terms of the strength of the water flowing out. This one is nice and strong. The only negative I’ve found was that I couldn’t use the escutcheon plate I purchased that matches the faucet.

The Artifacts escutcheon plates are now 10. 25 inches long instead of 10. 5. That was just short enough that the plate wouldn’t cover the widespread holes from our very first two-handle faucet we installed long ago.

Fortunately, Kohler does make a plain escutcheon plate that is a completely flat oval that is 10. 5 inches in the same stainless as the faucet, so I ordered it instead. It’s not in stock anywhere other than Kohler itself, but I was able to get it quickly so that we could get back to business with running water in our kitchen.

I’m a happy camper once more.

I bought this in Oct. 2021 to replace a similar Kohler faucet that had developed a leak, in spite of many reviews criticizing the Berry-Soft sprayer on the basis of many of the fine sprays going everywhere but down, going out as much as 60-80 degrees from the faucet head.

Those criticisms were not misplaced. The problem is the interior filter screen in the spray head that plusg up with very fine particles, requiring me to unscrew the facing of the head and cleaning out the filters.

Even then, it only functions properly for a few seconds. We are on a well and have a good filtration system, but it doesn’t seem to take much the plug up the filter screens. Customer Service was kind enough to ship a new faucet head, thinking it might solve the problem.

Nope! Consequently, we are unable to use what was our favorite feature of the old Kohler faucet.

We are so sorry that we bought two of these faucets for our kitchen. They look great and function well in all respects except for the most important one. The aerator on the faucet head is so small that it barely mixes any air with the stream of water.

As a result, the water stream is very strong and water splashes all over the surrounding counter and US when it hits dishes, our hands, etc. below it. We tried lowering the volume of water by adjusting the faucet handle, but that doesn’t really help.

So we just leave the setting on spray which produces a softer water flow that doesn’t splash everywhere. We spent a lot of money on the two faucets as well as the cost of the plumber to install them.

We are very disappointed that Kohler would sell a product that performs so poorly.

$700 to $1000 for a kitchen faucet may seem crazy, but it’s worth it. Think about it – you use the kitchen faucet multiple times every single day. Since having this Artifacts faucet, it’s just a pleasure to use every time.

We have the Stainless version at $860. Build had it in stock and we received it in a couple of days. The hands-free sensor is worth the extra price, as I’ve always hated turning the sink on/off multiple times while cooking, and touching the lever with raw-food-hands.

All three sprays (stream, berry, sweep) are useful and different. The pull/docking action is smooth. Tip: when it was first installed, the pull action was uneven like it was getting stuck. I checked the hookups under the sink, and saw the plumber had installed the solenoid directly below the faucet, so the hose had to move around it.

I re-positioned the solenoid a few inches to the left (easy), so the hose drops straight down unobstructed and it’s smoother now. The only thing I’d change is for the sensor indicator light on the handle to be dimmer or more subtle.

It seems unnecessarily bright. And maybe a few more inches on the hose.

Like others, my nozzle hose developed a pinhole leak about 1″ from the spray head. Basically an annoyance until I realized that when not extended, water was building up in the tube with potential to flow back into the cabinet and beyond.

The replacement part I bought I thought was original (from Amazon) but is a knock-off and I wasn’t able to use the extended threaded inlet on the nozzle: however, I managed to get it installed and NOT LEAKING.

I’ll order an original to have on hand as a backup. Didn’t anyone at Kohler life-test this flexing of this hose? Clearly not. I’m going to reinforce the new hose the last few inches before the spray head.

I’ll do this with tape of some kind such that it can’t bend as easily in this region. A method I’ve used before is to cut some nylon tie-wrap strips to a few inches in length, choosing thickness carefully and quantity of, and tape these lengthwise to the hose to dial-in the desired stiffness.

At install it couldn’t be installed oriented as designed as the control lever would hit my very tall granite backsplash not allowing full Hot. So I rotated it 90 and now the control lever is facing the user.

Hot on the left of course means I had to swap the hoses underneath the sink. My wife never realized that I installed non-standard. Underlying reason was our very tall granite backsplash is continuous up to the window stool.

A typical 4″ high splash wouldn’t have an installation issue. This is a very user friendly way to install it as one can see where the Hot-Cold control is, unlike the recommended installation. And it is now ambidextrous where factory install forces right hands to control it.

One last issue is the trim cover, that goes over the control lever’s philips head screw, falls out. I’m surprised it didn’t go down the drain.

It’s beautiful. until you need the sprayer to reach into your sink to, you know, do what sprayers do. The hose is fixed in place. You can only pull it down one inch at best and it’s still several inches above the sink.

I wind up constantly having to wipe down my counter. After 8 months in my new house it’s driving me crazy enough to have it replaced already. Krauss, did you do any consumer testing on this at all? Have your design engineers ever even seen the inside of a kitchen? You should discontinue this model.

You royally screwed up on this one.

I love the whole idea of this faucet. But the pull down spring spout is worthless. It doesn’t pull down enough to even rinse food down the sink. I tried to get used to and to love the faucet. But after 2 years, it still drives me crazy that the pull down doesn’t pull down hardly at all.

I do not recommend this faucet unless you just like the way it looks and don’t need to actually use the pull down spout. I am ordering a new kitchen faucet today. This one is going in the trash.

Special ordered this in the “brushed gold” color from a local department store. All of the photos from the manufacturer make this color appear to be a bright, brilliant yellow gold color. After waiting a few weeks for it to arrive, we were extremely disappointed to open the box and find that it is a yellowed stainless steel color.

The color difference between it and true stainless steel was very minimal. If you want a true brass/gold color, this faucet is NOT for you.

Faucet was as expected. The pull out sprayer is only plastic. During installation, it was discovered the washer was deformed and leaked. My husband had to go find a washer that worked. A 40 minute job ended up being three hour installation.

(And he’s a builder. Not a typical homeowner installation). Overall, the faucet is very nice, albeit lower quality than we would expect from Kraus.

Working great. Water stream hits more than half way out in the sink, not directly into the drain. Good spray. Handle moves down for hot, up for cold. This is opposite of my kitchen sink, but I can adjust my habits.

This is in my pantry, sleek and beautiful.

I purchased this faucet from Home Depot (in black) and wrote this review there: The faucet is well made of high quality materials. It works, now that I have installed it. I have two pieces of advice for the next version of this product and others like it.

First, a small amount of silicone grease is packed with the product. Unfortunately, it appeared to have been packed in a small capsule the pieces of which were in one of the plastic bags that also contained the weight that is to be attached to the spray hose.

The capsule was no match for the weight. Consequently, the grease was smeared all over the inside of the bag and essentially unusable. Second, I advise that the engineers who designed this faucet should be personally required to install it in existing kitchen sink cabinets with double sinks, disposers and neighboring dishwashers in various configurations.

One more suggestion for the future. To reduce the likelihood of the spray hose movement being blocked by such things as a surface-mounted electrical box, change the shape of the weight so that its top and bottom are tapered.

I had to put in a board to act as a ramp for it to slide on. One other thing: I followed the advice for flushing out the tubes before attaching them to the control box, but I found that some grit entered one of the check valves and blocked water flow.

I have ordered a new check valve.

I bought this from Costco. It is a nice looking faucet that generally performs well. I appreciate that the spray button remembers its previous position. 3 downsides take away 1 star. – Installation requires plumber’s putty which is not included.

not difficult to find, but since the stuff costs about $. 50 per oz and you probably need about 1/2 oz of it, sure would be nice to have included. – The zip tie that is intended to hold the weight to the line is too small to function properly.

the weight just slides right over it. Again, a bigger zip tie isn’t expensive, but surely this could be done better. – The pictures on the site show the faucet installed with a soap dispenser. That is not included.

I was so excited to use our Trinsic Voice IQ Faucet – I loved the look of it, and the ability to use Alexa to turn on the water, heat it up etc. Oh how our cats would love it, and our small kids too.

We had a professional plumber install it (he is a part of the contracting team who remodeled our kitchen) and all was well at first though the faucet was having issues connecting with Alexa. No problem, my husband is tech savvy and I figured we could address it later.

We utilized it for months without the voice activated software, simply using the touch on and off to turn on the water. I noticed a slight drip by the knob of the faucet, and also under the sink. These are issues we will take up with the plumber on Monday.

My husband just got a Echo Dot Home Mini and is still frustrated with the inability to connect the faucet to either system. I am going to try and initiate a return but I do not know if this is permitted.

DO NOT be fooled by the look or price of this, this is actual garbage. I wish I had gotten a less expensive version but I went with the Delta name and I’m shocked they would not address so many negative issues associated with this product.

We are to blame for not reading more reviews and doing due diligence prior to purchasing. Save yourself frustration, money, and time and go with another brand and product.

Had seen this faucet for about a year, but never available in Canada, until recently at Plumbingonline. ca. Ordered on a weekend and in hand by Tuesday, from BC to ON. (2 stars earned there). The faucet was as expected, and matches well with stainless appliances and kitchen decorations.

The surprise came with how simple the installation was. Converting from builders basic faucet took less time than cleaning out the cabinet to make space to work. In fact it may have taken longer to debox than install.

(1 star earned). The price for this faucet was fair, not gouging but not spectacular. As compared to ordering from the US, converting USD, taxes and duties and excess shipping, still better to use plumbingonline.

ca. (1 star). The last star comes from communication. From order acknowledgement to shipping deets to followup, the communication has been outstanding, proactive, and without the ‘buy more’ sales pressure.

This faucet is built to last! We went to a showroom to look at a selection of faucets from Delta, Moen, and Kohler. I was surprised at how many of these faucets had plastic wands/heads. These are beautiful faucets but then you grab the wand and it feels so cheep.

for something costing hundreds of dollars. I mentioned this to the salesperson and they said “Everything is going to plastic. Even your showerhead is plastic now. ” Sure, my showerhead is plastic, but I don’t handle it every day.

The plastics in the vast majority of faucets was a real turnoff for us. This Sinema faucet is solid metal and it feels well built in the hand – very sturdy and has as good amount of heft to it. The arc is bit taller than other faucets, so make sure it will work in your situation.

We absolutely love it and have no concern that this will last decades.

Our old faucet handle broke. We were able to find a great match to our existing fixtures and appliances in this faucet. We love the sleek design and works perfectly. It switches easily between the tap and a sprayer, and the detachable head glides smoothly and clicks right back into place when done.

First of all I am 68 and hate doing plumbing! I had a older Moan faucet that was starting to leak. After looking online for a bit i picked this as it measured so the water stream aimed at the center of the sink best.

The install was cake!! The hot/cold water lines were good and long, Couldnt have been easier. Bonus, The hot water, for me, arrives way faster.

I bought my first home, and although I loved that the center island had an oversized sink, it came with a stock sink that was old and quite dated. and I desperately wanted to replace it since it was an eyesore.

After having seen the selection from Lowes, I found this particular piece to be both reasonable in price and looked just as good as the pricier options with all the same features. The only downside is that it does not come with the piece at the bottom between the countertop and the faucet which would cover any other holes if you have more than 1-hold sink! I’ve emailed the manufacturer and am still waiting a response, since it does not appear to be available even for online purchase.

I love my new kitchen faucet! My husband had it all installed under 30 minutes. It’s beautiful, sleek and no water spots left behind. I love the pull down handle and how you can either use it as a regular faucet or turn on the sprayer.

Makes doing dishes so much fun now. Super easy to use and only having one handle that just needs to be flipped down for water is awesome. Such a stylish and functional kitchen faucet.

This faucet looks great and I have loved it! But it won’t last forever. One negative is that the pull-out part of the faucet is made of plastic, and it has a switch on it that allows you to toggle between stream and spray.

We always keep it on stream, but now the toggle won’t hold (even when we switch it firmly and with lots of water pressure) so it will suddenly switch to spray (you can hear it starting to happen with a little sound).

It’s super annoying and we now have tape on it to hold in place until we can get a new faucet. Three stars “average” rating because we got five years out of it, but honestly a simple mechanism like a faucet should last forever.

These are very elegant looking and worked well for one year. However recently the button to switch between spray and pour stopped wanting to stay on spray, it always clicks itself back to pour. At the same time the spout started drastically reducing the water pressure.

Makes it impossible to wash dishes because it is slowly pouring out. It seems to be a problem only with the tip, the end of the hose that pulls out, with the button on it. I am going to try to see if they will send a replacement for this part only, as the rest of the faucet is still fine.

This Krause faucet was a replacement from another brand. The Krause base collar attachment is really a huge improvement; very secure and easily rotated if needed. The sprayer is better and the flow rate through the hose is improved as well.

The spray head retraction works better than the older faucet. Impressed with the function and the engineering quality. Would highly recommend.

We agree wholeheartedly with the other review that said it was great, and then it wasn’t. We had exactly the same expectations and experience. We hope that someone intending to buy one of these reads the negative comments in addition to these less flattering reviews.

It is currently August of 2021. We bought this faucet in May of 2016 at a tremendous price from a kitchen and bath fixtures specialty store because it had been returned by someone and was in perfect condition.

We were told that they just decided to go a different way with the look, and it wasn’t used, which looking at it was believable. The sensor stopped working a couple years ago and through busyness and sloth we never got it fixed.

We were content with turning the water on and off like the regular folk riding in steerage. lol. So that was a disappointment because we really liked that functionality when it was operable. But today a new problem started that is just unforgivable after only 5 years of normal usage.

The head of the faucet retracts because a weight sleeve is installed around that hose. And that is exactly where a leak developed and now I have to replace the hose because it hasn’t stood up to the rigors of doing what it was intended to do.

Maybe it’s unrealistic any more to find well designed and stylish products that just work and work and work. Perhaps those days are gone. And we have been Kohler fans for years. But this product does not live up to the Kohler name.

Or perhaps it does. Maybe Kohler slipped. Maybe 5 years is the intended life span of the faucet hose. I don’t know, but it seems short to me. It’s not as if I am disgruntled by the company or the store and writing a negative review out of spite.

I liked it when it worked, loved it in fact, but that reliability stopped after year 3 and just keeps getting worse. All of the positive reviews are from 2 years of ownership or less. Just an observation.

I bought this at Kohler retail outlet and had it installed by a great plumber. It worked superbly for two weeks. I was telling everyone how great it was to have a kitchen faucet you could operate touchlessly.

But then, out of the blue, after it worked just fine for the morning dishes, I noticed that the sensor light was out and the faucet did not operate manually. I checked the outlet – it had power. I found the instructions for setting the manual override.

That did nothing. I unplugged it, waited a bit, and plugged it back in. Still nothing. Then I had to leave for a meeting. When I came back it was still inoperable. I tried again turning the manual override on without effect.

I unplugged it and plugged it back in and IT CAME BACK TO LIFE. I was told by the rep at my retail store that he had called the Kohler techs and was told that it is not uncommon for these faucets to need one of these resets.

REALLY? It would have been good to know. What if it decides it needs one of these resets on Thanksgiving when I have a house full of people I am cooking for? My REAL issue is: WHY DID THE OVERRIDE FAIL? I could deal with a manually operated faucet, although for a $1000 I expect it to work touchlessly.

But if there is a power outage or it decides it needs a reset, WHY DOES THE OVERRIDE FAIL? I would really like to hear an explanation from the product manager on this one.

I bought this faucet on 11/8/2019. I installed the faucet a few weeks late over the Thanksgiving holiday. The faucet was working great until the beginning of March 2021 when my wife noticed a small flood in the kitchen cabinet below the sink.

There was a slow but steady leak coming from around one of the screws of the flow sensor. I called Kohler on 3/3/21 and was told the part would be covered under warranty but was currently in production and expected to ship within 28 days.

In the meantime the container under the sink has overflowed several times if it is not emptied daily, causing significant damage to the kitchen cabinet. I called Kohler customer care today as it has been exactly 28 days from my initial call requesting a replacement part.

I was told today that the part is still in production and the original estimate was actually 28 business days so Kohler was still within it’s estimate. I asked if Kohler had any new Sensate sinks available for purchase that would include the flow sensor that I need to replace.

Of course the new sinks are available, just not my necessary replacement part. I wish I ordered a new sink 4 weeks ago and then returned it along with the damaged sensor. I am not sure why this option was not offered to me.

When I asked what immediate solution I have to stop the ongoing leak and further damage to the cabinetry, I was told to turn off the water to the sink. I cannot believe that Kohler’s solution to a faulty product is shut off the water to you kitchen sink for over a month while we make you a replacement and continue to sell new units.

It is hard to believe that a faucet that cost over $1000 has already failed in under 16 months causing significant damage to my kitchen and with very little sense of urgency by Kohler to fix the problem.

I wish I went with the less bold look of a Delta faucet instead.

This faucet looks spectacular; however, does not function well. Love: The design and matte black color look amazing! It makes my older kitchen look so much better! Water pressure is nice and strong in both modes.

Price was great. Issues: The weight under the sink will not clasp properly and falls off. I had to use tape to keep it on the hose. The pull down feature does not retract properly. I don’t mind having to guide it back into place, but it is a struggle to get the notches to match up and click in.

I don’t want to go to the trouble of uninstalling and returning it because I love the way it looks, but I’m thinking about it because it’s difficult to use. I sent a message to customer support. Looking forward to hearing back.

Looked and worked great for about 2 months. After that the finish started wearing off multiple parts from the temp select knob, to the hose connected to the spray head. Getting replacement parts has taken upwards of 9 months at this point, and still waiting.

I paid 150$ for the faucet and even at that price I am dissapointed, nevermind the 400$ they are charging now!.

Just had the brushed brass faucet installed and it’s lovely. Works beautifully. The sprayer is so wonderful to have to get all the bits from around the sink. And it snaps back to regular water output when you turn the water off.

In other words, you press the button for the spray option and then just turn off the water. The next time you use the faucet it will not be in the spray position but back to normal.

Pros: The tall faucet body is very useful when washing large pots in the sink. Cons: The Kraus hose connections were cheaply made compare to the old Hansgrohe hose connections. The connector/thread was too thin and I had issues with the water leaking out.

I didn’t have that issue with the old Hansgrohe faucet.

So far- love it ! Only installed for one day now but I love it! The magnetic part is strong so I don’t think it will wear which I worried about. The curve part of the hose itself is more sturdy than I thought which I lm also impressed about.

The whole unit looks high end and the brass is perfect, better than any gold finish. Install was extremely easy as it has better mounting hardware than I’ve ever seen on a faucet. (Will update and add photos in a couple weeks after use!).

I fell in love with the look of this faucet, and at the price point thought it was a sure deal. Ordered it even though a few reviewers complained about the paint finish chipping off. I haven’t had any paint issues.

yet, but I have had a issues with the incredibly flimsy and cheap connection hoses that come with the faucet. The connection hoses are so thin they kink no matter how careful you are installing them; huge bummer but easy enough to go get some beefier ones from the hardware store.

I opened a support case and chatted back and forth with a agent, provided the necessary info to get replacement hoses (hopefully better quality), but the communication has fallen silent. Couple ping-backs later and looks like support has decided to just stop communicating all together.

Dun dun dun. Fast-forward about 6 weeks after the install and the handle is coming loose and spinning where it is attached. again huge bummer. Opening another warranty claim, but not sure I have high hopes to the support based on my experience thus far.

nnI want to love this product, it’s elegant, the spray head is excellent, there isn’t much wrong aside from some nit picky tolerances with the deck plate. but I’m worried about the longevity of the product as a whole.

The sprayer hose does not pull out of the arc in the typical way a sprayer does. It is not designed for this. So the sprayer disengages from the faucet arc, but only moves an inch or 2. It doesn’t have a center pull out.

In addition, my plumber commented this was a difficult install for anyone who might be trying that themselves. The faucet does looks great.

I purchased this faucet in Matte Black for a vintage farmhouse sink. It looks so cool and coordinates with the Black Stainless appliances. There aren’t many options for wall mount that can also be used on the back of the sink instead, especially with adjustable sprayer.

I’m going to tweak the stationary bar coming out to hold the sprayer because it is long. It wouldn’t be long if you are mounting it on the wall. It brings the faucet out further than the drain yet it should be no problem tweaking it by cutting the bar.

Sometimes if you have a unique look small modifications must be done as this is not a flaw in the design. It’s worth it because the overall result is magazine worthy. Hope this review helps someone:).

As a designer, I’m all about the details, aesthetics, style, quality, function, cost. This faucet rates super high on every detail. This purchase was for my own kitchen, and I’m in love. Just one nozzle does double duty as a stationary faucet as well as a convenient spray.

The polished chrome finish is gorgeous, puts brushed nickel to shame. Did I mention how beautiful it looks? Excellent choice. Recommend highly. ( there was no incentive for me to write this review ).

Reason we purchased this is that it was one of few options available that looked like it would allow our window shutters behind the sink top open. And it did. Have to say however, that we have enjoyed the faucet as well.

It is high quality and makes it easy to access all parts of the sink. The valves operate easily as well.

I bought this model as for 10+ yrs I loved this design with the old “ball & springs. ” Delta made a big mistake simply putting ceramic innards in this older model. Now the handle must be put in a precise location every time it is turned off or else the faucet runs or drips.

Even when it is precisely shut off it may start to drip of its own volition after 30 mins or so. Often I may turn the faucet on/off 30-70 times per day. I’ve used this faucet for 2 months and am shopping for a replacement as I can no longer put up with this shoddy product.

After having severe issues with supply, communication, management, and waiting almost 2 months to install the countertop on my new kitchen I encountered another problem. The international organization ikea has faucets with special fittings like this one 9/16.

I think that this is inaceptable that they don’t provide an adapter for American regular size of supply line which is 3/8 or 1/2. With this renovation I leave ikea just to buy regular chairs and stands due to their poor management on selling products without proper facilities to install.

Lastly, I should not expend days trying to dirige it out how to install the faucet and buy 4 adapters (60$) to install this faucet. Definitely not a future vision statement for international bussines.

Since my last review was never posted I’ll do this again. As with others here, this began leaking from the handle. I thought maybe a gasket could be replaced, but nothing fixed it. I tried to take it back, but it had been just over a year.

The employee said no returns for an opened product after 6 months or one year if unopened. So, I was stuck with it and all help by phone to get the 10 year warranty was useless. I was sent to an install company, and to 2 different people, and got nowhere in an online chat help-session.

So, I am out the 130-ish I paid and had to go buy another faucet from elsewhere to fix the constant dripping from the handle.

I moved into a home with this faucet, and am not sure how old it is. Not long after moving in, the hose began leaking water under my sink; luckily there was no permanent damage, but it could have been a real issue.

The hose does not seem to be replaceable, so we will be replacing the entire faucet. Multiple other reviewers have had this same problem. I also do not like that the pull-down spout does not have a sprayer in it; considering the hose causes so many problems, you have to wonder why even include it if you’re not going to put a sprayer in the head.
