20 Best Kitchen Faucet Under $200 (2023 Updated)

Have just installed this faucet and it is working well. One curious thing is that the handle moves very little between hot and cold – almost not at all. This means you need a fine touch to select temps between all-hot and all-cold.

However, it doesn’t seem to be much of a problem and something we’ll definitely get used to pretty quickly. Also, if the spray is selected and then you turn the water off, it will come back on as a spray.

My prior faucet didn’t do this, when it turned back on it was full-stream. I preferred the full-stream deal, but that’s just a personal choice I expect. Appears to be heavy-duty and the finish is very nice.

To be perfectly frank, we ordered this because it was pretty much the only one we could find where the handle is not part of the faucet. We have granite counter tops and have 3 holes which were used for faucet, handle and soap dispenser.

That’s the type of replacement we wanted so we wouldn’t have a random hole we had to plug, which totally changes the nice finished look of a granite counter top. Based on my online research, this is a common complaint and concern for people replacing a faucet.

I can’t imagine why the heck manufacturers don’t provide that option anymore. Time will tell if this is a durable item, I have no comments on that at this point. My prior Moen lasted almost 10 years and I’m hoping to get at least that much out of this one.

The faucet functions extremely well. the controls on the sprayer are in an excellent position and make this an extremely nice faucet. The flow control when off is centered in the middle between hot and cold, so if you flip the water on straight up, it’s a medium temperature.

Other flow control systems allow you to turn off the water on hot or on cold or wherever. To turn off the water, the control handle will always have to be in the middle. I’m sure we’ll get used to this.

The only real disappoint is the match of the bronzes finish between the flow control (separate from the spigot in my model) and the spigot. The finish on the flow control is more coarse and red.

Beautiful faucet, arrived promptly, easy to install, no leaks. Love the pulldown sprayer! The height allows cleaning of even big pots underneath. Came with a universal key to facilitate removing and cleaning the aerator in the future.

All around good buy but shop around. I found it for a lot less than some sites were charging (saved almost $80!).

Still in the box. Awaiting new kitchen redo. Very clean lines.UPDATE. Installed. looks very nice. Works great. Easy to aim. Love the spray feature.

Adding a kitchen to a room over the garage. Ordered the mocha sink from Wayfair, was a little nervous for color coordination. However, this is beautiful and functional, brings out the color in the mocha sink and surrounding granite.

Just love it!!!!.

This ORB has warm undertones showing. Controls are easy to use and the pull down and retract feature works well.

I liked the design, and it installed with no problem. Unfortunately, an hour after the installation, it started to leak from where the aerator end goes on. Wouldn’t stop, no matter what we did. Water spraying everywhere or running down the faucet arm onto the counter in back.

I will be returning it when I can get back to the store.

price was good; delivery quick. I needed it to replace the swivel nozzle arm on my original equipment faucet. It was leaking due to a recent appearance of a flaw in manufacture which covered with chrome a casing void.

The faucet was true to the earlier design differing only in teflon seals replacing the original O-rings. Part taken from the replacement faucet fit the original base and my sink was operational with little effort and little investment.

Great budget tap definately worth the money for a basic tap. Changed out my old one as it was leaking and old. This one definately worked a lot better and water tasted cleaner. Easy installation and looks good.

If you want a quality kitchen faucet without taking out a second mortgage on your house, this is for you. Easy installation.

Background: I live in an apartment with a single handle kitchen faucet (no spray function) on which I’ve, over the years, installed different spray attachments. It broke. Needing a replacement fast, I went to the local Ace Hardware and this was the only non-spray function faucet available, at a price I could afford.

Problems: First, it is as short from front to back as it appears. The spout sits right over the drain in my sink, which is about 15 inches front to back. The spout sits about 7 inches from the back. Although this faucet does swing left to right (or vv), it doesn’t swing front to back.

IOW, unless you have a small kitchen sink, you will need to purchase some kind of spray attachment if you want to be able to reach the front of the sink and the front corners. Spray Attachment The plumber and I tried multiple adapters and washers for the spray attachment I use.

None worked. He finally found one that will work: 15/16M x 55/64F Dual Male Hose Thread 15/16-27 Male Aerator. The Lever All of the sinks in this apartment have faucets with similar levers. All the levers move left to right (and vv) which allow one to easily adjust the hot or cold water output.

This faucet’s lever moves in a circle, a very, very, very, very narrow circle. So good luck with controlling how hot or cold the water is.

Nice slim set of faucets. Good height for filling water jugs, rinsing pots and pans, etc. However the spray from the faucet creates quite a splash. I removed a screen from the faucet and it appears to spray a little better.

Overall, for the price, this was a reasonable buy.

I’m love this faucet, however instructions are terrible! It took me longer than expected to put it in. Im not a plumber. Im a single, older older woman, who went from a 3 hole faucet to a one hold. The biggest problem was the instructions regarding the sprayer.

I had no clue how to attach it. It took mr an hour, trying to figure it out. I’ve had it together now for a week and I’m happy. I just wish instructions where written out pertaining to attaching sprayer.

Simple when you figure it out. Not so, when you’ve never installed a pull out before! Once I got it installed I turned water handle, nothing! I’m under my sink, trying to figure out why its not working! I found out by accident that I have to push handle to right and water works! I’m not the smartest fish in the sea, but not the dumbest either.

I would give this a better review because the sturdiness of the faucet is great but the freaking instructions are the absolute worst! It’s literally on a 5×7 paper with a picture pointing at separate parts not giving detailed step by steps.

I struggled so much having to go back because the instructions were not thorough. I will be completely honest the look of the faucet is beautiful. It is slightly shaky so hopefully it will be sturdy enough to last a while.

If you are an experienced handyman then you be fine installing this. Inexperience lady like myself had trouble.

Purchased this faucet online, arrived from the the USA earlier than expected. I Pros: – Installation was relatively easy, suitable for a home owner to install themselves (like me!). Took approx. 30 minutes.

– Water pressure is better than our previous tap, toggle between open flow and the sprayer is seamless, sprayer seems to hold in the bracket without much fuss. – Will show water spots, like a chrome fixture.

Purchased 1 1/2 years ago. Srayer worked great until it didn’t. As you can hear and see in video the sprayer sometimes works right. Sometimes no water pressure. Called company. Sent documentation and this video.

Sprayer only warranted for 1 year. Plus they told me sprayer not in stocks. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Poor customer service.

I moved into a new home last summer and bought Kohler gooseneck pull down from Lowes. Within 6 months, it leaked. Kohler replaced. Another 6 months, the new one leaked. I love Kohler but my God man. I bought THIS VIGO 9 years ago at my old home and it lasted all 9 years without a single issue.

I’m replacing my $500 Kohler faucet with THIS VIGO Brant faucet.

I just installed our Flow faucet. It was very easy to install by myself (no need for someone to hold it in place while tightening the hardware or anything) and it looks great. It is sturdy and appears to be solid/high quality.

We replaced our old faucet because it was flimsy and could not stay tight at the base. This one is not going anywhere! We are very excited to put it to work. Definitely recommend.

I purchased this through Home Depot and installed it myself about two weeks ago. Pros: Very easy installation compared to other faucets I’ve installed, motion activated sensor works flawlessly every time, good spray on pull down sprayer.

Cons: Not really any significant ones. The sensor is so sensitive that the water sometimes shuts off if you are washing a large pot or rinsing vegetables and come close to it. This is a minor issues since you just wave you hand to start it up again! Time will tell but so far we are very pleased with our new faucet and I would buy again.

I bought this item off amazon at about 50% discount during the thanksgiving sales. I got to say that it was a deal. When it arrived it was nicely packed and the faucet itself was bag with in the box it was shipped.

The arch was just perfect and it gave a modern update look to my kitchen. Was an easy install according to my son and the most interesting feature that I loved was the fact that the extendable faucet with different spray modes.

The buttons are easy to find and use but hidden from front view. I would purchase this again for friends or family members.

I like the looks of this kitchen faucet. It’s very solid and it is the correct replacement for what I had before. I obtained this faucet at a low price (about $60.00 ). A terrific value!

Easy to install, good quality and good value for function.

This faucet is so distinctive! It comes in all black with an additional gold end and handle that are easily changed. The matte black is nice quality. I bought two faucets and will use them in the kitchen and laundry, fitting in nicely with our transitional decorating style.

The two tone combination solved the conundrum of what color R/O faucet to use–doubled our choices!.

LOVE the 2-tone and minimalist look of this faucet. The chrome parts come as separate pieces to swap out gold ones and feel a little cheap/plastic-y. I haven’t installed it yet to comment on function.

This is beautiful! Love the contrast with the silver and light gold! Looks much more expensive then what it was ) Only gave it 4 stars because it is not installed yet.

Sprayer design is defective. Does not seat well and any water around it leaks underneath the sink. Water gets in the grooved cracks. Will have to find a suitable washer or gasket to try and correct the issue.

Also, the faucet does not turn off immediately and dribbles a bit. We chose poorly getting this product!.

The first faucet sent did not work. It couldn’t switch from cold to hot. We could only use hot. They sent a replacement and that worked. However, the water doesn’t shut off immediately when you turn it off.

It takes about 6 additional seconds which is annoying.

I’ve had this faucet installed for about a year and a half now. Originally I was very happy. Half the price I’d expected to pay and a 1/3 what I paid for the faucet I replaced, which had been there for fifteen years.

About six months in, we’d turn it on and it randomly wouldn’t work. No water, no sound. The first few times we thought it was a larger (whole house) issue before realizing it was just that faucet. Magically, it would start working again after about 45 minutes.

This has progressed to today, and it happens several times a week. I have to replace it. After a year and a half. Save yourself the headache and buy the more expensive, more reliable brand.

Water flow is great. So far no issues with paint. Only thing to complain about is the weighted pulley system of the extendable hose if beneath your sink is packed with stuff this hose can snag on things.

Easy to fix but just be mindful. There is the “stylish” logo branded near the base of the faucet for those who look for those types of things.

My “super-experienced-in-plumbing husband” really struggled with installing this faucet but otherwise I LOVE it! It functions wonderfully, the pull-down feature is really nice and the “brass” accents give our white kitchen a little more visual interest.

As mentioned in previous reviews, the brass is more of a rose gold color so if you plan to have brass in other places of your kitchen it likely won’t be a perfect match.

We are very pleased with our new faucet and it’s design. The pull out spray on old one had a more horizontal position and if you were not paying attention you could spray your chest with water.

Purchased this for our kitchen remodel in 2018. The weight is too heavy and the length of the spray hose gets caught on the plumbing beneath the sink (no adjustments will correct this). For going on a year now, the dripping has increased to the point we must now replace the unit.

We have had it inspected, and there are no defaults w/the mechanics of the faucet. so just poor design(?). Too, the splashback onto the counter deck and tile back splash is excessive.

Been using this faucet for a month and very happy with it overall, but there’s some room for improvement. Goods: + Looks REALLY nice (just like in the photos) + Feels very sturdy and well built + Functions well and easy to operate + The “quick release” feature that pops out the faucet end from base is very handy though takes a bit of time to get used to + Easy to wash and remove water stains from surface + Spray function quite effective, though some people may dislike that the spray is not uniform all around but instead comes out of 2 nozzle ends from each side Bads: – Mixed feelings on the usefulness of the “ShieldSpray Technology” – The handle position shown in the photo is actually for full cold water.

In practice you’d generally leave in “warm” position which actually makes it stick out a bit in a somewhat of an awkward angle. – Soap dispenser is plastic and is quite grotesque-looking, though seems to work well – Installation is straight forward only if you elect to use the “default” installation option of keeping the full length of line and curling it (it’s long!).

In practice you’d probably need to cut the plastic line and install the compression fittings yourself – probably not very straight forward to do unless you’re handy.

It’s a good looking faucet that functions exactly as you expect a faucet to work. The spray functions work as advertised and the magnetic docking grabs and holds the faucet head firmly in place. When shutoff it doesn’t keep running or dripping water.

It was easy for me to install and I don’t usually do well with plumbing. I put the on/off lever facing forward (vs to one side) which makes it more convent to use by both left and right handed people.

If it ever has to be replaced I’ll buy another just like it.

Just got the faucet installed today and it looks beautiful with my new stainless sink! Everything works great. The lever for the water is very smooth. There is a new spray, it’s in the shape of a sphere; not sure how else to describe it, but I’m sure it will be great.

Pros: easy install. I tightened the connection above the sink. Just make sure you have long enough faucet hoses. Con: I noticed i had to tighten down connectors with some force to prevent leaking. Maybe i should have used thread seal/tape \.

Purchased this so I could replace the handle that broke. That lasted 2 years from when originally installed. Probably one of the least expensive faucets you can pick up from the big box store. Would pay a bit more to have one that will last longer.

This is the most basic in kitchen faucets. It works fine and should last a number of years. Overall, I’d recommend it. It’s often found in apartment complexes.

I brought this from Home Depot and I am hoping that the quality gives me years of no issues. However, I am slightly concerned. Installation was okay, but could use some better directions. When installing the outlet hose to the control box.

Don’t have the control box secured to the wall/cabinet completely. Hold the control box in one hand and with other hand gently push the outlet hose onto the control box until you hear it snap into place.

At first I did it with the control box secured to the cabinet and when I pushed the hose on, I thought it clicked. However, when I turned on the water, the outlet hose popped of and water everywhere.

My two other areas of concern are the battery compartment will not stay closed once batteries are installed. Had to use electrical tape to keep it closed. My last item of concern is the quality of the supply hoses for the faucet.

The flexible metal mesh around the hose is quite thin and easily pinched if not careful when connecting to the water supply. Be careful. As anything, time will tell.

Purchased this faucet for the hands-free feature and here I am a short time later with a faucet that doesn’t have a hands-free feature. My sensor doesn’t work and replaced all the batteries. The unit pulsates and the sensor blinks repeated on each phase of water pulse.

They offer zero troubleshooting info on this in manual or online. For spending that kind of money on a faucet I could’ve went out and bought a manual one if that’s what I thought I was going to end up with after such a short while.

Not too thrilled at the quality. They say they have a five year “full 100% parts and labor” from purchase date in manual… but let’s see if they hold their end of the bargain. I have yet to hear back from anyone when I emailed and sent a direct message via their social media.

Not sure if I should hold my breath.

I bought this faucet because of all of the good reviews. It stopped working three days after I paid $285 to have it installed. I contacted bio bidet and they said it was something I could fix myself.

They sent me complicated instructions about how to fix it. I’m not a plumber and my three day old faucet should not have quit working. When I called them again, they said to have my plumber called them because the faucet was different from the usual faucet and they could walk him through fixing the faucet.

Really? A faucet a plumber can’t fix without calling the manufacturer? I don’t think so. I returned it and got a Delta faucet which I’m very happy with. I would not recommend this Bio bidet faucet to anyone.

Absolutely love this beautiful kitchen faucet. The hose is very flexible, making it easy to use the flow or spray options to wash food debris into the disposal. After using the pull-down spray, it retracts easily (on it’s own) into the curved faucet.

I love the faucet’s simplicity as I am sort of a minimalist. It’s gorgeous jewelry for your kitchen. I have received compliments about it’s look and style. I LOVE it.

Terrible quality. Looks nice but is cheap cheap cheap. We haven’t even had it for a year and it drops constantly and has water spraying out the side of it. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY!
