20 Best Kinesiology Tape For Face (2023 Updated)

Liked that these are already nicely cut and that they blend in with my flesh/skin. The bright blue tape I already have really stands out, so this is very welcome so as not to be as noticeable. Guess it would be nice if it were offered in all skin colors so everybody could say this too.

I still have not really figured out how the designs on the tape equate to proper support, but think I can do this on my own pretty well. The price is good too. And I am elderly with very thin skin, so I make sure I have used sufficient lotion way before applying the tape so it sinks in before using the tape to help my skin along, or rather when it is time to take the tape off.

Kinesiology tape does work. You just need to know how to apply it. Plenty of videos to look up for each persons needs. This tape has stayed on up to 4-5 days, but really should be changed by the 5th day depending on activity because of the stretching of the tape.

I like the fact that I can cut it myself to desired length and size.

These are my go to for my workouts. I have a huge damaged knee( all my muscles ans tendins have been stitched inside) and I don’t like wearing a brace. This tape was the comprised I made with my trainer for not wearing a brace.

Love that I can wear it up to 3 days.

This has a been life saver. I no longer need to wear a knee brace while exercising because the theraband tape works so well. I am also a very sweaty person and this tape doesn’t budge. I’m so pleased.

This worked but it left red marks on leg. I have tried several brands of this tape and I do not have sensitive skin. I’m hoping it was just the placement that caused the irritation. I’ll update later if it wasn’t.

And that’s why only 3 stars. Love the amount you get 98. 4 feet you can’t beat price but, I hope it doesn’t do my skin bad again.

I used this tape after i sprained my ankle to prevent from over extending my ankle and possibly damaging the muscle even more, the material is very stretchable and form fitting, can be used to tape pretty much any muscle or joint injury.

Economical way to purchase this tape, as I use it to help and support my arthritic knees. Good quality and the dispenser makes it very easy to use, with no waste.

I bought the extra sticky H20 rocktape to stick down my blood glucose sensor (these are not cheap) and the tape started peeling in about a day, and had more the half peeled off by the end of day 2! If you are considering this product to hold you cgm sensor on, probably best to look for a different product.

This tape is great. I react to a lot of the other makes, but not this one, so good for sensitive skin. It lasts for up to 4 days I’d say before you have change it. Even when it gets wet it dries out perfectly.

I use it for trail running so it gets put through it’s paces.

This is the best kenesiology tape on the market. Stays on for days if you put it on when you are completely dry and an hour or so before you play sport. If you do that it can stay on for up to a week.

Even on the hottest days and even when you have a long soak in the tub. Also, it’s a good idea to round the corners with a pair of scissors on each strip as this will prevent the corners snagging and coming up.

Don’t waste your money on anything else. I’ve tried the rest, this is the best.

I highly recommend Mueller Kinesiology tape, I have used several kinds and always come back to Mueller. Its economic, good quality product. The tape sticks well, and very waterproof as I swim with it on.

Its easy to cut to needed size and application notes are appreciated. Tape keeps me able to continue to do the activities I enjoy, reduces pain and swelling and provides gentle support. Never have had any skin irritation with product and I have sensitive thin skin.

I am in PT for a tibial plateau fracture with meniscus separation. I started taping to improve lymphatic flow and reduce swelling. My husband and I have used numerous brands of K tape and we are really happy with the amount of time this tape adheres to the skin, the fact that it doesn’t rip off the skin when removed, and the effectiveness of this product.

We will order this brand from this company again 🙂 I SHOULD NOTE THAT THE EXPENSIVE BRANDS RIP MY SKIN WHEN REMOVED, AND THIS BRAND IS MORE FLEXIBLE WITH JUST AS MUCH STRENGTH.

I have used KT tape in the past and it just does not equal the quality of the Mueller tape. I buy Mueller now every time; no other. The special price was a bonus as I am on a fixed income. I selected both the blue tape and the black tape.

This Mueller tape sticks better than any other, stays on longer and therefore saves money in the long run. My only regret is that I did not order more.

I’m double jointed, and end up needing kinesiology tape a lot. Of all the brands I’ve tried, this is by FAR the best! Also, here at True Active, it is by far the cheapest! I’ve already told everyone at my chiropractor’s about it.

The person who invented KT tape should win the Nobel Prize! This stuff is amazing. I fell on the last of my basement stairs and injured my shoulder. Wasn’t about to go to the doctor so I checked online how to tape a shoulder injury.

It was instant relief! I like the black one for more support and longer lasting, but it will rip the hide right off of you! The beige one lasts about 3 or 4 days and isn’t quite as bad to remove. I keep both on hand depending where they’re needed.

Used them on my knees and low back. When I get down to one box of each, then I get on Ebay and order more.

Not knowing which would be the best of the many Kenesio tape products, I ordered three different brands. Of all of them, Kenesio Gold Tex Finger Print Revolution held up the best. One brand, applied exactly as the others, came off after two hours.

Another brand frayed and began to peel off after just three days. I might add that I wear the tape during water aerobics and while showering. Kenesio is truly waterproof, unlike the others that – at best – are water resistant.

This is definitely the best I’ve tried and I highly recommend it.

This tape works perfect, but together with straightes. I use it after my 45 years artritis history. Many times doctors recommended me to make the surgeries. And I know not very seccesful results. I make my exercise every day and change my tape once a week.

So I have wrist pain & don’t want to say it’s Carpo Tunnel so I’m going to call it arthritis becuse that’s what my doctor said lol. Don’t want to wear those annoying gloves with the bars so looked into something else & ran into this KT tape.

I bought this type becuse it was the only one at the grocery store & was getting late & wife wants a cake made & still needed to put groceries up & complete other stuff. Like a typical guy just did it & then read the instructions after.

Lol DUH. Had seen YouTube videos but not on this brand. Looked up the website & then saw a diffrent way to support my wrist with this brand. So I’ll see how this works & how long it last. Update to come by the end if the week.

I work for a water company in SA TX & work with gloves for about 5-6 hrs a day so can’t wear the wrist brace.

So annoyingly disappointing. Idk why but this batch of KT tape was not at the quality that I have gotten from stores locally before. It felt thinner, it frayed at the edges and it didn’t stick as well at all.

What’s goin on KT Team?!!!??? This stuff used to work like a charm and now every time (doing the same exact wrap I’ve been doing) one or two pieces don’t stick properly, catch on my socks on the edges of the tape and I have to rip off.

Sooo frustrating esp when it costs so much and I know how well it used to work. I’ve done all the things right, clean skin, alcohol prep, rubbed to help adhere. It’s been the last 5 wraps, and just with this batch.

I wanted to make sure it wasn’t user error before writing this. I’m very disappointed. I hope the quality control improves bc otherwise you’re going to lose your following.

I’ve been using this product for several years and it gives excellent results when utilized correctly. Rapid rehab of acute injuries, pain,edema relief and retraining of muscles. I recommend taking the class from the original group of instructors.

I’ve heard and seen other instructors who teach that it doesn’t work or use it incorrectly and there has been an increase of copycat products. My only complaint is that when they changed the adhesive, I had to decrease the length of time of tape wear to reduce skin reactions such as redness and welting.

I recently was informed that applying maalox,mylanta or peptobismol to the skin,allowing it to dry before tape application was helpful. I’ve tried it and it works.

Im very new to the methods kinseio taping. This is perfect for beginning. It does say on the box it is water resistant. Its not. If you try to bathe with it on it will come off. Tape generally lasts 2 or 3 days on dry skin.

I like how different colors are available. I highly recommend this product if you are looking to try Kinesio taping.

Works great and as good as other brands. It’s a solid role, so you can cut to the right size vs the pre-cut strips. I’ve used it for intense workouts and it sticks well so long as you make sure your skin is clean before applying.

I wipe the area with rubbing alcohol before applying, and it was still sticking for five days after exercising, showers, etc.

Works great. Stays on even if it gets wet several times. I use it on my hands and I wash them often. Not too tight but just the right amount of elastic. Comes of nicely when you want it to.

I received the Mueller Kinesiology Tape, Precut I-Strip Roll (20 strips) in blue. I had never used kinesiology tape before, so I was a little intimidated by this at first. I’m glad it came with paper directions to show what it can be used for.

This tape can be used to help someone with achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, shin splints, back pain, and carpal tunnel. I get shin splints regularly from running, so decided I would give this kinesiology thing a try on my next run! I read the directions carefully, but I still felt I needed extra help, so I was able to go on YouTube and find a video showing me how to use this tape for shin splints.

This actually worked for me! I began researching more uses for this product and it is very versatile. I also learned that this tape can help runners with flat feet (like me), I’m going to try it for that next! I am very satisfied with this product and I will continue to research it’s uses.

I tried this product for the first time. I have back daily back pain. I applied to my mid back section. The tape immobilized the area giving that area time to relax and relieved some pain. Then I found an addition use for this product.

My dog was biting at the pads on his one paw. I cleaned the paw, put antibiotic cream and then wrapped it with the tape. After a few minutes of tell my pup to leave it, he has not tried to bite the tape off.

That is success! To remove, it just peals right off, no pulling on the skin or irritation to the skin. Great product. will use again amd again!.

I can cut the tape to the length I need; it’s easy to apply by tearing the paper backing while it’s on the tape and folding the backing over to make tabs; it’s flexible, breathable and has reasonable skin adhesion for the day; and comes in fun colours! Most importantly, it seems to work! I taped one knee up for a big hike and the knee still felt like new by the end of the hike! The muscles surrounding the knee were tired, of course, but sharp knee pain was not present.

Unfortunately my recent bulk order has much to be desired. The tape has not stuck. I’ve been a Spidertech customer of the same product for 15 years and never had a product with its adhesive. So needless to say, I am extremely disappointed.

I can only conclude that the efficacy of the product was expiring and that is why I got ii on sale. Otherwise, I hope in the future for the product to return to its usually stellar physical therapy help.

Such great tape! I am taping my foot on almost a daily basis for plantar fasciitis so I have been going through a fair but of tape in the past 4 months. Your tape not only compares favourably against other tapes I have tried but it is the best deal! Excellent tape, better than most I have tried, made in Canada at a truly excellent price! I think I have a roll in most of your available colours.
