13 Best Kindle Fire 7 Case (2023 Updated)

Order this in Doodle and received Intergalactic. So I’m no happy with that. This case does not appear to be as protective as the one you get when you order a kids fire tablet but at this point my daughter has been asking for her tablet and she needs something.

Really wish they sent the one I ordered.

Beautiful design purple rainbows stars hard silicon cover that fits perfectly and comes with standing base, the only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because if you turn it to use it standing, the stand doesn’t support the other size, so it just works if it’s on the longer side of tablet, everything else it’s perfect, wish it had handle to carry.

I’m glad I bought this item because if my daughter was to drop her iPad it wouldn’t break it would protect her iPad because accidents can happen at anytime

After destroying a second Kindle by accidental my dropping it On the floor, I decided to go with a more robust case to protect my newest Kindle from similar accidents. I chose a bright red children’s case.

My only problems with it are that it was a little hard to put on, and it does not close up to protect the screen when the Kindle is not in use. The advantages of it are it is very sturdy, a foldout stand in back lets me prop up the reader easily, the bright red color makes it easy to spot even when the reader is on a crowded surface in a dimly-lit room, and the thickness of the case makes it more comfortable to hold in my arthritic fingers.

It is also a lot grippier than the slick surface of the Kindle itself, which certainly lessens the chances of a mishap. Finally, the dedicated slots in the edges make it a lot easier to find the on/off button, the USB port, the volume buttons, etc.

, which was always tricky for me because of Kindle’s all-dark skinny design. I had marked the buttons on previous models with bright-colored tape, now I don’t have to do that. I am very pleased with this case, and would recommend it to anyone who has experienced the same problems that I had in the past.

I love the color and I love the texture. My children also love the color and the texture! I was worried about this case being to bulky and irritating to tote around, totally the opposite! The case is easy to clean as well.

The stand is the perfect height to rest just about anywhere. It is a bit challenging to put on and off the device. You do feel like you have to be rough with it giving you the feeling as if you may break your device.

Just be smart when putting it on and tug a bit. I really want the bright pink so badly for myself!.

I needed a good cover for my son’s tablet. This cover exceeded my expectations, it’s able to withstand any falls. It has a kickstand so that my son can watch stuff when we’re on the go. Overall, this cover keeps the tablet well protected from falls, throws and of course toddlers.

I got a Fire 10 for Christmas to replace my old Fire. I had the same case for the old Fire and it was indestructible. It only made sense to get the same product for the bigger reader. My opinion? Can’t beat this case.

Drop it, step on it, make any of the dumb mistakes I have and the Fire will be just fine. Not exactly cheap but worth every penny.

This case is perfect. I love that it is not bulky and it really didnt add too much more thickness. The built in stand of course is always a plus. Case is also very easy to clean. Had 1 of my dogs knock a drink over and it got onto the case.

Was able to clean it with just water and no marks were left on it.

I bought an Amazon Fire HD 10 early July 2021. I thought I would be able to go without a cover, but I was definitely wrong. I decided to check out covers for my tablet. I found the other brands did not have the exact size to fit my tablet.

Therefore, I decided to purchase the Amazon cover. It was the best decision I could have made. My tablet fits perfectly in the cover and protects my tablet from accidental drops.

Bulky and unattractive, but boy can this case protect a kindle! It cushions falls but ALSO adds extra rigidity to the Fire. When my son turned 6, I bought him a newer 8 inch Kindle and gave my 4 year old his old 8 inch Fire (complete with blue kid-proof case).

I bought a more “grownup” silicon case for the new one. Within a few weeks, the new Fire ended up under a pillow on the couch and got sat on. The silicon, though great for impacts, did not protect against bending force.

Result was cracked screen complete with colorful stripes. The older Kindle with kid proof case suffered much more abuse, but never cracked. I promptly ordered a refurbed Kindle to replace the broken one, and bought this case to protect it.

Now both my kids have 8 inch Fires with Kid Proof cases, and I will sleep easier.

My husband and I both have a Kindle Fire 7, we needed new covers so I ordered 2 of these cases, one in black and one in navy. They are very nice looking and fit the kindle nicely. They also look more expensive than they are.

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

This cover is very similar to one I purchased from Amazon several years ago, but it does not have a stylus pen or a pocket for papers. It is very basic but will work for me. The price was good.

I purchased this cover for my wife’s Kindle. It fit perfectly. Her other cover sort of fell apart. I would give 5 *, but it has only been a month so too early to tell if it will hold up to use. But so far so good.

I wanted something lightweight to protect my Fire 7. Something easy to use as a stand while reading at a table, easy to remove when reading on the couch. I love the fact that it is color-coordinated with the casing of the device itself.

And the cloth finish makes it look and feel more like a real book without dust jacket. It is a good value at the price this eBay seller is offering it at, but not so much at Amazon’s prices.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for! This is the 3rd and final purchase I’ve made for my reader. The first two didn’t feel right while holding them. I had to keep straightening them to avoid turning them off.

This final cover is excellent! It’s firm but the cloth covering feels good while holding. Can also place it in a standing position. My reader fits in perfectly. I really enjoy reading books with this beautiful cover.

I bought the 2019 version of the Fire Tablet. Mostly because of the price, $49. 95. However, I find this item to be not worthy of even the low price of $49. 95. It is clear to me that the mfg. of this product found several flaws and lowered the price so as to unload it on us unsuspecting comsumers.

I guess you get what you pay for. This one uses the battery up so fast it’s rediculous. And I have turned off everything I can. Also it freezes and you have to reboot it to get it to work again. Very frustrating.

Would not recommend this product to anyone and not sure about the newer version either.

I bought it because I wanted portrait reading capabiy and I also wanted a lightweight case. The Amazon Fire tablet is heavy enough without having a bulky heavy case. Also, I did want to pay the 30. 00 that Amazon charges.

This case fits great. Before purchasing you need to make sure you are buying the case for your type AND generation. These cases are not universal

Very sturdy and stream lined. Love it and wish I could have found this one before going through others that didn’t last. Highly reccommended.

This case is a little heavier than I expected it to be. After putting the Fire 10HD into the case, I find the case protects the tablet very well. It has thick rims and particularly at the 4 corners to cushion the impact of a fall.

The ridged back of the case and the gooves around the rims has made it easy to hold onto avoiding the tablet slips off my hands. All in all, the little extra weight of the case is a worthy compromise to gain a better protection the Fire 10HD.

I am quite comfortable that the Fire 10HD inside the case is now not so easy to break. A well designed case!.

I decided to get a case without a stand. The stand is just a potential reason for the tablet to fall unexpectedly. This is a simple design. It has a good feel in your hands. It is thick and give good protection.

I am happy with the purchase and especially the price.

Very good for use by kids. The material is a bit heavy but that again provides better protection. I replaced it for a thinner one but If I had young kids I would definitely use this case.

The case is inexpensive, but the price was very inexpensive, so I got what I paid for. It does fit the Fire 7 HDX perfectly and protects it if it is dropped, and the case protects the screen from getting scratched.

So all in all it does what I wanted it to for a very low price. Don’t know how long it will last, but it works for now.

I had this case for a year and didn’t use my Kindle much as we also had an I pad mini. The case has a latch to keep it closed but after 10 months it became very difficult to engage the latch. Recently, the plastic part which holds the clasp fell off and now it cannot be closed properly.

The latch detail was the reason I chose this model.

I have an unusual problem, or at least I hope it’s unusual. I tend to doze off unexpectedly with my hand–holding my Kindle Fire–hanging over the edge of the bed. I am awakened by the thud, and I lean over to retrieve the Fire, meanwhile uttering unladylike sounds.

I have probably dropped my Fire fifty times at least. And each time I lean over, dreading what I might see. And each time I find that the case–even open–has protected the Fire. It’s always intact. I don’t even use the standing feature.

I read too fast for it to be useful. But it’s the protection I’m worried about. It’s always there. I’m thankful that it is.

Great case! It’s very sturdy and the material feels good in your hands. The color matches perfectly in person as well. My favorite feature has to be the magnet on the front that turns the Kindle screen on/off when you open/close it.

I saw someone mention a camera flap on here (I believe) and they must have updated this model since then. The one I received definitely has a hole cut out the back for the camera.

I believe in putting my kindles all 6 of them I own into protective cases. These cases don’t cost a lot but it keeps them safe. My kids basically have the tablets for fun, learning, music, books and whatever they like.

The cases also close to protect the screen when not in use. Plus it stands up or lays down depending what you are doing when using it.

Following my research elsewhere, I found this case which is friendly to install, it is functional , the quality and pricing were unbeatable. I am totally satisfied since I got it.

This is a really nice case, i deal for an 8 inch tablet, just one major issue with my tablet is that regardless which way round you fit it in the 4 corner holders they press on the volume buttons, though this was easily solved by taking a very sharp blade and shaving off a small amount of material from one of them.

It now fits well and still allows operation of the volume controls. FYI my tablet is an Alcatel 3T8.

We bought an Ollee tablet for our child and have struggled to find a case for it, this case fits it well except for one corner where it presses the volume button, but with a little bit of tinkering with a knife it’s not a problem anymore.

My lad loves the case, and the way you can spin the tablet to stand it up in either portrait or landscape when watching YouTube. The front feels sturdy when closed so protects the screen when in his school bag being thrown around.

It fits the Fire 8 but how it holds in the case constantly pushes down on the volume buttons causing the tablet to constantly reset itself.

I recently bought 2 Fire 8 tablets for my wife and myself and I wanted a simple case/cover to protect the screen and make it easier to hold onto the tablet. This case is exactly what I was looking for.

It securely covers the screen because there’s a magnet in the “cover” that holds the cover down when closed. In addition, the magnet automatically puts the tablet to sleep when closed and wakes it up when the cover is opened.

The cover folds to allow the tablet to “stand” at a 45 degree angle, making it ideal for skypeing or reading something without holding the tablet. I think it’s an excellent case, particularly considering how inexpensive it is.

My wife is very pleased! And since I decided on it and ordered it, I am very pleased, too! Hahahaha! Seriously, it has a magnetic close that automatically “wakes” the Fire when you open it. It’s “sectioned,” so, it’s easy to manipulate any angle when you stand it up.

My wife carries it in her purse, so, it protects it beautifully. Yes, I recommend it. The title of this review says it all: it’s absolutely perfect! (And it got here A LOT sooner than I expected. so, excellent shipping!).

Magnet works very well. Good looking. Very nice indeed. The only beef I have is with the mailing package. It was addressed like junk mail: to me “OR CURRENT RESIDENT. ” I want my package sent to me, thank you, not to whoever occupies my house.
